uh current insurance or is that not current yeah this one expired I'll give you that I will have to call my office it's actually worker work work work truck yes sir it's actually 2 hours later there order and re had someone reassign to pick up the order of Denny's I gocha so what we did is we just took the accident report who gave both parties their information as far as for their insurance companies and for their jobs so that way they'll be able to follow up if they have any questions and stuff they can contact our records department and get a copy of the full report and both parties were fine with that so we're just going to finish up the report and then that's it barely see 19 dff it'll be black just south of Wilson unregistered motorcycle white male black over black hello was supposed to be locked up when I got here the pad lock was off of it mhm is that all from trying to put the fire out huh is the black marks on your hand all that from putting the fire out yeah okay here um we called the girlfriend ex-girlfriend and verified what the phone looks like what the screen saver is so she's verified that he was at least at the scene of the crime um so we're going to look forward into this and uh we're going to check and see if we got video cameras on the neighboring houses um but this is definitely looking like arson there there was no furniture There was a desk around the corner which is B pie I suspect he's telling me he won't get off the phone so to get it clarified the fire extended fire just went right in this area here and it looks like it's pil material I don't get it an odor of gasoline immediately or anything like that here's our problem so we we called State Fire Marshal there's no really know Associated value with this right so I'm not sure that they'll have a an interest in it but we can certainly indicate that it's suspect to Nature we have a suspect can go that route you guys going to do you know where he is no we're trying to figure it out right now okay you can pull them in for an interview what detective do you have to sign or anyone uh nobody yet okay do we know who this guy is yes all right might truck get away at all padlock door well um I saw Sparks over there in the corner when you say Sparks they give you an impression of like electrical Sparks No like wood burning Sparks okay when was the last time somebody was in the trailer before your discovery of the fire I was in the trailer two days ago so it's been that long yeah so why would anyone want to go in there and ignite that trailer in your mind because katrice and her boyfriend were fighting and he was high on speed and drank a bottle of booze and hit her in the eye okay and she called the cops on him again and he was pissed so you think he want is this where she lives yeah okay so this is her home this is her home but she just she moving into it now she's moving back because he h got moving back so she lived in here prior yeah she left down in the Greta yeah and is now moving back and he knows that yeah okay and and you said he does have a key to the lock because we can't find that padlock he doesn't have a key to the pad lock but you think you think he pred it yeah because I got one key here yes and I got the other key in the house so where do you think the padlock is I have no idea I didn't see it laying around yeah we haven't seen it either when was the last time you saw the padlock on the door cuz could she have possibly removed the padlock kept it with her in order to move no she hasn't been home okay see I'm bringing I'm bringing the first car load of stuff home because she has two cats and a dog she has to bring back so to the very best of your knowledge that door was locked with a pad lock prior to the okay did you get more safe yeah right we're going to get you to write that down for us okay so we can memorialize those okay statements you made is that good put up with my are you injured in any way sir huh that
