came up with self checkout I wanted to check my cameras just before they actually left and as I went to try to proceed to check them they just walked out the store with whatever was on their person they stuffed few things they did drop as they were going out but there were small things that they did have did you see them stuff things in their pockets and stuff and I had a customer that was like oh they were giggling about it and they stuffed their pockets as they walked out okay um did you did you actually see it though well I saw them have a few things on them as they were walking out and they didn't come into the store with drinks they were drinking the drinks in the car as they were leaving gotcha okay um do you have video footage of all that I have a video footage of inside I don't have any footage on the outside yeah can can we look at the footage you get from the inside let me get call me racist for for you taking the products and leaving the store and hung up but that's is there is there a number there was perfect give me that number if I can get to the car L I don't know how to work this phone number to well I'm trying to get back that's them right there but I'm trying to get them back into when they were coming into this store but this is the three coming in right there okay so there three of them yes sir there's a three right there as you can notice like as they they kind of got quiet again and then they went around the corner sat there for a little bit so as I was coming up and checking out they did come up to the checkout and this is them right there this is the individual that said that she saw them tuck things into their pockets as they were walking out and then heard them over say oh I forgot my wallet outside and that was their excuse to leave so the drinks is the only thing that the drinks is the only thing I saw them have in their hands okay as they were leaving do you want to pursue criminal charges for this or well them being juveniles it always makes a hard choice but sure um it's it's up to you I can I can do um CU as you can see they have products in their hands right there that they're trying to kind of it's hard to see because the cameras the way they're angled this one I don't think she had anything on her unless she had in her Pockets but those two I see they had stuff in their hands as they were coming out especially the one in the middle when I came out there to the car is that was that like a purse or something or thought it was a drink it looks like a looks like a phone or something a little pocket yeah looks like a a a phone or a little uh wallet or something yeah um I can just document the situation saying what happened if you want to go that route let's do that and then if they come back in um if they come back unsure whether they were or not so I'm just going to document the situation that way if they have problems with these juveniles in the future we can address it then um so for now it's just going to be attempting to take that suspect into custody uh the mother the female subject who I've got detained in the back of my patrol car um interfered with us taking him into custody um ultimately neither one of them went to jail that night however officer Smith who conducted that traffic stopped um sign warrants on um the male subject for fleeing and attempting to elude and sign warrants on the female for obstructing justice um today I observed the car on Highway 78 near Coleman Road um had a an expired tag has been expired quite some time conducted the traffic stop this is uh Davis Luke Highway 78 intersection and I come to a stop identify the driver let him know the reason for the Stop um we knew that the front seat passenger and the backseat passenger had valid warrants that's why they were asked to exit the car um they're both placed under arrest and we're fixing to be in route to the jail to book them in you good right why is he recording like he's doing a documentary on us oh that's know is she come in the door and I started getting hit so I didn't I didn't ask him like if he defended himself or not like that but he's he's got a scratch here here up in his ear and then one down there and said that he was hit with a close Fist and stuff like that she got injuries I don't know I was trying to talk before y'all got here is back and forth with Grandmother walking out screaming so if you want to see if she's got injuries okay cuz if if she doesn't have any injuries mm 105 Hur and be done with it yep I know tell tell me what he did to you as far as like when altercation happened well uh he broke my game and I got mad he threw it and they were yelling and then it got in my face and I pushed him and then I hit him and he started choking me okay and I hit him again cuz I I was scared and then it escalated from there and they kept throwing me down hold me down and yelling at me and then in the kitchen let me let me see your arms turn them over all right look look up like at the ceiling can you pull your shoulders up your shirts out that way just a little bit you can keep on step out turn and put your hands behind your back B arrest yes ma'am domestic balance he's the one that was choking me he had me on the bed on my by my throat choking me ma'am you don't have any marks on you he was choking me the neighbors heard it I'm not lying he was choking me come step it y saying I'm lying I'm being arrested I never even to SP they're lying he didn't choke me that's the neighbors they heard he choke ma'am so at a domestic violence call so between the female and the male female said that the male uh originally started because she went to pick up property came back they started arguing arguing turned into her throwing stuff and then she admitted to opening hitting and striking the male she said that the male choked but she has no signs of physical injury the male has multiple scratches cuts on his face and is bleeding from the top of his head so she's going to
