I guess he decided to f like polish this off. Have you been drinking tonight? Grab him. Good. I'm good. Yes. Hands in the air. Get on the ground. Somebody call 911. Bang. [Music] So, we're going to a fight in progress. Uh, it's in Comtock. One male is beating up a handicapped male. Uh, dealt with this guy before. He's a kind of a loose cannon, but typically everyone at the house is intoxicated and most of the time it's all exaggerated. So, we're going to get there and figure out what's going on this time. [Music] [Music] Seven arrived. I know, but obviously something that you guys will never figure out. When did you get out of jail? Pardon? When did you get out of jail? What does that kind of mean? When did you get out of jail? You got a haircut? It looks good. I made my own haircut. You made your own haircut? The [ __ ] did you get out of jail? I've never been to jail. Oh, a long time ago. Cuz I've been a flight medic for a long time. Probably you want to talk about That's pretty cool. Yeah, it's pretty cool. Who'd you beat up today? Excuse me? Who'd you beat up today? Are you talking about, bro? What the are you talking? You got him. the [ __ ] hell. Andre, what happened? This guy attacked us again and it's not the first time. It's not the first time he's beat you up. He was hitting beating me up for like 30 minutes. Is anybody across the street this time? Cuz last time the other guy was Yeah, I said the woman that was taking care of the last time we came here. Was it Misha the one that got Yeah. Where's Misha? And me too. He was a constitution house empty. Yeah, I can see that. I remember taking a picture of you last time, too. Yeah, but you didn't want to press charges last time. Last time he whooped you. You didn't want to press charges. I talked to my attorney. You want to what? I I did talk to my attorney today, my lawyer. Okay. I I went to his office. I said, "Listen, I can't handle it no more because this guy, he's on drugs or alcohol or whatever." You know, in the daytime, he's a normal person, you know. The sun goes down, he become to vampire, you know. He comes to my bed with no reason. He started beating the out of me, you know. Is that what happened today? You were in bed and he came up and started beating you again like he did last time. Same thing. Why do you keep letting him in here? What' you say? Why do you keep letting him in here? No, I talked to my attorney today. My attorney check him up. He said, "Oh my god, he has so many charges for the drugs and this and that." Said, "This guy, he goes to prison anyway, you know. He goes to prison from two to 10 years before everything was done, you know." Yeah. I think you should uh definitely not let him in anymore and trespass him so we don't got to worry about him coming over here again. I told Yes. And I told my aunt because he's not a tenant. He's just visiting, right? Just Yeah. He doesn't pay me rent, nothing. Kick him out. You want to press charges for him beating you up today? Yes. Yeah. Okay. Definitely. Uh, let me try to take my scooter. Is your scooter charged? I don't know. Here, let me get a picture of your face. How many times did he hit you? 100. 100. Did you lose consciousness? He was reading me for like 30 minutes. Did you lose consciousness at all? I would say. Did you lose consciousness? Did you pass out or Last time I pass out? Yeah. This time I try to defend myself, you know. Okay. You hurt anywhere else? Legs, arms, your chest, body. I have some bruises on my body. Okay. But this is not important. The important thing is I would like to have um when he can't come close to my property. Trespass. Trespass. Yeah. Are you familiar with protection orders? I I can a a protection order like a restraining order. I don't know how to do it. Do you know where the court is? Yes, of course. So, you can go down to the courts and you can apply for a temporary protection order against him. But how they will find him? Because he was a homeless for like a 3 months. He was sleeping in under the bridge. I don't I I don't have a keys for my scooter. Where would the keys be? I don't know. Well, looks like you're not riding a scooter. What did you say? Looks like you can't ride your scooter. If you ain't got no keys, no keys, we can't ride it. Okay. Well, I'm gonna go trespass him and make sure he's not allowed to be here. Is Is him just take him to jail. Is Alexi here? Alexi? Yeah. I told Alexi I said wrong and call the police. So, he's out here somewhere. Yes. Outside. Okay. I don't know where the other guys at. Yeah. Alexi somewhere. But Misha's not here, man. These we're It's always them. Oh, here's Alexi. Hi, guys. How are you? You guys want a cold bottle of water? No, thank you. I appreciate it. So, did you see him attack the other individual inside at all? Yeah, you did. Okay. I'll bring him back. All right, Maxim, here's the deal. Yes, sir. Andre is trespassing you from his house. NRS27.2000. It's the NRS for trespassing. It's the Nevada law. If you come back here and or you don't leave, it's a misdemeanor. Okay. You can get cited and or go to jail for it. Okay. So, from here on forward, you can't be on the property. Can I get my belongings? Yeah. What What do you What do you have inside? Uh, can it all fit in like a backpack? Cuz I don't I can't. I have three backpacks. Okay. Can you carry them all? Oh, yeah. Okay. Have you already talked to my partner about what happened inside? No, sir. You haven't? No, sir. Okay. So, what why are you in handcuffs right now? Uh, no idea. What happened to Andre's face? What What happened to Andre's face? He's covered in blood. There's other people that are involved. There's no one else inside the house. It's just It's just Andre in there. So, I don't I don't know if anyone else was inside. But what to your knowledge? What happened to Andre? I I didn't touch him. You didn't touch him? Did Alexi? I didn't touch him. Was Misha here? I didn't touch him. I I get that. Did you see anything? No, not really. No. No. Where were you at inside the house when this all went down? Well, I have a room over there that has its own little place that I hide from this situation. Okay. So, you were in the room by yourself. Didn't see anything. Didn't hear anything. How'd you know we were here? I don't remember that actually. You don't remember? Yeah, because a lot of things happened since then. So I I I'm sorry about that, but I don't remember how But I remember a lot of people showed up. What's a lot of people? Like But you got two, three, five. At least three. Okay. Three of you guys. And who all to your knowledge was inside the house? Pardon? Inside Andre's house. Who all that that you know of was there? LRC. Andre. Andre lies a lot. Okay. And then you were there. And you have any idea where Miesa is? I wipe Andre. Every time he takes you, it happens about eight times an hour. Okay. Where was Misha at? I don't know. He might have been around the corner. Around the corner or something. Okay. But you have no idea what happened to Andre. Where? He's inside. I'm a really good guy. I did a lot of good things for that guy today. Okay, I'll be back in a minute. Okay. I met his lawyer for him today. Okay, give me a minute. Apparently, Max also hit this gentleman as well. Max hit you too. Where at? In your thighs. The other time. See, I have You can come up if you want tonight. I just Andre woke me up. Okay. Did Did Maxim hit you tonight? Yeah. Hit you tonight in the thighs. But he he beat me just once because I didn't have any point. Doesn't matter, man. Like Yeah. One time or 100 times. He beat me too. But he beat me yesterday to my to my to my to my back because either he used drugs and alcohol. How old are you? I am 61. Okay. I came to America. Not for this. Are you a gymnast too? Yeah. like cartwheels and all that stuff. Handstands. Handstands. One hand. I play trumpet American anthem. Really? Can you do all that now? No. Are you a bit old now? If I practice I will. Okay. So, Maxim just hit you one time in the leg today. Did you see him hit Andre? No, but I've heard. You heard it? Yes, because I I was trying to understand what's going on because I'm downstairs. It was I was You were on the couch right there downstairs and next to Andre's room. Yeah. Okay. So, you you heard it all happening, but you didn't see it. I didn't see Did you see Maxim in the room come out at all or? Yeah, that's why he beat me. He was like cooking for everybody. He was trying to be nice and aggressive at the same time. So, he he you heard him beating up Andre or doing something to Andre and then he came out of Andre's room and he punched you. Where did he go after that? Go to cook. He went to cook after that. Like nothing happened. You just started cooking. Yes. And sharing with us, but he's very unpredictable. Very Okay. Where was Misha at? Misha. Misha is me. Where's Alexi? Alexi is inside the house. Alexi's not inside the house. Then he ran away. He ran away. How's your face? How you feeling? My face is okay, but my nose my nose was Andre's nose is broken. My nose was And I have a bruises. That's why I called police. Yeah. Okay. All right. We're going to go. We're going to take care of Maxim for you. Are you drinking? Okay. So, yeah. This is not my room. My room is Yeah, you're back there. Do you want to fill out a statement? Yes, definitely. You Okay. Um, I trespassed him from here. I'm going to let him get his belongings because I guess he's got a backpack or two. Um, I'm going to let him get his belongings and then I'm going to kick him loose and he's not allowed to come back here. Okay. You know what? I don't understand something. In the daytime, he's a normal person. Mhm. The sun goes down. He become a vampire. He becomes a vampire. Misha is sleeping. I'm sleeping right there. He just sit on Misha's chest and start beating the out of him. That was like what a few weeks ago. What did you say? Was that a few weeks ago? Yeah. Yeah. Misha couldn't walk after for like a one week, you know. He couldn't walk. He couldn't breathe. You know, all his interior organs and everything. And I was lucky because he said, "I'm going to kill you and Andre and get your house." And he goes to my room and he's yelling, "You can't do that. You can't do that." He comes back and beat the Misha again. Yeah. And uh then he goes to my room, you know, and he Yeah, he beat you up last time. Beat me last time. And uh I I don't remember what's happening, you know. I know he beat me up. Yeah. This time it happened exactly the same thing. But you didn't lose consciousness this time. No, he come to my room, you know, and he beat me up. He was kicking and kicking and kicking and beating me. Was he just Was he just punching you or was he kicking you, too? No, he was punching me and kicking. Okay. Were you on your bed or were you on the ground? No, I was in the bed. Okay. I tried to stand up, but I have no legs, you know. Yeah. So, uh, this gentleman, this Maxim, this is the second time he's done this. Um, simple battery against two parties. There's no substantial bodily harm or anything like that, uh, that we know of. Um, looks like just some superficial cuts to the face and then I didn't see any injuries on our other fellow over there. So, we'll get him trespassed. Um, he'll get charged with two counts of simple battery and hopefully that'll end it for the night. Uh if he comes back, he'll be subject to arrest and or citation for the trespassing. Um if he does anything like this again, we can take him to jail. Um but essentially just a bunch of alcohol driven rage. I guess as our friend said, he becomes a vampire at night when he drinks. So maybe that has something to do with the aggression. Not sure. All right. So we're going to a keep the peace. Um, the RP needs to go to this address to get his belongings. Apparently, he was trespassed from the address yesterday. So, we'll go make contact with the RP and see exactly what's going on. Hi, how are you doing? Good. How are you? I don't want that that thing recording in my face. Can you tell them to stop that? They're just doing a documentary on me. I know, but I don't want that. Please. I don't want that. Please. So, what's going on today? I don't want that. You want to take the eye of my face while I'm not talking? That's fine. Is it him? He was the one. Yeah, please. Can you take the face? Can he Can he reset that? Yeah. It's over here. I don't want him over there. I don't want that in my camera. I'm over here. He's over here. I don't know what they call. Not him. I don't want that in my face. What's going on? They're just going to edit you out anyway. So, no. But I don't want that. I don't want that. He told him to respect cuz I came from a family from a police officer. That's fine. All right. So, what's going on today? Okay. I'm the only deputy on the streets today. So, it's okay. Uh, you've been here, right? Yeah, you've been here. Is that Andre's house? Yes. Okay. He got 69 something. What is it? 86. 86. 69. So he doesn't want I don't know about this. So he doesn't want him over there. Andre doesn't want him. Yeah. So he came and knocked my door. He said, "Kenny, I want to get my stuff. Let me call the cops better for you." Mhm. So there's things that he has that what he does. Mhm. And I saw the videos right now. That's not good. Mhm. I want you to see him, but I want him to pick up his clothes and maybe you guys can help him to take him somewhere where he can I can walk. But look, I've been helping these guys out for a month. They put me in jail once already on a battery. But he's hitting He's hitting them with hands. That's not right. I saw a video in us. I took a video. I've been here. He abuses me because I He's like, "Get me a cigarette. Give me a vodka. get me out. He drinks a gallon and a liter 75. Andre does, right? Yeah. So is Misha. Misha, the other guy just pisses himself all day. So I've been cleaning up. Laundry is non-stop. I've spent all my money. They took my money when I went to jail the first time, but they're hitting each other with pants and I get 86 out of here with all my [ __ ] You should show them the videos what kind of people he is. I didn't know he You should show him the videos. So don't just, you know, I'll call the cops for you so you can pick up your clothes because I don't want to look like a bad guy anymore. I'm I'm a critical care flight medic nurse. The only thing is you So like if he doesn't want you in the property, he obviously how he can get his clothes in. He has to go be like that. So as far as as far as with the clothes and stuff like that, he would be able to can't see. There's a pan. You see the pan? Yeah, I see the pan, but I can't really see too much. It's It's kind of reflecting, but that's inside where they sit. I can't really see what he's hitting. See, he's he's hitting him with the pen. Go over here so you can see the That's not That's not good. What he does with right here, you can see it. I saw it. You could start it over. It's 34. There's two sets of him hitting him. Sorry, the phone's super bad. Good for He's going to hit him again. Yeah. I mean, and that was me after I heard it. I went he was hitting him 15 times before that and he just hits him with the thing. He's bleeding all over the place. He goes to the hospital. When was this? On the eighth. Okay. Did you call it in us? No. He see this is what's her name? Officer. Officer. So when they get hit, he does that kind of stuff. Hit people. They love each other. They love each other. And he calls the ambulance like, "Oh, he goes because he's been weirdly conscious for the last 4 months." And I'm like, "Dude, I've only been here a week. They arrested me day one. I've been here now two weeks out of jail and I've been helping them. Everything's been great. But they they're problematic with their own." Yeah, we've been out here before. So that's the reason he showed me like maybe that's the reason that another guy goes to jail. I'm here to help. And and I mean, but he's he's attempting murder on this guy every other night. He's beating his ass. He's saying it's just it's nuts. So, I'm doing laundry because this goes real quick. I mean, they poop everywhere. They're literally pee and pooing everywhere. Mhm. And then they just lay in it. So, I got them washed up. We went and saw a lawyer yesterday. He went there. He went there. We went to Vegas. Another guy drove. It's just Yeah, we've called adult protective services and all that stuff. Um because we've been I have no problem. I'm going to go find work. I have my I have ID. I have my social on me. I have everything. There's a bag. There's two backpacks. One was Andre's, one is mine. And I left my bag in there amongst other things. I don't even have a shirt. So that's where we're at. Okay. What's your first name? I'm Maxim. M Axi M. And then last name? M A L E V. Echo E. So that one Misha gets out. M A L E V. What's your last name again? Echo. Echo. Victor Maliv. He's a me person. He's an alcoholic person. I cannot help people like that. Yeah. So, they can only kind of help people who want to be helped. Uhhuh. Yeah. And then the fire department comes out cuz I'm I'm moving him. You know, it's dead weight. He refuses to help. He wants wipe my he I wipe his ass all day. I know. But like I told you, Max the other day, I says if he doesn't want help and now he gets up on his stool and he gives out because he got his finally I gave him his medicine. They take my stuff all the time. They move all myit around. They get me flustered. Just give me vodka. Give me cigarettes. Cigarettes. People that from the circus from circus like acrobats. Thank you. Have a weird family type environment. And I came out here to drop Alexe off and I got arrested that day. Sheriff's office. Hello. Cool. If I come in. What's up, Andre? How you doing? Cool. If I come in? Come in, please. Can I come in? You live here or are you busy? I live here. I see you got food and you got some AC now. How you been? Very good. Come in. Uh, is it okay if uh Max gets his um belongings? What did you say? Can Max get his belongings? Can Max get his backpack and stuff so he can leave? Okay. I'm going to go grab him so we can get his stuff and then he's going to be leaving. All right. But you've been good. What did you say? You've been good. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Yep. Just don't talk to him. Just get your stuff. He said you're allowed to get your stuff. Cuz if he says he doesn't want you to get your stuff anymore, then typically we got to back out from there. So just get your stuff. Don't talk to him and then get what you need. I have um ask you to help. Mhm. Come. Okay. I have uh all of my paperwork. Mhm. My taxes, my uh you know, all the documents, you know, I have right there. Mhm. When Max and Max, he has uh some uh some of his paperwork right there. Mhm. When Max will pick up his belongings, his shield, he doesn't take my paperwork, my tax, his u documents. Okay. Where's your stuff at? What you say? Where's your stuff at? Oh, everything's right here. Oh, right here. Yeah. Okay. Can I This table had all my stuff on it. Put a shirt on. No glasses. Okay. I don't know. I have shades on. And I need a black backpack just like that. That's mine. That one's yours? No, that one's his. If it's not yours, I'll go through it. This is Misha's. I have one that's just like that. This was what? This was the wrong backpack. So, this is all his stuff. Just like that. And he has See, I I did all this and I got his W2 all folded up like this is his stuff. Okay. Is that your backpack? I these are my backpacks, but they could have the backpacks. It's not my backpack. These are yours. All yours. Your stuff. Nichas are over there. I don't know where my backpack was. All right. Well, then you got everything that you can think of. Just look to see if it's in the bathroom real quick. Yeah. Nothing. All right. All right. My glasses are here. Do you know where my glasses are? My Gucci's. My sunglasses. Any of my sunglasses. Code for any of my sunglasses. You take care. All right, bud. Yeah. All right. You need anything for me? Come in please. You see they have a hearing problems. Yeah. You know from the military. Yeah. Air Force. That's why when we talk from the distance for me it's very hard to hear. Gotcha. To hear. Looks like you're doing a lot better, you know. Thank you. Yeah. Mhm. Thank you very much for your help. What is your name? I'm Wills. Wills. Yep. Nice to meet you, Wills. Nice to meet you. We have the same first name, but I'm Wills. No, thank you for helping. I hope he'll never come back on my property. Did you let him in? He was taking care of you or something or You see what's happened? Holy. My spinal was broken. My neck and my low back is broken from a circus. Me and my brother were working in the circus. Yeah. All life. this guy Max, he's a bad bad boy. You know, if you check his background, he has like a seven different charges. And um he talked to my attorney, my lawyer, and he said he's facing like uh two to 10 years in a prison. Mhm. For things he did, which is drugs and blah blah blah blah blah. Mhm. And uh when Max he moved in my house, he tried to control everything, you know. Mhm. He was taking uh my belongings. He was taking my uh my stuff and he blame everything on Misha. He said, "Misha, he stole your car keys. Misha stole your uh documents. Misha stole your keys for your your scooter. Mish, did you find it? No. No. At least we found the the wallet. My wallet. It was under the bed. The cars and the driver's license. But what's still missing? It's my passport. That's fine. It's all civil. He just wanted to get his stuff. He's thie. Mhm. And he's trespassed now, too. So, he can't come back. So, he knows he's trespassed, so he can't come back here. But, he's already told me his part. You guys told me your part. It's all pretty much civil and stuff like that. Don't trust him. All right. Yeah. In one week. In one week. Max beat me sharp and beat me up and I call you guys. Yeah. He went to jail for that. Yeah. He told u he said, "I'm going to Andre. I'm going to you." Which is See what I have in case he he said that he's going to me. He's going to him and he'll sleeping. Mhm. Just be careful who you guys allow into your house. That's the biggest thing I could say. If you don't know them, don't invite them in. Don't allow them stay here because of course it's pretty hard to get them. Um it's pretty hard to get them out if if they get residency. So you know how much you have to go through the courts and all that. So to get this house. Mhm. Yeah. He's had it for a couple months. That's why he's handicapped. Mhm. Okay. Too much. Okay. All of work it serious and stage and he has a Oscar from uh Hollywood. Me and he has a a gold clown from this movie show America has talents. Mhm. Yeah. Has a clown. Gotcha. And u I I I want a secret space. So this my history. Gotcha. Okay, guys. Well, you guys have a better one. I'll go drive around. See if I can go find that for you. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. If you will find the passport, you know. Yeah, I know who it belongs to. I I will uh I'll be very appreciated. Sounds good. All right, you guys take care. Thank you. be safe. All right. So, pretty much um I haven't been to that address in a few months. Uh last time I was here, we had to get resources like adult protective services. Um we tried to get resources for veteran stuff, but because the fact that he's part of the Russian military. Um it's kind of hard for him to be able to get those resources, I guess. Um we've had other elder protective people come out to try to talk to him and stuff. And as she stated earlier, he doesn't want help. Um, it's good to see now, though. He actually has someone there who's staying with him. And he actually has power and he has power. He has food in there. Um, the place looks a lot better than what it did originally when I was out here a few months ago. I guess they had uh Max helping them, but I guess they didn't want him helping, which is understandable. Be careful who you allow in your residence, I guess you can say. and uh as of right now. So hopefully they remain peaceful. Max hopefully finds his resources he needs to be able to get back to Vegas like he said he wanted to. And uh that's pretty much where we're at. Um there was also a voluntary statement, a written statement in there that was from a previous case I guess that one of our deputies took. So um if neither party wanted to press charges in regards to that incident that happened on the ETH, then we technically have no victim. I mean, they both admitted that they fight here and there and stuff like that. They've known each other for years. If you don't have a victim, you don't have a crime, unfortunately. So, thankfully today there's going to be peace because Max is out and those two can hopefully just coexist and just be cool with each other. So, getting sent to trespassing call. Sounds like it's a neighbor's reporting party stating that a a male keeps trespassing um at another male's house um was formerly trespassed from that residence and went there today and spit in his face and possibly took money in a credit card. Um the suspect in this uh had just gotten released from jail um and has several cautions on them. We're going to go over there, make contact, and see what's going on with the whole situation. [Applause] Recording at Yes. And he's not supposed to be there cuz he trespassed off there. Yeah, we did a record couple of days. He's like a silk. Okay. Perfect. Uh-huh. And then plus he got the phone belonged to me but it it it became to be uh Alexis it this is the other guy who comes in and out. Mhm. But he I was going to take this phone to gave to Alexi and because by in case by accident I dropped his two phones from this height. You accidentally dropped the phone and he said she start to yell at me I'm not going to give you your phone. It will because you dropped my fault. But nothing happened with it. It didn't break. No. Yeah. So, what happened today with Is it Maxim? Maxim. Maxim. So, what happened today with Maxim? Did he come back to the house today? He came to the house uh yesterday. Oh, it's a she. She. Okay. All right. She came to the house yesterday. What' she do when she was at the house? Was that the phone situation? She was In the beginning he was very very disciplined. Yes. Like uh he wants to listen anything Andre said but you know he manipulates by Andre. He doesn't have a job money. Uhhuh. And he use Andre's money to go to gas station to the store. And Andre is asking buy me vodka, cigarettes, whatever. And I said enough. enough. Andre. Mhm. It's It's too much. Just Yeah. Cuz he's he's Okay. So, is it And it's your house that she's trespassed from. Is it your house? She Okay. Andre. Is she there now? She's there. Yeah. Okay. And Andre's Andre's house. Andre's house. Yeah. It's not your house. It's It's I'm his soul brother. Okay. So, you live there as well? Yes. Okay. And I have my address and driver's license. Okay. Did Did Andre invite her there today or or did or did she just show up? No, they released him from the police. They released Andre CDC. No, they Max and Maxim. They came from the hospital. Uh-huh. And I see he's like this. Look at me. I said, "You're against here." I said, "What are you doing here?" Oh, he was like like angel. Mhm. Okay. So, she's she's there now. Maximum. Okay. Is he Is he drunk? Yes, he is drunk. Is he going to try to fight us? [Music] He has a rifle for you. He has a rifle for us. Yeah. No, not for for any He's run. You never know. Okay, got it. And then what kind of rifle? Like is it like a SKS or The rifle is strong. Strong rifle. All right. We'll get him out of there for you. Okay. Please do. Yeah. So your brother your brother is Andre. Soul brother. Did Andre didn't call him up and say, "Come over to the house." Andre. No. No. So Andre Andre wants him out of the house. him and he came to the house and Andre open to him because Andre wants to be wants to be drinking. Uh he's handicapped and he is using Maxim to go to gas station and buy drinks. All right. So yeah, we'll go we'll go make contact with him now. All right. Um just sit here for a little bit. Yeah, I'd rather if he is if there is a rifle in the home, I'd rather not have too many people there. Um, so if you would like as soon as we're done, we can come back and speak with you here. Is that all right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. We just spoke to the male who called. Um he's he gave us the rundown on what's going on. This we've been out to this residence multiple times for um different things. It looks like Maxim was trespassed from this residence and now he's back. Um, he just got out of jail for uh being arrested for trespassing. We're going to go make contact with him and talk to Andre who is currently at the residence as well. That front door here, I'll watch side real quick. Hi. What's your name? Who? Oh, can I talk to you over here? Hey, come out here, man. No, come out here. No, sir. Who's sick? Who are you? This is what I take care of. Sorry. It's Jerry. So, we've cleaned real quick. No weapons in the house. Hi. Are you uh Michael's brother? Andre. Andre. My name is Andre. Yeah. We're just checking on you guys. Why you people here? Well, so we were I didn't call you. You didn't call? No. No, you did not. But Michael did. Who's Michael? Your brother. The one on the scooter right now. He is sleeping. No, he's No, he left. He left. He was sleeping. Like an hour ago, he left on the So, I I I think he is sleeping. Okay, here one. We just have a couple questions for you. Okay. Yes. Did Did cuz cuz you're you're trespassed from here, but did you invite Did you invite What's your Maxim Maxim? Did you invite Maxim into the house tonight? Yes, you did. And this is your residence? Yes. Okay. All right. He's a good friend of mine. Okay. There's been a couple misunderstandings. You You know what? I am my handicap. Yep. You know, I I I can I can't walk. Okay. And I I I can make my food. I I I can do my laundry. I got to get the depends on you go with Yeah. He He He does my laundry. He does my food. Mhm. He does my uh you know, he he helps me. I got you. Okay. Why did you guys trespass him? He was trespassed and he went to jail for being here during the fight that happened. He did some stupid thing, you know. I forgive him. Okay. Does Misha live here, too? I apologize if I mispronounce it, but Misha, that's right. Misha, he lives here. Okay. And this guy, he's not trespassing. Okay. He is not trespassing. That's that's what we're here to figure out. That's all we need to figure out cuz because this is the only one guy who takes care of me. We are going to go talk to Misha and tell him it's okay to come back because you granted him permission to come back in. So, he's not trust. I have no issues with Misha at all. He's like super Is he has he been drinking tonight? I I kind of smelt a little bit. Not. Yeah. I I like he can't have it. It's elite. Like we said can't we throw all the furniture out. Stop one second. Okay. Officers, you an officer. He's an officer. He is an officer. This guy, he helps me. Got a little rough. I'm taking it. I was going to take it back tonight. Okay. But Misha left I can't leave him alone here. Okay. On his own because the door we don't have a key to the door. Yeah. There's another guy that comes around. His name is Alex. Okay. Yep. He has a a do not come order. He doesn't have a do not come order, but he doesn't want him around. He was kicked out. So I I I hold it down at least if Misha goes for a walk or whatever or what? He can't drink. It's like and and I'm not sure if he's been drinking, but kind of got that hint. So these they're they're professional uh acrobats. I mean she's got a Grammy. They're big time. I heard guys. Yeah. Playing the trumpet. One hand. One hand. They they're circuit display guys. Okay. They're just And there he's a special forces guy back in Russia. And Misha is just his buddy for 45 years. So, so if he's saying I want him to go to jail, I don't I don't Yeah, I got you. Uh, so we just got finished talking to the male here at the residence. Um, the one of the the occupants in the house uh was formerly trespass, but with the resident inviting them in um to the house, he's allowed back after residents. It voids a trespass. Um, other than some drinking tonight, it doesn't seem like there's been uh any major incidences. So, we're going to go talk to uh Ma right now and just advise him of what what we found and and that he can go back to residence and there's not a lot we can do to help out with the other male in the residence allowing the subject in the house. We're headed to an unemergency. the uh reporting party went to check on their neighbors and said that a bunch of them were all bloody and beat up. Uh we've got units there now. They've got some males detained. So, we're going to get over to them and see what we can get figured out. So, the address we're heading to, it's uh occupied by uh multiple individuals from Russia. Um this is a common occurrence with them. They get in fights, they beat each other up, uh they're drunk most of the time. So, this could be a typical occurrence for them or it could be something more due to the uh reporting party going and checking and saying it was, you know, worse than what it was. So, we'll we'll see if it's just a typical Russian night for him. Andre and is Andre on the floor? Where are the other two at? In the back of the car. Yeah. What happened, Andre? Is he covered in [ __ ] You good? Yeah, I'm good. Lack of hall. Andre, we got medics coming. All right. This is an upgrade. Just hang tight, Andre. Hang tight. They're coming. You didn't see anybody else up there? No, we cleared all up there. There's no one else. Hold on. Andre, take a breath. It's okay. We got medics coming. Okay. No, don't move. Don't move. Just hang tight. What's on your face? What's on your face, Andre? Hold on. Just stay laying down. We don't want to move you in case anything's wrong. Just relax. Cigarette. You need a cigarette? Yes. Okay, hold on. I'll get you a cigarette when the medics get here. Okay. I will appreciate it. You will what? I will appreciate a cigarette. Where are your cigarettes at? I don't even know where they're at. Andre, I don't see any cigarettes. Misha's not here. I don't see any I don't see any cigarettes. He has nothing yet. He wants a cigarette. Couldn't find a cigarettes. You want a cigarette? Okay. It looks like our trespass guy is still here. So, I arrested him or no. Huggin arrested him last week. Okay. For uh trespassing and uh battery and then he had his credit cards. Okay. So, he was arrested for it last week. And now he's back. And now he's back. Is that's spray paint or he's never been on oxygen since I've seen him. Um, it looks like spray paint. Yeah. Yeah, he was huffing. Were you huffing or did someone spray you? Andre, were you huffing spray paint or did someone spray paint you? Cuz there's like letters and stuff. I don't think he could have wrote that on his arm. No. Andre, what happened? I woke up on the on the floor. You woke up on the floor. Yeah. His back. I don't know what that is. That's an abscess. Oh, is that old or that those grow over time? Don't lay back down. I woke up on the floor. You woke up on the floor. He's talking about He's not even making sense. So, I just Maxim. Yeah, the one that was proned out. The boulder guy. Yeah, Maxim. What did Misha say? You talking? He said that he's just gets drunk. He tried to stop him from getting drunk. He's drunk, too. And he said he got drunk and fell off the bed. So, where' the spray paint come? Well, there's spray paint. Oh, there's spray. There's the can. There's spray paint. But why is all over his face and everything? Yeah, it's like in his mouth, on his face, on his chest. It's on that guy, too. It's in his mouth and on his face. It's all over his chest. I didn't I didn't I thought it was dirt at first. No, it's spray paint. And his His mouth is all like beat up and swollen. He's not really talking. He's like, "There's a shotgun here. Watch out. He has a shotgun." The dude's The dude's crazy. He's not making any sense. Misha, what happened? Nothing. He was going to cook. I was sleeping. Maxine was going to cook. Yeah. Okay. I was sleeping. Andre was drunk the whole day. Sleeping in and out. In and out. In and out. Nothing happened. No. Where did all the spray paint come from? What? Spray paint. Sh. It's all over him. In his mouth, on his face. He did it himself. I've seen him do it himself. Is he like huffing it yet or what's he doing with He's just a he's he's he's going to escape and he's going to invig Justice Rambo on the community. So have 70 officers. I don't know where is he going to escape from? From that he's all gripped up on the back of that mattress. Back of the mattress. There's firearms. No, there's no firearms. There are just wire wiring. Wiring? Yeah. Take the mattress off. He's gripping onto it. It's a naggle tooth to break one of you. Click. He's taking a camera. He'll sell it for four grand. Make it 10. Make one. Okay. But he fell off his bed. That's what you're saying. 40 times today, bro. How many times? 40. 50. We pick him up. Tired. And he was peeing on the floor. It was slippering. I mean, it was everything fair. Okay. So, nothing happened to him. He spray painted himself in the face and he fell off his own bed cuz he's been drinking all day. And we both helped him. You both were helping him? Yes. I lifted him. You were heavy. Did he break all the times? I did 40 squats of dead weight. 285. Bro, did he break all the bottles and break all the stuff in there, too? Oh, he throw all over the place. What's on the floor? Is it alcohol or He's getting into Amordo. Amordo, not Lor. All right. 20% Amordo because he's got it all over the place because the bottle has been empty. He was pissed off. So he So he broke the He broke the bottle cuz he's pissed off. Okay. Are you hurt at all? He used to throw the knives when he was in special forces. Oh, he threw knives when he was in the special forces. Oh, yeah. I was good at ducking knives, though. Good. We love this place. We love it. But it's hard. It's getting hard. So we try to take care of him and this is private. Please don't photograph this instead of I am like a 200 year period please. I'm with him for 46. Yeah, cuz you guys are all friends in the circus and stuff, right? Yes. All right. And roommates. I'm going to go see what's going on with him and then we'll get you guys out of here. Okay. All right. Do you guys need medical attention? No. No. You need medics to come take a look at you or anything? Yes. You don't? Okay. Well, I was asking Misha, too, just to make sure. I'm good. And I don't have anything. I'm good. Okay. All right. Hang tight. Thank you. So, normal drunken Russian guys, they're all saying Mr. Andre fell off his bed and uh spray painted himself. So, we really don't have anything at this point. We're just going to make sure he's medically good to go and and we'll get out of here. We're going to get you in the back here, sir. We're going to check a couple other things. Okay. I got to see where you're injured. Nothing. Supposedly fell off the bed. Andre fell off the bed, broke all the bottles, did all the damage, and then Oh, are you guys okay with this? Yeah, it's we were here last time. Yeah. So, uh he's like covered in spray paint. Oh, is that what it is? Yeah. So, they're saying he like spray painted himself. There's like spray paint all over the walls. Says like he scared out of she came over banging on my door, but she was just over there checking on him. Yeah. And she she thought he was dead. Yeah. He was just laying on the floor in his own urine and like alcohol and all that stuff. But so he he's I guess we were here last night, too. Yeah. And uh as usual, there was one more there was one more guy over there that I've seen over there for the last week, but he's a lot taller than what that Alexi skinny guy. He looks like Misha, but he's taller. Yeah. Yeah, it's Alexi. Okay. Yeah. I don't He's usually He usually leaves before we get here because last time The thing is there's there's a couple there's a couple ways out on the back of the trailer. Yeah. And that girl that hangs around here, every time you guys show up, I see her in the park walking, coming out the back. Yeah, Alexi leaves cuz last time we were dealing with him, he fought us and we arrested him. Is he the one that's been trespassed a couple times? No, that's Maxim. That's that guy. Okay, then why is he still there? Andre is letting him stay. Okay, so we can't If Andre is letting him stay there, we can't do anything about it. Um, so but he's covered in spray paint, too. He's got it all on his neck and his chest. So, I don't know if they just got bored and were spray painting each other or like huffing it or Well, Candy thought he was all full of blood. Oh, Andre. Yeah, Andre. He's got like his lips all busted up. They're saying he fell off the bed and did it to himself. So, okay. Likely. Yeah, likely. Did he get beat up again? Maybe. I mean, Maxim usually beats up Misha and not Andre. So, I've seen some blood on Misha. Yeah, this is normal. Normal stuff. Okay. Yeah, this is this and it's Sunday. Yeah. And it's Sunday. Yeah. So, we'll see you Tuesday night. Probably tonight. Andre will probably come home and there'll be another issue. So, but Andre is going to the hospital because he has no idea where he's at. Well, he's This is wrong time. Yeah. Yeah. Well, no, he usually drinks earlier than this. It's only like 7:30. No crimes were committed today. The homeowner allowed the man that has previously been trespassed to remain on property. They're both saying that he fell off the the bed and hit himself. He wasn't coherent. Doesn't know where he is. So the medics will take him down to the hospital, make sure he's code for. Um, aside from that, it's typ pretty typical. Drunken uh, escapade, breaking stuff, hurting themselves, and now spray painting each other. That's a new one to add to the list. But yeah, no, they're good. We'll see if any more problems come from it tonight. Other than that, we'll we'll get out of here. recording. So, we're on route to the Hamilton address again involving the Russians. The uh reporting party is now stating one of the Russian males is outside with a firearm and that he's trying to get onto their property. So, we're headed uh we're headed there code three. See what's going on. If he's got a firearm, uh it's obviously an issue. We got other units in route with us. Try and get there as quickly as we can. two unit [Applause] Hey, just get inside, guys. Okay. Who else is in the house, man? Nobody. Just me and another guy. You know who that is. Nobody else is in there. Come on, bro. Look at me, bro. You know Spanish or English? Both. Hey, we're going to head over to my car. Okay. I don't [ __ ] where you Okay. Hey, figure out where this guy, bro. Covering you. Covering you. Hands. Hands. Hands. Contact. Contact. Let me see your hands, Misha. Show me your hands. All right. He's got both hands. I don't see any firearms. Put your hands up, Misha. Hands up. Drop the blanket. Drop the blanket. Stop right there. Get down on the ground. Have him throw it out. Throw the jacket to your left. Throw it away. Put it down on the ground. Put it down. Misha, put the jacket down. Misha, put the jacket down. Misha, stand up. Leave the jacket on the ground. Walk towards me. Walk. Keep your hands where we can see them. Keep walking. Keep walking. Go to your right. Yes. Did they say if Andre was released from the hospital or not? Okay. So, it should just be these two. Copy. left's clear. Yep. One left. Go. Okay. There's going to be a bathroom to your left on the left hallway and a room down there. Yep. So, I'm going to go talk to her and see what she saw. Who had the gun? Wait, let me freak. I don't know. Yeah, take a take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. Talk to you. Okay. We were all all in here chilling because we said, "Well, my sister, she's afraid being alone because what's happening?" Yeah. Right. Um there Stacy something. We were all bus and everything. He went outside and that guy, the bull guy with the cross spray Maxim. Okay. Yeah. Um he was right there in the gate and he was going like this and he's all like back up, back up. What are you doing? When I came out here cuz I seen the dogs lunge forward. Um I come out here and he's like this like this going like this and grab the he wanted to grab he wanted to grab the dog like grab something like getting Did you see Did you see him pull a firearm out? No. Did you see what it like grabbed something boxers on? Officer, what? He went when he when he got up, he he went like this to you. Yeah. To us, to all of us, we run out. Did he did he have anything in his hands? Did he have a weapon? Did you get or whatever? He had a Miller, the big ones. And then when he was leaving, because I came up with my voice, he reached out to something which we didn't see because we went inside. Okay. Did he reach for something on his hips? What was he wearing? He was wearing the blue like his underwear. It looked I don't know if it was a blue shorts or I got prepared because Yeah. No, no, I get you. I don't know or boxers, but they were blue. So, this turned into um a cluster of issues. So, we were out here earlier for the uh medical slash battery call. Um during that, the reporting party was actually locked inside the residence um by one of the individuals. She didn't want to press charges earlier. Um however, this new incident uh the male went onto her property and made some threats. Um so, she is now wishing to pursue charges. Um, in reference to this incident, no firearm was located that, you know, that we came across. Um, both males that we pulled out of the residence, neither one of them had a firearm. Um, we took, you know, both males were detained. The first male, he decided he was going to fight our deputies. Um, he spit on a few of them, punching, kicking, um, a whole slew of things. So, he's going to jail for um resisting battery by prisoner uh you know, and a slew of other charges in relation to the the batteries against uh both other individuals at the property. So, we're going to route to the hospital right now just to make sure that the male is code for and if there is anything severely wrong with him, we can go ahead and get that added to our case as well. Um, another thing, the original call for service we had earlier, the older male was spray painted all over his face and his chest. He claimed it was uh, nobody. However, the reporting party while she was inside the residence said that uh, Maxim told her he did it to him um, in an attempt to, in her words, kill him. Um, so we're going to go see if any of that is taking a toll on uh Mr. Andre's health. South 24 registration check. 24 0 61 yellow 73 white crown Victoria 24 Nevada 0 61 yellow 73 is negative 1 valid fire 6 to 25 on a 2011 sport four door sandal out of front copy you're showing traffic of that vehicle at black and cala All right. So, we're going to stop him. He's got no license plate lights and I'm directly behind him and he's also doing 51 and a 45. So, he's either doesn't aware of cops behind him in a marked patrol vehicle or he just doesn't care. So, his registration seems current. Um, we'll do a traffic stop and find out what his deal is. So, close enough. [Music] What's your problem? Hey, I'm Deputy Davis, Knight County Sheriff's Office. Hi. So, your license plate lights are burnt out and you're doing 51 and a 45 with me directly behind you. I got my ass a little and it scared me. I'm a nervous driver. Okay. Can I see your license? I actually I have my ID, but I don't have a You don't have a license. Do you have insurance? Yes. Has insurance? Can I see the insurance? Can I see? Will you open that and see what's in I wasn't wasn't that close. I was reading your plate. It makes me nervous. It's okay. This stuff I don't. So, you don't have a license? No, I was just going to get cat food. Okay, relax, ma'am. It's okay. All right. How old are you? 28. Why? Why are you freaking out? Cuz I don't want to get in trouble. I just like Okay. Well, trouble. You may get a ticket tonight, but I mean, are you afraid you're going to go to jail or something? Okay. Well, it's okay. Relax. All right. Do you have your at least an ID on you? Yes, sir. Okay. So, you said you were picking up what? Cat food. I'm going to get cat food. Going to get cat food. Where you going? Tractor Supply. No, Walmart. Walmart. Okay. I get mine from Tractor Supply and Walmart. So, it's all right. Relax. It's all right. Like I said, worst case scenario, maybe you get a ticket or something, but like I said, you weren't doing like 80. You're not reckless, nothing crazy. You're speeding. License plate light bulbs, they burn out all the time. Okay. It's pieces. I was like, "What did I do wrong?" Like, I instantly got mad at myself. Yeah. So, the only reason I was actually behind you for so long, I wanted to get closer to a major intersection for both of our safety because if we would have stopped over there, there's a lot of dry brush on the side and exhaust pipes cuz I'm also in a Crown Vic can start brush fires. And here, obviously, you can see it's a little bit more flat. Okay. So, it's all right. Relax. Not a big deal. Have you ever had any tickets before? Um, just one and it's for no insurance. No insurance. Okay. But this does have insurance, right? Insurance? Yes, sir. Who owns the vehicle? It's my father's car, Colin Leert. Okay. All right. Sit tight for me, ma'am. All right. Take a deep breath. It's going to be all right. Wow. So, uh, as soon as I got out of the car, I could hear her yelling, "Get that out of my face. She doesn't like my spotlight." So, she admitted she does not have a valid license. She's extremely nervous. Said she's going up to Walmart to get cat food, which I get that. I can respect. got to feed the animals, but um you got to have a license to drive in the state of Nevada. So, she seems like a nice girl. So, what I'll do is I'll do her a favor. N copy unknown emergency. N copy unknown emergency area of Comtock and Vegas Valley Drive. Tom Stock in Vegas Valley Drive. RB advising there's a male out in the roadway screaming for help. Negative visual. She can just hear 24. Can you clear? That's affirm. All right. So, copy. Confirm your clear warning. That's a good copy. All right. All right, ma'am. So, it's kind of your lucky day, okay? Cuz we got more important calls going on. So, no citations today. So, your license is showing suspended or surrendered. So, I don't know what happened with that. Um, in the system, it's showing surrendered and uh movement permit or something like that. It's kind of odd. So, Oh, that's weird. Yeah, whatever you got to do, go to the DMV, get it fixed. Um, you seem like a nice girl. Don't freak out. So, the reason we do this anxiety, the reason we do the spotlight is so you can't look at us approaching for our safety, but that's also why I shut it off. I was like, why is that [ __ ] in my heard? That's that's what I heard. Um, but like I said, it could be someone up here with a gun that I don't want to see me approach, but obviously talking to you. That's why I went over there and shut it off. Okay. Seemed like a nice young lady. Um, so please drive safe. I will and I won't be speeding. You just made me so nervous. Just make sure after you get your cat food, don't do not drive until you get your license fixed, okay? Because like I said, if NHP stops you, they may tow the vehicle for that. Okay. Yes, sir. All right, ma'am. Have a safe one. Stop. All right. So, we're going to an unknown emergency where someone's reporting a males in the roadway screaming. Don't know what's going on. We're not a taxi. And in your condition, man, honestly, I wouldn't feel comfortable cramming you in the back of this car cuz I see that your feet are pretty swollen. Um, so how how can I help you tonight? Cuz I mean, we came hauling ass over here cuz someone's yelling for help. Like, we don't know what happened. That's what I think. Isn't this Andre? Yeah. Andre, are you drunk? Huh? Have you been drinking tonight? Andre, what are you looking for? The key. You lost the key to the bike. Yeah. Yep. It's right there. It's right next to you. It's right there, isn't it? No, it doesn't fit. How are you going to get home tonight? Cuz I mean, we can't we can't give you a ride. Well, you're going to have to figure out, Andre, cuz uh you declined medical. There's nothing I can do if you don't have the key to your No way. Your scooter. I I mean, I can't like I don't know what you want us to do. Wait for one second. Okay. What What am I going to wait for? Okay, we're going to get out of here. So, just stay out of the road because I know you've been drinking and we don't want to intoxicated person in the roadway. Okay. It's against the law. Categorize. When I got here, he wasn't he wasn't even driving it. It was some female that was just standing next to him. So, have a good day. All right. It's very interesting. I've dealt with him a lot. So, uh, pretty much we arrived, we found a male who is is paralyzed. Um, we've dealt with him a lot. He's a he's a heavy drinker, major alcoholic. He's the type who would, you know, blow a 40 and be completely functional. So, speaking with him tonight, I didn't smell any odor of alcohol coming off of him. Inside the basket of the scooter, there was a half filled um bottle of vodka. He stated he needed help getting home his scooter. He couldn't find the key for it. Lost his key at some point. Um I asked if he wanted any medical assistance. He declined. I would not feel comfortable with him and his medical conditions looking at his legs and other um stuff he's got going on cramming him into my car. And we're also not a taxi service. So he lives about two streets away um in Comtock Park. Told him to stay out of the roadway. It's possible that he's probably going to Copy threatening. Finished that all call on the way home, but I didn't see him driving the scooter when I arrived. He was simply sitting on it with the female staying next to him. So, um, same thing with with the DUI. If I don't see someone actually in physical control of the vehicle, I can't charge him. Um, same thing with him not having an odor of alcohol emanating from his person. Um, and having previous dealings with him where he wasn't intoxicated and his slur speech being normal for him, I didn't have enough to charge him with any kind of public in talks or put him on a CPC hold. So, all right. So, now we are going to head to back up um one of our K9 deputies. He's out with the individual we were out with earlier who was a male yelling for help. Um, so apparently now he's in the same spot, was yelling for help, but has a cut above his eye. So we don't know if he was assaulted, if he fell off of his wheelchair, try to get out or electric scooter, try to get out of the electric scooter and fell. We don't know what's going on. So, um, we're going to go out there and see what's up. And obviously, we got medical rolling to the scene to evaluate them. And then, um, we'll make a determination from there. Yeah. Well, we're uh we're arriving on scene now. We're going to see what's going on with this male. Um see if he got his wheelchair unstuck after we cleared and went to the accident. What What were you going to do? CPC? I was going to hit him intoxicated in recording. Drunk as [ __ ] Oh, he's in the roadway. Oh, he's Oh, he did move it kind of. Did he? Oh, he polished it off. Oh, yeah. Is it under his butt? No, I don't like this building. something ID or anything in here? No. Okay. Trying to see if this thing turns on or not. The key. Oh, he doesn't have the key. Keys are all down here. Oh, okay. Oh, I think this is his uh Yeah, that's a form of ID if you guys want it. I guess he decided to like polish this off. I don't see any other keys around. Hey, Matt, when you guys get him loaded, can you check his pockets for keys? Oh, yeah. Let me check this quick. I haven't checked. Oh, did he? No, I'm kidding. Yeah, he broke it off. Yeah. Oh, that's great. Yeah. Couple keys here. Yeah. May as well just take those keys with them. It looks like you broke it off. Oh, yeah. It's still in there. Yeah, it's still in there. Is it on? It's done. Is it movable? Is it going to roll? No. Oh, unlock this. It might. Yeah, it rolls. He's over off of uh Hamilton, right? All right. Uh, I don't know if I even got room in the back of my car cuz I got all my stuff in your car. Well, I mean, if I pop the trunk and set it on top, I can limp it over there. I would think. I mean, if there's a will, there's a way. Heavy as Yeah. Ready? Yep. Holy. Uh-oh. Yeah. I think it's just the seat locking, but no, that's not going to hold. Son of a bee. Um, what if we put this in first? I was thinking since this is all the weight, I feel like if we throw the ass in it, that can hang out and I think we'll be fine. There we go. Yeah, I think that's good. All right. Now, we'll go over there. So, uh, nobody Yeah. I'll just make a big loop around so I'm not making U-turns. All right. So, uh, Mel's going to go to the hospital. He has a pretty good cut over his eye. Um, didn't really say what happened. We don't know if he fell. It's his injury isn't consistent with being punched. It could be a fall or he got struck with an object. We just don't know yet. He's going to the hospital. Um, his electric scooter is currently sticking out of my trunk and we are going to drive it over to his residence. So when he is um discharged from the hospital at least, you know, his his electric um scooter is at his residence and he still is, you know, has his mobility and all that. If we left it out there, it probably gets stolen or vandalized or something else. So, we'll uh drag this over to his house, drop it off. Um Deputy Murphy will conduct follow-up with him if needed at the hospital. Hopefully, he'll he'll be all right. nothing significant with his eye injuries and that'll be the end of this. So, [Music]
