eight years ago okay all right it's all tight okay so I made contact with the driver um she doesn't have uh any idea with her right now um she's acting a little nervous I heard her rattling some pills uh that I felt like she was kind of shoved between the uh the seats there and she's doing a lot of moving around so I'm gonna get another unit get her out of the vehicle see if she'll consent to a vehicle search um her passenger is also acting nervous that she was just asking for a ride so we'll get them out see what's going on with their stories and kind of go from there sultan ko4 can I get another she's being really nervous and I'm certain she was trying to shove some pills between the center console and the chair um she doesn't ever deal with her vehicle doesn't belong to her plates are suspended and she said that she was just driving I was doing 90 up prom Valley and yeah and she I couldn't I could not catch up to her um get to the stop sign and I mean she taps or breaks and just keeps going so um at the bedroom I got her for the for the speed and the stop sign so I'm going to pull her out pull her passenger out try to get their story see if we can get their swords to cooperate and see if there's anything in the car hey Kate do me a favor button slide out for me please do you have the insurance and stuff with you okay why what's up we'll talk back here all right do plates are suspended oh they are okay um is everything inside the vehicle does it belong to you I did have these people in my car a few days ago but other than that yet so everything belongs to me so what do you mean by it so if I gave somebody a ride from the casino okay so is there a chance that they could have left something in your vehicle that doesn't belong to you I don't think like we were up to anything that's what I'm well I mean I I would know I would I know who I put in my vehicle and I would know yeah so it's a yes or no so bye okay okay I mean no there's nothing okay all right she barely knows her she went to school with our kids and um but she doesn't she doesn't really know her that well she's just giving her a ride like she already told you um but she really doesn't even know and she doesn't think there's anything in the car that's illegal so she's she's lying because she says that um that's her kids dad's aunt she has something like that she said that her like her neighbor her boyfriend or something like that where did she say she was going uh giving her a ride home all right so I asked for consent she denied so I'm just gonna do a plain view yeah hey Sam got up there stand back up there okay I'll look it okay I'll look at it here in a second so we'll just do Plain View and see if oh maybe that was what was rattling the metal on the coloring book she's my my baby's dad she's my cousin that in their in their way it's a cousin but she's really the aunt so why are you lying to me she just says she has no idea who you are no she barely knows you you can call my baby [Music] all right so your plates are suspended so you're gonna get a gonna get a ticket for the suspended plates um your speed and then the failure to stop completely at a stop sign all right guys go ahead and grab a seat back in the car I I I had I need a copy of this uh Miller can you uh take those plates here's a cell 10 code for a being on site all right so uh I asked for consent to search the vehicle I had no problem College to search it she denied me consent to search I did a plain view uh search on the vehicle didn't say anything in plain view their stores didn't add up whatsoever but uh she's gonna get a couple tickets and I'm gonna send her on her way all right so listen um I started you for the stop sign I start I decided you for the suspended uh plate and then I cut your brake on your speed thank you okay like I said I estimated your Speedo over 80 easily I said I was doing 90 miles an hour and I understand I legit was doing 90 miles an hour and I was not catching you so if it wasn't for that stop sign we gotta slow it down okay all right um so like like I said speed the suspended and the stop sign okay this is recorded 6 13 2022 8 am in the Pahrump Justice Court by accepting this citations not in the mission of guilt just a promise to contact the court on or before this court date that's either by showing up to court or paying the citation if you wish to pay the citation total bet amounts here all the information okay all the information and contact courts here to include a way to pay online okay go to the DMV get this portion of the citation taken care of and the judge may work with you on that okay I'm not the judge I don't work for the courts but if you at least go out there and show that you're trying to get that stuff taken care of yep all right you have any questions for me all right so I conducted a vehicle stop this vehicle is uh traveling at a high rate of speed down a residential uh Street um I tried to catch up to it and just doing you know excess of 90 miles an hour trying to catch up to it once I got behind it I felt to stop completely at a stop sign which another traffic violation I made contact with the driver uh after a record check on the registration and the driver she had a valid license but her license plate were suspended I did ask for consent to search a vehicle which she refused which was completely fine I did uh Plain View uh search of the vehicle just using my eyes see if I can see anything uh that's that stuck out to me and I didn't so she received a couple of citations and I'm gonna send her on her way thank you
