He wouldn't allow her to go to the hospital. Back up. Back up. [music] You get pulled over by the cops, man. Cool. >> [music] [music] [music] >> I don't even know what it is. >> So, we got a call for a welfare check on an 82year-old female that has had some medical issues. And there is an individual that is in the residence with her. I'm assuming it's going to be a friend calling in saying that uh he wouldn't allow her to go to the hospital. So, we're going to go check on and see if she's okay and we'll go from there from the information that we were given. >> [snorts] >> Hi. >> Hi. How you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> How you f? >> Good. Um, is there a Gertude here? >> Hey, ma'am. How you doing? >> Okay. Um, we got a welfare check on you to see if you're okay cuz I don't know who was calling to. Yes. Well, >> it's a she got appointment to go to the doctor tomorrow. >> Uh-huh. >> We on our way today. We on our way right now to to urgent care. >> Okay. >> So, uh, everybody just calling getting confused and everything. >> Okay. That's fine. >> That's all it is. >> Yeah. Cuz they made a comment about I'm guessing you're the male that lives with her. Are you her husband? >> I'm my brother. >> Her brother saying that he's not allowing you to go get medical help. I went right now. >> Yeah, that's why I'm not concerned. I got to see cuz all I was going just to see you, see how you're doing. You're good to go. >> What you said? >> Yes. Whoever called said that you were stopping her from going to the hospital because you had something with your leg. You possibly had a leg infection or something. >> Got Wait a minute. Did you >> 729? Everything's code for >> Look at that. Did you look at that? Look. Do you see a leg infection? >> No, I see her. As long as she's okay and she's tell me she's okay, I'm not worried about it. >> Okay. >> Be because people will say whatever, >> right? >> So, as long and all I was going to do is make sure you're good and you say you're good and I'll get out of your guys' hair. Okay. >> We're going to stop this car running radar. Um, got her at 70 and a 45. She also doesn't look like she has a tag or maybe a temp tag on it. 763 1039 >> 21 in snow on a white 4Runner 1012 for Georgia contact. Lady, just stop. Temp tag Sierra 2219742. >> Ma'am. >> Hey, you got your license and insurance on you. Just let you know I stopped you. I got you at 70 and a 45. Okay. Thank you. Are you still staying up in Jacksonville? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> You having a bad day or you just mad I stopped you? >> I'm just upset with myself. >> Okay. I mean, it's fair. If it makes you feel any better, as long as your uh license is good, I don't plan on writing you a ticket. So, >> I really appreciate that. I'm having Oh gosh. Okay. Hold on. >> Hey, I wouldn't be mad at you if you were just mad I stopped you. I get mad, too. [laughter] >> I'm not even mad at you. I'm mad at myself. It's not even your fault. It's my only >> Like I told the last car I stopped, I got hurt at uh 67. Um, we're just sitting here cuz uh, we're expecting a lot of traffic to come through here. So, we're just trying to slow everybody down before we got a couple big events today. So, we're just trying to make sure everybody slows down so we don't get anybody hurt or anything. Uh, let me run your license. Like I said, as long as it comes out good, I'm just going to give you a verbal warning. Okay. Girl, you just got a speeding ticket. >> Exactly. That's why I was [laughter] mad. I told you I'm not mad at you, girl. I'm mad at myself. I just got one. >> I feel you. Well, like I said, just a warning. Just uh make sure you slow it down. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And then where are you headed anywhere today? Just >> I am. I'm meeting my friend. We're about to go to um to Georgia. >> Okay. Well, make sure you make it safe to Georgia. Okay. There's, like I said, there is a lot of traffic and there's going to be a lot coming through uh 21 or I'm sorry, I 20. >> Okay. What y'all got going on today? >> There's just a couple biker events. There's a couple uh car meets, stuff like that. So, there's a there's a lot of traffic, so just make sure you guys are careful. Okay. >> Thank you so much. You be safe. Okay. >> Thank you. >> So, we got dispatched to a uh a possible disturbance going on over here. Um, dispatch is saying that the guy sounds a little mental. Um, what he's reporting is that he's uh being held down in or near a tent somewhere in the woods over here. >> Uh, and that they are threatening to potentially kill him. >> So, we shall see what we can find. It's >> time to go. Time to go. Time to go. >> In regards to that welter at 99 St. Francis, it was calling last night saying that she was kidnapped in the basement. They hear the nurse in the background. We did make contact with the nurse. They patient. Hello. >> Hey, Troy. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, Troy. This officer Scholtop Police. How are you, >> sir? I'm I'm here in the dark. A lot going on around me. >> Yeah. >> Do you see my lights over here? Um, >> I'm way in the dark. I'm I shouldn't been in this tent doing this and I I wasn't able to get in the mission and and and they got me surrounded like this. They threw some stuff through cracked deal under my tent there. Bunch of men around me. There's women around me. They they hollered they were going to kill me, fold me in my tent and throw me in the river. >> Okay. Are you close to Hillside then? >> Um, yes sir. Yes, sir. I'm in that park. So, the male sounds a little mental. Um, he's talking about how people are surrounding him, how he's in the dark, how he can't see. Uh the it's it's there's too much trees over here for us just to walk it out. So, it'll probably just be faster if I just throw the drone up, uh use the thermal camera, pin his area, and then uh work our way over to where he's at to um see if we can help him. I saw something fly over me just a second ago. Yeah, >> that's that's going to be me. >> Okay. Yeah, I see a light above the trees. I'll flash a light up at it. >> Yeah, I see it. It's It's It's >> Is it going towards you? >> It's d It's almost directly over it. Probably about 20 ft uh south of it. >> Did you come in through the park or did you Did you Did you come in through the railroads, >> Troy? I know it's treeing my view. It's almost You're coming my way, >> Troy. You're almost directly over me. >> Troy, did you come in through >> 15t? >> Did Troy >> about where about where it's at is about the region I am. I'm holding the light up. >> Okay, Troy, I've got a question for you. Did you come in through >> tree I'm under is >> Okay. I think I got >> right over the top of me right now. You're over the top of me right now. >> Okay. Did you come in through the >> hovering over >> Did you come in through the railroad or did you come in through the park? Did you come in through the railroad or did you come in through the park? They bugged out, got caught. I know some of the females and males are on the other side of the river. >> All right, we'll come to you. Okay, we'll come to you. >> Jump up and they're all around him. >> He said that he went to uh the Union Rescue Mission and then they wouldn't let him in. So then he decided to go camping and then he came here. Troy. Um, are you can you see our flashlights? Well, we're walking around over here. Hold on. I'm going to yell out to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Hold on. Go ahead and yell again. >> One more time. >> He's over here. >> Yeah. >> Be careful. >> Yep. >> All right. We hear you. We're coming to you, Troy. Oh, he's down there. >> Is he in the river? >> He's down in it. They're close by it. >> Can you walk to me? >> Yeah. >> Okay, he's there. >> Come on up. >> We got you. >> Are you hurt? >> Okay. Are they gone? >> Okay. Well, let's get out of this. >> Messy trees. >> Yeah. >> Troy, what you stopping for? >> I made sure I have my electronics in my phone. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. You're okay. >> All right. Follow me this way. All right, >> we'll follow in behind you. Okay, I'm sorry that was good. No, you're okay. You're okay. We just want to make sure you're safe. >> All right. Last night they they got me jumped. I got hit in the back with a a mace. I got a W on my neck. >> Okay. >> Um tonight at at the bus stop between the bus stop and here I got robbed by them. Um they were following me around messing with me. Uh uh my knife disappeared. >> Uh-huh. >> And I think it happened when I I set things down. This ain't the first time something like this has happened with them. >> Mhm. >> I'll be disarmed. Um >> they came in on me. A a man, a woman. I think I know a couple of them. There's a couple others sound just like him. It sounds like or devices or I I don't know what they're using, but there was others with them. >> And I I can even hear arguments and fights going on and stuff like this. And and the next thing I know, um, something got slung through like almost through my tent, hit me. It felt like kind of like I don't know, it was like some kind of liquid, but I started like itching like like some kind of bug thing like some bums or you like when your nose areas, you get that and and they just start threatening my life. I was going to be I was going to be jumped on inside my tent, rolled and tossed in that river. >> Okay. And so I I asked these of everyone. Um, have you taken any drugs tonight? >> No, sir. >> No. Are are you diagnosed with any mental problems, anything like that? Yeah, bipolar disorder. But but but I got that took care of. I would just That's the one reason I made it late to urm. I had an appointment with a case manager to get me out of this kind of situation. >> I'm just asking just to make sure that we don't have to come back out here and go into the woods again for you. >> Yeah. You know, >> so we were able to locate the male. Um he's showing signs of uh some sort of um mental health issues um just by talking to him. what he's describing kind of sounds more like he's in the woods by himself. The uh animals around him could be making noises. Uh flies running into him, insects running crawling over him. Um so we were able to get him out of the uh wooded area. We got him to the trail. We marked the area just in case he wanted to go back to uh collect his belongings. And hopefully if he does go back, it'll be during the day and we don't have to um make our own paths like we did uh just then. >> So, we're going to a check welfare. A mom has wanted to check on her daughter. She recently moved here. She said she hasn't been able to talk to her in a couple days. She has a history of I think some heart conditions or some some history of some conditions that's scaring her. >> So, we're going to her apartment to check and see if she's there. uh see if she's okay. Uh if we can't get in contact with her, we'll probably try to call mom and uh and see why mom is super concerned and then we'll go from there. Hopefully, she just answers the door and that'll be the easiest route. Police Department welfare check. Police department welfare check. I >> hear it's like a cane or something moving around in there. Like a walker maybe. Mhm. >> There's something moving inside. >> She's only 22. >> I know. I hear something inside moving, though. >> Stopped, of course, when you got here. >> Sorry. [laughter] I I'll give him a call and let him know that you're okay. I mean, if you want to text him or whatever you want to do, it's your life. Your rules. >> I'm over here trying to figure out who the [ __ ] >> We're just checking on you. If you're good, we're good. So, >> I'm straight. >> All right. >> Well, sorry to bother y'all. I'll give them a call and let them know you're okay. All right. >> I'm straight. Thank you. >> You're very welcome. >> Thank you. >> All righty. So, she answered the door. She's okay. She seemed a little bit nervous to be talking to us, but she's okay. Nothing to be worried about. We'll get in contact with mom, let her know that she's okay, and that'll be it. So, we're on our way over to a disturbance over at the park. Apparently, got some people yelling at each other. Uh, don't have much more information. I know that they just said that the person who initiated the argument is walking across the street. So, we're going to see if we can catch up to him. K94. I'll be out with them and it's going to be Vincent. >> Vincent, stop. Yeah, you will. I'll put your stuff down. >> Huh? >> Put your stuff down for right now. >> All right, guys. >> Somebody kicked you in the face. >> Why? Where are they at? >> Where is he at? He walk away. >> What is he wearing? He had a backpack. >> Where did they kick you? Just right here. >> They hurt me. >> Do you need medical attention? >> No, but he he kicked me. >> He kicked you? Do you want to press charges? >> Yeah, >> you do? >> Yeah. >> So, you don't need medical attention or anything? >> Uh, no. I was just going to Walmart, but he he did kick me in the head. >> Why did he kick you? >> I was just laying by the trees, sir. >> You were just laying by the trees? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm guy. Do I got blood on my face? >> You do have a little bit. Yeah. >> All right. >> Yeah. All right. Was it Was it the guy in the car? >> No. No. He had a backpack with the orange strip uh yellow stripes on the back. He went that way. >> Okay. What uh what race is he? Is he white, Hispanic? >> He's white. He's a uh Caucasian male about 63. >> Long hair, short hair. >> Long gray hair. >> Long gray hair. >> Yeah. >> All right, Vincent. Uh, hang out a little over in this area for me so I can come talk to you again if I need to. Okay. >> Can I go to Walmart? >> Yeah, that's that's fine. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Are you the one who called? >> Yeah. >> So, what's going on? >> Uh, he's blaming me for he gets in a fight with somebody else. >> Okay. >> And he comes over start blaming me. >> Did you see the guy you got in a fight with? Uh, not really. >> Okay. But he got kicked in the guy who came over here arguing with you got kicked in the head. Definitely did. >> Yeah, it wasn't for me. >> No, I don't think he would have been able to do that much damage to that big guy. >> I got COPD. >> Yeah, >> I can barely maintain my breath. >> Okay. But you didn't see the other guy. >> Uh, I I think I saw somebody walking down that way. >> Okay. >> But that's all I saw. >> So 21 located in Albertson's. All right, I'm gonna go. They found the guys. I'm going to go talk to them. I appreciate it, man. Thank you. >> Yeah. >> Richard, come here. Richard, come here. >> What's up, man? Did you get in an argument with somebody over there? >> Nope. >> No. >> Can I see your backpack real quick? Just want I don't want to see the actual backpack. I just wanted to see. All right. >> No fight. >> You didn't fight with anybody? Where were you at earlier? >> I was right here looking for a drink and see how much money I'm going to go. >> Did you go to the the park at all? >> Nope. >> Okay. Well, hang out for one second. All right. As long as you don't got no warrants, so let you leave. >> Richard, stop digging in your pockets. >> Just Just wait. Just wait to dig in your pockets. So, we're done with this. Okay. >> What's up, Richie? >> Hi. >> How you doing, man? >> All right. >> Good to see you. >> I don't think it's him. Doesn't have that yellow strip. You haven't had any crazy dealings with it. Okay. >> Yeah. >> He'd remember. >> No, buddy back there. >> I don't think it's him. It doesn't have the same backpack as he was describing cuz he was very adamant about having a yellow stripe down the back. >> Yellow stripe juice. >> No, he said the back of the backpack. He was >> He's not like terrible, but he definitely got kicked in the head hard. >> Did he want to receive charges? >> He had blood going down the side of it. Is that getting my face hurt? Like, yeah. >> Appreciate you, buddy. >> Yeah, it is. >> So, we drove around looking for a male who kicked uh the other guy in the face. Um he didn't give us the greatest description, so we stopped a bunch of other ones, but they didn't match exactly the one that he said that was there, but uh ultimately was unable to figure out who might have get kicked him in the head or got into a fight with. Sounds like they both got into a fight. One of the males got kicked in the head and then they both separated. So, at this point, uh we don't have a suspect or anything. So, we got a neighbor dispute between two neighbors. I guess it's an ongoing civil matter. Um this guy has a problem with one of his neighbors who was driving around a car. I guess he's saying that the guy was drunk. He had his kid in the car. So, we're going to go talk to him, see what he has to say. Uh, Will's already talked to the other party. Look, I only have two settings. Off and bright. >> [ __ ] I haven't seen you in forever. How you been? >> Good. I thought my tactical light was bright. [laughter] >> So, what's going on? >> So, uh, I got this neighbor. Oh, hey. What's up, bro? >> How are you? >> Good. Uh, this neighbor over here at, uh, Alex D Jung. >> Okay. >> I'm sure you guys familiar with the name. uh from Nature Health Farms. We've been dealing with this dude for I don't know three years with harassment, property damage calls. I had Dion Ford come out here on a property damage call cuz I used to own that property next door as well, which is I think why you guys pulled up there. >> Uh yeah. So he called originally saying that you threw something. >> I did. I threw a dirt clock. >> Dirt clock. Okay. >> Yeah. Did he tell you where? >> Uh on his car? >> Yeah. But did he tell you why? >> No. >> No. Yeah. He's been for three years this dude's been coming by. My dad's 87 years old. Okay, he's asleep. This dude comes by, he revs his car out here, he does burnouts out here. He goes by, he honks his horn out here. >> And he was doing that today. >> He was doing it tonight. And he's drunk, too. And he's got his minor kids with him. So he cruised by. What he didn't expect was for me to be waiting in the right here in the back cuz the salt seaters are there. So when he came back this way, I hit him with the tactical light again. I figured this way it would like freak him out to go home. >> Mhm. >> And yeah, sure. He went home and then he's standing out here. Oh, wait. I got the video. You guys can hear it. I love this. I love when I do good stuff. >> Look, I'm I'm going to be honest with you, man. Throwing dirt clots and flashing the light at people is not helping your case here. I And let me finish. Let me finish. Let me Let me finish. Okay. >> You're antagonizing it just as much as he is by throwing dirt clots and moving cars. You can't tell me that in in in any right mind, you can't tell me that that makes you an innocent person because it don't >> after three years of harassment. Wouldn't you be sick of it? >> Sure, I'd be sick of it, too, but I'm not out here throwing dirt clots at cars. >> Well, then >> I mean, let's be real here, man. That's that's some child that's pretty childish, >> okay? I mean, >> I'm and I'm not saying he's innocent by no means. >> He's not. But I'm also not saying you're innocent by no means. Okay? >> I straight up told you I threw a dirt cloud, didn't I? >> So here's here's what needs to happen. >> You two need you two need to obviously separate. If you feel like that you your your safety or well-being is property or your safety or wellbeing is is at jeopardy, go file a TPO against him. Obviously, you've done it before. >> I have not filed a TPO. >> You have not filed a TP? Okay. >> Like I'm going to be afraid of it. >> Okay. Well, obviously this is an ongoing issue, so maybe you should. And I'm going to tell him the same thing. If it's an ongoing issue between the two of you guys, >> you guys need to go file a TPO that way cuz obviously you guys aren't obviously this you're not you two aren't able to keep yourself separated to the point where you don't have contact with each other. >> I tried to separate. Like I said, I sold that property. I'm on this property and I owned both. So, I got rid of one. So, I'm over here. I have this one for sale, too. Trust me, I'm out of here as soon as I can be out of here. Okay, >> his business partner, the Ukrainian lady, has had Ukrainians come over here, threaten our lives, stand. They parked in my driveway, blacked out cars, smoked out plates, smoked out trying to intimidate and harass us. >> Okay. >> They've had dudes come over to the >> Well, obvious obviously a TPO is probably the best idea since you guys can't be can't be realistic neighbors with each other. >> Blank, go tell them the same thing. I and I am. I will. Well, thank you. >> Okay. I'm I'm not I'm not being uh I'm not being >> I'm cool with that. >> I'm not being biased to one side or the other. Okay. This this is obviously it's it's an issue. I mean, >> like I said, I know it's a civil issue. It's been going on for 3 years. If you guys go tell him the same thing, I am perfectly happy. But why he's dragging his minor kids around in a car while he's drunk and high, I don't get that, man. That's just not >> And if that's the case, we'll go. If that's the case and we find that that's the case, then we'll address it. But as of right now, >> well, he's not driving, so it's the case. So, >> but as of right now, if you feel like your property is threatened, put up a couple cameras. That way, you can bring something to court. >> Okay, perfect. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> I didn't talk to you on the phone. That was him. >> Yeah, that's okay. >> What is going on? >> That guy called He threw I passed by his house and he he >> he threw dirt. Yeah, he told He told me he threw a dirt clutch. >> Yeah. See, I just passed by his house. Um, I want to get I want to get him for assault. >> That's assault. >> Uh, no, it's not. >> Oh, so he can throw anything at me. >> No, he threw it at your car. He didn't throw it at you. >> Yeah, >> it's not an assault. Okay. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> But he's the one He's the one who talked to you earlier. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, he did that. All he did was pass by. >> How you doing? I'm good. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> I'm doing good. >> Good. >> All right. All right. So, did my partner explain everything to you pretty much? >> No, I just walked at us. Yeah. [laughter] >> Okay. >> Yeah. While we passed by. >> Gotcha. Yeah. He already admitted it. So, >> yeah. I didn't do anything. All he did was pass by. >> Hang on, bud. Let us talk. You're up here. Just bring it down here. We're right here. All right. Meet me in the middle. >> Like I said, he admitted it. So, there's that. That being said, talking. Just let me explain to you because he's been cool. I'm trying to keep cool with you so that way you guys can settle this hopefully once and for all. That being said, we talked to him, told him to stop being a child because obviously throwing dirt clots are childish. Shining flashlights are childish in people's face. God forbid you're driving >> with my kids. >> Okay, I got that. So, >> yeah. So, go ahead. >> All right. So, you good price? >> It's just sketchy. >> That is the sketchiest car I've ever seen. >> Now he speeds up. Now he speeds up. 51. >> Okay. So, here's the thing, man. Okay. Obviously. Hey, I want you to stop talking and let me talk. Okay. Obviously, you and him have problems. >> I'm sorry for my language in front of your kids. >> There. Yeah. >> Okay. Obviously, you and him have problems. Okay. He's throwing dirt clots at your car. Go get a TPL. >> Okay. >> Okay. That way, if he continues to do it, >> have it on there that you have that he threw a dirt. >> He admitted he admitted that he threw a dirt clot. >> Okay. Was your car damaged at all? >> Yes, >> it was. Let's go take a look. Where's your car at? for >> so you can throw that's >> not assaulting somebody but then I'll be clear so that'll no legal fighting >> you just do a jerk on me while in the car >> let's get that on camera >> one thing I will recommend too if you wanted to >> do that you can do a record request for our body cam Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. >> So, if you want to do that for your TP overr, you >> could have hit one of my kids. You could have killed them. You got to give them a brain claw. Absolutely. >> Yeah. >> You're drunk and driving. >> Nope. I wasn't doing Don't Come on. Show me the camera then. You can say anything you want. >> You're driving this around with no tire. >> No, that's why I got a flat while I was passing by. Yeah, that's when he threw the dirt claw at. >> Okay. A dirt claw isn't going to pop a tire, bro. >> No. Iris said I had a tire popped. I was passing his house just to get home. We popped the tire passing his house. That's >> William. >> Yeah. That's when he knew that we were vulnerable when he threw the dirt at us. Yeah. Right there. Mhm. tired going home. >> Now, when did this happen, bud? >> Right now, like 20 minutes ago. >> 20 minutes ago. >> Before we >> When did the tire pop? >> Right when we turned the corner. That's the funny part. >> When you turn >> No, before the turn. >> Before the turn. >> Right on Ryan. And I had to drive it home like that. And he knew that that we were passing by. That's why he dirt coming home. He took advantage. >> So his reasoning for throwing the dirt. >> Yeah. What was it? >> His reason for throwing the dirty around doing donuts. >> I'll be right back. I got to go grab my phone. >> Yeah. First you just said you drank earlier. Then I asked you drank earlier. Yeah. You got in the car and drove with the kids and that's when you got the flat. Then you came back home. >> Mhm. >> And then now you're changing your story. >> I didn't change it. >> But now you're saying you drank earlier when you were sober. >> No, I drank earlier. I wasn't sober. I drank earlier. Yes. At the bowling. >> Are you driving drunk? >> No. >> You've changed the story twice now. >> Okay. You just said you drank before you went driving. >> No, I said I drank at the bowling alley. Yes. >> And then how did you get home? >> I drove. >> So you drank and then you drove? >> Yeah, but after that was like 2 hours after. >> Okay. >> You can still smell the alcohol on your breath. So >> that was like two hours. >> Okay. So the DUI. So I'm just throwing that out there. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> All right. So what what's the plan here tonight, man? Are you guys going to stay separated? Cuz obviously you guys have bad blood. >> Yeah. Okay. It's bad blood all around. All right. >> Who owns that property in between you, yours, and his? >> He just sold it. >> He just sold it. So there's a property dividing both properties, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. It is >> 12 daughter. >> It is 11:00 at night. >> All right. On a Thursday. Okay. You kids have your kids don't have school yet. Come on, man. >> He threw I know. I threw something at us where we pass. >> And I get that. Okay. Well, here's the thing. Okay. If you want to file a report for him throwing something at you, fine. Okay. That's cool. You can do that. If you want, you can you don't have to do that. And you can go file a TPO at the courthouse, which is I'm going to be honest. You have a damn good chance of getting it approved because he's throwing at your car. Okay? You guys obviously have bad blood. You guys shouldn't be talking to each other. You guys shouldn't I mean you're ain't you ain't innocent in this and neither is he. Am I wrong? >> Yeah, >> you're right. >> Okay. So, your options are you can file a police report for the for the dirt clot. Okay. You can't be throwing the car as it drives by. Okay. I can't confirm that he threw it because there's no cameras that show that he threw it, >> you know. So, therefore, he's not going to jail tonight. >> Yeah. >> Okay. It's nothing. >> So, if you want, you can file the police report. Sure, you're going to have to go to court and deal with all that. Or you can just go file the TPO. We'll give you the CAD number that says, "Hey, look, this guy's throwing dirt clots at my car. He's being a prick." Okay. I don't want him around me. I don't want him around my kids. He I need a tpo against that guy. If you want to do that, we can do go that route. >> I'll do that, please. >> Okay. Perfect. Let me go get a piece of paper. Let me go get your CAD number. >> I got him. >> Oh, you do? Okay. He gave you the card with the CAD number on it. >> Oh, thank you. >> Okay. So, that that card, go up to the courthouse, say, "Hey, I need to file a TPO against my neighbor." >> Okay. >> Uh Robert. Robert. I need to file a TPO against my neighbor, Robert. He's doing X, Y, and Z. Fill out the form. Make sure you put all the information. Hey, I was driving my car out and anytime I drive by, he acts like a prick and throw at my car. If it's happened on multiple times, make sure you're honest in this. Okay? If it's happened only once, it's only happened once, but it's progressed to the point where he's now throwing stuff at my car. >> Okay? You understand what I'm trying to say? >> So that, >> okay, >> that way it's a no contact with him. It's a no contact with you. You stay on your side of of the of the duct tape blowing through the property. >> He stays on his side. Okay? It's a stay separate order. Okay? You don't go talk to him. Don't go calling him a piece of because he's throwing your car. you he don't come over here calling you whatever names because you're driving by his house in the middle of the night. Okay, as of that stay the away from each other. Okay, >> so it was a really petty one. Um, turns out neighbors were throwing dirt clots at the car at the neighbor's car. That neighbor don't like that neighbor for god knows whatever reason. So essentially the dude's going to go take the CAD number from the guy throwing dirt clots at his car. He's going to go up to the courthouse and file a TPO. Hopefully that solves the problem tonight. Um, if we come back here, we're probably going to end up arresting somebody. He's drunk. The other guy's drunk or the other guy's just a a a posos for lack of better words, but it's one of those nights, man. All right, so we got a call from an intoxicated ladies. This guy brought her home from the bar. Uh when he got to the house, she she start when we got to the house, she started puking all over uh all over his house and then proceeded to defecate on the couch. So, we're going to hopefully get down there and not have to clean it up. But, she's probably going to go to jail for CPC. So, we'll we'll figure it out. If not, the ambulance will take her to the hospital. Either way, we'll get her out of the guy's hair. Oh, weird little town. Okay, here we go. Flowers go by. My dog's water bowl. And then it looks like on my couch and there's probably still some on the floor. >> So where's she at, man? Is she still inside? >> Yeah. >> God damn it. >> I don't even know her name. I don't know. I >> Did you just meet her tonight? >> Yeah. >> You're trying to get lucky tonight, huh? >> With my girl who's here? >> Yeah. >> My girl. >> Oh, it's it's your girl who's puking. >> No, it's some other girl >> right here. >> Oh, I'm sorry. That was very That was very rude of me. So, you don't know the chick in inside? >> I don't know the chick at all. She works with me. >> My friend's my friend's boyfriend husband drove us back here. She's up on my couch. >> So, do you you know her then? >> I know her from work. >> Okay. So, what do you guys want us to do about this? >> Get the out of here. She can't afford an Uber home. >> Where she Where she stay at? >> I have nobody know. >> She's telling me her address, but >> is it here in town or in Vegas? It's here in town. I think it's like But she can't afford an Uber. She needs her card. But I obviously can't drive her home cuz I'm drunk. >> Yeah, I can I can tell that. >> Yep. Okay. Yeah. >> Grant, I don't care. You're home. So, you're not driving. So, I don't care about that. >> Her car is back there. I can't drive her home. He can't drive her home. So, she has >> All right. Let's let's let's go deal with deal with this real quick. Her name is >> Let me grab some gloves. >> Savannah. >> Savannah, are you okay? Are you awake? >> Can you get home? This is Savannah. She's This is my coworker. She's drunk. My friends just left her here drunk. I don't know why I got left here. She got left here. She wants me to take her back to Nikki's house. I can't take her back to Nikki's house cuz I'm drunk. I have to leave her home. >> I don't know why I got here. My car is left at 7230. [music] >> She was also drinking. I don't think she can drive home. I'm fine. >> Okay. Well, obviously they don't want you here. So, where are you staying at? >> I keep trying to leave. Um, my car is at 17. >> I don't care where your car is cuz you're not driving tonight. >> Okay. Well, I live at um >> Sorry, I don't do smells very well. >> No, I don't. That's why I'm hanging. >> Um I had it quite a bit um hours ago. >> Ma'am, do you need medics? >> No. >> Okay, so let's let's get you gone because they don't want you here. you're causing too much, which I understand. Um, so you got two options. We can we're going to 12. Can you send medics in? Um, you can either have medics come check you out and if you need to go to the hospital, you need to go to the hospital. That's whatever they do. Okay? Or two, we give you a ride home or whatever. Or three, if you don't want to leave and we have to force you to leave, you're going to go to jail tonight for CPC till you can sober up. Okay, >> fine. >> Huh? >> I I don't need to stay here. >> Okay, cool. So, let's let's Which one are you wanting to do? Do you need medics? >> Uh, no. >> Do you want medics to come check you out? Make sure you don't have any alcohol poisoning? >> No. >> Because I'm going be honest, I've never >> Yeah. I've never uh had the issues that you're going through right now. Um, >> okay. Let's let's get you up on your feet and get you out the door. Where are your shoes? >> I don't even think they got left shoes. >> Yeah, I'm pretty sure they got >> Okay. Well, that's >> Don't forget her keys right there. >> All right. Well, the keys. >> Keys. >> Let's Let's get you out of here, darling. You mind giving her a ride home? I don't have any room in my car. Sorry, buddy. Yeah, that's that's not something that we're dealing with tonight. Okay. >> For you, okay? >> She's calling for you. >> What's that? >> They won't let me. >> Sounds like they want you gone. They just don't want you to drive. >> Yeah. No, I wasn't trying to drive. >> I was I was trying to get my wallet so I can >> You don't need to go to the hospital. You don't need any medical 12 12 >> 12 >> 23 is going to give be giving the female a ride home. Uh negative CPC. She's a no times four. When you're done, just go down to the jail and have them uh clean out the back of your car. >> I need my car. >> I told you you're not getting your car. >> No. >> No, you're not getting your car right now. >> What I want is my wallet. >> Okay. Well, that's not an option. So, you either get in the car, we take you home, or we take you to the jail for CPC. Cuz I if I let you walk off into the roadway, you're drunk in the roadway. You're committing a crime. So, your options are home or jail. >> Okay. All right. So, almost He she definitely on the couch. Um, poor poor Schliner. Uh, so I had Schliner transport because I've got the camera crew with me tonight. Um, she definitely is intoxicated. What is he doing? He's definitely intoxicated. I just And she definitely defecated on the p couch. There's puke in the bowl. There's puke on the floor. Uh, we got her out of there. We got her out of their hair. And hopefully we don't deal with her anymore tonight cuz if we deal with her again, she's going to be going to jail for CPC. I can guarantee that. She Oh man, she's That stunk so [music] bad.
