right have a good one so basically we're traveling down 78 um patrolling see this guy walk out into the road um almost got hit by a car uh tried to hit the truck um once we got out with him um he's probably just had some mental issues uh from prior drug use probably um he said he was fine didn't need anything from us so we ran his name Mak sure he was good and and let him go what just said a theft occur at Walmart the suspect has already left they gave us a echo echo8 they gave us a uh vehicle description and a tag number so it's supposed to be a gray Subaru SUV so let's see if we can't locate that vehicle white fale a dress and rainbow colored hair off said the vehicle may have went to a mobile home park up here so I'm going to ride through and see if I can find it white female black dress rainbow colored hair for that car is about to come to the mark unit right there that's going to be the vehicle the two that got out of the car at this trailer one was wearing one was a male and the other female was wearing a red shirt passenger wearing looks like a black shirt driver is wearing a white shirt I'm trying to turn around on her can you 10 on at 28 please I got them coming from uh Spring Branch on the Barry that's going to be the vehicle um they had four passengers at the time though they went two out at this trailer but your suspect's probably going to be in that car 104 Station 10281 Alpha echo echo echo 8 is that going to be the 1028 possible the call the Walmart kog at 104 104 station I'm going be 1039 on that vehicle Barry Street entrance of Donley hey how's it going off Gunner o Police Department how are you today I'm good how are you I'm good you have your license per insurance on you okay th where 10 give me the description of that suspect D for and to get her out all right look the reason for the stop this isn't investigative stop okay um she is fitting the description also this vehicle is fitting the description of um involving a theft at Walmart okay yes ma'am so if you could just took him to I took my daughter to put money on her cash out did y'all come from Walmart yeah okay all I was outside I and andh I got you and um she's fitting the description of of the person that was involved in the theft okay so we're going to talk with her we don't we don't know yet okay that's what we're we're stopping to figure it out so um just hang tight right here for me okay up at the top of the hill there's a if y'all end up having to go there cuz that's where the other two people got out if you take a right and go up there to those back trailers you'll see a white and Paula Park okay just past it it's like a bluish greenish looking trailer there's two people that got out of the back of that car and went in okay Walmart according to Walmart she's the suspect so okay they couldn't have described her any better yeah I was heading back to the station when this call came out so I was heading towards Walmart and he called out and said he seen it turning in Don Lee just worked out was in the right area I just couldn't get I couldn't get caught up to it man I could turn that truck around out here yeah all right brother I appreciate it confir that 104 can you have them 84 10 on thex now so the driver's got a war so I'm about to put her into custody um what do y'all got on her what do you want us to do do y'all want us to bring her back over there um I don't think she's got any of the property on her all right sorry say it again just one get her information um I honestly don't know I haven't even talked to her as soon as you gave the description I told love to get her out I start with the driver all right hey Miss yst can you step out for me real quick please here go ahead and stick that back over there we we'll talk about it okay when when did um this was January 27th I went to jail on that warrant and I bonded it out okay what was that warrant for it was for my granddaughters that were living with me they wouldn't behave and they got they said of contributing the delinquency of minine or something but I gave them up okay but I promise you I don't have a warrant I promise okay if they tell us you got a warrant then I got you but but all we know is what the computer tells us and and we called and it's confirmed and they want you so they're on their way okay I don't have a warrant no it's not all right yes did you miss a court date no I already cleared this up I got the paperwork I usually keep it in the car and it's on my coffee table at home okay is it is it regarding child support perhaps no I don't pay child support I'm sorry arresting to Y arrest you no ma'am so what what we're going to do is we're going to do a report for Walmart because Walmart said you stole something I understand um whether you did or not I don't know I haven't been to Walmart I just found the vehicle and I stopped you guys on an investigative stop now we're going to do the report and if Walmart chooses to do so they can come sign warrants okay so that's going to be up to them whether that happens or not but no you're not going to jail today so if she's good with it whenever the county come picks her if she's good picks her up you can take her car I'm not going to her car or nothing like that um but we're going to wait till till County gets here thank you sir paid $50 a week till it was paid for the merchandise that she left with Walmart with do you know where that's at she didn't have anything when she came outside okay I don't do drugs I understand do you mind if I take a look she Sheriff's Office my attorney's name is Justin Wilson and he said it was continued I just called him last week I've got a copy of the warrant down at the Sheriff's Office you're still going I didn't do well that's between you and the courts ma'am you still got an active warrant down at the sheriff's office so you're still going maybe they get straighten up when I get down there that's fine go ahead right well you be safe okay all right so we had a theft in progress call at Walmart by the time before officers arrived on scene the suspect vehicle had already left uh they gave us a good vehicle description with a tag number we had an officer in the area that was able to locate that vehicle and follow him into this mobile home part he um he directed me to them I made the traffic stop on an investigative traffic stop the suspect was in the passenger seat all almost all I believe property was recovered and give them back to Walmart report's going to be done they can come sign warrants if they choose to do so um the driver of the vehicle had a warrant active warrant through C County Sheriff's Office they arrived on scene and took her into custody y'all okay I'm trying to be yeah just okay car keeps breaking down okay all rightor no you're fine I just wanted to stop if y'all need me for anything you need me to UM got the jum C running so I can finish my job for the day okay all
