accidentally discharged their firearm negative injuries at the moment um she was trying to clear I guess the firearm and I guess she accidentally discharged it so we'll get there and find out what's accidentally did discharged firearm while she was clearing it accident happened um and so right now she's in the process of impounding all the firearms and stuff for evidentiary purposes for him because the owner of the home passed away so she's inventorying all the firearms and everything like that while she was inventorying them I guess one of them went off so no injuries or anything like that so that's the good thing and then now it's raining so that's even better and that's pretty much it all righty so we are on our way to a shoplifting in progress at Walmart uh it's on the grocery side uh RP stating that there's a gentleman trying to steal alcohol it's just him and his dog uh described as a African-American male adult short with a white shirt and baggy jeans they have had run-ins with him before um so we're going to back up one of our units here and hopefully we can catch before he leaves put the alcohol in his pants is what the RP is stating okay do I'm over by the we pulled up um to the entrance of Walmart we actually pulled up on the grocery side and we were getting flagged down by Associates here on the pharmacy side flagging this down and pointing to a gentleman that match the description I pull it behind the gentleman uh turn my lights and sirens on Honk my horn get out of the vehicle I tell him to get over here gentleman then starts running in between two cars over here I run after him uh he had he was actively ditching bottles of alcohol from his pants when I caught him in between these two cars so he was ditching alcohol bottles under car he was just throwing them all over the place then he looked like he was going to run even more from me so um that is when I assisted the gentleman to the ground and uh attempted to detain him from there at first he was resisting and then I think he probably ran it through his mind that it's probably not a good idea he ended up stopping resisting and gave his arms to me where I finally put him in cuffs um the gentleman did receive a citation criminal citation from Mr minor Petty larsy out of Walmart here and gentleman also has been trespassed from Walmart um he must show on that criminal citation and if he doesn't turns into a warrant and right now he's actively looking for his dog so hopefully he finds his dog Animal Control trols out with him um he's walking that way so hopefully he can get his dog back and uh and move on with his life so just got to adjust my uniform uh after that call earlier with that gentleman at Walmart um wrestling them down to the ground kind of got all my stuff out of whack and I make sure I look my best when I'm on every call for service and uh make sure I look sharp because I am a direct representative of the agency and of the community so that's why I readjust my uniform I readjust my cameras my pens my badge my uh my little um SRO pin fell off so I'm going to make sure I put that back on um just so I can be looking sharp and ready for the next
