He doesn't know what happened. >> They choked her and they left. [music] >> Back up. Back up. [music] You get pulled over by the cops, man. Cool. >> [music] [music] >> I don't even know what it is. >> Uh myself and Officer Carter heading over to J C Penney. They have a group of juveniles sitting on the back loading dock. Um apparently it's a pretty large group of them. They're wanting to have them trespass from the property. So, we're going to go make contact with them and then talk with staff and see if they want them trespass or just to have us talk to them. >> 747 1081 >> 745 copy 108 What up? >> How much? How you doing? >> Good. Is that it? Is just them two? >> Yeah, it's just them. >> They made it sound like it was a mob of kids back here. >> No, they up on top of the trash compactor. >> That's not good. >> Howdy. >> Y'all staying on the trash compactor? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Okay. Huh? I got you. Okay. Probably don't need to be doing that. They don't like that stuff. >> Yeah, we were just going to get out of here. >> It is a trash compactor, too. Like, is it open on top over there? >> Fall in. You compact it, bro. >> It's It's not open over there. >> Okay. All right. >> And I know this store is open. >> What is J C Penney? >> Yeah. >> This is their J C Penney's loading dock. >> I didn't even know that. >> Is it J Penney open? Don't come back over. >> Yes, sir. Are y'all from Musk? >> I'm from Musk. >> Where? Y get into more trouble. >> Can I ask the camera? >> Yeah. What about it? walk. >> Oh, it's a documentary for us. >> Oh, >> he's going to blur your face. >> I'll do something else. >> All right. Well, I appreciate y'all. >> Thank you. >> Yep. All right. So, uh, Officer High Tower spoke to both the juveniles before we got here. Um, they're just hanging out. They're from out of town. Uh, I think one is from Hollis and one is from Musketine. So, there's not a whole lot going on in either of those towns. is probably the closest thing to good night life that they'll get, but apparently they were just hanging out standing on top of the trash compactor. So, um I don't know if they're trespassed and officer High Tower is just going to make that decision on whether he wants them trespass or not, but they're going to be heading home for the evening and >> going to leave the the mall alone. 763. He code five with a 1038 vehicle in a ditch 21 across from create. I mean, I guess maybe they went fishing. 763 1028 one Charlie 0 November 8 alpha. Uh so we were driving around uh sitting on 21 one of our highways uh running radar. Well, I just parked there, looked to my left, and saw this vehicle uh down in a ditch. There is a driving path to get down there to go fishing down in the creek, but this car obviously didn't make it that far. Uh somebody just kind of left it here. Um so I don't know what they're doing. I guess they're it's off the roadway, so there's not much we can do about it, but it's unoccupied. So, for this one, uh, we're just going out to it's I think it's some duplexes that are over here. Security, a lot of the duplexes around here have specific security teams that roll around just to kind of show that they have security. Um, and they went to a building that they know to be vacant. They don't have anybody renting from it or living in it. And when they went to they're walking by, they noticed something that draw that drew them to the house. And then when they opened the door, they yelled out that they were security and heard some clanking or something that made them believe that somebody was in there. So they gave us a call to go check it out and see if anybody's in there. >> Hello. >> On the end here, the door was closed, but it was unlocked. That window was open. And um we've had people get in there and found evidence of drug use in there. Yeah, that truck. >> All right, we'll clear it off. >> Ready? >> Yeah. >> W Police Department, if you're in here, sound off. >> 32. We're going to be clearing the residence. We don't need the year. >> Yep. Police Department. Okay. There's a door that goes to a bathroom. Is there a door on the right over there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I don't know if that's a bathroom. >> No. >> Okay. There's a I think that's there's a bathroom like right at the end of this kitchen over here. >> Flash. Oh, okay. Yeah. >> Okay. >> You want to take this for me? >> Okay. I'll hold >> Okay. I don't do you do you know if you have any issues with like um I know people but do you know if like rodents and stuff like that like possums and all that? >> Well, with that wind door that thing getting being open there's probably been cats up in there. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Did it sound like a person or just sound like something? >> It just sounded like a noise now. It could have been that guy's back door over there. It sounded like >> like silverware is what it sounded like to me. Okay. like a silverware like a fork kitten or something. >> So that's why >> like silverware and stuff. >> It was just a quick thing. When I yelled out, I heard a >> like a ching. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> There's plastic. >> Oh. Okay. Do you have a way to secure it? >> Uh >> or I mean it's secured as best you can. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to secure this window. >> Okay. >> Who is he who's he with? I'm just curious. >> Uh he's with US cops. Uh he's just >> he's just recording filming. Um, yeah, we'll do extra tools in the area. Um, and I'll let the beat officer know. >> Okay. >> All righty. >> All right. All right. Well, appreciate it. I didn't take any chances on this one. >> I don't blame you. Yeah. >> Have a good night. >> Ken Tag 517 North Sam Robert Silver Honda Civic. >> So, I'm pulling up with this vehicle cuz it has expired tags. Expired four of 25 this year. 270. Can you give a couple more officers assist on the 13 runway, please? >> 434. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> Good. How are you, >> Officer? Neg Police Department. The reason I pulled you over is your tags are expired. >> Yeah. You have your uh license proof of insurance. >> Uhhuh. Yeah. Um so my license in my bag. >> Go ahead and grab it. >> Okay. Cool. >> You're all right. >> Yeah. It just it expired and I meant to renew them, but I was finishing school. >> Mhm. >> So I just haven't gotten around to it. Here's my insurance on my phone. >> Okay. Just uh just have that pulled up when I come back. Okay. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. So, I'm issuing the driver a citation for expired tags. They expired April of this year. So, that is it. All right, Miss So, they give you a citation for drive driving while your uh tag is expired. So, here's your ID back. Uh you have 10 business days to take care of the citation or a warrant of be for your arrest. If you have any questions about it or if you want to handle it online or in person, there's a phone number in the back you can call. Okay. You got any questions? >> No. >> Okay. So, right now we are assisting an officer on a a robbery. >> Two females entered the Walgreens, attempted to steal some diapers. 31. >> Uh, when CP approached her, they choked her and they left >> 138 area. So, looking for black female, white t-shirt, plaid shorts, uh, black female, white striped shirt with tan stripes. So >> manager wasn't able to access footage of the lararseny or the battery. So officer Riser type of suspect case lararseny battery. She wasn't able to access footage or the photo she has of the vehicle is only the front end. No tag. So that is all we're at right now. Uh she's going to a dead body call. 70-year-old sounds like he passed away. Landlord went to check on him. Found him deceased. So I'll process the scene and do a death investigation. trailer park. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Yeah. So, yeah, you can go you can go back there. >> Okay. seven. Can you update the space to space number seven? >> I have to let the dog out and come and go inside. >> Okay. Does he have any family in town? Yeah. She had all the information on the kid, but she tried to get a hold of them. They never showed up. >> Okay. Do they live in front? >> Yeah, >> they do. Okay. >> And who found him? >> Well, the the uh the owner told me to open up the door. He let the dog out. And then uh and then that woman looked in and she said he's not in there, but that looked in there. He is in there. He's laying on the floor. >> He's just doing a documentary of me, ma'am. >> Don't take pictures over here. We don't want to be in it. >> That's fine. He's just He's >> look good. He's just documenting me. No need to yell at him. >> No, you need to ask me before you walk up here and do that. >> It's a public space, ma'am. >> What? >> It's a public space. >> No, it isn't. This is private property. >> This is a public space. Okay. He's doing a documentary on me. If you don't like the cameras, you can go until I finish my investigation. >> Hello. Are you the owner, ma'am? >> Yes. >> Did you find him? >> No. I No. I I She looked in there, then I looked in there, and I looked deeper in there. She said he wasn't in there, but he is in there. here at the store. >> Okay. So, she asked you to go look and then you're the one that found them in there. >> Yeah, we let the dog out. Yeah. But I was banging on the They should have looked after him two days ago because I seen him walk around a few days ago before the trash came. He doesn't have hospice and no caregivers. So, uh he was all alone. >> He's on the floor by the bathroom. What's that? >> No, no, he just documents from afar when it's like stuff like this. I appreciate it though. Good. >> So, I think the call's been up for about an hour and a half. Um, and you guys recalled saying you found him. Uh, I'm not sure what >> she called, but she has the numbers on the on the kids. >> Okay. Um, so since he's deceased, we're just going to do our coroners paperwork. The mortuary is on the way. They take possession of the body and then we have to wait um for the public administrator's office so they can seal everything up and then try to notify the next of kin which is apparently his uh daughter and son. So be doing that for a few minutes. >> Hello. >> Hello. Hello, this is Deputy Justice with the Ninet Sheriff's Office on a recorded line. I was looking for uh Iene apprentice. >> May I ask what this is referring to? >> Yes, this is in reference to believe it's your father George. >> Yes, my father. My father-in-law George. Yes. How can I help you? >> Okay. Um, so trying to get this done in the most timely manner for you so we don't have any kind of delays and information. Um, unfortunately uh Hayden said over the phone, but unfortunately George did pass away today. I'm here at his uh trailer right now. Um, so we're trying to get a hold of either you or Corey. Um, I was >> Okay. I have to call my husband right now. >> Okay. I was advised that you and Cory are in prim. I was trying to see if you guys would be able to come to his trailer to take possession of his belongings with the uh public administrator. >> The dog? >> Yes. Yes. Um yeah, just give me like 5 minutes. I am like right around the corner actually. I will be there in a few moments. I am calling my husband now. >> I appreciate you. >> All right. Thank you very much. >> Thank you, ma'am. Um, so we're just finishing our death investigation call. Unfortunately, you know, someone else passed away. Uh, it was pretty simple natural causes. Family members showed up on scene, which makes it easier for us. So, now we just got to finish our actual report, forward off the information to the uh coroner's office in Las Vegas, and then uh they received the body, which is in route for their autopsy, and then that's the end of our investigation. So, we're just headed over there to upload our paperwork and pictures and call it a day. We're headed over to a dispute between a mom and her daughter over sounds like a residency. the daughter saying mom kicked her out, which she can't do, and she has uh, you know, she signed on the lease. We'll figure it out. Uh, typically in Nevada, if you're a resident, you have to be evicted or an order has to be served against you to remove you from the property. You can't just kick someone out cuz you don't like them anymore. Um, so we'll go we'll see what kind of kind of, you know, deal we're working with between both of them. All right. Apartment three is going to be where? Oh my god. One, two, three. So, what's what's the issue? >> So, she accidentally spilled her cup of coffee for the second time. >> Take a breath. Take a breath. >> I just have animals in there, and I just I hope they're okay. Um, she >> It's a public area, so he's good to film. >> So, just deep breath. >> She had spill her coffee for the second time. >> Okay. And she got flamed up by uh deputy stand over here in the shade. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> She got flamed cuz she >> What do you mean by flamed like >> like mad? >> Okay. She got upset. >> Did she spill her own coffee or did you >> She spilled her own coffee twice. >> Okay. >> And she just went off and then all of a sudden I don't know what happened but she starts going off and starts yelling at me, calling me a liar and all this other stuff. And I just I don't remember what happened to the point where she had started to say this. >> Okay. And you guys were completely fine before. >> I was fine. Yes. >> Okay. But you live here? >> Yes, I am. >> Did she Did she say you had to leave or was she >> Did she serve you with an eviction order, a protection order? Uh, >> she didn't do any of that. >> Nothing? >> No. >> Okay. All this stuff that's outside, is that all from >> She She just turned 18 in March. >> Okay. So, you just became an adult? >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm here. >> And you've lived and you've lived here >> since I was 6 years old. >> Okay. Sheriff's office. >> The only reason why I locked her out is cuz she slammed my damn front door for the last time. That's the reason why I locked her ass out. >> Sound pretty. >> Okay. And she lives here, so you can't >> No, no, she's leaving actually. Go talk to her. She says she doesn't want to live here with me anymore. >> Well, she may say that she doesn't want to live here, but >> if if she still is a resident here, you can't lock her out. >> She's an adult, and that's coercion. It's a crime. She's she's she's allowed to have access to and from the house. >> Oh my god. >> So, if you if you want her gone, obviously, if she packs up all her stuff and she leaves, >> enough. She she keeps threatening she's leaving. >> Okay. So, >> so if she packs all her stuff and leaves, >> she has until 3:30 or 3:30 and then I'm locking my mother door. >> I have to work. >> You can't do that. >> I'm working. >> Jessica, take a breath. >> No, >> she lives here. >> Sick of her always waiting. >> So, do do you know do you know how to fix that? >> Just want to >> Okay. Northwest Bernell first of Marco's date of birth. >> Well, she don't want to talk the restrictions of ignition interlock. >> So, obviously you live here. >> I just explained to her before she got all pissed off and walked out that you're a resident means she can't lock you out. If you want to kick the front door in, break a window, do whatever to get inside the house cuz you live there, you can. It's not a crime. You can't you can't get in trouble for it. You live there. Now, if she locks you out and forces you out, that's a crime. That's coercion. She can get in trouble for that. >> So, she's definitely she's definitely a little flamed or highrung or I don't know. Flame. Yeah. Flamed, right? Angry. >> Okay. >> Jessica. Jessica. >> I'm here. >> Can I come in? >> You left my door open. What's the point? You come in, I guess. >> Okay. I need you to take a big deep breath for me. I'm going to explain a lot of things to you. Okay. So, both of them are claiming that the other was spitting on them. There's no evidence that that occurred. I mean, it's pretty hard. You wipe spit off, but no one else witnessed it. It's he it's he should or she said versus she said. Um, we helped daughter kind of get most of her belongings that she needed. She still obviously has stuff here, so she is good to come back. Um, probably with one of us just to keep things from escalating. Mom is not happy about anything. Thinks that we're here to throw her in jail and mess her up and, you know, whatever else you might think. But all in all, uh, report we generated for the alleged domestic batteries spitting on each other, that'll be forwarded over to the DA and we'll probably inevitably come back out to deal with getting property for the counter. Other than that, pretty pretty easy. So, right now, I'm about to conduct the traffic stop on this vehicle in front of us. It doesn't have adequate lighting over the license plate, which is an infraction out here. So, we'll see what they're up to and at least inform them so they can get it fixed or see if it turns into something else. Dispatch, South 17 traffic. be out in front of 26 50 West Simpkins with Nevada plate 291 0 Baker 5 on a white Buick sedan. >> What's going on, man? >> Where you headed? >> All right. The reason I'm stopping you, you know your license plate lights out? >> I do not. >> All right. Most people don't know until we pull them over and tell them, but again, it's still a violation in Nevada. >> It's my girlfriend's car. Actually, I'm going to return it to her right now. >> You're going to return it to her? All right. Where you coming from? >> My house over on Simpkins. Simpkins and Black area. >> So, you live on Simpkins and Black and she lives on Simpkins >> over here. >> All right. You got your license? >> I don't I didn't grab my wallet or nothing when I ran out the door. >> Do you have a license? >> Yes, I should. >> Is it a valid one? Yes. >> All right. So, why don't you have it with you? >> I was just going to return the car and she's giving me >> Well, I mean, you still got to have your wallet and stuff with you, right? >> Yeah. >> You got your cell phone with you? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Most people, especially dudes, don't leave home without their phone and wallet, >> right? I got the phone. >> All right. So, you said it's her car. Does she have registration and insurance? >> Yes. It's right here in the door. >> Go ahead and grab it. Any weapons in the vehicle? >> No. >> Any drugs in the vehicle? >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Yes. When was the last time? >> Go ahead. >> Uh, two months ago for child support. >> Okay. >> All right. So, as I do with everyone who doesn't have the license, I give them the obstruction warning. I'm going to ask for your identification. If you provide false identification, you're subject to arrest for obstruction. All right. So, you're required to at least give me your name and date of birth. >> If you give me more, that can cooporate who you are. That's better. But at minimum has to be name and date of birth. Okay. >> All right. So, he's claiming it is his girlfriend's car. Uh, however, he does not have his license on him. He alleges he has a valid driver's license. So, I'm going to do a records check on him right now and see what it comes up with. >> All right, man. I got bad news for you. It's not looking so good. You got a suspended class A. >> Yeah. So, you're not even supposed to be driving. >> My class A suspended, but I was told my class C is still good. >> No, that was surrendered because you got the class A. So, you need to go to DMV, get that figured out. >> Okay. >> All right. You're lucky. I got to go to another call. Otherwise, you'd be getting a ticket for that right now. >> I go to DMV here, like the one at the CDL one in Vegas. >> Yeah. Probably going to You can probably go up to this one and ask them if you can get your regular class C reinvoked and surrender your CDL, but I don't know. But right now, you're driving on a suspended license. >> Yeah, I'm only going to ask. That's fine. Okay. Thank you. >> Yep. [clears throat] >> All right. So, on this last call, uh, he ended up not having a valid driver's license either, but while I was in the process of running them, dispatch advisor's, possibly an injured pedestrian who may have got hit by a car. So, this subject got lucky, ended up getting a warning only, and now we're going to head off to this other emergency call. So, right now we just got an update from dispatch that stated medics [clears throat] are on scene and they are clearly assessing that he's got substantial injuries to where they're looking at getting him flighted probably to Las Vegas. take care of you. Okay. All right. So, we're going to take you and put you on a helicopter. Dude, >> I do not want to go on a helicopter. >> You don't have a choice, man. We can't take you to the local hospital here. Your place is open. >> Okay. >> You can't take me to the local hospital. >> We're going to take you, bud. I'm going to put you on a helicopter for sure. >> Did he have ID on him? >> I didn't even get that far. He doesn't know what happened. But he's still sitting. Seems like he might be doesn't remember what happened. >> Split open. [ __ ] up. All right. You got ID on you? Can you tell me what town you're in right now? I don't know. What year is it? 125. How many quarters? Okay. Like I said, right when I walked up, I put this on here. This is to protect you. Let us do our job. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Do you feel like a car hit you? >> I honestly don't know. >> Okay. All right. Did he have any scratches on his lower extremities? >> I haven't even cut him yet. >> But how his ankles look? He says normal. That's like more swollen. >> Yeah. >> And then huge gash there. >> Take your finger out. >> We found it. >> All right. I don't want to go. his ID, bud. >> Yeah, you can take it with him. I'm done with it. Where's he? You guys taking them to the flight pad? >> Yeah. >> DVH or the one right up here? >> Yeah. UFC most likely they'll fly UFC trauma, but LZ is going to be major. >> So, as far as you got out of him, he doesn't remember what happened. >> Know what happened. That guy over there, that's the one that found it. That's the RV where we found it. Exactly. Right there was >> where his stuff was. Okay. All right. Thanks. All right. So, the information we got right now is there are several small pieces of car parts. Still can't determine right now if it is a auto ped. Looks to be that way. Uh the subject doesn't really recall what happened. He thinks he just fell. Even when we asked him, "Do you think you were hit by a car?" He says he doesn't remember. So, he's going to be taken over to the flight pad and he'll be flown into Las Vegas and we'll follow up at a later time with him then just to see if he kind of starts to recall what happened. Uh, right now I'm just going to continue to canvas the area, see if I can piece some more information together, if it does look like it was autoreated or not. >> [groaning] >> Looks like possibly off of Ford F-150. All right. Yeah, this is a piece of it, too. GM. There you go. Says GM right on here. So, it looks like we're finding car part pieces. And according it does look like a mirror, a side mirror. Uh my guess so far off what we're piecing together is the subject got clipped by the side mirror of a pickup truck. Not seeing any other signs of bulky damage. There is a little bit of glass on the road, but not enough to where it looks like it'd be a window that busted out. It's consistent with pieces of a mirror. um with where it's located, I don't think there's any surveillance footage that would look out this far. But if the vehicle did come from over by Napa Auto Parts, that's a little bit of a lead we can look at in the morning and see based off the time of call if there was a Chevy pickup truck that happened to be making a turn down that road around that time. maybe get something, but with it being dark, it does limit us out here as to, you know, trying to get a license plate or anything like that. But it's a little something to go off of. It looks like most likely it was a auto [music] pedestrian accident. Yeah. [music] [music] Heat.
