right in front of us so made contact with her she said that she could not stop in time with the with the camera no he's here filming me oh yeah yes ma'am so I just need you to be careful okay I see if if a light's turning give yourself no ma'am give you enough s or enough time to stop okay cuz it was red for a second and then you just kept going yeah I didn't want to go I understand but somebody pulls out in front of you because they're rushing to get to the mall and you hit them that's on you I do no more right you have a good day okay thank you we're heading to an alarm call at a residence uh dispatch made contact with a home owner who requested we respond because nobody is supposed to be on scene there's two other officers I believe on scene right now we're just going to go over here and see if we can lend a hand but we're about a minute or two out from it all right it should be up here on our left ideally we'll see a couple Patrol units parked out front of it all looks like they're blocking around the back of the residence now I'm sure they have uh already checked the front so I'm just going to wait till they come back up or if I hear them say that they have an open door around the back but it looks like one of them's walking back up now any open doors no okay that's one of them that butts up right to chakalaka Park yeah we've been listen people out there heck yeah somebody's pitching a no hitter uh so we're receiving a call about A3 dog trapped in a car 7:33 crack refence 1123 there's K9 inside a vehicle windows are cracked taking up three spots in the parking there with a dog dog's panting inside he's taking up like three spots on the side of your building trying to find them who you trying to find who has the truck yes trying to see James is your name restaurant for a couple minutes it's really not that hot in the truck 75 out here this morning so owners came out they've got him has updated we're done for that uh we're getting sent to a reckless driver caller said they were all over the road 746 and uh that they had pulled into this gas station they said there five people in the vehicle and uh they believe that they are high on drugs we're going to wait and see if we can't get the vehicle leaving and maybe conduct a traffic stop on them if they give us any probable calls and our driving erratic but 756 I have eyes on the vehicle so they're going to have to come this way unless they back up but we will see they were parked on that side of the building um so in order for them to turn around I mean they'd have to complete a three-point turn or they just come out the back here and then go back out towards 202 which is more probable let's see where the other officers are 762 1081 756 my 1072 is advised they pulled out on 78 and they're headed towards east of hog near back road now all right so apparently they decided they were going to pull that three-point turn and started booking it back this way so we're going to try to catch up to them uh there's another officer that's right there that's got behind them [Music] they turn right onto Gren Road 104 I saw them they're a little ahead of me yeah we're behind him 756 myself and 749 or behind them BR something out back there in that curve 10 for go ahead and just put him down 106 1039 1039 10 Camry 11 Alpha Echo 873 Bren Road Taylor travel know go ahead and get them out put your hands where I can see them all in front of you on the dash go I got cover go ahead and grab we can see what's going on today pull her out go ahead step out for me unlock the door and step out for me we just went to the store I live right here we went to the store uh yeah code three definitely I've dealt with her vehicle step back here to my officer I live right here yeah oh yeah yeah we don't want to stop yeah they definitely going to get 1026 you're not getting arrested go ahead and pull him send him back to me step out keep your hands where I can see put that on the ground you can keep your hands up put your hands here you have any weapons on you no sir okay on if I go in the pockets goad anything going poke stick cut hurt me in anyway okay can of skull all right we're going to set that out there so we get your idea okay all right I'm just going to detain you for the moment this does not mean you're under arrest okay you can come out of this these handcuffs over uh you're all over the roadway to begin with for starters all right and then the other thing is uh littering cuz y'all threw something out the uh window when the other officer was behind you okay we're going to go back and see what it was y'all threw but okay but somebody did come right here yeah yeah yeah uh would it be easy for you to kind of sit right there yeah CU I got a bad yeah that's good that's good pick my up yeah we'll get them here in a minute it prob okay you don't have any driver's license or anything do you oh there it is I was about to say I'm not sure what's in this par right here Mr Silas I thought that was you yeah look you look see what's in the par right yeah what you think's in there I'm not sure sir I don't know in the front because uh my no where they are I'll go I was going to say I'll backtrack I remember where you said it came out was it passenger side or driver side pass side cor passenger side okay you got a bunch of change in your pocket Mr Silas we're going to leave it there all right we're going to go back and uh check for the thingy through out all right so the officer ahead of us saw them uh throw something out the passenger side of the window so we're going to backtrack over there in the curve and see if we can't figure out what they threw out so the front seat uh or the driver I've dealt with her in the past and it was narcotics related um the backseat mail passenger I have dealt with him in the past and it was drug related uh things all right let's see here we're going to hop out here and we'll walk this cuz it's going to be around this corner that they threw it all right let's see said it came out of the passenger side of the vehicle and it was going to be right here within this stretch from what I can recall like trying to find a needle and a Hy stack sometimes it's more slow and meticulous kind of looking cuz I don't know about how far off the road he threw it um and then like I said it's also going to depend on where he had said hey he threw it out you know so we'll walk this and check anything that looks like it's freshly here no that's been there a minute it's got moisture in it 762 after we got out of this spot and we're coming around that corner is where we got howy he threw something out so don't think we're going at least check up to the light pole and make sure so the male um is complaining of detoxing from narcotics right now so they're going to have uh the medical service come out here the ambulance and fire department and check him out make sure he is is okay I mean unless they have found something in the vehicle though at this point he's not under arrest he was just being detained they were going through here awful slow and man if they threw it into that it's going to be hard to find um so at this time we weren't able to locate uh whatever was thrown out the vehicle um they've got EMS checking out the gentleman he said something about uh going through withdrawals so they're gonna check him out make sure he's good to go uh whenever they finish up uh getting all that stuff done then I don't think anybody's going to be going to jail tonight um but they will be free to go [Music]
