If I'm going to jail, just, you know, careful with my head. Okay. >> Come out of the front door with your hands up. >> Okay. What all was in the wallet? >> Um, $300. [music] >> Back [music] up. Back up. [music] You get pulled over by the cops, man. Cool. >> [music] [music] >> I don't even know what it is. >> So, we're pulling up to a vehicle unlock right now. I think there's a dog locked in the car, so it's not too hot, but we're going to hustle up and make sure we get the vehicle unlocked for him pretty quickly. 39 1023. I'm sorry to do this, you gentlemen. >> Ah, you're all right. I know the dog's in there. Can you uh I'll get it done pretty quickly. Can you just sign right here giving me permission to unlock the vehicle? It also states the city boxer is not liable for any damages. Excuse me. >> I want to see what I'm looking at. >> The armrest. You can see right there with the little key. >> I think you can just click on that. >> Yeah, you're probably right. Probably easiest. I think that did it. Actually must have locked it. Uh >> a second. There you go. There you are. >> You're welcome. And I'm going to get you to sign one more time. Uh just the same thing right here. Like I said, it was give me permission to unlock the vehicle, say that we're not liable for any damage. Just right down there. I got to get some new print outs. Thanks, man. >> Thank you. >> Y'all have a good day. >> We're going to a call. Somebody found some property that is not there. So, uh, it's just a lost found property call. We'll go there, see what it is they found. If it's something of of value that we need to take possession of, we'll take it and put it in our evidence locker for safekeeping until the owner of said property comes forward. So, [clears throat] >> 726 1023. >> Hello. Hey, >> Jennifer. >> Um, I had left my wallet yesterday at the Oxford laundry mat. >> Mhm. >> They said for me to be able to give you guys like make a police report about it, but it was stolen from there. >> If you left it there. >> Mhm. >> And then now it's gone. >> Yeah, it's gone. It was gone as soon as I walked. >> Okay. What all was in the wallet? um $300, my ring, all my cards, all my information, like my identification, my driver's license, everything. Social security number, birth certificate, everything. >> Okay. And you left it at this laundromat right over here next to the old Los Max. >> Yep. Right there. >> Okay. All right. Uh do you have any identification on you? >> I have it on my phone. >> Okay. Give me one second. I'm sorry. Had to look in different spots where it could be at. >> Do you know your social? >> Yes. >> If I was to be pulled over, would I be able to show them this >> until I could go get it? >> Yes. >> It was a wallet. >> What color? >> Black. I've frozen all my bank cards and everything. all the credit card, everything. I've frozen all that. >> Um, what what was this yesterday? >> Yes, it was around uh 2:49 is when the guy shows me going into the laundry mat with it. >> 2:49. >> Mhm. >> In the afternoon. >> Yes. And then I'm walking back out and I don't have it on my wrist. And my entrance copy is in my wallet, too. I don't know. >> And what time did you walk out? Um, I I'm not 100%. It don't show on that. [clears throat] >> Are you wanting to pursue prosecution on this or you just want your wallet back? >> Well, mainly if I could just get my wallet back. But, uh, I'm just I don't I'm not even worried about the money. I just want my guards. Really? My keys? I have to replace everything. >> All right. I got everything I need. >> Okay. >> So, uh, >> you still need my ID or anything? >> I do not. I'm going to do >> I I do have it on here. I swear I do. >> I'll do a report and they'll uh they'll look into it and see what they can find. >> Yeah. Uh the guy at the laundry mat um he just told me that he actually gave me how to do the report like how to call you guys and everything cuz I didn't want to call 911. It's not an emergency, you know. >> Yeah, >> that's what I told the lady the dispatch. >> Yeah, we got everything we need. >> 726 1065. >> There was an elderly lady down there yesterday. She went in the Um, she drives a blue polar. She has two dogs. She's homeless cuz I said something about she was letting her dogs crap on the sidewalk and I was like, that's pretty nasty. >> Mhm. >> So, she went in the bathroom as soon as I was done. So, >> yes, ma'am. >> I don't. >> So, we'll get this knocked out. Investigations will be in touch with you and Thank you. >> as soon as they can. Okay. Okay. Thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. Have a good one. >> Very simple report. just going to be a theft of lost property report. She went to the laundry mat yesterday to do some laundry. Ended up leaving her wallet there. When she returned to go get it, somebody had found it and taking it. So, she waited till today to call us. She didn't want to bother us yesterday due to it being a non-emergency situation. So, she called us today to report it. We'll do the report, review the cameras, and see who took it and attempt to get her belongings back. So, this call came out while I was at jail with the uh drunk person. So, I missed a lot of the things that led up to it, but sounds like uh there is a teenage daughter who is texting in saying that her father is drunk and hitting them and is armed with a handgun. So, other officers are either on scene now or about to be on scene, and we're going to go help them out and just give them some extra support. So, we have mom and some other kids to check on. Mhm. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> You want to just go up there and >> do we [snorts] have a bunker or rifle or anything? >> We don't. Okay. >> We don't have a bunker with us. >> Okay. >> Let's maybe set up. Can somebody bring a car, >> do some loud hails, and then we can >> try and uh contact them. >> Just [snorts] try to park like maybe by this tree >> and then we can move up on cover behind those cars. Whenever you're ready, Wesley. Come out with your hands up. We just want to talk with you. >> Come out with your hands up. We would like to do a welfare check. [snorts] >> I see a movement on the bathroom window. Someone poked her head out, went back inside. Justin, >> come out with your hands up. >> We just want to do a welfare check. Please come out with your hands up. We want to just do a welfare check. >> Show me your hands. >> 44. The male just opened the door and closed it. JUSTIN, COME OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR WITH YOUR HANDS UP. >> Watch out. >> Keep going. Come on. Get in front of me. Get in front of me. >> Go, go, go. Get him out of the way. >> Yeah, it's all the way back there, though. >> You can have him hang out here. No. >> Um, just have him walk with you because I just in case. >> There's this one right behind you. Come out of the front door with your hands up. I think we have a phone number if we can try calling him. So, uh, Davis does have a phone number. >> Can Davis try calling him? Justin, >> come to the front DOOR WITH YOUR HANDS UP. We have >> the front door. Put your hands up. >> Oh, wait. >> Yeah, I can hear that. >> What's the word, boss? >> Well, right now we have a couple of really great misdemeanors >> and we're trying to determine if we have a felony. >> Okay. Um he has a hold of the 16-year-old like Chloe >> at one point. >> Mom thinks he's going to hurt her because he's yelling at her and stuff. So mom clobers him with a frying pan. >> Yeah. >> That then he takes and holds over mom, but we don't think it was actually swung. >> Uhhuh. >> Great. Well, mom's grandpa is down here. >> Okay. >> And confirms yes, he claims sovereign citizen. >> Okay. >> Only the one handgun. Nobody down there so far has seen the gun tonight. >> Okay. >> Which is much different than what we were told earlier. >> Absolutely. >> Um Okay. >> I'm getting ready to probably call duty chief and say, "Hey, this is what we have. I I feel much better if I knew." >> Do we have a battery on 16-y old or do we have a child abuse? >> Davis, there there's some marks on her arms, but she's still interviewing. I don't know the answer to that yet. Okay. >> There is an unreported DV from 2 days ago that I think we're going to have misdemeanor charges on. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Mom says he has mental health issues but won't ex acknowledge it and has never been diagnosed. >> Okay. >> All right. So based on the call text, um, dad was, uh, being aggressive towards teenage daughter, hitting daughter. Uh, then mom got involved somehow. And when we get there, um, the the teenager and one of the other older children hadn't gotten themselves out of the out of the house. And there was the the mom and then I think three or four younger kids who had barricaded themselves inside the bathroom while he was trying to get inside. Uh it turns out that he has a gun, but it wasn't used tonight. So we were still we weren't sure what was going on with that. But we were able to get the mom and the younger kids out of a uh a bathroom window, which bought us a lot of time to figure out what to do with this guy. Uh and so once we gathered them out of the house and got the story from them, we determined that all we really have was some misdemeanor charges against the dad. Uh we other officers uh managed to get um uh rides for the mom and all the kids to get them out of the area and away from him. Uh he refused to come out of the house. He opened the door and closed it real quick. We were doing uh loud hails on the intercom and yelling at him from the house to come out. He never did. Uh, so just to deescalate everything, we just left and we're going to arrest him later for m charges. >> Kenzag [snorts] 2689 Adam David Victor in a black Mazda, black in color. >> Dispatch, receive How you doing? >> Pretty good. Yourself? >> Officer Negger. What's your police problem? The reason I pulled you over, man, your tag is suspended. >> It is. >> It is. You got your license approved for insurance? >> I don't have no insurance. >> No. You got your license on you? Yeah. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> Is that >> You don't have the insurance on the vehicle? >> No, sir. >> No. Okay. >> I thought I did, but I actually got pulled over like not too long ago. >> Okay. >> So, >> how long ago was that? >> Uh I think like the second >> second of this month of last month. >> No, this month. >> This month. Okay. >> Yeah. Uh just trying to I know it's like a $300 ticket. I'm actually Door Dash right now. I got the match right here. >> Okay. just >> cuz I know it's like a $300. >> Yeah, I have no no idea. There's a there'll be a address and a phone number on the back. You can figure all that out, but give me a second. All right, man. Just hang tight. I pulled over this uh black Mazda. Their tag comes back suspended. Uh the driver told me he didn't have insurance. He said he's been pulled over the second of last month of this month. So, >> checking his license license status and see if he's got any wants or warrants and then probably give him a ticket and then kick him loose. >> Okay. So, the driver's >> uh driver's license is suspended. So, he'll get a notice to appear in court and then I'll have to see if that lady has a valid driver license to release a vehicle to her. So, so she doesn't have a valid driver's license. I'll have them call somebody who does and release the vehicle to them and then we'll pretty much sit here until the vehicle is released to one of them so they don't drive off uh with the vehicle. >> Jamal? >> Yes. >> All right, man. So, your driver license is suspended. So, I'll give you a notice to appear in court. Okay. It's going to be on June uh June 2nd at 8:30. Okay. Do you have a valid driver license, ma'am? You do not. Okay. Do you have anybody you can call who can drive the vehicle? So, I can't >> um Is there any way I can get that to >> There's no way I could let you drive. >> Um can I pull it up here? Uh >> I can call my sister. >> Yeah, just go ahead and give her a call real quick and then make sure she brings her license with her. >> Okay. >> Just hear your driver's license back. >> Okay. I'm going have you signed right here, man. Saying you understand that you have court when >> it's on June the 2nd. And so you're hereby summoned to appear uh respond to the citation. >> I can't do both of them on the same day cuz the other one's on the 20th. >> I have no idea what the other one is. So So was it driving suspended? >> Yeah. >> So what are we doing? >> I notice a $300 ticket and that's why I'm like >> I didn't hit you with the tags, but I hit you with driving suspended. You can't you can't be doing that. So signing here is not mission of guilt. Just saying you understand what's going on. >> It'll be upside down. It's a little funky. >> So just flip flip the page around. >> Also still sign it upside Yep. Okay. Just try to get a hold of somebody. All right. Go ahead and uh pull into this parking stall right here. All right. I'm going to give you a cop your copy. Yep. Here. This is yours. All right. The driver of the vehicle was issued notice to appear in court for a driver suspended. He has someone on their way. Once they get here, I'll validate that their driver's license is valid and then release the vehicle to them. >> Got someone coming? Yeah, my mom's coming. >> Okay. >> Uh we just live right over here on uh she's just pulling up to the house. She just getting off. Uh >> okay. >> On uh Rock Road in 18th, so she should be here shortly. >> Come on, man. You can't be driving to suspend. You already got another day. >> I just got Man, I just had cataract surgery. So, I'm waiting on work to call back and I'm trying to make ends meet and then you got also make sure you take care of that plate status since it's suspended. >> Well, well, last time they said it was showing up like nothing on it. >> Yeah. So I ran it at the red light, right? >> Wasn't even saying it wasn't suspended. They >> So I ran at the red. That was one of the reason I I was like, "God, I'm going to run some tags." And then I ran that. It said suspended. I said, "Okay, it gives me enough to pull you over." And then you I found out you had your driver license suspended. So >> yeah, >> she's got she's in her car. You're good. I went around to a DV. Uh Con said the disturbance has died down. But sounds like somebody wanted someone to get kicked out. >> There's already officers on scene. So, we'll see what we got. So, second shift was held over due to the uh call >> load 906 >> calling says they have a heard with their boyfriend since yesterday around00. She did go over there an hour ago and his brother and dad were als 20y old black male 57 wearing a black and red checker pajama pants with black graphic tea and a head wrap on them. >> Nothing. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Nothing to worry about. >> Cool. >> All right. So nothing. Um, so second shift was held over due to the uh amount of call loads holding from uh previous calls. So right now we're just waiting to clear the board so we can go home. >> Good day officer. >> How you been? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. You stay out of trouble? >> Yeah. I was actually going to see if you know maybe we could get my trespass lifted cuz my dad was talking about it. You know what I mean? >> Did it go down? >> Trespass. Where? He's out there just parking tearing up the tearing up the greens on this little dirt bike. >> It's not a dirt bike. It's a ser not go down there and call them. >> No. >> Well, I'm not going to do it for you. >> No. Well, I'm talking about like when we have to call you guys. >> Would you guys have to go down with it with us? All you have to do is go down and talk with them and then they would call us out of their house to be a weirdo. >> Yeah. Like he was driving around. It wasn't his first lap around. We were right here originally. He pulled up right here, stopped, pulled out his phone, and it he like zoomed in. You can tell he was zooming in and he was taking pictures of me. >> And then I was I was over >> and I was like, "What?" And then he pulled up by the dock and he turned around and he was taking more pictures. And then he spotted Hayden who was farther up there >> because I'm sexy. Should I take whatever? >> So we got called out here to the Lakeside Hotel RV casino. Uh reference an elderly gentleman taking photos of kids. Uh and then when confronted, he sped out of here. So that was the reporting party I just spoke to. She was the one who called it in. Um, she couldn't get she got some photos of the truck, but she couldn't get like a good license plate and they didn't know what state it was from. We didn't see the truck anywhere in the vicinity or leaving the the resort. But we'll we'll keep taking a little closer look. Maybe he's parked somewhere around here. See what we can find. But elderly dude taking pictures of kids is never really, you know, well, anyone taking pictures of kids that aren't theirs is not a good thing or safe thing. So, we'll keep looking. So, earlier we responded to a suspicious person taking photos potentially of some juveniles that were fishing. Uh, initially we couldn't locate the gentleman or his vehicle. We received uh an anonymous tip from another source stating that the male possibly lived over in another RV park. I guess a photo was posted of the vehicle in a short post saying he was taking pictures and photos and uh this subject reached out to us and gave us information. So, we're headed over to a different RV park to potentially locate the vehicle matching a description to see if it belongs to the gentleman that was taking photos earlier and kind of go a little more into depth if we if we can if we locate them. 250 Nevada 43 Edward 852 breaks office >> sheriff's office I'll be out at space 214 copy Kansas plate sheriff's office >> 2017 Chevy Colorado blue in color to >> how are you >> hi >> I'm deputy chle of the sheriff's office copy >> well how can I help you Well, we got a photo of your truck earlier over at Lakeside RV, the casino. >> Yeah. >> I guess uh you were possibly taking pictures with some kids. >> No, I was taking Oh, I'm thinking about transferring over there. >> Okay. >> I was just taking pictures of the mountain. He's He's nowhere in the pictures. >> Okay. So, you weren't taking photos of >> No, she he just happened to be there fishing and his mother was there, too. and I made sure they weren't in the picture. >> Okay. Do you have those photos? >> I have them on my phone. >> You mind if I look at them just to just to double check? Cuz that was the concern is that you were out there taking photos of kids and obviously that that uh >> the notion of it, the look of it, you know, >> sets a lot of people off. >> I can understand. I was He's nowhere in the pictures. Let's see. Pull him up here. >> See this mountain? I was just thinking about moving over there. uh he's nowhere in these pictures, you know, they're just scenery. And then I was taking a picture of uh >> of the I was wanting to get the campsites, >> so I took a picture of the sites I wanted to pick. >> Okay, >> that's all I was doing. >> So, vehicle we were looking for earlier matches the photos that the woman took. Um, I looked through his phone. He showed me all the pictures he was taking. None of them have kids in them. Um, he was taking photos of the pads, space numbers, uh, the lake, some of the scenery, saying he's switching, uh, you know, thinking about switching RV parks. So, common for people to do that, especially older folks. Bad memory, I guess. So, they like to have the photos. Uh, nothing malicious here. No pictures of kids. Uh, pretty pretty cool and clear. Hopefully he gets moved over there cuz he likes it better. Feet. Watch your feet. We're going to assist with the possible stolen vehicle out of California. There seems to be some sort of uh miscommunication with whatever agency is trying to report it stolen, but it's a 10ft 15t U-Haul truck. We're out with it right now. Just waiting on confirmation from whatever agency in California is trying to report it. So, we'll go and just make sure our partners are code for and all taken care of. getting deployed on you. >> Copy. >> Where's the mail at? Where's the guy at? >> Is he getting a room? I'll go see what our buddy needs from us. Looks like he's going to run the dog on the U-Haul. positive. >> Yeah. Can we get a description on the guy? You see if she can give you one. >> Oh my gosh. >> I think this is all >> I think. Got to get Nick kit though. Uh cuz I am ill. >> I am too. You got Nick? You got a Nick kit? So dog dog hit on the U-Haul for uh for narcotics. Obviously nothing in the back, but there's a big pile of white crystalike substance. Pretty pretty consistent with that. Um so we're going to get a test out and see if we can get any presumptive positives on it. But it's all over the floorboard. I'm concerned about where this guy is though. Hey, me and Schliner me and SL are going to go over to Best Blend Buster and see if we can find the mail. You drive over there. >> I'm going to walk. >> Get my steps in. >> How are you? >> I'm great. >> Okay, just one second. >> No problem. >> I'll take off, too. Let me take my side. I want talk. Okay. >> Just so you know, at this time, you are being detained. Okay. >> Trying to figure all this out right now. >> What information did she give you? >> One more time. I couldn't copy. >> What's your name? >> That's affirm. I have her driver's license if I need to give it to dispatch. >> She's my girlfriend. >> And what's her name? >> Her name's Nancy. >> Can you bring that over here to me? >> ID says. Who's uh who's Robert Dale? >> Um I have no idea. >> No. >> No. >> Any idea why this was in the U-Haul? >> That was on the ground. That was found >> was already in the U-Haul. >> No, that was found on the ground. Okay. >> Had it in the US. >> Okay. >> How old How old do I look? >> You said 91. >> 91. >> You look a little older than 91. You a smoker? >> Is she a smoker? >> We'll grab his phone and then we'll walk back over to the U-Haul. >> Is she okay? >> Yeah, she's okay. Like I said, there's an active investigation going on with that U-Haul and it possibly being stolen. So, we're just going to, you know, cross our tees and dot our eyes. Was there a due date? >> Uh, yeah. >> When was that? >> Probably uh yesterday, maybe. The day before. >> Okay. So, you guys are overdue. >> No, we're just We just don't have the gas to get back. >> But you're overdue on the return date. >> Yeah, we are. >> Okay. >> It's not her. >> It's not her, I don't think. >> Also, that was all. >> Huh? >> That was wrong. So, so your name's Nancy. Yeah, that's what you're going with. You understand that uh misrepresenting who you are and falsifying your identity is a crime, right? You know that. And you're going to stick with the fact that your name is Nancy. >> You're not a Vanessa. >> She's Vanessa. That's the [ __ ] I'm >> You're not Vanessa. This This lady who looks exactly like you isn't you. >> You really do. She look like me. >> Go ahead. I mean, maybe previous from drugs. >> I mean, like I said, I Your name is not Nancy. >> I just used an ID to get a UA. That was my mistake. >> I should have just >> So Nancy is not who you are. Who are you? Your your birth name, last name, date of birth. >> My birth name. >> Who were you born as? What did your parents name you? >> Jared Mon. >> A few names. >> A few names. They gave you a few names. >> Yeah, they gave me a few names. >> So, this is your last chance. What is your What is your full name? >> Vanessa. >> Okay. >> Number 72591. >> Okay. Why were you lying about who you are? because I pretty much got convicted of a crime >> that was pin on me and it's unfair because >> his name's supposed to be >> the court I felt was doing me wrong and I was clearing it with my attorney >> which we were getting that cleared off. I just >> the guy that I got myself involved with at the time >> pretty much got me an amazing >> She owned it. She owned it. What's your boyfriend's name? >> His name is Jacob. >> His name is Jacob. >> Jacob. >> That's That's his name. >> Yeah, that's the name that I >> That's his last name. >> His last name is And that's him right over there. >> Yeah. >> I'm being arrested for being detained. >> Why are you lying? >> Huh? >> Why are you lying to us? >> Says I'm lying. >> You're saying I'm lying. >> Cuz you are. >> Okay. >> We just got your girl We just got your girl lying. She owned up to it. >> Okay. So, who am I then? >> Who are you? >> Jose brand. >> Okay. Why is she saying you're Jacob? Jacob is >> This is clear. >> I don't know. >> Why would your girl be telling us that? That's your girl, right? You're ride or die. >> This is my ride or die. >> Oh, look at that pipe. That's probably because that we find inside the car. >> Come on, dude. >> If I'm going to jail, just, you know, careful with my head. Okay, >> we're not going to bow your head around. You have no reason to do that. Well, I'm just missing half my skull. That's why. Yeah, I'm seizure prone. >> Okay. >> Honesty goes a long way. >> Maybe she was trying to look out for me or something. >> Maybe. >> You know, >> that could be possible. >> She was >> I mean, we'll find out one way or another. >> I'm sure you will. But what I'm saying is maybe she was trying to look out for me or something because I mean, for whatever reason, maybe she didn't want me, you know? I don't know. >> Okay. Are you in like any sort of trouble? Why would she be giving cops false names for you? >> More trouble now, you know? But I mean, I used to be on a probation thing for uh alcohol. >> All right. >> You know, just grab as much as you can and photograph the rest. DA is going to have to deal with us not being able to get it out of the floorboard. >> All right, Vanessa, you're being placed under arrest this time. Okay. You do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have one present before and during any questioning. If you can't afford to hire an attorney, want to be appointed to represent you free of charge. You can choose at any time not to answer questions or make statements. You understand your rights? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you were a little hesitant when we asked you if there was anything in that vehicle that shouldn't be. Well, obviously there's a large pile of presumptive positive that's in in between both your guys' seats, >> right? Who's who's it? >> Well, that's the thing. I I haven't used I've been clean for quite some time now. Um >> Okay. Okay. Well, you're sitting next to a large pile of >> Yeah, I know that the thing is that I I don't know if it like where when he got that or what, but when I've seen it, I smacked it all over some place. >> Okay. >> Cuz you know he >> When when did he get it? >> That's the thing. I'm not I'm not sure like I'm not I'm not even 100% sure if it was his or what. I know that he was using but I know that he stopped a little bit. But the thing is that he bought a little batch. So that batch, I don't know where it came from. So when I seen it, I smacked it, you know. So >> Okay. So he he was supposed to have quit like you did and out of nowhere he what was he holding it in? Just like a >> And then Well, that's that's the thing. I I I don't know if they gave it to him or they had >> Who's it like people that he had >> here in town? >> Yeah. Not here in town. Well, we were in Vegas. >> Okay. So I don't know if you want to construct it both of them, but she's not claiming it's hers. She's saying that he found it somehow and had it in that cup before he slapped it out of his hand. >> They both can go for drugs. >> We just finished up with that uh not stolen U-Haul. Uh ended up not being reported stolen. It was just a late return. But as I said before, the K9 hit on the vehicle. located some uh some loose presumptive positive male had a ended up having a pipe on him. He claimed all the um ended up finding out both of their names. Uh they you know they originally were lying to us but identified both, took them both and the U-Haul was returned to its uh parent company. So pretty easy turnout. Lying to the cops about who you are usually only leads to more charges because eventually we'll find out like we did here. So, don't lie to the police [music] or lie well. [laughter] [music] [music] >> [music]
