representing himself as Kyle which is an identity he stole to try to purchase a vehicle from our deal show so the KY R did the Kyle guy called you guys and said that he called the lean holder after it hit his credit and validated that it's 100% a stolen identity and he did not purchase a vehicle from us uh and this gentleman has a Audi S5 that we need to get back does um the individual that send his ID his identity was stolen do he have a uh does he have a police report out on it is he from Georgia or New Jersey New Jersey this uh let me see is this the folder yes you got the uh uh so here's the is that the idea you gave you yeah it's a New York so so did he he bought it straight out or is he making payments on it well there were going to be payments on it under another person's identity okay did he give you a Georgia address no no did the whole thing under New Jersey so what did he come back up here today for he thought he was coming to collect the check okay and a second key so so have you done a report on this before we just found out minutes ago and so he beat we were getting ready to file this report but he said I'm already in the area I'm going to stop by uhhuh so this all happened we haven't had a chance we just found out from the lean holder uhhuh very short period of time he's out there out they provide copies of the paperwork and Records to the officers solidifying the case against the suspect that's driver's license so that's a driver's license that he provided correct no he provided this driver's but this guy provided that driver that's corre so fake ID and you'll get the guys whole credit background for me to mhm oh my company asked if I can stick around to see if he's going to be taken you know and like if he's yeah they just want me to stick around and see just because he's paying for you know the out like he still has like what two three more hours with us you know okay so you know if they taking them and you know that is what it is but if not you know just kind of want to stick around and see okay so all the information he gave you he gave you like that guy is driving dri license he gave you a social security number he had a driver's license made so he's got a copy of it but we've got a system where we run driver licenses called fraud fighter and out ofate licenses don't work perfect right but it failed the fraud fighter okay so we asked a series of follow-up questions um background questions credit questions and he was able to answer those um but it turns out all he did was steal the guy's identity get a fake driver's license and is using that so who who knows how many cars he bought too okay I only know about the car he bought from us so you don't know where that car is at now no that's why I need your help for him can you go and get me all that car information as evidence builds up the young man continues to deny any wrongdoing stole a car from you use you use the fake ID to purchase a car from them in in December and purchased a vehicle from them a Audi with another gentleman's identification so it has another person's name and everything from New Jersey and they're saying that this is the same guy but when I look at this New Jersey ID and I look at his ID that he provided for me the the New Jersey ID this guy looks a lot heavier than this guy is they just found out today something so now they saying that they just found out today that the person the identification of the person called them and said that they never purchased a vehicle this is identity fraud and they they said that they called him to say hey uh we got a second set of keys for you you know just to lure him up here and he came up here yes they they're saying that he's the one who bought it but the picture that I'm seeing on here is totally different from the ID that he provided for me when did he come up here December 27th I would you have video of that yeah I ran his I ran his New York state license is is Revol all right sir thank you are y'all going to be able to ask him about where the car's location this he's saying he don't have a car honestly man you looked up that name with that date of birth it hit his credit have you hit have you looked up that name with the DAT of birth the officers are left with no doubt that this is a well-planned fraud credit and so he was saying you know calling them and say hey I never bought a vehicle you guys I don't know what what's going on I stay in New Jersey why about I come to Georgia to buy a vehicle you know so that's when they called him here then they called us no you can't at 6:30 nobody knows she's out here with me I have to pick up please okay you need to hold on real fast all right I please to real quick I can tell n come back yeah definitely taken into custody now facing serious charges of theft by deception and identity theft number four teen arrested after staging kidnapping hoax to skip school a high school student fakes a kidnapping to skip school calling 911 to claim she's held by armed captors triggering a lockdown and Widespread Panic as of officers arrive they take the claim seriously even though they can't locate the Coler or the supposed [Music] kidnappers thisch has been ke car does even work where is 20203 there is no 2203 that at one point they noticed something odd she reported being in a room that doesn't even exist in the building please initiate hard lock down everyone please go into your classroom close and lock please initiate a hard lock down everyone please go into your classroom and they're on a hard is I'm sure it's Bing but they're calling unfortunately they're calling from a 911 only phone so we can't me not when I came upstairs so you found the person no we have not but we have a bunch of officers on their way and a sergeant is on way Sergeant is here actually okay the School receives over 50 calls from anxious parents while officers conduct a room byro search a tip from a student reveals that the 911 call originated from the bus and surveillance footage quickly identifies the girl responsible tayor and that's so she sat by so she lied about3 be like who us I'm gonna do one calling you is we have reason to believe that was the one who made that phone call off of another student's phone yes so we what we are hoping to do is we're hoping to bring into our office to speak your friend that you were okay so calling restaurant from Whose phone hers okay is there anyone else on the bus with you guys that you're sitting by no okay other kids that go here okay was there anyone else prank calling using their phone to make calls no the only people that's on their phone is okay um did you make any phone calls no I was talking to T okay but nobody else on the bus so I'm going to be honest people on the bus have identified that you were also making phone calls and that you borrowed a girl's phone to make phone calls why would they say that about you I didn't use nobody else phone the other time that situated with Mr talking to me about the girl phone I never used her phone again who is that girl she got lead in her okay does she ride the bus with you just in the morning okay she doesn't ride the bus with you in the afternoon interesting so can we confirm again that phone actually was pinging around the Centennial area at the time the phone call went off and it also would show that if the person was not at Centennial they were either walking by or either on a motor vehicle that potentially would have been going past and or stopped there so while these kids are making prank phone calls on the bus you didn't hear anybody call an urgency you're saying you did not make any phone calls her explanations don't add up and her behavior raises the officer suspicions we do have two reports from two different kids that you were the one that made the phone call from another student's phone and very shortly we are going to be getting bus footage that has audio which is why we really need you to be honest and I'm going to be honest I'm just a little concerned with your lack of eye contact with any of us not going to make any assumptions just tell you want to know if doing this job for a bit okay I'm going to also chime in with just by the way your breathing posture is as well your kateed artery is chopping out the side of your neck your chewing pattern your gum changed and your breathing pattern also changed I'm not going to pry and pick and probe anything out of you but the thing is is if you are honest and again I'm not even asking any questions if you are being honest right now and up front it's going to look a lot better than when we grab camera footage and it shows you doing it that's what I want you to understand I want you to called like I said I called for you guys I told them that you had police contact they said to go down there right now and they'll see what they can do for you okay did you say that her car was broke out I I told them that I blamed the police department I said you guys thank I said the police department you had police department interaction and we caused you to be late oh thank you I appreciate that but why did you say we had police interaction I just said that you had police interaction I didn't tell them anything further but if it's your fault then what should I say no you can by all means tell them that you had contact with the police and that's what stalled you like I told them my car stalled me okay that's fine like I said I like Olivia like I said I was going to call for you I did
