obstructing that's it thank you all right and her daughter basically plays with your kids she she's been staying with us last months yeah because of this situation here the mom has no food in the house there's people strange people going in and out and the mom will leave in the middle of the night so the daughter doesn't want to be here all right so basically you saw your mom was L on in the bed so basically we'll start over real quick you wanted to come here to get um some paperwork for your doctors all that stuff came here saw your mom laying in the in the living room on the bed you tried to wake her up um you never seen the mail that was in the kitchen cooking and then um he told you not to wake her up you then woke up your mom and got the paperwork needle for the doctor's appointment and then that's pretty much it and then you guys you came out crying and then told them and then that's when you guys called well I went in and then we then we called on I'm going to go talk to the LA real quick he went inside here I don't know if there's guns in here I don't know if he's going to grab a gun do I know that do I know that when I came up nobody that's but how can I though because of the fact he C closing the door obviously obviously he's a [ __ ] got issues I as well which is why I take meds that's fine you can take your meds so but the thing is I'm not going to what if he closed the door and stabbed you in some for example obviously this is the most extreme thing but obviously how do I know that if I'm standing over around the corner waiting for backup see I would have kicked in your door 100% if he didn't open that door I would have kicked in your door and your door would have been smashed you would had to call the county to come have them fix it because your door would have been shattered I'm going to be 100% honest with you you were this close you came out which was great you're not going to jail obviously because you came out hey this is Katie from be there either does the mom want to be want her to be there she doesn't even asked for her to be back oh the mom hasn't even asked for her to be back or anything like that all right what's up Myers how you doing on paperwork uh good I'm I just finally got off the phone with DCFS so I'm about to head and go start the I pulled a case now so I'm going to um work on everything I'm GNA take him for his uh when you get hereen might need some assistance getting him out of the cell I don't know detention might need assistance getting him out of the cell I don't know he's if he talk him down alone is like a sick puppy he his daddy on [ __ ] oh so he's faking um so yeah I don't even need to talk to him realistically um I'm good I'm going to book him on uh what I say obstru yeah obstructing and I'm going to book him on his uh his uh warrant he has okay so I'll just book them on those and then that's it so the best advice I would give people in regards to the call we just had would be uh we're there for a reason I tried to talk to him as soon as I showed up he immediately tried to go inside and didn't want to talk the best advice I would be would recommend would be we're there for a lawful reason if he would have given me a chance to actually explain what was going on which I tried to then the best thing I would say was just be compliant just comply listen to what we have to say the call wasn't even on him it was just to check on the welfare of the female but for him he wanted to make things difficult and close the door on us and stuff when we have to check on the welfare of someone we don't know all the details other than there's an unconscious female and there's an unknown male there we don't know if she was stabbed or anything like that so and the way he was acting closing the door not showing his hands or anything like that my biggest advice would just be just to comply and then let the officer sort it out and once they're done sorting it out then you can ask me questions from there I wasn't trying to be disrespectful to you or nothing man it's just I ain't done nothing and I don't I don't want to be put in front of the cop when I ain't done nothing that and I've been I just ain't done nothing man no I get you I 100% get you the if you would have let me explain because so here's the thing I would have never known about your warrant I would have never ran you my main concern was just to make sure she was okay I would have came to the house if you would have been like hey yeah she was unconscious no like how she get I get you but if if you like yeah she's inside the house sleeping I'd have been like all right cool I wouldn't even ask for your name in all honesty I wouldn't have even ask for your name I would have went in there checked the resident make sure she's good make sure there's no one else in there and then I'd be like all right you're good you're good councel medical I would have left that call should have took no more than 10 minutes in all honesty because I had medical I don't know if you saw medical they were just chilling there cuz all it is is just I'm just going there just to check to make sure we're safe so medical can come in if they needed to that was it I wouldn't in all honesty dude I would have never ran you I would have never even asked for your name or anything like that because I know you weren't the one that called I already had talked to them the ones who did call me my it's not me trying to identify everyone who's here for that one it's solely a medical call but they call us because of the fact we got to make sure it's safe before they go in there no in the warant I don't even know where it's for um so I checked it it's a um I guess a fail to appear after bail for domestic violence for domestic yeah from I guess a case in 2022 did you have a domestic in 2022 no oh no cuz right here it it's not me man I didn't go to yeah you didn't go to court so that's the reason the judge put a warrant out for it huh when was that it doesn't say exactly when the court date was but it says when warrant was issued and what did domestic violence I've never had domestic violence yeah but it's not solely off of the domestic violence per se it's because you didn't go to court for what for the for the alleged charge of domestic violence so for the Alle so I got a motorcycle do an 83 and a 55 so looking to
