19 Vehicles failing to [Music] yield Sheriff's Office I you want the taser is that what you want add of here get the [ __ ] on the ground [ __ ] told you drop the [ __ ] come out with your hands off to it now oh my [Music] God so we're heading back to a residence where we were previously uh for some violent crimes that occurred uh the female half is reporting her vehicle stolen now and um so we're going to go and we're going to pick up a statement from her and get that vehicle entered into our database uh which spans across the United States so if somebody runs the plate from another agency it'll come back stolen and uh we can take this guy into custody get down so basically just uh crime being reported stolen vehicle your information and then what happened so we were able to make contact with a reporting party from the incident that we went out previous for and now she's wanting to report her vehicle stolen um so we were able to get the statement from her it'll be entered into our database and so now if the suspect is located he'll most likely be in the stolen vehicle and we can have him apprehended and uh bring them to justice so we've arrived at the hospital um we have a report of a death so we do the Investigations out here because we do not have a Corner's office and we are the deputy corers so can I I'm going to go and check out and investigate the circumstances around the death and make sure nothing is suspicious and outline a little bit of the uh history of the deed and make the proper notifications so we had a deant who what appears to choke to death on a peanut butter sandwich um her Airway was constricted according to the doctors and when I examined the deant there were chunks of peanut butter all over the table um so my initial findings I don't rule cause of death but uh it appeared to be that she choked to death on a peanut butter sandwich unfortunately um one of the things we do when we examine uh dead bodies is we take photos of the hands we look at the eyes and open them and we look for what's called Patia and what that is is basically signs of strangulation little dots in the eyes um it helps determine what happened to them before they died um basically we tried to get as much evidence as we can from the body because the body tells a story and we look at the nails we look at the hands we look to make sure there's no blunt force trauma or anything out of the ordinary when doing the investigation so before we send the body to the court Corner we have a good idea of what happened and then the corner can do a further in-depth examination or autopsy to uh basically have findings that are consistent with ours and if anything suspicious comes about they notify us and we dig a little deeper into it but usually based on our examination of the body we're able to figure out what happened so we're getting a residential burglary alarm it's not too far from here but we're going to go ahead and get [Music] there [Music] himself and uh doesn't remember his code so he's currently on the phone with his alarm company sorting it out I'm going to get a hold of dispatch just verify that I talked to the homeowner and just non-payment something very simple walk up either make contact with the tenant or post the papers on the door they usually will send officers instead of our auxiliary units because is uh eviction notices people can get pretty emotional about and sometimes they can turn violent I've seen videos of officers going to serve eviction notice and the people come out with guns so it's usually never anything like that but you never know all right so we arrived um can't tell if anyone's in the residence or not but we're going to go and try and serve these papers recording Sheriff's Office all right get some tape and post it [Music] all the important stuff seems to be G so we're just posting the papers getting some good tape so the wind doesn't take it but uh just an eviction meaning that they didn't pay their rent bills and uh whoever owns the property is kicking them out but it looks like they've seen this coming and they're already gone so so we got a car it's got multiple light violations uh no license plate lights tail light in the back is broken actually headlight is out as well so we're going to go ahead and stop this vehicle and there's no plates 19 traffic I'll be flipping me off and uh he keeps taking off keeps going and then pulls all the way into here I'm going to run the dog real quick you got an idea on you somewhere I don't what's your name I just got uh forense I was going 19 can you run a at a local very familiar but was he running from you what was he trying to get medical attention or was he actually running from you uh we got to find that out so anything on your person recently no I cuz he doesn't he doesn't just hit on anything for any reason did you smoke weed recently it's perfect illegal if you do I don't care no no good cuz he hit right there's insurance on it so says it's in the glove box so go check suspended uh yeah I think it's suspender license see if it's suspended so I went to initiate the traffic stop for some basic violations no plates he decides to uh take off and run to the hospital and uh it's looking like he doesn't have a valid license no insurance amongst a couple other things so we're going to go ahead and address that all right Josh you have the right to remain silent anything maybe you say may be used against you in a court you have the right to presence of attorney before and during any questioning if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you free of charge before any questioning if you want understand yes sir all right placing you under arrest for alluding the fact that you have non-extraditable warrants and you're also running a vehicle no registration no insurance so um I'm going to take you over here get you checked out for your spider Bo before we uh you guys got Medical in there are are you do you want to go there Medics instead whatever if that's what you want I'll just take you there that's fine I want to call my grandpa let him know what's going on my phone yeah yeah I got you just uh hang out right here I'm going to prep your seat belt for you 19 show on the custody all right so we're taking this individual to jail for alluding he has warrants out of other agencies uh leading us to believe that he will not appear to a court date so we're going to go ahead and tell his vehicle and get on our way to the Detention Center in the future when we light you up just pull over if you would have just told me hey man I'm going to the hospital yeah follow me there [ __ ] it I got a spider bite like dude I don't like spiders either like you know what I mean like if you would have just pulled over uh and just been like hey you probably got the coolest cop in the whole age but when when you punched it and you were doing whatever you were doing out the window saying follow me I'm going to the hospital tell it l it looked like you were flipping me off I was do I was doing H in Sign Language H oh like a hospital go to the hospital follow me [ __ ] [ __ ] so hey just in the future man yeah I'm they're going to keep me in here for a month I doubt it so now we're going to do uh what's called a declaration of arrest basically that's my paperwork to the judge saying hey here's the reason why I arrested him here's my probable cause for it um so we're going to get started on that get his booking done and then that way he can hurry up
