happened we don't know what's going girl came running up and uh a car came with her yelling at her and she was just like called the police I don't know where she went though she take out walking yeah let me show you the video around to the so you come up that bank running there's the car right there you around the street right here your what are you doing oh my gosh told the white woman to call the police so I mean now we the bad guys you know which way she started walking you know come on in the house when it happened but she had to go that way so we don't know we'll go we'll go look and she said the car went that way so it's AAR like air you yeah but he jumped out here at the stop signning just having AIT about yeah okay I'm going go look see if I can't see her down there 726 the female left on foot got 1138 the area see if we can't located her do you see a female come walking down through here in a pink shirt I know do you see somebody in a pink shirt come walking down through here you didn't okay thank you 726 734 had negative contact on the west end of Macintosh so basically on that call we made contact with the people on Macintosh the residents that called about the female running up in their yard um they were able to show us their video footage that they have a camera on the front of their residence showed the female running up a male getting out of the car and chasing her up the driveway um he eventually left in the car she took off walking turns out they don't live very far from that residence uh we bowed the area was able to locate her at their residence we went to talk to her in the driveway she insisted that she was good she didn't want to talk to us so there's only so much we can do if uh they're on their property they don't want to talk to us there's not we can't really push the issue so we just called in service and uh we'll wait for anything further to see if anything comes about it PC yeah all over the [ __ ] road here L I'm odor alcohol that's coming off his breath also the way we decided to stop uh into oncoming traffic um thing that worries me is when he stopped he was moving around inside the vehicle I'm not sure what he was doing but you could see him reaching and that's why I kept trying to tell him to put his hands outside the window so I could see him and he wouldn't do it um he had open the door at one point he actually finally listened and closed it but uh we're going to check his area officer peek is going to uh run him through fi sobriety he is uh one of our top DUI uh officer so we're going to let him go ahead and handle the DUI aspect of it if there is uh any illegal narcotics I'll handle that aspect of it but we're going to check his area make sure uh he doesn't have any firearms in that general area or uh that he wasn't hiding anything 7242 that's 104 he's going to be running filled sobriety uh in the parking lot headquarters just be advised we are blocking the turning lane of oncoming traffic there's his weed so he see all this white stuff he had on his phone I'm not sure what it what it is if he was actually like in the process of doing cocaine or what but it was all over his lap when he stopped [Music] so who knows he was dusting off when he got out hopefully if it is we'll at least find some remnants of a bag where it was in it yeah I don't know we're going to step over here him if he had cocaine uh on him he said no and looked down yeah it's like yeah but there's marijuana in the car yeah uh he said that marijuana is the only thing he's going to have in here but I mean we'll find out there's white powder stuff here he's got it on his phone like but Light Ice so officer Quinn pulled over a subject uh for possible impaired driving failure to maintain his Lane uh not using his turn signal weaving in out of traffic uh the vehicle failed to yield to the right and instead yielded to the left and just parked in the uh the turning lane here um due to that he contacted me uh I'm a drug recognition expert uh to run the field sobriety on the subject I relocated him over to the parking lot uh so we could run the field sobriety on a More Level surface and out of traffic um I ran the horizontal gaze nagus test observed four clues for that uh indicating impairment we also ran him through the wind the walkin turn um got four four Clues off of that as well um guys got unsteady balance uh unable to remember or follow instructions and uh we ran him through the one leg stand he was unable to stand on one leg for the 30 seconds um got three Clues off of that one out of the four um so right now he's been detained officer Quinn's going to finish searching the car um but it it's definitely going to be alcohol and probably uh looks like he might have had some cocaine on his shirt as well how's it going all right man how about you doing good I thought there for a second it was a breakdown but I take you to sand F yeah yeah your sen warri are right yep that's fine 7 12
