Put your hands back, >> bro. For what? >> I told you to. >> Ah, bro. I'm [music] going tell you right now, do not touch me. Tell you right now, do not touch me. [music] >> [music] >> So, we're heading to a traffic stop. The deputy pal has some >> inside the vehicle. There's four other four other people. Sounds like most of the people in the vehicle have some form of criminal history regarding drugs or violent crimes. >> We'll find out exactly how much >> who they are and what's going on when we get there. >> Howdy. How you guys doing? >> Good. >> Where you guys going? >> I was dropping them off. >> Where at? Right here to my stepdad's house. >> Stepdad's house lives in dirt lot. >> Yes, sir. [laughter] >> Where's your stepdad live? >> Cross streets. >> Right here at the end of this. >> Okay. Okay. That property over there's for sale, ain't it? That big one. The big farm acres. It's like 10 or 15 acres over there. Yeah. >> No, I thought it was. >> I don't know who that is, man. I'm sorry. I'm I'm with names, man. >> That's the owner of >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. Go and sit tight for a sec. So, because the car is cold plated, I'm going to take the plate. >> Ma'am, for >> if you don't mind, just hang out by your car, please. Okay. >> What? >> Just hang out by your car, please. Thank you. So, because the vehicle is goldplated, we're taking the plate. Um, this plate does not belong on this vehicle. It's returns to a different vehicle. Not exactly sure what vehicle it returns to. Uh, based off Deputy Pal's uh, return on it. >> Uh, the vehicle is >> plated. Looks like there's a temporary movement permit effective 63 of 25 expiring 73 of 2025 to a lack of James. >> It did have a moving permit on it, but it expired >> July 3rd. >> So, >> vehicle is probably going to be We're going to tell the vehicle. Was was the passenger wearing a seat belt? I don't think so. No, >> you can double check, but >> No. No. when you showed up, was the passenger wearing a seat belt? Okay. The reason why I asked if the front passenger is wearing a seat belt is uh when we arrive and the passenger doesn't have a seat belt, it gives us uh the ability to identify them. Um in the state of Nevada, not wearing your seatelt is considered a crime. Okay. So, we're having a little bit of trouble uh finding you, man. What is your social? >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> I don't know my social. >> You don't know your social? >> No. >> All right. All right. Go and step out for step out of the vehicle for me. Okay, >> man. Come on. Step out of the vehicle. >> Come on, bro. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. Okay. I don't want to make this harder than it needs to be. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Go ahead and step over to the car over here. >> No, he's not going to jail yet. If he is, I don't know yet. Okay. So, >> what's your name, bud? >> You didn't tell me. This is the first time I'm having an interaction with you. >> Whoever just came up to the car. I told him already. >> Well, you're not giving us the right information. Therefore, we can't identify you >> for. I'm not even the one who's driving. So, what do you need my name for? >> You ain't wearing a seatelt, bro. Not wearing a seatelt in the state of Nevada is a crime. >> How is that a crime? >> Okay. Well, if you're not going to identify, we can take you down to the jail for not identifying, >> bro. For what? I just told you. How old are you? >> I'm 18. >> You're 18 years old? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Didn't we stop you at Walmart? >> He asked you a question. >> He doesn't want to answer. He's from North Las Vegas. >> Yeah. >> He's that guy we stopped at Walmart for stoing a knife. >> A what? >> I don't know if it was you, but he stole a knife from Walmart. >> You know when? Couple >> months ago. And we trespassed him and his uh and his uh mom. He's 18 now. This is not the way you want to go, bro. All right, bud. What's your name? >> No, he know my name. >> I'mma ask you one more time, then I'm going to put you in cuffs and I'll put you in the back of a car and we can go sort it out down there. What's your name? >> Alejandro. >> Alejandro. I'm going to see if I can identify him based off the information he gave me. I don't know if he's telling me the truth or not, but we'll find out. Yeah, come. >> I found him. >> Wills Pat, tell him to keep his hands on the hood. See if you can get concerned. Search him. >> He keeps grabbing >> 11 of your feet. >> Separate your feet. Do it. >> What do you separate your feet? >> Separate. >> You did it. All right, bro. All right, bro. >> Yeah, >> I just told you to. >> No, I don't care. Put your hands back, >> bro. For what? >> I told you to. >> Oh my [ __ ] god, bro. >> Bro, can you get off me, my bro? Like, for real. >> What the am I going to jail for, >> bro? Oh my god, bro. >> Don't clench your fist, bro. >> Can you please run? Stop quenching, bro. Y'all making this tight. What is you talking about, bro? >> Dude, what what's your problem now? >> Bro, they the ones making the problem, bro. I'm not making What is you talking about? >> Hey, check it out. Okay, >> bro. You're the one that's own >> Alejandro. Listen to me, okay? I want you to listen to me. I want that. That's it. Okay. >> I don't want you. >> All right. So, >> I found you. Okay. Hey, I appreciate you giving me your name and Okay, >> this is why. Look, I'm not trying to be Okay, I get that. You get that? >> You're good. >> You get that? >> Do you want to talk to me alone? >> No. >> Okay. What? What's your problem, man? >> No, nothing, bro. He the one who the [ __ ] talking about. >> You and me. I mean, you've been having a problem with me since we first started talking. I've been respectful with you the whole time. >> No, sir. I did not have a problem with you. He already >> first thing the first thing you tell me is you already told the other cop the things that ain't that ain't being cool with me >> because it's cold. >> I don't care if you I don't care if you're sitting passenger. I don't get All I'm trying to do is figure out who you got who you are. Okay, that's it. Right. >> Not worried about it. >> I get you're 18. I get you're I get you're young. You're trying to prove yourself. But that ain't this ain't the right point [laughter] right now, man. Like what what's the point? What was the point of all that? What do you mean though? >> What's the point of trying to be trying to have a pissing match with the cops? >> Nobody. Bro, he told me to spread my feet, right? I did. >> And he's sitting here punching and shooting like >> I was watching you. He did not punch you. >> No, I meant kick the out my foot. >> Okay. He's telling you to spread your feet. And >> sir, my was already spread like this and he spread no more. >> So I I get you're upset about that. But before that, you still had an attitude problem, man. You can't tell me you didn't. I pulled you out, man. Unless you're always acting like that to everybody, you know, come on, man. Let's be real here. >> Get all that stuff out of there prior to taking the car. >> Okay. >> So, what's your deal, bro? Like, is it just a bad day or something or what? Talk to me, man. >> Like, I know you would act like that normally, >> right? >> Yeah. >> Or is it just just the way you treat cops? Cuz that's not the best way to handle that either. When you're out with the cops, be be respectful and you won't have this issue. >> Okay. >> This this this kind of only happens if you I mean >> everybody else I mean he's he been cool with me this whole time. He been cool with me this whole time there. >> Everybody else has been cool here. Nobody else is in cuss, bro. Like you can't sit there and say it's just it's we're being to everybody when you're the only one in cuss because you're the only one being a problem. >> You see what I mean? What's up, bro? >> If you don't mind, can I grab my vape? >> Uh, you can check if you can. >> Do you mind if I do? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. >> You see, I mean, he's being cool. I got no problem working with somebody as long as they're respectful, bro. You see what I mean? Everybody else has been fine. What did What name did he give you in the first place? >> Uh, Christopher Johnson. >> He gave you Christopher Johnson. This guy gave you Christopher Johnson. Hey, Alejandro. Do you have a driver's license? >> Alejandro don't have nothing. >> You don't have anything? >> When did you turn 18? >> You just turned 18. >> Just barely. >> What are you doing? What are you doing? >> Come talk with me real quick. Okay. >> 29. I copy you. Thank you. >> Let's go back here. 21. All right, let's start over. Okay. What the is going on, man? Is it you just had bad experience with cops or what? Okay, so that whole that whole thing is not how you got to handle that. Okay. Like what the dude that that could have gone completely different and we wouldn't have an issue. You're just eight. You just barely turned 18. You ain't got a warrant. The only thing that's on file is when you got trespassed from Walmart. Like, and that's nothing, bro. I have cops that I work with who's been trespassed from a bar. That doesn't mean Okay. Like, what? You realize by giving a fake name, you could have gone to jail night, right? Okay. So, it's against the law to provide a fake name to to a cop when you're required to identify. What allows me to identify you is the fact you weren't wearing a seat belt. That's why I ask you to get out of the car. Okay? This is I'm going to explain everything in manto man. Okay? That way you understand. Okay? When I ask you to get out of the car, it's because I as a cop I have the right to pull anybody out of the car I want. Okay? And you have to comply. All right? because you weren't wearing your seatelt. I You have to identify, man. You break the law when you don't wear a seat belt. Okay. And then you break the law again when you don't tell us the right name. Like it's not the way to do. >> Yeah, man. This dating screaming, man. I just want to give a blessing to all my people. You [singing] get pulled over by the cops, man. Be cool. They'll let you go. All cops not racist. Black lives matter. All lives matter. Blue lives matter. Remember that. >> Appreciate that. >> So, we show up on the call. There's four people in the car. the car turns out to be coldplated. Uh which means that there's a plate that belongs to a different car and the plate that's on the car is valid but it doesn't belong on the car anyway. Um >> go ahead. >> I'm going to tell you to go southbound on Homestead that vehicle >> place towards the chicken ranch. >> Copy that, man. I see it 13. And there'll be traffic on at the same spot on a white van, no plate. >> 12 coming. >> All right. So, we got a car with no plate, white van. We'll see what happens. Stop the car. Hello. >> Hello. How are you? >> Well, hey, >> you pulled right into the hornets's nest, didn't you? >> Can I move? >> No, no, no. You're good. Uh, grab your uh temp tag for me so I can see it. >> Okay. >> By hornets's nest? I mean, you literally drove into a bunch of cops with no plate. [laughter] >> That's okay. And it's my last night, too. >> It's your last night here. >> I'm going to park. I just had to go get some things from Walmart. >> Oh, you leaving town or what? to um to the >> DMV today. >> Okay. >> They told me they didn't have any more any more appointments, so that's coming. >> Oo, you made it by the skin of your teeth. Holy cow. >> I know. I'm my insurance. >> July 12th, and today's the 11th. All right. You drive safe. Have a great night. Okay. >> She had a temp tag. She's good. Pal's car, he he ended up towing it. He uh I guess nobody in the car ended up having warrants. We had one kid, he gave us a wrong name. Um and he didn't have any warrants at all on his name either. He just wanted to be a little POS for lack of better words. Um but yeah, I everybody ended up going Pal wrote him a ton of tickets and we ended up towing the car, but nobody's going to jail tonight, so everybody got out lucky, I guess. All right. So, we're getting dispatched to a welfare check. It's going to be at one of our RV parks in town. Um, basically, a child is requesting, by child, I mean, uh, RP is requesting a wolfer check on their, uh, her parents. She hasn't heard from them in a few few days. So, we're going to go over here and see if we can get a hold of Mary and Michael. All right, let's run some plates. Michael and Mary. Perfect. Let's go do a knock and talk. Hello, Sheriff's Office. Michael, you here? Mike, Mike, is the sheriff's office. You in there? >> Michael, it's the sheriff's office. >> They're dead. >> I'm sorry. >> They're dead. >> They both died. >> Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I know she did. And he they It's been months. It's been abandoned for months. >> Has anyone been inside? >> Not that I know of. No. >> The the windows open. That's why I asked. >> Oh, yeah. But yeah. >> Okay. >> You can talk to the manager. >> Damn. >> It's been like over 3 months. Maybe like even maybe maybe five months or something, you think? >> Uh I'm not sure. Uh last I heard that he was in a home in Vegas in hospice. M >> and uh she died and she was she died in there and he didn't even realize that she was like dead and stuff. >> Oh, that's sad, man. >> Two weeks. Yeah, it was really sad. So, uh that's all I know. >> Cool. I appreciate it. Some families calling. They're I guess from across the country. So, >> really? Cuz they we um they've been trying to get a hold of >> they they got a hold of somebody, I think, and now the other half of the family's calling and so I I don't think they know Michael is it is a lot. At least he's in hospice or he was close. >> So I guess the female is deceased. Um but the male is either deceased or in a hospice care, but I don't like the fact that there's a window open. That does concern me. See if it's locked. Sheriff's office, if you're inside the RV, announce yourself, please. Spiderw webs. That's a good sign. Sheriff's office. You're inside. Make yourself known. 16. Cook for Well, I am covered in spiderw webs. That one's been in there for quite some time. Looks like we have some phone calls to make. Find out where Mike's at. >> Hello. >> Hello. This is Deputy Hagen with the Night County Sheriff's Office. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. Good. So, um I'm out here trying to do your welfare check um for you. >> Appreciate it. >> Um what's your relation to Mary Michael? just out of curiosity. >> So, Michael is my father and Mary would be my stepmother. >> Okay. So, Mary is confirmed deceased. I do see a case that was taken this year earlier this year. Um and I guess Michael was in the RV. >> Yeah. >> Um but uh Mike apparently is either I'm being told by staff here at the RV park cuz he's not here. I was told that he's I believe to be in a hospice care. >> Um, and he had some medical complications. So, I don't know his status. He's not a night he's not a night county as far as what I can tell. So we came, we saw discovered that uh Michael and Mary um we found out Mary is deceased. Um she she died unfortunately a few months back. Um Michael is still MIA, but we have a good idea where he went. So apparently according to our RP who is a nurse and family um she knows Michael to be old and demented unfortunately >> 571 or both vehicles that >> um dementia sucks. Um and uh so they think that he wasn't able to be you know make his own decisions. That's why Mary was there. Now Mary that's passed away. His support system passed. Um, so we believe [sighs] we have record of him going to our local hospital >> during the same time period of Mary's death. >> So it sounds like Michael went to the hospital and what happens here locally is they get transferred to Vegas. And since I'm judging based off or deducing based off his care um of being demented and everything, usually those kind of people um get placed in a hospice home and some of the workers there obviously told us that that's what they believe happened as well. So he's probably at a hospice care in Vegas. Um but we gave the RP a bunch of information, good phone numbers to call to help help them further find their father. um if she has any further details that I can track down or whatever, she's welcome to call back and I can help her. Um we try to do everything we can for family cuz if it was my dad missing, I'd want to know where he's at. So hopefully I gave her the information to track that down. She is a nurse, like I said, so she's kind of familiar. So that [snorts] helped. I was able to communicate um some details to her that she understood on a professional level. So I wish the best for her. Hope she finds her dad. Hope Michael's okay. Um, but that's all we can do for that one for now. So, we got some other calls we're going to get to. So, we're going to clear this one and move on. All right. So, we're rolling up on these gentlemen. I was driving down 160 going northbound and it appeared to see it almost looked like they were going to get in a physical confrontation. So, we're make sure that everything's all right with them. Hey, how's it going, guys? Hey, so the reason I stopped, I was coming down northbound on 160 and I thought you guys it looked like you guys were going to get in some sort of like fight. >> Okay. Is everybody good? >> All right. Cuz I was driving and I'm like, "Dude, what the heck?" You know, >> as long Okay, but everything's good. You guys don't need us or anything like that. >> Huh? No, it's uh US cops are a Germanbased film crew. They're they're they're they're a little better. They're a little better. Yeah. So, all right. You guys good though? Everything okay? Thank you for your service. >> All right. I appreciate that, man. Thank you. >> Thank you for the time. >> All right. Have a good one, guys. All right. So, there's no altercation. I guess maybe it's just the way when I was passing and the way they were standing possibly could have been what I saw, but everything's code for. We're all good. Everybody's good. Life is good. All right. So, right now, our radios are not working at dispatch. So, we're having to dispatch calls over uh an app that we use. Um, I won't say what the name of the app is just for security reasons, but uh, we're stepping out up here at Pokey Bimer. Apparently, there's a suspicious person walking around the parking lot. I'm going to take a look and see if we can find him. All right. So, our radios aren't working. So, if somebody's out here and they run, I'm not chasing them because nobody's going to be able to know. >> Yeah. >> I'm just going to let them run. That's I'm not chasing somebody with no radio. >> One more. Dispatch radio is going to be 102 for a moment. We're getting reloaded. >> 104. Thank you. >> 747. I'm code five. Pooky brim. We're copying. >> Uh so check this. Pokey Bimer's got two different buildings. He's got a sales office and he's got like a showroom office type setup. All the doors on the showroom office seem fine. There's really only one door on this sales office and it's the front door. It's you can see the deadbolt still locked. Didn't see anybody out here. All the cars look fine. Um we're just going to go back 108. Seems like the radios are working now, too. So, that's positive. Right now, we're responding to a theft in progress at Walmart. Right now, we got >> 214. >> We got two males on the grocery side. Uh, they're at the checkout register right now. Approach has not not the uh asset protection has not made an approach yet. Said they're about to. So, we're we're 1081 right now. We're in the area. So hopefully they don't leave the store just yet. Hopefully asset protection can make contact with them and by the time we get there they're going to be in the AP office and everything will be all hunky dory. We'll see. 736 1081. 12 736. See what it headed towards the bank up there. Turn around right that way. He's not on the bike anymore. Back down. [clears throat] >> Go back on the left side of the front car. Oh man, I'm sorry. Well, it's a quick trip. It won't be too long. [snorts] All right. You good? Watch your knee. Okay. So, right now we're taking two subjects that were suspected of uh theft. We're taking them into custody because they they were on video. They were they were scanning things, putting it in the bag, putting the bag back in the cart, and then just taking more product from their cart and just putting in the bag without scanning. So, it was very blatant and obvious that they were trying to take the abs without paying for it. Right now, they're both going to jail and that's that's going to be it. So, we got a call for a possible abduction. Female says she doesn't know who she was taken by and boyfriend said, "Don't worry about it." Then disconnected the phone. 1312. >> What's the address? >> 1411. >> Did you call? No. All right. You hear anybody yelling out here? No. Maybe this one. >> Is there a backside? >> Yeah. Police Department. >> Huh? >> That was a FEMA walking that way. >> 131 230. The female that was walking south of us is involved. >> Everybody else that's in there is on drugs. >> Okay. Where'd she go? She's take a ride up here. >> That way. And then she went she >> Okay. So, the gentleman that was in his truck said that the female that was walking south when we arrived lived at the residence that we just checked. That's her right here. >> Excuse me, ma'am. >> Do you live at for >> Yeah. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. Why? What was >> Somebody called You called. Who's your boyfriend? Where's your boyfriend at? >> He's taking me to the hospital. Boy is taking me to the hospital. >> What happened? >> Yeah, I saw. Hello. >> Oh, I saw you. That way you'll please. >> He got hit by a car. >> I can't get out, man. I can't. >> Oh, you're good. You don't got to stay. Stay right there. Stay right there. Okay, I see that. Okay. >> Who called 911? >> I don't know. >> I don't have a bozo. I didn't. >> Who lives? Anybody call 911 in there? >> No, not that I know. >> Where's your boyfriend at? >> That's me. >> That's you. >> So, no one call 911 talking about being kidnapped? >> He's been with me, sir. >> Two, three hours. kidnapping. >> That's the only re That's the only reason I'm contacting you guys. >> Are you serious? >> No, I don't know. I just woke up. >> 131. Dispatch, can you give me CP's phone number? >> I'm sorry, sir, but that's kind >> You're fine. Sorry to bug you, man. I know you got >> You're fine, man. I They wouldn't do nothing for me cuz I screwed up, walked out when I done it. Damn, baby. Did I get that? >> So, you're not being kidnapped or anything like that? >> Okay, just hang tight for me. I know you're in a rush to get to the hospital. >> Oh, you're fine. >> She says nothing's going on. >> Okay. >> He's on his way to the hospital. He's got bolts and >> screws in his calling. >> Nope. They're not answering. >> Who's your boyfriend? >> Oh, you >> I am her boyfriend. >> And you didn't call us saying I didn't call you. >> Okay. All right. Can we grab your guys' info to say that we talked to you and everything's okay and nobody? I have a feeling I know who it was. But >> do do you do you think you know who it was >> that didn't? But it was a false call. >> So you're saying the guy you think it could have been is your ex >> or just a guy who used to live there? >> Supposedly supposed to be one of my streets. >> He had to me as a mom and he been >> okay. I don't know. >> Would it would it surprise you if it was him that called? >> No, he wouldn't surprise me at all. >> Okay. All right. What What's his feel? It being a little bit mental or >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's a good way to put it. >> Okay. What happened to you? >> Um I got hit right there on the bicycle. >> Oo man. >> How long you got to have that thing on? >> Well, it's supposed to done come off like a week ago, but to be honest with you, I am scared to death >> to have it taken off. >> Yeah. >> He checked himself out of the hospital. >> I'm scared. >> Finally, I'm not going to lie, I'm scared. They want to um they want to take and and re-break it because it it it kind of went crooked again. They want to re-break it >> and then they want to put some pins and some screws in it. And to be honest, I'm just scared of it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But you're going >> Yeah. >> What all So, what exactly? Uh like what all's broken in it? >> Well, they said that my ankle is completely shattered. Hey, your your roommate that you is he is he still currently your roommate or is he a former roommate? >> Okay. >> Um would he uh would you have like another address where we could try and contact him at? >> Uh he's actually walking back this way. We seen him just a few minutes ago. >> Just walking on foot. >> Yes, ma'am. >> He's right there on the air. He's coming down this place up by the uh station and stuff. >> Oh, okay. All right. Well, >> we'll drive over there. See if we see him. What's he wearing? >> Uh, a gray shirt, stonew wash jeans, and gloves. >> And a black backpack. >> Okay. >> And I'm sorry, what' you say his name is again? >> His name's Travis. So, it sounds like it's a false call from what we've gathered. >> How you doing? >> How are you? >> Good. Is Travis your boyfriend? >> Uh, yes. >> More of an acquaintance. >> Acquaintance. What's his last name? >> What's going on? >> We're just trying to figure out what or who called 911. That's it. He's not in no trouble. >> Who called 911? >> That's what we're trying to figure out. >> I didn't. >> Has Travis been arrested before? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He's been arrested for beating on her. Yep. He don't have a phone, does he? >> Yeah, someone got him a phone and I don't know who. >> Bad idea. >> He's probably I mean, to be honest, >> this is this Travis. >> Yeah. Does he have a warrant? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm just trying to make sure we got >> We're talking about the right We're talking about the right person. >> Hello. Hello. It's >> Officer Negro Wish Police Department. Did you call 911? That was a missed call. >> It was a missed call. >> Yeah, it was a missed like another one. >> Okay. Um, so who is this? Is this Travis? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, well, someone called someone being kidnapped and we're trying to figure out make sure everybody's fine. >> What girlfriend was kidnapped? The one over here on four. >> No. Okay. Is the girl What girlfriend were you talking about? >> No, it was a misunderstanding. >> Okay. >> Be called me. >> Okay. You're fine, man. We're just making sure everybody's good. Are you headed back home? >> Okay. Well, that's Travis and everything's fine. >> All right. So, end up finding out that this guy who was an exboyfriend or roommate to the female that was kidnapped, he said it was a misdial. He meant to dial a different number and everybody's fine. And then he yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Landlord came home from out of town, noticed that stuff was moved around and that's >> it appears that someone broke into his residence as unoccupied >> and made their way through the attic and came through the ceiling in one of the rooms. So, we're going to check the clear the residence, make sure no one's inside, and then uh get a value on damage so he can have a report. >> 138 23. That's my best friend, dude. >> So, this is uh US Cops. >> US Cops. >> Yep. So, he's got a TV channel from uh from Germany. >> Okay. >> Yep. So, got someone else coming. Did they break down the back door? >> Uh, no. The the front door is locked. >> Mhm. >> Which is normally is not locked. So, I make I make me think he went in there. He could have been squatting, too. I really don't know cuz But like I said, it's only it's only been two to 3 weeks since I haven't been here. I think I was here about 3 weeks ago and everything was cool. So, it had to happen between now and that time. >> Is that your guys' track marks? >> No. Nope. >> Nope. >> Them weights are gone. You think so? >> You're good. I'm waiting for someone else to show up. There's a the female officer that's coming. She graduated with us >> at least. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> We'll come in. We'll clear it. Make sure no one's in there. Then we'll go around with you and give us estimate value on damage and what's missing and stuff. >> First Yeah. Um, is the front door locked? >> Lock. You got the code, don't you? Uh, >> yep. Cool. >> I just told him you graduated. We all graduated together in just >> Caitlyn Smith. >> Caitlyn Smith. >> Oh, in the background. And >> background. >> Yeah. >> Cool. >> All right. So, >> you >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's my dog. >> Yeah. So, he said these track marks are new. Me and my wife and kids used to live here before I moved. So, I know the the code to the front. Check the garage. Arthur, you got this locked. The garage. >> Is it locked? I >> think I remember the code. >> Police department. If you're in here, let it be known. All right. Kitchen to the left. All good here. police department. >> Good on this side. Yeah. Be three rooms over here. Police down here in here. >> Yeah, they came through the ceiling. Police Department if injured. Let it be known to the girls. >> Yeah. Yeah, nothing looks like it's taken from what we moved out last. My PT belt's still in that laundry room from the army. >> These are mine, too. It's my daughter's doll. >> Police department. Let us know if you're in here. >> Been up there before. I don't want to do it again. >> Yeah, I told him all his weights are gone. He had like 600 lb of weights here. Police Department. If you're in here, let it be known. I might break this damn thing. So this where they fell in. Yeah, that's clear. Oh, and they broke into his damn shed. Yeah. Yeah. He said these aren't these aren't his tracks either. Uh the only thing that looks like is messed up is the ceiling. >> They looks like they came in through the the attic. The weights are still here. I don't know if anything's different. >> I know that bar used to be there. >> Uh, okay. So, this was this was open then. >> Must have been. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz I had the weights in that corner, but they're all over there. >> Yeah. The only thing really did they surveyed all this? >> Yeah. >> Unless you got a bunch of tools missing out the the shed. So, nothing missing. No, it really just look like the TV to be honest with you. >> The TV that doesn't work or that one. >> That one. Oh yeah, that was a good TV. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Here's the footprint. >> I wonder if this had to be more than one. They drive through it. >> Mhm. So, uh we'll cut a case for criminal damage. Uh taking photos of everything that's damaged or uh she's getting documentation of what's missing and then hopefully I [clears throat] know the neighbor next door. See if she can keep an eye out. But um detectives will do a follow, but right now it's kind of hard with no suspects and no cameras around. So we'll just do a suspect uh destruction of property and see if it goes anywhere. So we gave the homeowner some ideas on how to secure or make it look like someone's living here. Park a a car that they're not using in a driveway. Leave some lights on um so people just don't come back and know it's vacant. And that's pretty much it. Uh so we're going to be in route to a uh a robbery that just occurred. Um the calling party stating that somebody had uh taken all his clothes and some personal property from him. Uh saying that the suspects are still in the area. So >> we're going to go and check that out. Uh currently have one officer in the area looking for them. Uh the calling party was not able to provide a good address. So, >> we're going to go based off of B, which just gives them like a general location where they're going to be at. So, >> we'll see if we have somebody flag us down. >> 30 seconds. Show us on Vis. All right, there he is. >> 37. I have contact over here at No Loma. >> Hey, what's going on, man? my shoes, my phone, everything got stolen and I wind up getting hit >> by four different guys in that house >> by four different people. >> Yes. >> Okay. Tell me what happened, man. >> They stole my phone. Like I I just came back. Okay. >> Okay. >> And then I started getting hit came out disrespectfully. >> Okay. >> For no reason. They started as >> Who were they to you? Were they your roommates or what? >> No, they were ex friends. Um, >> the only one that said that I'm still >> with is Otter. >> Okay. >> Travis Sesman. >> Mhm. >> I'm the one who called you earlier. >> Yeah. They stole my phone and everything. >> Okay. How can you explain that to me? How did that go about? >> They literally I had set it down for a sec so I could use the bathroom. >> Okay. >> And one of them came running out, grabbed it, and took took off with it in Benjamin's room. And when I asked for it back, they wouldn't give it back. >> Okay. But then you said they took everything else. >> Yeah. Like I have nothing. [snorts] >> Did you Did you have your shoes on and everything on and they How did they take that by force? >> I had used I was I had my shoes on and I took them off to about my feet for a sec. >> So what are you missing? my phone, my phone chargers, my um shoes, my clothes, um and my uh necklace. >> What did they take? >> I just told you everything. >> That's what they took from you, from your person. Is that what you're saying? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you explain to me how that happened? >> They wind up beating the out of me like hit me and tell me if I didn't give them my that they were going to kill me. I'm like, what the >> Okay. Who Who all hit you? >> Tim. Uh-huh. >> Andrew, Benjamin, and Josh. >> Okay. >> How did Benjamin Was Benjamin standing? Cuz I know he's got screws and rods in his leg. >> Yes, he was. He's throw up and he also came at me with a knife. >> Okay. Um, what is a good address for you for me to send you mail? >> I know. >> You stay at the for >> I used to. >> Not anymore. >> Nope. >> Okay. Do you have what's the phone number to your your phone? >> Look, do you have it, right? I don't I don't I can't remember. All I know is it's like 316. >> Okay. >> 365, something like that. >> Okay. >> Cuz that phone is the only thing I have that has pictures of my son on it. >> Okay. >> The only thing they could not get from me was my portable. >> That happened earlier when you called. >> That one I That one wasn't supposed to happen. I the thing is my pocket pocket knife too. >> So one Motorola black phone you were missing, right? >> Yes. >> And my shoes which are a pair of white and green nice and Jordans. >> White and green you said. >> No, white and >> Yeah, like white and green. >> And then a pair of black Jordans. And >> what do they take from your person is what I'm asking. Not all of your stuff you have there. I'm asking what did they take from you? Yeah, those were in my backpack >> that I had on me and they ripped that off me. >> Okay. >> Well, why why don't you never mentioned a backpack earlier now? Now you're saying there's a backpack. >> No, that that's what everything was in is what I'm saying. >> I know. Okay, Travis. Well, I need you to tell me essentially what happened story. Yes. Like you're telling me a story. Okay. Tell me. You walked in first. Then they y'all started coming at me saying why some Okay. >> Wouldn't give me back my Okay. >> After they ripped it off my back, which was my backpack >> and then turned around and >> all four of them jumped me pretty like ting me to get it off me cuz I wouldn't give it up. And they went and stopped until I did. >> And then when they finally got off me, they dumped everything out. Probably took everything and then >> Okay. So they took the backpack that you had on cuz you had it strapped on. Is is it like a one or is it two over the shoulder? through over this other that has clips that go >> that has clips. Okay. So, you had that on you, >> right? You walked in the house. Whose house is that? Let's start there. >> Who's that to you to be that? That's like a mom to me. >> Like a mom. Okay. So, and then you walked in. Uh they told you what? They told you, "Hey, give me all your What did they say?" >> That's what they did. >> That's what they did. Okay. They proceeded to take your backpack off >> and they forcefully took it off you. forcefully took it off >> and then that's that that's me and Andrew. >> Did they know what you had in your backpack? >> No. >> Why? >> They just took it just cuz. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did you think they were trying to get the stuff that was in there or just to beat you up? >> They were doing it to take my [ __ ] from me. >> But how would they know what you had in your backpack? >> They didn't. They stay. That's why I'm trying to figure out why the would they want anything I have? Nothing. None of mine's worth taking. Okay. Okay. What was inside the backpack? The shoes. >> My shoes and my clothes. >> And your clothes. What kind of clothes was in there? >> Just some A pair of pants and a I believe a shirt. >> Pants and shirt. What color were the pants? >> They were like black jeans. >> Black and blue jeans. >> Yeah, they were blue jeans that were black. >> They're blue jeans that were black. >> Okay. >> They had a belt on them. >> Okay. And then a shirt. What kind of shirt was it? What color? >> Black. >> Okay. So, you want to press charges for the property that they they stole from you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> How how far was he from you when he pulled up the knife on you? >> He got pretty close. >> What? What's pretty close? Is it Is this pretty close? A >> little bit far back from where you were. Like it was like I was right here. >> So about this far? >> Yeah. about where your front foot is. >> Okay. So about like >> he was coming at me >> four to 5 ft. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What' you feel when he made the when he uh >> very highly threatened. >> Okay. >> Felt like my life was going to get taken >> and that can be considered criminal threat, right? >> Yeah. >> So that must go to jail for that. >> Well, I don't know about that. I I first have to do my case. Okay. >> Is that way I can sit in the back of your car so these mosquitoes and stop eating me alive? >> Sure. You don't have anything on you? >> How can I have on you? >> That's it. >> Okay. Give me this. >> Just take that. I don't care. And that they put in my I noticed they just put in my pocket. >> What is that? >> I don't know. I don't do drugs no more. I actually quit. I went to rehab 2 months ago. >> Okay. Sit down right there. They took that and they have all that kinds of their their house. >> What is that? >> I'm trying to figure out cuz I don't do like I'm talking I went through that 2 months ago. >> Okay, sit down. >> Like I just I and these jeans I just like they had in there. >> Hey, I these jeans were in my pocket in my backpack. I took them out the night before I went to go put them on. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I didn't put them on that night. I waited until the next morning to get up to put them on. >> Uhhuh. >> I noticed they were tampered with which is why. >> Okay. >> I didn't I never really searched my cigarette. >> So those aren't your Whose jeans are those? >> These are mine. But thing is I put them out the night before to >> Oh, okay. >> Cuz the only thing I do is that right there. >> Okay. What is that? >> Cigarettes. See? See that? Hold on. >> Let me see that. >> Can't see. Not in here. I don't do drugs no more. >> What' you used to do? I used to use uh I used to use everything. >> What's everything? >> Anything. >> So, hypothetically, if you were able to do a drug test, would you be able to pass it right now? >> I might have a little in my system, but that's just to help with anxiety when I need it. >> Okay. >> I promise you, I don't use drugs no more. I hate drugs, >> right? >> Like, cuz they almost took my life before I decided, no, it's time to go to rehab. >> How old is your kid? >> My son, he was just born last December. Last December. Wow. >> So, what, like six months now? >> Yeah. >> Do you see any visible injuries on yourself from that incident? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Do you need EMS to check you out? Make sure you're okay. >> Yeah. >> You do? >> Just hurt. >> Okay. What do you want me to tell him? What hurts? >> Just tell him my chest hurts. >> Your chest hurts? Okay. >> Okay. Then can I have you lift your shirt like you did earlier? Okay. And then can I have you get your arms out like that and then flip them? There you go. >> Hello, this is Travis. Um he he said that he was jumped earlier and then they punched him in the stomach and he's complaining of chest pain. Um >> so can I take a picture? Can I wearing your heart problem? >> So we're about to conduct a uh field test just to see what this baggie contained. Uh it's possibly um some type of narcotic that is unlawful and he's not supposed to have. So uh we're going to find out if there was anything illegal in this bag right now. Um we now have some new test kits. Multi-drug test kit. That's perfect. So essentially you just do the multi-drug test kit right here. depending on what type of uh drug it is, it's going to indicate that that color. Okay. So, we'll just go ahead and bump it up. These are super simple to do. Just got to take one of these bags over here. Just put it in here at any I don't know how far they get there, but I know it's gets pretty good. So, you do one there. This is another one. And essentially there's not any uh like I'd say rustable fence on this as far as like uh if there's like a large amount uh this would just be enough for but So shake it. >> So there you got it. Um looks like we got positive from right here. This side should be orange. This side should be pink. Um there's in this bag. So So, uh, we have a positive test. Uh, >> talk to Sergeant about it. Most likely going to do a just since he doesn't have, uh, anything to to do. He's not going to have a plan. We don't want him to come back and cause more trouble. So, we're going to go ahead and uh, after we get done with all this, uh, take him in for this. >> Pause it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Sweet. >> All right. You're under arrest for position affairs. Go ahead. >> Yeah. Just stand up. I need >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm telling you, I'm sober. >> No, >> I don't use no more. >> Not anymore. >> No. >> Okay. Well, like I said, when I told you, okay, that I found that on you. You exposed that. You showed it to me and like I told you earlier, it's an arrestable offense. Did I not? >> Can you guys just give me a ticket on this? >> No, not for right now. Okay. So, what's all your property right here? >> This is all I have on. >> I know. Back there behind you. Just my portable right there. >> Okay. Just your portable. >> Yes. >> All right. I'll pick it up. >> This is not right. >> Okay. >> I've been following Travis. Okay. >> Great. So, no. How long will I be in jail for this? >> Uh, I have no idea. Maybe a couple hours. >> What kind of charge is this? >> Possession of what? Like, is that >> It's a misdemeanor. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it's a misdemeanor. Dude, relax. >> What are you guys doing about them? We're documenting it with a case. >> I'll provide you that. >> What? What you said, what you told us, all of that's >> Yeah, but I'm now I ain't even going to be able to do the interview. >> You can still do an interview. >> Yeah. >> And they're going to go sell my phone, which has all my son's pictures on it. >> That's the only thing I have to keep in contact with my mom and keep keep me going for my son. Please take that back. search the house. I told you guys they have in the house. >> Um, so Travis uh ended up getting booked for possession of we ended up doing the field test on the baggie that we located on him. Um, and he ended up getting booked for just the possession of if he would have had uh actual substance in there. Uh, and he would have been booked for the actual possession of But for now, we have that uh taken care of for him. It's a general question that we always ask. It's like, hey, do you have anything in your pockets you're not supposed to have? We're looking for like weapons, obviously, drugs. And I mean, obviously that was the case with him if he had the the baggie of uh residue. Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. [music] Heat.
