that when she came down the elderly people are just sleeping um not eating um and not being cared for um there's a potential person that's supposed to be taking care of them so we're going to show up to take Sheed away two weeks ago sorry toar two they can take care of themselves okay but I'm here in case they fall or something or somebody's here I'm moving so I'm not I'm not taking care of them didn't was it this that was stolen stolen yeah there was a car here that was stolen wasn't it that one oh no it was the Cadillac it was my aunt's Cadillac yeah I was going to say I think I was out It's A German German based film crew so yeah they're pretty good people all right well other than that I'm going to enter some notes uh I'm going to try and clear the call if someone else calls and we got to come back out we'll probably have some more questions if I can get some more reasons behind everything on why they believe this what they think we'll go from there hey so after making contact with uh alleged victims um they don't seem like they're being abused in any way um they are elderly people um one of them was sick uh transporting herself to the hospital um if she was being elderly abused or she was being abused verbally or physically in any way I don't potentially think that she would be going to the hospital um so as after talking to both parties uh I determined that there were no signs of elder abuse everyone appeared to be code for uh nothing suspicious nothing alarming um there's not even a need for me to end up sending anything out to Elder Protective Services due to they did have food in the house none of them appeared to be battered or beat physically or mentally so we're going to go to the next call and see what we got recording k96 traffic Bel Vista and we got someone reported in that they possibly heard a gunshot so we're going to try and hurry up and get to the get to the scene of where we are um and see if we can uh get some more information and some clarification on uh what's what's going on um it's just going to be a matter of getting there as soon as we can due to him having a pistol uh the the individual having a gun on him we want to make sure that we can get there and respond in a safely manner uh and evaluate the situation [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so as we got to the scene uh we did find a deceased male laying on the ground uh um he did appear to have a single gunshot wound um we quickly secured the scene um tried to locate the gun that was involved in the incident um soon as we were able to recover the gun uh we finished the investigation up with turning around and trying to identify who the next of kin was and the information that led up to uh what what happened uh at this time he will be sent off to Clark
