in this video we're looking at 10 times cops got owned on camera so let's get straight into it a guy was just sitting in his parked car when a couple of female police officers arrived and started asking him all sorts of questions what's up what's going on with you well we just got our phone call they had a problem with his vehicle being covered so they asked him if he has any weapons inside the guy was a little playful here because he knew that they shouldn't be asking him that without any reasonable suspicion officer Kidd then said that they just wanted to make sure that he was okay before you're just coming to check on me you got a call but despite the fact that they already established that he was okay they kept asking questions and the guy called out officer kid saying that she gave herself the right to decide what's normal in society he also pointed out multiple times that he wasn't doing anything illegal after quite a bit of schooling from this guy the female cops finally left him alone a woman was just near a traffic stop when all of a sudden a sergeant got in her face and started making threats saying that he would Place her under arrest if she interfered with a traffic stop ever again and approached one of his guys let me give you some advice you are not legally allowed to walk up and interfere with our traffic's up you can stand back and record as much as you want the woman didn't want to get into any kind of conflict because this Sergeant was clearly being rather aggressive she did however ask if the guy in the traffic stop was being detained to which the cops responded quite aggressively that it was none of her business what you were never detained okay ever is that person being detained none of your business the next thing you know she was accusing them of racial profiling that didn't stop the cop from being rude and acting like he was above the law but when she revealed she was live streaming the whole time his face turned red and in the end he stopped harassing the woman don't be such an idiot guy was just filming near the police station when a couple of cops asked him to stop recording and to leave the place you can't you can't be doing that right here all right you gotta you gotta go man okay what's your name right here the guy knowing that he has every right to film the building since he's standing in public asked for their names and badge numbers but if you thought these cops were being aggressive just wait till the next one arrives he was literally shouting at the man saying that he can't record the building without a license what is that gonna make me ask you what are you doing you're obviously you're trying to get attention no I'm not here's my business card I work here at the 103rd Precinct despite the cops aggression the guy remained cool calmed and collected he also continued to speak nothing but facts at one point they even threatened to arrest him for trespassing but in the end realizing that they were wrong the whole time they just left the guy alone this clip starts with a guy asking a cop if he was being detained the cop confirmed that he was but once the guy asked him for what crime the cop was taken aback and started making stuff up on the spot so I'm being detained for what crime for what crime for what crime what crime have I committed okay he certainly didn't expect this guy to know his rights the cop was about to continue explaining stuff and failing miserably at that but luckily he got interrupted by his colleague it seems the rest of the video is just the cop waiting for orders towards the end he asks the guy to identify himself which he obviously refused in the end a female cop told him that he was good to go this guy got pulled over for yelling despite him telling the cop that it's not a crime to yell the cop asked him if he was drinking and to step out of his vehicle it's not a crime but you yelling out like that I want to make sure you're okay have you seen the alcoholic have you no I have it come on the guy surprisingly obeyed that order and got out of his car once out of his vehicle the guy told the cop that he doesn't have a reasonable suspicion and asked for a supervisor once out of his vehicle the guy told the cop that he doesn't have Reasonable Suspicion and asked for a supervisor the cop got back to his car and wrote the guy citations for expired registration but also obstruction the guy who was saluting the cop the whole time was surprised by that and reminded the cop that obstruction is a physical act he's calling you a [ __ ] he's not a cry okay the cop argued with that which is why the guy told him he should go back to the academy this guy was pulled over for God knows what and this cop was asking him to provide his ID license registration and proof of insurance documents I requested that's something you told me yeah why are you putting the old one when the guy refused to do that he stepped away from the window for a while but then quickly went back and told the guy that he must step out of the vehicle the guy didn't want to do that either because the cop didn't want to tell him the reason for this stop the cop was insisting but the guy didn't let that intimidate him and ask the cop's name and badge number instead the cop didn't want to tell him that and he continued to harass the guy saying that he must get out of his car real quick in the end the guy asked for a supervisor but the cop ignored that request as well and was just standing there knowing full well that he got completely owned by this educated citizen this guy was just filming in public and doing a story when a couple of cops approached him and surrounded him and one of them even grabbed him and he just wouldn't let go they asked the guy to identify himself which he refused because he didn't do anything wrong sp411 says as long as I'm in public I can record wherever I want this doesn't cause suspension for me at one point the cop who was holding him said that they detained him because he wasn't following his orders but the guy told him that's not how it works and that he has to have a reasonable suspicion first which he didn't have we also learned that the cops also grabbed this guy's son who is a miner after realizing that this bully cop wouldn't let go of him the guy called his lawyer on the phone who told these cops on speaker to let the man go or they were going to press charges all the other cops on the scene were being cooperative but not the probation officer who was holding the guy instead of de-escalating the situation he did the complete opposite of that and brought this guy down to the ground listen my freedom of the giving to me by God not by you why are you putting your hands on me what I ask why are you putting your hands on me next up we have something that you've never seen before two guys were just eating their burritos in their car when two police officers approached them and started asking questions instead of arguing or you know acknowledging them at all the guys continue to talk about the burritos that they were eating completely ignoring the cops in the process both of these cops were confused by this Behavior the expression on their faces especially that woman cop is priceless they didn't even try to explain why they were bothering them they just asked if they could have a conversation about what was going on the guys weren't bothered At All by the constant questioning and they just continued to eat and talk about burritos in the end you could see the female cops walk of shame a guy was pulled over by the police and the cop explained right from the get-go that he was speeding and that his tint was a little bit too dark the cop then returned to the car and told someone that he was gonna pull this guy up because he was acting nervous this dude's just nervous as can be pulled him so he did just that and once the guy was out of the vehicle the cop asked him why he was nervous to which he replied that he didn't know that he was speeding then the cop asked the guy if he was under the influence which the guy denied okay up to this point this guy was being very Cooperative but when the cop asked him where he was from and where he was going he refused to answer saying that he doesn't have to tell him that the cop agreed and pulled the good old we're just having a casual conversation trick the cops like to use in these situations that wasn't enough for the cop so he asked if he could check the vehicle for any weapons the guy knowing full well that he didn't have to agree to that refused because the cops didn't have a search warrant in the end the driver just had enough and asked for a supervisor
