okay real quick just hit your hands in your pocket somebody they were calling because they heard gunshots on the camera okay were you just [ __ ] around playing around yeah okay a shot being fired shot being fired they were watching you guys on camera they heard something that sounded like you know they could check the camera exactly nobody had no guns hold on okay stop being loud am i am i am i treating you disrespectful i'm just asking you some questions that appreciate you asking questions he's not doing nothing he's not saying we were you guys were you guys playing with like anything that would look like a gun or was there was there a loud bang that could have sounded like a gunshot yeah we were going stuff you guys were throwing stuff did it hit something or anything like that that would have made noise no it probably hit that that pole okay but it was like change okay so something that maybe you could irritate it because they kept making too much okay well i'm not talking about that i'm not talking about the mcdonald's here i'm talking about the like the car lot that's just on the road here a little bit down yeah okay y'all should probably go check about that because we wasn't down there what's your first name ma'am yeah come on here we're not trying to we talked to so you guys are brother sister okay you have the same last name same mustang no have you ever talked to a boat police officer before no that's what i don't like sure and i don't really like talking that's why i don't know why i'm talking to you exactly sure well because we got called about you guys i mean they they pretty much called me all about last week because you were with the people that were down there that just ran away so we like i said we were just you see i didn't right cause no absolutely absolutely down at that parking lot right okay and they was at mcdonald's with us exactly so that's why i'm still confused on why you're saying that they were down exactly nine two those kids are gonna be that's a little boy so i don't know how in the u-haul lot in between the box truck on the north side and the other one exactly white band that's right there they just got underneath the box truck [Applause] [Applause] okay so what's your last name [Applause] what the hell are you guys running for all right well that's not how this happens we got called about you guys i just got to ask you some questions yeah who's got the fake gun what they got stop walking because they're doing too much you don't even have a red sweater on i don't know why the [ __ ] they're tweaking okay no okay listen here we have the red twitter on we got calls about someone who hasn't gone he has a red twitter you guys that's a little bit boys is could i have this officer that's at the u-haul lot just check underneath those two vehicles and see if we find a gun [Applause] [Applause] somebody was just dipping underneath those two that we were looking for thank you check me out i appreciate it i don't get no okay i don't got no gun all right cool [Applause] all day he was at the house all day okay i've seen him all day okay that's great thank you but i'm saying is the way the call from mountains [Applause] they protect themselves from that real no that's not up to me exactly because what the hell do i have to kill him i got the receipt i got the receipt where's my receipt pull out your receipts so if i go over there ain't going to find no plastic gun you guys can check [Music] did you hear any gunshots at all no okay was there anything like he said no that's why i don't even know what y'all are talking about that's why i'm confused we're just going to chill my partners are checking where these guys dipped underneath of to see if there's guns over there once everybody once we find out there's no gun everybody will be good under that truck right there because if you walk away and we find a gun over there then you're gone that's what like that don't have [ __ ] to do with it we're not gonna [ __ ] you won't find any fingerprints or anything because we didn't have to just chill here and then right okay [Applause] is [Music] [Applause] every time [Applause] nine two and two two are out with those juveniles we're code four we can just get an update from other squads if we find a gun or something like that [Applause] i will search myself [Applause] [Applause] hold on [Applause] nine two has anybody been to four seasons yeah [Applause] [Music] weird [Applause] to go find the black person that you think you [ __ ] had a [ __ ] gun when they didn't have [ __ ] right that shit's weird as [ __ ] come on now i better stop talking we're gonna let them do their thing look at that shit's weird and then it's the fact that what the [ __ ] then they want to kill your brother what the [ __ ] and then they want to come and [ __ ] [ __ ] with us what the [ __ ] weird as [ __ ] on my soul [Music] [ __ ] stupid ass dumbass white [ __ ] and i was at the george floyd protesting guess what if there was a white kid wearing that same sweater i would have stopped them too i would shock them because i know who he is he's a good paper [Applause] not all cops are good but they're always good [Applause] right where demo is at there i think i think it's demo it's that white van and that box truck they both got down one got underneath each of them and then they dip back over here right away so [Applause] they didn't go in any of them they just got underneath to hide [Music] [Applause] this is [Applause] everything [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] what's your name [Applause] guys what officer geisler [Applause] [Applause] [Music] just parked in the car you care he's not getting out the place i can't believe [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] we're gonna throw your handcuffs put you in the back of the car because you're detained you're not free to leave he is detained okay if you want to go to college and you want to learn how to do our jobs and then tell me how to do my job i would appreciate that oh gosh and then you expect people to sit up here act like it's okay that shit's not okay so i'll get everybody out of here yes [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] bro i bring that [ __ ] on [Applause] i don't know oh [Applause] i gotta go to school [Applause] y'all gonna be playing games [Applause] i can't understand what you're saying he said if he run you're never going to catch him all right your life [ __ ] they got away dude hey that's a [ __ ] you gotta wait on me i'm gonna [ __ ] you [ __ ] i'm gonna go back and play my [ __ ] game dude [Applause] [Applause] oh all you know great guys the opposite the bread and the great dodge that's right that great dogs we have dodge durango's we have dodge chargers we have a charger okay what about it what about it who drives it who drives it police officers it's not just one person's car ask him he got left he said [Applause] [Applause] i remember i remember yeah fletcher [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] you all still gotta look yo okay well can you ask them on the radio how long it's gonna take how long it's gonna take yes they don't they don't know how long it's gonna take they're looking they're talking to us it's not even that it's not even them so okay well what the [ __ ] [Applause] well she is do you know who it is oh everybody's getting detained because there was video shots being fired so we're gonna figure out who shot it where the gun is like that shit's weird so why are y'all arresting us for those videos you guys shooting a gun the [ __ ] video we didn't see no [ __ ] videos exactly you didn't see a video no they're recording you so you wouldn't have seen it okay well what the [ __ ] we didn't have [ __ ] so how is there a video of us uh [Applause] [Applause] i can fit a finger in both of them which means they're not too tight and now i am double locking them so they don't get tighter all right let's go back to the squad [Applause] all right so we're [Applause] paul ryan dog which phone number [Applause] hey do we know who it was or like i guess what do we know just pat them okay yeah these guys were walking across from mcdonald's do you want us to swing them over that way or no we're gonna stay here [Applause] okay [Applause] yeah sure okay sounds good all right all right guys [Music] okay so [Applause] um you can hear a gunshot clears day they're gonna go inside and pull up the video on the computer because it was on the phone before and then they might do a show up so while we're waiting it wouldn't be a bad idea i didn't even pat him down we've had him done when we first got here um it wouldn't be a bad idea to pull them all out and just double check it um so we don't have a gun in the back of our cars so if we want to start here you just did a good pat down on him i did a pretty good pat down and he like goes he was like taking his pants off and stuff so yeah i wouldn't doubt that it's ditched sometimes somewhere behind all these buildings here but it wouldn't be a bad idea to start fresh over here and go back through it again and then just sure okay so we can do it all together well do we want to do it together yeah let me just do him real quick he well you already did i need to do a full search i just got a full search we're looking for they're not under arrest we can't search them right they're being detained we're just patting them down to make sure we don't have weapons [Applause] like showed me but i'm just gonna pat you down and make sure you don't have a gun on you okay [Applause] is that just a lighter or something in the back back of there take it out oh all right all right you're gonna have a seat again i'm gonna go light on there before you excuse me yeah um i have a question though what's up why are you making it seem like you saw me on a video with a gun you said i saw you on video with the gun you never said i did not i said there was a video with you the four of you and a gunshot is heard oh so yeah there's a video with us at mcdonald's so we are reviewing that not not us our partners are reviewing that to see exactly what happened well can y'all hurry up yeah i mean they're doing it none of us want to stand out here and spend more time doing this yeah you want to do it on my phone your phone your phone okay and i have handcuffs so well we can put it on speaker i can't take you out handcuffs right now what's the phone number and why did you put us in handcuffs we weren't in handcuffs before yeah because you are being detained for a weapons violation okay so so you want to call your monster yes underwear um mambo so where we went to mcdonald's and after we went to mcdonald's we're walking past and as we're walking past the police they turn their lights on and they stop us we turn around and then after we turn around they're talking about um there was a report that gunshots were then that's when they stopped us we're just standing there we're still walking because what the [ __ ] we're not gonna run we don't have nothing to run for and then they um they stopped us and then we're just standing there they're talking about um y'all are gonna have to stay here and wait until um until he walked back to get his phone come on now he's not stupid like i don't understand what they're doing but i don't like no and they have me in handcuffs they have me and a police car like what the [ __ ] bo hold on like what the [ __ ] i don't understand i'm coming across the street right now [Applause] yes [Applause] no we're not going to be yelling back and forth though [Applause] driving over here okay i'm gonna move my squad so i'm not in the way my mom's on our way what's your name's mom that's the lady [Applause] [Music] all right don't put my baby in no car my son already lost his dad at the hands of the police and he's traumatized get my son out of that [ __ ] guard now can't do if y'all check my baby and he ain't got no gun on him then y'all shouldn't have him in the car okay ma'am i can't do that right now okay because there's video hold on there's video of guns being shot while they're playing in a parking lot they walked all the way around here ran across here and we are reviewing the video footage and looking for a gun until our investigation is over nobody's coming out of handcuffs let me tell you something man he's right over here let me tell you something [ __ ] my [ __ ] son if y'all check my baby and he ain't got no gun on him then you let my [ __ ] son go [ __ ] cause i'm not playing with none of you [ __ ] that's my child that's my [ __ ] child just being detained my baby is traumatized that you [ __ ] cause y'all go around killing [ __ ] for no reason i don't give a [ __ ] y'all let my [ __ ] kid out of that car i'll call the [ __ ] governor on you [ __ ] i'm not playing with you [ __ ] let my baby out that [ __ ] car you too [ __ ] i'll give a [ __ ] i got no respect for none of you [ __ ] man i can see that yeah cause my baby dead is dead because of the police and y'all put my [ __ ] baby in that car i was there and i'm sorry about that that's how i went down and i believe you y'all gonna put my [ __ ] baby in the car i don't give a [ __ ] y'all a good shot that ain't got [ __ ] to do with my son my son ain't got no [ __ ] gun my baby is my baby it's traumatized that you [ __ ] i just need my daughter out and y'all put my baby in that car and re-traumatize my child y'all go this is a false arrest put my baby you're gonna have a lawsuit i'm telling y'all i'm telling y'all no put and this is a lawsuit i promise to god i promise to god y'all don't know who y'all [ __ ] with i swear to god y'all don't know who y'all [ __ ] weak can i explain what the steps that took us to this point can i explain that they said they heard gunshots they didn't get [ __ ] stop knocking on that window because i promise you they gonna have a lawsuit so we didn't hear gunshots we got a call from somebody who is watching video footage of their property of these four individuals of course they're gonna run if they see gunshots be quiet i'm gonna handle this situation trust me okay so call or call they own a property around here they're watching video of their property because it gets broken into a lot then i got [ __ ] to do with my child let me get to that point i'm explaining to you exactly what happened okay they're watching video they give us a description of all four of these juveniles at the same time right all four of them matching clothing everything running from that property towards mcdonald's on the video there is they don't have guns on the video they handle it on the video there's gunshots okay so at that point we need to investigate that crime because shooting a gun is not a small thing for us right would you agree that it's a dangerous act you better go find the [ __ ] who didn't cuz it ain't got [ __ ] to do with my child and i'm telling you right now y'all is plus y'all been making a lawsuit for this department i promise you i promise you y'all gonna have a lawsuit on your hands give me your card okay body cameras rolling you got that card absolutely yeah there you go man cause y'all got no reason to have my [ __ ] child my child is a baby my child is a minor y'all gonna find who the [ __ ] y'all looking for but that one is not who y'all looking for i know my son ain't got no gun and if video footage and everything like that explains it where's the video foot is that i don't have it [ __ ] y'all on facebook live right i am an activist in the community i know you are man and i promise you speaking y'all gonna have a lawsuit on your hands for putting my son in that car cause y'all had no right if y'all y'all better go fast who the [ __ ] y'all looking for but my child is not who y'all looking for and you had no right to to falsely detain my child and put him in your car my baby is already traumatized by the [ __ ] that the police have done in this state the murderous ass cops in this state and y'all re-traumatize my baby and put him in that he just lost his dad that was killed by the police police know who these kids are exactly so why would you put my baby this is a false arrest and y'all don't have a lawsuit on your hands i promise you that you can sit outside my house you can stalk me you can do whatever the [ __ ] you want to do but i'm not about to play with y'all when it comes to my kid okay i don't want to waste my time stalking you or sitting outside your house i have explained to you that you're you waste your time putting my baby in your car i'm just doing my job okay and i'm gonna do my job as a mother i'm gonna do my job as a mother y'all better go fast some of these [ __ ] white kids and put them [ __ ] in the back of your car but you're not gonna do it to mine if they're shooting guns off i absolutely will my baby ain't shot no [ __ ] gun i don't know don't foul who the [ __ ] you looking for where's the videos cuz you take it forever my partner let my baby the [ __ ] about that car my partner is until y'all found the videos but you're not gonna re-traumatize my child you took your white ass back out to your [ __ ] neighborhoods and do this [ __ ] to your kids but don't do it to ours my thing is it's because they heard shots and they heard seeing black kids running from [Music] if you don't find a gun take my son the [ __ ] about that car you're re-traumatizing my child who already had a loved one lost and murdered at the hands of you murderous-ass police as long as we have them identified right now we'll let it go so if we have their names and addresses no y'all not putting my baby name up in your system but i guess we're gonna be able to you falsely put my child in that car and y'all handcuffed my baby go found who y'all looking for it's probably some little white kids running around this [ __ ] that was shooting and y'all put our kids in the back of this car you're not gonna do that and i promise you y'all gonna have a lawsuit on y'all why she's give me your mouth no hold on why is my baby screaming i'll get it here we go we need to get everyone identified no give me your card what are you doing i don't have time to be [ __ ] around because i play a [ __ ] game yep [Music] we have other officers that are doing that right now please thank you they are watching they are reviewing video footage right now last summer all right right now for no [ __ ] reason we got dogs and [ __ ] on our kids don't do that [ __ ] to go [ __ ] yep [Music] where the [ __ ] y'all live at do y'all do that [ __ ] to your kids where y'all live at my baby got tears in his eyes dude i said to y'all kids my baby is [ __ ] crying [ __ ] y'all what bogus is [ __ ] don't have [ __ ] no [ __ ] evidence goofy as [ __ ] you guys that's okay y'all gonna have a lawsuit i want your car your car your car every last one of your cars y'all put 12 years old and 15 year old and [ __ ] handcuffs like i don't know and they ain't no threat what threat did they post to y'all i bet you y'all y'all don't even live over here and y'all [Applause] you already have my ma'am just so you know we're not obligated to get into our cards it's not going to be easier keep screaming in our community and we're not leaving it to all these kids it's free cause y'all are not gonna hurt nobody's kid then we're good let's get in there you're gonna give me a light oh it's weak just fix that myself required [Music] she showed up for maybe the shot of that shoot the gun you see them come through [Applause] so they will
