Stop. >> Do you got that on camera? >> You're committing unlawful crimes against a sovereign national. >> Oh, okay. >> Get on the ground. >> Congratulations. >> Okay, guys. Today we head back to Florida for a traffic stop where a drunk self-proclaimed sovereign national, so yeah, double the stupid, attempts to script on a Charlotte County deputy. He responds by giving a masterclass in how to remove a sovereign citizen from his conveyance and place him in handcuffs within the first 2 minutes. Right, let's get into the video. >> How you doing? Deputy Bossinger, Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. Reason for the stop is you didn't stop behind the stop bar when you were turning onto this road. >> Yeah. >> Can we go ahead and get your license, registration, insurance, please? >> Nah, that won't happen. Can you get a >> Sergeant out here, please? >> Excuse me? >> A sergeant. >> So you're refusing to identify yourself? >> Absolutely. There's >> step out of the vehicle. >> Why are you opening my door? >> Step out of the vehicle. You don't want to give me your license, get out of the vehicle. >> That is unlawful. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> That is unlawful what you're doing right now. >> The irony of that statement is remarkable, especially when it comes from a sovereign citizen who ends the night with his third, yes, third DUI. >> If you don't get out of the vehicle, can you >> Or you don't give me your ID, you're going to go to jail. >> Can you please give me your badge number? >> I already told you my name. It's 3688. So the reason for the >> Your badge number, please. >> Give me your license, I'm pulling you out of this car. >> Your Your badge number, please. >> I already gave it to you. >> No, you didn't. You said your name. >> Huh? >> You said enough. >> Okay. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Yeah. >> You got a airline? >> All right. Look. Look. Hey. Look. Look what you're doing. Get your hands out of it. Look what he's doing, bro. >> Stop. Stop. >> Do you got that on camera? >> Yeah, we got it on camera. >> all that? >> Yes, the part where you clearly committed the crime of resisting arrest not once but twice was caught on camera from quite a few angles. That's not a plus for you. >> Yes. >> All right. >> Jail time 30 days. If I have one to 10. >> You're going to jail for failure to identify. >> Take that key out of there, bro. >> All right. >> I'm on the floor. >> All right. Step out of the vehicle, you two. >> You do not have permission to search this vehicle. You hear me? >> Well. Well. >> They do not have permission. They did. You just threw me again. You hear me? >> Stop moving. You can put it where you want. Can you step over there? That's the stuff we're watching. I'm going to have 10-15 for failure to identify. You got me? >> Yes, sir. >> Not a crime. You're You're doing You're committing unlawful crimes against a sovereign national. >> Oh, okay. >> Where's your license at? >> Eat a dick. >> Oh, Party Motu Tuku Salamanca. He's mad that the deputies won't participate in his delusions. Also, just for the record, all crimes are unlawful. That's kind of the point. >> Hey, bro. Hey, I got currency right here. Can you get that? Can you get that $230? Can you get that $230 they took out of my pocket, bro. >> Get on me. >> Do you got that on video? Do you got that on video? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Yes, the camera caught you from several angles. Again, escalating the situation by pulling away from the deputies during the search part of the arrest. And then you whining like a little [ __ ] to the proportional response. >> Take the shoes off. >> All right. Take the shoes off. >> I'm free. >> You want them, you get them. You want them, you get them. You get the guy, [ __ ] >> This guy should have got the camera guy. >> Go ahead. >> Yeah, stay with him. I got him. >> Should work. Stop. Good. Nothing. Watch that money. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, please. >> Can I get my stuff? >> Yeah, we're going to go with you to jail. >> Nah, I ain't going to jail, watch. >> They'll free you in the car. >> They'll free me ASAP. >> I find it amusing when sovereign citizens make predictions like this, as they are almost always wrong. This prediction, as you will see at the end, is no exception. >> Get my Get in the car. >> And I still ain't GOT YOUR BAG. AH. GET IN THE CAR. YOU WANT TO GET >> AH, sit up, dude. >> I can't. You just my hands up, bro. Pull me up by my arm, please. >> There you go. >> God damn, you're pushing me into a seat belt. How the [ __ ] am I supposed to get >> other foot in there. >> You're pushing me into your seat >> Put your other foot in the car. >> where the [ __ ] your god damn car is. >> Now, that's how he door slams a sovereign citizen right in the middle of him whining. Anyway, now they deal with the passenger and we await the sergeant who has his very own door slam for us to mark out of 10. I give this one a nine, by the way. >> I already got her phone. >> Cool. All right, count this one here. >> Yeah, I got you. >> 120 5 6 7 >> 127 >> Mind if I pull my pants up? >> Huh? >> Mind if I pull my pants up? >> Of course. You're cooperative. You're being better than he is. I don't know what this dude is. >> I don't know his name. >> All he had to do is give his ID and there's a reason for the stop. That's it. There's no There's no need for that. By law, you're driving a vehicle, you have to provide your ID. >> Absolutely. >> And there Was there a need for that? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay, then. So, you understand more than he is, obviously. >> Yeah, he said he said uh something about a sovereign national. I knew there was something up with this guy. >> I got clothes on me if you need them real quick. >> I got a call for the tow already. >> Um you can call for a ride, unless you guys need me. >> What What do you You live close by, dude? >> I live at the end of the street. >> Oh my god. What's your name? >> My name's Chuck. >> You have your ID on you? >> Yes. >> See? Is it hard for you and we're not being cooperative with you? >> No. >> You might I guess if you have bad history, I see that. We have been blessed today. >> For him? >> I don't mind Chuck. He seems like a decent guy. He just needs to be more careful with who he rides in a car with at 2:00 in the morning. >> Huh? >> Go ahead and search your ID. I called for the tow already. Is his name Adam? >> I can't drive that, man. >> Hey. Hey. Is he Adam? >> I can't drive that, man. >> Is he Adam? >> I can't drive that, man. >> Hey. I'm asking you what his name is. >> I'm asking you if I can drive it. You didn't answer me, so I guess we ain't we >> No, you can't. >> We're getting the same answer. >> You can't drive it. What's his name? >> I don't know his name. >> You don't know the name of the person you've just shared a car ride with at 2:00 in the morning. Be careful. That kind of activity can get you a reputation. On a side note, am I looking at a deputy in the front seat of that police cruiser, or is this a case of pareidolia? Anyway, the sergeant arrives on the scene to have a chat with our self-sick friend, but it doesn't go as he expects. >> Who is he? >> Yeah, that looks like him. >> My name is Ronald Furlong. >> Yeah. Central District 15 Card 1. Got on the car as Furlong ID'd himself. Um they pulled him, he pulled out a pot paddy wagon. Had him ripping out of the car. >> You have a picture of him? >> Yes, sir. >> Driver's in the back of my car is going to jail. >> Driver, are you going to provide an ID? >> No, sir. Get a Get a lieutenant out here. I'm not giving you my driver's license. I gave him multiple chances. >> No, sorry. >> Took him to jail. I took him out of the car. Handcuffed him and then he said he was armed, so >> Okay. >> Excuse me, man. >> Is your Excuse me, is your camera working? >> Yes, sir, it is. >> What is your badge number, please? >> 2906 >> All right, what is your name? >> Officer Steven So >> All right, thank you. What do you need? >> I'm the supervisor, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on, man. >> They pulled me over on the fraudulent pretenses. I have a camera in my car showing that I made a complete stop. Okay. What's the problem? I've been abducted. As far as this As far as this is concerned, I've been abducted. >> Okay. >> Yeah, okay, drama queen. But I think the moving violation is the least of your problems when you're driving on a suspended license, so you shouldn't even be on the road in the first place, and you're about to be hit with an even bigger charge for the third time. >> So, all right, you want to provide your I don't know if you want to provide your >> They've already falsely and illegally searched my vehicle to get my identification, so he has that now. He already falsely and I already said no search and seizure. He already falsely and illegally searched my vehicle to get my identification. I did nothing illegal for him to get my identification. I don't have to identify myself to you people. >> You were being asked by law enforcement, you do. >> I'm done talking. Lawyer. >> Okay. I guess you asked for a >> I'm done talking. >> Lawyer. That means close the door. >> How much did you have to drink tonight? All right, you're going to get a DUI also. Congratulations. >> Combining the reveal of upcoming charges with the door slam is a nice touch, but this one out of South Dakota will always be my favorite. >> How the [ __ ] did someone fit back here, really? >> Not very good. >> A DUI and then jail. >> Yeah. >> He's going to refuse. >> 100% >> Sign here. >> You can smell it, too, right? >> Absolutely. Absolutely. >> Just by demeanor. >> He's refusing to talk. He's I almost fell over from his uh breath. Bloodshot watery eyes. It's very, very obvious, so >> Slurring. >> Um you got to give him the option, but he's going to refuse. >> Copy. But I'll take him down there and take care of all that. >> So according to Body Cam Lockdown, Teemu Tuikka was arrested and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, and resisting an officer without violence. The DUI charge was his third violation within 10 years. He was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 9 days in county jail, plus a 12-month driving suspension, DUI school, phase two required. And he was required to have an interlocking ignition device fitted to his conveyance, and $1,400 in fines and costs. His driving while suspended charge was dropped. However, he was adjudicated guilty on the resisting arrest without violence charge and sentenced to 364 days in county jail. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
