Your driver's license is suspended for the maximum time that I can suspend it under the law, that's 3 years. There are no driving privileges. The B count, there'll be a $350 fine and court costs. On the C count, a $150 fine and court costs. On the D count, $150 fine and court costs. Restitution's been requested by the state. There is no amount of restitution that has been presented to the court for my consideration at this time. The defendant has indicated that she's willing to pay restitution, but I don't have any numbers in front of me. I will order restitution, and what'll happen is if there's going to be a hearing on that, then Mr. Sweet will file an appropriate motion if we need to discuss what that is. We can do that at at another time, but I am ordering restitution for the victims here.
