Year's Eve I think right around there I don't know and you thought you you thought you'd possibly ingested some of the meth fumes in your trailer anyway prior to that You' made a comment to this this Deputy that you thought that he should be killed do you remember that telling the deputy that what back in November November 17th of last year so almost a year ago 11 months ago the deputy had responded because he Deputy white yeah Deputy white oh how is he doing I don't know he told me he was fed up he was going to go be a real police officer in Montana probably say that come here what are you talking about you you guys so he shows up you tell you tell Deputy white you kind of had it with him at this point with Vince at this point oh yeah yeah he he says what was that noise so so I blew a 12 gauge shotgun into the dirt over there okay yeah that was a long this is this is history okay okay I'm going to Montana yeah I wonder if you ever went to Montana I can't handle this yeah yeah that I give a a a lot to this guy just shot attack and I shot him he's dead you know that's all there is period it's done you know you want to go further well what do you think what do I think yeah just what would you do what would you do Wayne if um some other guy moves in there and he's got the exact same personality as Vince and he's he's verbally harassing again how do you think you would handle it would you do anything differently well usually I grab him by the neck and drag them out and get the [ __ ] out of them okay I don't put up a [ __ ] but this thing this was this was this was up and walked over there I just leave me alone CU he's he's known to [ __ ] with my car so he's over by your car yeah he's going done okaye [ __ ] yep and then he attacking me okay attacking you how far apart are you guys at this point how far apart are you this far apart from from you to Deputy Chambers so 10 feet or so okay and then and then what is he telling you at this point so he's on not loaded for the first time in my entire life have never loaded that shotgun before oh was that right okay okay so he's he's really pissed you off he's he's making some comments about the meth about
