around so i came back i've been drinking the entire time another president since me as well died was killed he was given a hot shot a fentanyl and tonight so happened that i tried to get a point of view to her wasn't really receptive let me know i really don't know what the problem is except for the volleyball went to joe she cheated on me and the dude's a suspected pedophile that i'm pissed about that let me fix my son yeah i got you i like god's i'd gladly take a third strike for him in any case but i tried expressing those feelings to her whether they were properly expressed or not i expressed it and so she told me that well i ended up arguing on this phone with her mom her mom threatened me you just need your ass being now okay well line them up i mean i'm that kind of guy that hey cops don't need to be involved as long as it's mutual combat yeah and we can run it up there all day long she didn't like that she took the assistant toward her i said i'm not thirteen i'm telling you i'm standing in my ground sure that's not only the sole provider of him i'm the only one working uh his father i mean i mean if i know you're a suspected weirdo like that like i should be more than pissed yeah sure then again being more than pissed if i would acted on it would have been way different than what you came to now right so her whole thing is she wanted to call the thoughts on me i'm being overly expressive about how i feel and didn't like it okay i didn't cut her out yes i did say he's being a [ __ ] but in an argument of action [Music] who lives up here we both do it okay yeah we're both on the leaves i gotta ask you know the box check stuff right any assaults occur um there's there's been a charge on her but it was threaten to kill anybody not like that okay you feel safe around her i don't feel comfortable what do you think the best solution for us tonight is man do you think the police need to be here honestly i wasn't expecting the police staff to be here i thought she could have maintained that conversation when i was expressing not sure [Music] look man i'm just trying to keep the peace man that's oh yeah i've been chasing my [ __ ] tail all night tonight so yeah it has been busy so my thing is man i'm not trying to flip up your up your world upside down i'm gonna try and toss hers either uh we're here just to keep the peace man everybody's good here we're good i have no reason to get scared that you guys been here it's more or less i guess she doesn't understand so like doesn't understand do you think that there would be a better place for somebody to go for the night to make things chill if i had somewhere to go i mean i over her i literally made my circle yeah nothing because of you know i thought that's the one i could trust yeah and there's there's a lot more stuff to it you know the whole she yeah she did nothing but sneaky [ __ ] when i was in jail so there's always going to be that sure all right i know i got you imagine a lot of dark space right yeah i mean [Music] [ __ ] to be honest i really didn't try to really re-establish yeah any chance of rekindling that or is it pretty much just one of those things now you guys got to just find out that one's in luck i mean i wouldn't love nothing more than rekindle but yeah she you know she just wants the other dude that has nothing to offer oh you know that is though you can't force it though right you know sometimes people make their own decisions anymore right yeah you know what i'm saying regardless if it makes sense or it doesn't if it's crazy it's not it's people do that i'm getting my truck back on the road getting an apartment i got a full-time job not only that i'm big i'm getting a [ __ ] lease into an airline company man well it sounds like 200 spoilers you know sometimes you gotta just jump ship you know what i mean do what you gotta do to keep yourself it's not like that except who jump shipped all right yeah i'll tell you um so unless she's saying something's crazy that's different man i'm just gonna get your contact info yeah hey nobody's trying to fight we all do right um but at the end of the day man uh worst case scenario just take a lap right as long as you don't get locked out you know what i mean take a lap walk off the heat that's why i was gone for a couple days because i tried to tickle that my sister picked me up she saw me walking she knows when i'm walking if there's a friend's house that you that you need to write so i can take you man if it would if it would help right um but uh outside of that man i i i got much else i don't have much hey hey man we can only deal with the chips that we got right so let me go see what's going on we're going to hang tight real quick guys her mom's coming up here okay to do what stay with her okay you know her mom was the aggressor by the way uh mom was here earlier no she was uh if you remember me saying that over the phone it was threats and i said well a bunch of [Music] okay i am hi hello so so here's the deal folks um we're all adults here right um i understand we all everybody's got different past and different history everybody's got something going on here we as the police were here for for crimes or investigating crimes okay because everybody's living here minus mom i can't force anybody to leave here tonight i can get you all right somewhere i can take you somewhere and that's that goes for anybody here outside of that only thing i can do is coaching counsel right what you guys already know the real sometimes when people have too much to drink sometimes people are just aggravated with each other the best grown-up thing to do is take a walk um other than that or get a hotel for the night somewhere but under these circumstances that's we're limited right we can't operate above the law we have to operate within it and the law says that i can't force anybody to roll out okay yeah sure so yeah it's the grown-up thing i was talking about he's trying to get through him through police he can go around it just makes it awkward and he's gotta give it like all about me okay thank you right so let's make it easier for everybody so outside of that i don't have much that i can do the thing is if things escalate and people breaking stuff people assaulting people that's when people go to jail i can tell you right now when we leave it's not going to get better so i would find a way mom where do you live at can daughter stay with you or no the holes in the walls and everything in there is because of him he's the one with the anger issues he's the one that hears things he says that she was threatening him and i was on the phone with her the whole time and i was like she didn't threaten him that's what he heard so ma'am what would you like to see happen tonight all i wanted was for him to go somewhere else and i've offered that ride to him uh he told me he got nowhere else to go right i can't force him because he lives here he still gets middle here all that stuff i can't force him out i can only just give him a nice courtesy hey i'll take you wherever we need to go he tells me ain't got nowhere to go i i can't force it you know so it's not that i'm not trying to do my job i'm limited right i can't just go yard people out of their homes so in the future in the future if somebody threatens you threatens to harm you threatens to kill you those are the things those are the times you call the police and they do an investigation to find out if a threat happened if it was imminent if it could likely happen i'm stable for a while i understand that but when things are not documented if we don't know what happened in the past i can't go off past stuff i need to i'm here for right now right so all this stuff that happened before i'm here for now so tonight my understanding is everybody's just not getting along that's what it sounds like everybody's feeling uncomfortable we're here right so it's one of those things where i'm in that little limbo spot of saying hey unfortunately we're at the adulting phase of adults right we all as adults we got kid in the house right come on like right at some point in time we have we have to mature this [ __ ] up because if not what happens i'm saying this to everybody it's not only that but it's also the situations when when this contentment has reached in the conversation between two people uh there should always be an outcome where it's favored both but right but but at the same time your point is never going to get across the world yeah no so i mean so you picking and choosing that battle with her it's a losing battle for you over here you feel me so when you get to that so when you get to that point i get that but what i'm saying is when you get to that point it's only going to go down it's only going to go downhill right if you look at the like the the resolution of an argument right it's like how can i solve tonight's problem i want to get my point across but i'm going to tell you right now she's not going to hear your point and you're not going to hear her point so what what what can i do about assignment about life there's been there's been a lot of he said she said [ __ ] about me being a rainbow you know obviously you can tell from the little top of your head yeah i'm not that kind of guy and you're not flagged with it not only that but you know actually i've actually rather go to prison for 20 years over associated was prevented sure so what can i do about that so words are words right but if it becomes like affecting your job and everything else that becomes a different issue right so it becomes a public thing where now you're losing job you lose an opportunity to advance your life that becomes a different law right it becomes a problem people call people names all the times and they say stuff through people's faces outside rumors right on that level the slenderman is entirely trying to kill character right so like i said if it means to the point where like say she contact your employer or somebody contact your employer i would hire this guy he's doing x y and z or he's this person that's different right now now we're we're coming into the point of of basically slandering your name and affecting your life but if if somebody calls you anything right of course i thought was the body camed up i would say the words that i'm thinking right but it's one of those things right that's one of those things that doesn't matter it's tacked on oh i mean i mean it's well it's definitely a piece for an argument right or more well the argument i have for it wouldn't be sold right so here's the deal you two folks are gonna you guys both live here mom you don't live here correct i don't okay so you three how are you ma'am 28 okay grown as hell everybody's grown here you guys need to work something out and come up with a plan that's going to survive tonight my man if you've had something to drink tonight cool do you but when it starts escalating it makes things worse for people that's your time to take a walk you know what i mean at the end of the day your girl manny told me to go find myself and i'll do the same right i'm okay that's what it is but at the end of the day that's all i got i i there's nothing else that i can i can say today is i was triggered there were certain things that were said fair enough fair enough regardless of what got in there and what it got it there the police are here now and we've hit we've hit a limit we're sorry do you guys mind if i do like this uh i personally don't care man if you got it i don't care i just want to make sure that it's okay with you guys yeah i appreciate the courtesy uh but we're at the the threshold of the point right now where it's there's there's not much else i can do other than just be a mediator and let you guys just verbally just go off on each other right which i i'll be honest with you i don't have the tolerance for tonight i've been chasing my tail all night tonight i don't i don't have a whole lot of space right now we got 20 calls still stacked okay when people are committing crimes right now so so if there's something ma'am that you want me to do right now let me know what that is and if it's within my job scope i'll do it outside of that you guys have to figure out a plan of adults don't hold back either just let him know what you want on your mind she wants you to go right so she wants you to go for the night you said you ain't got nowhere to go you got somewhere to go i can take you she was in her room how was a kid two and a half years old okay i mean if this was my issue and what i would do i would pack up the kid and go with mom for the night let him calm down do his own thing let him whatever it is reminisce to himself that's what i would do but then again that's my that would be my call i would never want to leave my own home because it's my home and i get like the stubbornness of that too but the thing is we got to come back and somebody ends up slapping somebody getting mad so they going to jail right nobody needs to go to jail on this it's a bunch of grown-ups just not getting along so we need to figure out a plan and if not it's going to probably escalate my plan was to stay in my room he came back to my room and and that's the stubborn male right the summer male thinks he can solve a problem in one night never can hey i get it i'm saying i'm saying right i understand it but bro we we never stop right as dudes we just keep talking like we're going to solve some [ __ ] we're never going to solve even when you're wrong 100 no right here i'll raise my hand but that's kind of wrong about somebody being around my son but that should not have been but regardless of where we're at with that that that's literally the line in the sand for me as far as tonight what i can do give you a suggestion you can take it if you want it you want to stick it out you guys can stick it out things escalating you guys need to please give us a call back outside of that i'm trying to get a call out of here to see if i can get charged yeah 30 years down the road i was on the same boat i had to leave my home too because of some nap christmas that's cool that's child's point you telling me to shut up all right let's talk through this something that you guys can work through the parenting plan there is nothing that you've done i've tried to do that but there are a few times i've tried something that you can look into and start to work look at the course i'm not trying to take it off for the meaning or anything i was just trying to say that i've also offered family counseling programs to her and she just told them [Music] if you guys aren't leaving are you staying here is that your plan i'm making sure my grandson in there are okay okay it's my my question would be is is there any question that somebody's gonna put in their hands you ever been assaulted or anything like that before in the past [Music] you're the one that wouldn't show up to court to even prove your case because you don't [ __ ] remember you were so drunk do you mind making that phone call just done i understand that you're saying that he broke my wrist and he broke my sisters he said he would stay here well we don't talk i'm just saying i'm just saying the truth so you were the one that broke my wrist no it's the truth i have a [ __ ] doctor i want a resolution here folks you understand i i need a resume you're the one always talking about taking responsibility you wouldn't even [ __ ] choke to court ma'am ma'am this isn't working we're not here for hold on we're not here for counseling right now we're here to solve a problem if we can help it make it very important so i need you guys to figure out a plan we there was never really another equation so folks folks folks if we're going to circle this i'm leaving okay do we have a plan or can i help you guys need to be the ones to speak
