so what's going on um so I have a one-year-old son okay and um his dad and I are in the middle of a divorce okay um and he has been having weekend visitations with him every other week yesterday um after he dropped me off my car seats has been taken out of his vehicle um without permission I texted him and I said hey did you have anything like that forget to tell me because I wouldn't want to accuse him of stealing it right off the bat and he said oh yeah I took it it's you had no right to have it because my sister bought it for me when when him and I were married and I was like no she bought it you know she bought it for our child and it's been in my possession for going on a year maybe a little more over here um and so he he we want to push a charge for trespassing going into his vehicle at least if we can't get the theft charged as well okay um property get a little bit tricky there when you guys are married yeah um and what was his name okay um and was your car unlocked yes when this happened okay and he's the ever had permission to be in your car at all right um and it's your vehicle alone it's registered to you nobody else okay um and when did this happen yeah um and were you texting him or did you call him I texted okay do you have those text messages is that the only car seat you guys have for um as of right now yes my mom does have a car seat that she's gonna be perfect enough with us I took him off of all my social media and everything so that he couldn't have any opportunity and you know this to be his phone number and I have his address as well he does with out of County and he is in the army what's his address okay and you guys have parenting plan in place that all yet or are you guys working so I filed with his signature for abandoned Glam that's why it's in place right now uh we have another court date um because in court put that parenting plan in place he decided to go no I changed my mind I don't agree with this parenting plan so we need to file both of us in a file a separate one as well as a declaration which I've gotten done I don't believe he has we had the end of this month to do that um do you guys how you said one year old yeah okay um and his kid currently with you or kid currently with him he's with me with you is mom's car seat is that usually a mom's car yeah okay are you needing a car seat um I think as of now I don't want to use any resources that other people might need I do I'm available to go get another one for myself um okay I just wanted to check because we do have car seats here um if you'd like once you get it installed we have car seat Tech so you can come check it out as well I'll make sure it's properly installed so we have that I just like to throw that out there okay um so about 11 A.M he got into your card you guys have any camera footage of where the cars park no where was the car parked at the time right uh okay and how much is the car seat what did you say oh I believe there's about three hundred dollars do you have any pictures of it at all or know what brand it is my mom has the ABC accessories and you said you've had possession of the car seat for about a year but it's been mainly mine when's the last time that he had permission to have the car seat two weeks ago two two is it uh one of just the upright ones yeah um crazy Transformer ones okay yeah cool cool there's a second report that needs to be made as well that's pretty severe okay and it was for Hema people with our child abusing child okay um and what do you mean by that um well yesterday when I got him back I know there's some discoloration on his nose I thought it might just be like a shadow Orchard or something however this morning my mom picked him up for me and got him ready and everything I had pretty dim Lighting in the apartment so she didn't see it until she got home but he has some pretty severe bruising on his nose there I have a few different pictures um in my experience and you might agree with me on this I hope so I've never seen bruising like that from someone falling down the only time I've ever seen bruising like that is from someone getting hit um and has he crawling yet walking yet he walks he walks yeah um he will fall down at times he has never fallen down on his face to the point he can stop it and you guys just noticed this this morning um yeah we noticed it yesterday but um yeah but we didn't 100 know what it was and how long to have your son he picked him up Friday about five o'clock and dropped him off Sunday at 11. 11 in the morning or eleven in the evening morning and uh one-year-old son what's his name and same last name's you uh and uh what's the middle initials and date of birth for him and he's with Mom currently I said yes apparently my mom and what's mom's name and I do have a couple other pictures and the same last name is you I know middle initial fur and you have no idea can you happen to know her date of birth um noise what's her address um she is and a good phone number for her and your mom took these pictures yes is there any other pictures besides these two we noticed it was kind of bluish gray yesterday but we weren't 100 sure what was going on because he had been playing in the dirt and everything um um do you want to run out and get your license plate number give me one sec because usually our detectives handle stuff
