he walked right out his dooro dropped his pants show us on November 12th 2022 officers responded to a complaint of a man causing a neighborhood disturbance the reporting party also mentioned that the man had been exposing himself to neighbors for the last few days dude why we all high strong you out here smoking cigarettes and [ __ ] I'm proper what's the problem did you call not going to talk to me are you involved in the situation obviously they seem to have a problem with me doing things in my own yard all right well y'all can wait over there I'll come talk and they can wait over there too why these people got to get in my business all the time I haven't done a goddamn in hospital I'm going through a lot of [ __ ] and these need to stay the out of my business and that's what I'm going into his property that he knocked that tree down he's tried to lock that down he ran into it with his car this is wonderful all right well I'm going to go a and write down yall information then I'll come back and get statements from you guys this is the one right here this is when he starts to strip okay and when what day was this just now that was just now yeah right before all this happened they aren't even home and he's yelling at him going over to her house there's something off my fence over my fence he was yelling at this house look look there he is and she's not even home her dogs are in the house okay and he goes back over here goes back into his house he's one second I'm sorry no you're good that's what we're here for and he comes out and then he just goes crazy yeah watch see he's been at this for 4 days all night right and was he playing music like this last night this is all all night to antagonize us to say something hands come down thought you saw a shotgun right yeah he had a he has a gun he has a shot confirm he has a gun I can confirm he had a shotgun his mother told us that she had he come outside with he was outside he came out of from the Shed from the shed uh with his Shotgun by his side walking around the property with his shotgun okay but he wasn't pointing it he was saying hey I got a gun he had a shot it was like 2 in the morning he's been in the middle of the street with a baseball bat coming to talk to them through the window it's been some ask him also there's a cop that lives there too she lives there everybody's been dealing different good hey ladies I got to go run this information I'll be right back okay thank you Just sh off um I've been dealing with this since they moved in um it's gotten worse uh this my what is this uh uh verbal uh salt basically from his side of the fence who is he U my neighbor I don't know his name um I he's a white older male older white male yeah beard uh he has a little bit of like a scruff color is his hair uh he's bald and he has Sal pepper okay so you don't know him by any name though do you know the other female loes there at all by any name I think her name is Carrie because that's what and so if you're standing at the front of your house uh which side of the house are they on like facing facing my house fa on my left your left okay so what's going on why did you call so um I usually call when he starts getting violent um just cuz I've seen me violent violent as in um uh very aggressive uh in nature just um like you're outside driving the way he pulls in and out of his driveway um it's screeching to the point that I feel like he's going to go into my house um he slams his door uh really really rough that I my stuff inside my house shakes um my porch is adjacent to his porch um he gets my dogs were usually red up um I hear him uh screaming at the kids they used to be that live there um he used to they were biracial so we used to call them kids um he has smashed his wife's windshield um so this is just how he is so usually when I see that he's starting with his wife I usually just give a heads up to the cops like hey it could get really bad because he's you can how many times have we been out here in the last month he was quiet for a while cuz I had called the police on him um for the last time here how many times have we been there how many times have I called the cops sure uh about five times about five times my fifth time usually for the same thing usually for the same thing and he's just outside being aggressive he's being aggressive he's punching his mailbox uh squaring he's smashing his wife's uh Windows is like yelling of cities or like that he screams at his wife you um I'm outside watering my plants um but the reason why I put that fence in front of my house was because my dogs so you actually had to alter your I had to alter you go to the back of my house I put um a fence so my dogs don't go on that side cuz I'm scared to throw something over and my dog get poison um has he ever thrown anything over your uh he had there was there's always junk on my side like drinks and stuff like that so I don't know if he does that deliberately if it's the wind I don't know what it is would you say that like when you're out side he generally causes you fear yes you ever have to go inside because I don't go in my living room I don't would you say it's pretty frequent that you uh every time he starts his outb birth I don't sleep in my room uh I you don't sleep in the bedroom in your house because of his out because my whole my living room my porch I don't use that we hang it in the in the garage we smoke cigarettes in the garage because I don't want to be on my porch CU he's usually right there at his car um I last night he started his stuff again and at 11:00 I took off all the lights we both did took off all the lights he's took this is his second day taking off work because of his Outburst um your husband's not going to work because of his outf because he doesn't want to leave me alone because he goes to work at 3:30 in the morning cuz he works overnight okay and so because I have what has the Sheriff's Office done for you um absolutely nothing the last time I called the police officers um they came and I had uh placed an anonymous phone call and and they were pointing at my house so I guess he asked who called so I guess they told him that I called and they were laughing there with him and they did absolutely nothing nothing um is he often drunk outside in this he Dr every day in the morning you can hear it at 6:00 in the morning 5:00 in the morning sometimes he doesn't go to bed okay um the last the only reason why I I don't look at him I don't guess that pisses him off that I don't pay attention to his I don't acknowledge Him so my last straw was was when I went cuz she had told me that I wasn't home and that he was came to the front of the gate which I he never does so I thought that that was yeah that was this was today that was today it was on a video what happened um I wasn't home so I don't know I didn't get to see the video but just based on what she told me um he came there he was throwing stuff over my porch I mean over my fence have you found any objects over your fence I when I went to go look when I had gotten here that's when I had decided to call because he started with what the you looking for uh what I want to know what the is that you're looking for you're a stupid all from his car and then he started banging on his car on the hood but he's screaming all those things to all this to me was it loud enough that your neighbors heard sure did anybody come outside while they were all outside all your neighbors came outside while he's screaming cities at yeah um and then from what I'm understanding is that he uh started putting up his middle fingers at my house when I wasn't home and he started stripping in his clothes uh from the front door taking off his clothes he took down his pens exposed his genital from his front door from his front door and who saw this it's on a video do you know her by her name yeah her name is lisais video yeah okay and then um that's Judy and she lived there and she saw it as well um he mooned himself showed his genitals and then turned around to her and then uh mooned himself and exposed his anus to she has kids in there there's a little boy he I think he has to be 8 years old in that house uh there's another little girl there she has to be like maybe 10 new of them um there's another house over there where the sheriff's are parked uh there's another little girl over there there's there's a many children yeah there's a little girl is there anything you want to add no absolutely not I wish I could show I have videos time is um that's that's good we're going to get you some paperwork here and we're going to go get a save from her well okay thank you so much thank you going to ja well because um he has been very who is he uhia I guess is his name is Mia this this he gave us to me um a couple months ago when he tried that right yes cuz he came over prior he first moved in we invited him into the into the neighborhood sure of course and then he started how long he a little over a year I want to say maybe a year maybe a year and he's been very violent with his wife he smashed out windows from her car smashed out his own Windows call those kids um I've witnessed all this um kids were taken away out of the house I don't know the I don't know I don't know if the mother I don't know if the lady so he's been since he's been here he's been a disrupt disruptive nature to the neighborhood he came out in the middle of the road with a baseball bat and stood here and called our side of the house the first time he had an episode how long ago was that about 6 months ago maybe okay maybe what happened two days today um I started hearing him screeching he he pulled out of his his car tires and that's what starting rubber out in the street yep I heard it coming down the road so then I he accelerating yeah you heard it and all of a sudden his car came in and I'm like all right what the heck's going on and then all of a sudden I just kept an eye I was watching from that point on on my video because I'm sitting inside because my windows completely shot what he do what he's doing um he pulled his shirt I came slamming out his door I have video of all of it um him coming out takes his shirt off comes over goes like this to the fence and then goes back over here and anybody outside when he screaming this before nobody was even outside she wasn't even home he was out trying to you heard screaming all these things yes I heard the screaming did it cause you to come outside I didn't come outside but L on my video but did you come outside because you knew it was him yes you come outside because you're afraid of compation with him confrontation with him does he know where your par are I'm assuming video in the video did appear so he was directed all his attention towards your house yes our house and her house so did you come outside off the porch how far um he was he came out to right out to here he threw his shirt right in front of that palm tree pants right there huh his pants yep okay I showed him the video y um he threw his shirt over there walked in between the two cars came up to the fence completely naked just a shirt had a shirt on at that point and then he went back over went in the house came back out his pants came down his Sho kicked his shoes off and uh dropped his drawers looked over like this and went like this was he in his doorway or was he outside he was outside of his door he was I'll show you around the mat yeah you can show it to me a second I'm just for statement purposes okay he was right outside of his door pass is that what prompted you guys to call 911 she called 911 I was she returned yeah when she returned she was on the phone where was she at when you guys called her when she called he was standing out here harassing her standing go ahead and call the cops is what I heard and that's when I walked outside on my porch he was like all right all right buddy this is not happening was he screaming and yelling at her though yes he he was at his door he had loud for you to hear inside and then come outside and he was drinking alcohol at beverage on his property from what you can tell yep he had it s right up onp top of his car he came back up and around was right leaning up out a thing pointing like this at her while she was on the phone I don't know if she was on the phone with 911 what she was doing but I saw both of them outside and he's lost two days of work because of him so she's talked to you about him not going to work because the showan behavior yes we are like very close Okay um so then what did You observe um right after that is when you guys showed up okay what did you observe when we got here I observed that he was very belligerent with you he tried to stop you from putting his arm around I saw the beer come at you and you dropped him to the ground and handcuffed them and R him his rights and suned him on his way okay and then you took our IDs and here we are sergery all right let me St hands buddy I just doing nothing tur your cups around up what are you talking about we're going back behind your back I'll take him back out huh I'll take him back out what do you mean take him back out back around me again no I'll see I'll just so you can't do that again all right good turn around for me your seat turn around for me in your seat no no no no no no no no stay in the car turn around put your foot in put the foot in [Applause] really it takes three it takes three it don't it it
