I'm literally walking up to the car watching you get into the back seat. You were just driving to a 90 down Delpra. These sisters think they can get away with switching seats while an officer is standing right next to them. I'm really sorry. This is my car. Okay. We're just trying to go home. My parents have been calling us since 2:00 a.m. to get home. I'll give you my license and regist. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It does not work like that. She was the one that was driving. I've seen her driving. Okay. This is my car. It doesn't matter whose car it is. You can't take a citation or anything or an arrest for her. Why did you guys switch seats? She's my sister. I'm 17. Everything is under my name. So, you thought it would be a good idea to just switch seats? I did think I didn't want my sister to get in trouble. For why? Cuz I have my learners permit. I don't have any money.
