this man was confronted by police after he refused to sign into a town hall using his real name ID uh no thank you sir your last name's County uh that's why I signed in as County name or you can leave oh no thank you sir yes that's the rule there's a violation of a Fourth Amendment your name is not Dan Erie County you can't demand ID unless somebody commits a crime in this country that's a Fourth Amendment violation I can ask you for your ID well thanks for asking no thank you though what people think when you're around recording everything that you're going to come back here and cause problems yeah how many people come here and video record crimes that they're going to commit I don't know you need to get a real job
