this man grabs an officer's gun while in a wheelchair on his way to court the man was in the wheelchair after being shot by officers during a robbery incident where he had initially fired at an officer he claimed he was unable to walk due to the gunshot wounds while the officer was bent over helping him into the wheelchair the man managed to get a full grip on the officer's weapon a life or death struggle ensued resulting in the officer being completely disarmed fortunately another officer arrived drew his weapon and fired a single shot before the criminal threw the gun across the room
