involving 20-year-old Anna. What started
as a tense police encounter quickly
escalated.

>> Anna was charged with felony battery or
threat to officer as well as bail
jumping, resisting, obstructing, and
disorderly conduct. These were dismissed
but read in. On November 26th, 2024, she
entered a no contest plea and was found
guilty. The judge withheld a prison
sentence and placed her on four years of
probation with strict conditions.
Absolute sobriety from alcohol or drugs.
No contact with two named individuals.
Work or school requirement of at least
30 hours per week or community service
if unemployed. Counseling and AODA
treatment as directed. DNA sample
required. If she violated probation, the
felony could result in prison time. Just
months later, on October 2nd, 2024, Anna
was again arrested and charged in a new
case with felony bail jumping, battery,
domestic abuse related, disorderly
conduct, domestic abuse related, and
possession of drug paraphernalia, later
dismissed, but read in. In this case,
she again entered no contest please to
bail jumping, battery, and disorderly
conduct. The court imposed two years of
probation with nearly identical
conditions to her first case. Combined
with her earlier probation, Anna was now
up to six years of total supervision
between the two cases. Then, just as her
earlier cases were still active, a new
arrest occurred on September 30th, 2025.
This time, the allegations escalated
significantly. Anna was charged with
threat to cause bodily harm to
individuals involved with the court
system, disorderly conduct, domestic
abuse related, resisting or obstructing
an officer, misdemeanor bail jumping,
and felony bail jumping. Each count
carries repeater enhancements due to her
prior convictions. No plea has been
entered yet in this newest case. It
remains open and pending prosecution. If
convicted, the combination of new
felonies and probation violations could
lead to significant prison exposure and
the revocation of her earlier
