Right, as this biker accelerated and passed a car, a cop suddenly appeared ahead with lights flashing and tried to block him. After getting past the officer, the biker pulled over right away since he had no intention of running. While sitting there wondering if he was about to be arrested or what the cop would do next, he looked around and realized the officer was nowhere in sight. He waited a little longer then started to suspect the cop wasn't coming at all. That's when he restarted the engine and quickly drove off.
