hi how are you sir i i come here because my bike is speeding stolen when i shop here okay then i i found it in cash america and then the ocean bike was stolen and then we found it america and then cash america caught call the class okay and tell them that someone's selling something that is slower okay now the bike is here okay so i came here to tell them yeah everything okay but they say that i'm transporting and i'm yelling and chill okay and then they asked me what day i stole it so at the day that i started i talked it to their security okay and there's third security just very important and forced me to go okay now the bike is found in cash america okay everything is recorded and then my family won't want you no what happens because casual mentor called police okay because someone someone stole my bike and sell them there okay let me uh just so i'm clear what is your purpose of being here were you coming here to show us because i stopped here a lot of times okay yeah and and you're coming to shop today [Music] actually i come here to tell them that you want to tell them about the bicycle yes yes because the bike is stolen from here okay yeah and then and then my family wants to fire a lawsuit okay well i found a lawsuit because on that day i'm humiliated okay yeah they don't they don't report it okay and then my bike now is found in cash america okay and they call the police yeah why they don't why they don't call the police on that day and they these people yes well they don't know that your bike is stolen from or i mean cash america how would they know that i don't i report them they or you told them the day i i shop here my fight is slow they just they just say that i'm trans fast they force me away and do it everything's humiliated me but now it's proof that would you like me to relate something to the staff here you want me to tell them something i mean just to have this resolved i mean is that is that someone stolen that is fan of them say again is that someone stolen my bike is related to that this is your bike right yes the bike that i'm stolen here when i shop here and i shop here yeah i have all the records that i saw here so many times okay and then my bike being stolen they just kicked me away okay and then now the bike is found by cash america okay they report it and they don't report it and they then they try to okay but if it covers something okay so here's my from my perspective okay if your bike is stolen that's your responsibility to report it to the police right not theirs necessary um i mean uh at least at least at least people like to make sure i understand that absolutely polite to me i lost my bite yeah i'm sexy sure makes you 60 something yeah i understand i totally understand and they just humiliate me i'm sorry that happens yeah that's not fair yeah luckily that now the bike is found and then catch america yeah uh cash america found it for you and everything and i i don't know why they do it so good like best buy too they reported they didn't say that oh it's nothing our business and you just transport and then you try to take me out i mean you always have the option just to not not to give them these people your business if that's the way you feel i mean you can just say i'm not going to shop here anymore the company doesn't belong to them it's belong to the ceo or the the stockholder and that's that is that is something you can do too you can uh you can file a complaint uh to see our trading posts go online and file a complaint about the interaction that you had if you're not happy with it with the corporate office okay actually my son is offered auntis okay yeah and then my my daughters are photographers and then my son yeah as a psychiatrist work in the air force in san antonio they want me to file a lawsuit because they thought that something is monkey business his bicycle was stolen from here um some time ago it sounds like he reported to them but they didn't report it to the police but they it was recovered at checkmate pawn or one of the pawn shops and then they just kicked me out and if i understand correctly you came here today to talk to them about that yeah because this is stolen from here right yeah and then my family inside the store somewhere yeah and then my family yeah they say that it's very very strange well and like they they feel that because in the air force they got the training sure something very very strange but why they kicked me out yeah again from my from my now it's fine in cash america yeah from my perspective though it's not their responsibility to report something stolen from you i understand that you're upset about it no no no no actually um it's not not good to bury him right yeah yeah it's not good to burning him yeah because if it happens all the times no no visitors come here okay yeah i i have my son study in immersion island yeah again like i said you don't have to you don't have to give them your business here you can always go shop somewhere else you can just go shop you know sportsman's warehouse or somewhere else and just if you're not happy with the with their customer service actually yeah actually i want to have a safe banger well we do too yeah absolutely i understand we want to we want the same thing and we get very frustrated with what's going on you know in in in the city too with all of the effects and things like that too i think i was i think i helped out helped recover your bicycle if i remember right what was your first time actually best buy did a very good job yes yeah and then paul uh cash america yeah yeah but i think they like the manager he came out here i said if you are not happy with me you can call the police see if i am wrong he said he is not going to and he he understood the whole pictures okay yeah and this is the first time i met him okay yeah but what what i feel is that so uh like i know you you you you are a good officer thank you you are in this area you want your kids your family yeah you're not in a good place yeah and i patrol this area quite a bit yeah yeah with us so um so the manager over there is uh brian i will tell you that he is actually very very he's very good at catching people that are stealing things and he works really hard and he does actually a really good job for us um he calls us a lot for people that are stealing so i've never had a bad interaction with him he's always been very polite i'm sorry that that happened to you but actually i understood you know i saw here a lot of times and then one day i think about two months ago yeah a young man he grabbed a backpack over there yeah he tried to steal it yeah and i feel quite strange so i talked to him oh i like your [Music] bag yeah and he said that oh hey i got it there he said he got it there then i said oh it's a very nice nice one i want to have one then he said it's over there then you know what he did he put down the pack and then just went away nice yeah and and i understand i understand they got a hot tub yeah and uh actually for me it's just a fight yeah so actually that that day i didn't do anything but now my family yeah reported online and then they call the police okay and then uh uh he spent like a long time here one three four service coach there yeah and then um yeah so officer ferdick wanted to say something right what's your name sir yeah uh choi troy yeah troy do you have an id i could take a look at um so sorry if it was rtt with a woman okay uh the suspect we tackled him over on baker view and then we found we tried to find the rest of choice property over here in the woods um remember he stole you had your wallet and some cash and stuff like that yeah i was i hope to catch the guy that stole your bicycle so actually what i feel that best buy and here so dear right and i think let me step in here because i want to give you the perspective from the folks in the store uh they acknowledged the issue that your bike was stolen out here and then you went and reported it to them and claimed it was their responsibility because it's outside the store and became very verbally aggressive let me just let me give you a question okay okay they said you've been in the store several times since then uh culminating in you chest bumping one of the employees and yelling so loud you're spitting on her made calls for the law enforcement to come respond but we were tied up in other things and couldn't couldn't respond and at one occasion we tried to respond but couldn't locate you so what they want today is you trespass from the store permanently the reason the bike can't be in the 48 because the fire code you can't lock the item in there because it's egress ingress into the store in case there's a fire so you can't have it in there anyway okay that's why we have bike racks uh fair haven okay haken yeah i saw that have something to do with this store in these incidences they they told me don't put the pipe there put it and mix the pharmacy or there so yeah does that have something to do with this story no okay why why would you do that i have no idea yeah yeah they have a specific policy and they have to abide by fire code or otherwise they can get shot down or get fined by the fire department or the investigators of the people that do that so um you know they have uh yeah they actually actually uh before my buy stolen okay because if they my bike sometimes here yeah and sometimes it's there okay okay and if they let one bike there then they got 20 bikes there and then people can't even walk in the store right and different people they have different regulations by themselves okay yeah and actually staff here some of them are very good yeah they say that keep it there and keep it there but that time they gave me a hard time i've got three people saying you can't keep it in there at all so i don't know if that's the one you're talking about the video i have to fight you know i don't dispute that maybe you haven't i haven't fight there for so many times maybe maybe you've had it in the past but what they're saying is now they don't want it in here anymore so maybe the other employee made a mistake maybe they changed their policy maybe they got talked about by coaching they can't do that okay actually that is something that i i don't want to tell my family if they want to find a lawsuit would you two be some witnesses they will they will they will hinder you yeah because because there's something i came here yeah uh i they that means uh i keep the bikes outside if i keep the bike outside then i can talk to you do you understand they don't want you in the store anymore it's just a trespass transplant it's not ethical it's just just words this is not what not empty things not what do you mean not everything but what you're saying don't come back oh i am transgressed it's not that just don't like you or just want people to like you don't learn like me and then say that i'm transparent i came here i came here i can i can come here and tell them that my bike was fun can i come here to tell them no why you can make a phone call yeah file a complaint online if you want okay you seem to be well aware of the civil aspects or the civil procedures you can go through when you're talking about lawsuits and things like that so you seem to be versed in oh because this is a criminal right if i transparency if you do you want me to decide do you want my id and something that if i came here next time and i will be uh put on yeah usually we get a piece of paper that tells you what the trespass is and you sign it just acknowledging that i've given you the paperwork that's all the signature indicates then what should i do because yeah i can't like i said i would go online or call the corporate office that's the only thing that's the only way that you're gonna get to to voice your concerns and voice sure about what happened that's i mean because if you come back to i mean it's private property right it's like somebody coming into your house they have the right to refuse service to anybody if i want to come shopping here and they don't want me to how about if their company their company say that i'm not wrong well then i'm going to go right i can come here well then they can receive they come but trust me the documentation an email saying okay bring it in say there you go okay that's what i do my son and my daughter tell me that yeah they can do it but okay let's unlock the bike stand in the doorway customers that's not cool yeah actually after that i came here just shop today and then they do the same thing to me dance okay did you want a copy of the trespasser no no no no if you give me a chance pass yeah it'll have the case number on it okay but i don't know 49 numbers of trespass that you're not have the conditions on it they'll have the case number on it and the information you need yeah uh cool cool again let's let's get this outside because we're standing right in the doorway yeah i'm uh he's refused to give his information however i know how to get his information because i was the one that tackled the guy that kind of recovered as a stolen bicycle so um it's just being very difficult for some reason and i don't know what is he just he's not understanding it could be a bit of a language barrier but he has been issued a trespass yeah i can see how he's it just isn't all this it's just we're gonna document that you've been issued a trespass notice does that make sense to you no okay you're not you're not arrested for anything you're not detained you've just been we're telling you that you can't come back to the store property okay and then i'm gonna all right no no no no no no no uh you wanted my case number do you want this or no uh i came here i didn't even enter into the store and then you say three people accuse me that and then i just saw one manager who is his name i don't have his name but you don't have to name it i can get it for the report oh okay then i can check uh then my family can check on the case number sure i have yeah okay okay i i came here try to just shopping okay and then they insult me again they insult me again and then they use the chance pass to kick me out i didn't even enter it and then there's three people accusing me that i saw just one people one manager okay and i tell him that about my fight yep that's it i feel like we're not making any progress here i understand your side of the story i want to know atlanta sorry it's true i just want to make sure you understand what i'm relating to that you are not allowed back inside the store but i tell them to call to tell the police if they think that i i did something wrong they said they are not going to call you if they call the police when you come inside next time you may get arrested for trespass because you've been uh uh what he told me that is he don't want to report to the police i say that again what he told me that i i recall that he said that he won't call the police i don't know what he told you because it wasn't did he call you he called you that's why we're here today oh he called
