The suspect hands officers court documents from an unrelated case which have nothing to do with the current situation. >> Those were previous uh citations that were dismissed by Judge Cone. >> Yeah, this doesn't show me anything of why you don't have to have a driver's license, though. >> Uh I'm a state national, so uh I'm exempt from the problem or the what what you guys do. I'm exempt from the >> Usually you have a card on you that states that um that they give you that you're exemplary. >> Yeah, they they haven't sent it to me yet, but I I have filed all the paperwork and it's been >> in place. >> And you don't have if it's been in place for six years. You don't have the prior one. >> They they didn't send it to me yet. >> In the whole entire six years, you've never had any >> you know how our federal government works. So this is >> so what do you provide for documentation wherever you go? You only provide ma'am car >> you should have been at least issued an identification card even if you don't have a driver's license. >> No because the identification card again abides by your rules uh leaning uh ownership of my vehicles of myself to you and I'm no longer a part of the corporation so I'm exempt. That that that's why I get I always get it excused. >> You don't have any you don't have any documentation on you stating that. So, you're not exempt. >> No, I am. I am exact. Believe me, you'll get a bond from me that goes directly towards you that finds you for every minute that you're holding me here. There there is no crime that's committed. I have the right to travel freely. I'm not encumbered by any of your laws or regulations. >> Stating >> stating she doesn't have to have a driver's license. She can run the stop sign, do everything, >> and that she travels through common law. And um >> she said if she if she fails to produce identification or driver's license, she >> I did I did produce my my >> she gave me her passport, but she says she doesn't have a driver's license. She doesn't need a driver's license. She doesn't have >> If she doesn't have a If she doesn't have a driver's license, just like anyone else, she can be arrested for not having a driver's license. >> No, no state shall No state shall convert my >> send back. >> It's a god-given right. >> All right. Bye. >> It's a god-given right. You guys are you guys are extorting money from us. It's a god-given right. Murdoch versus Pennsylvania. It's a god-given right. We're the Supreme law. >> You have your registration for the vehicle. >> I don't have registration with me. No, I don't have to provide it. I am I am >> You do your driving? >> No, ma'am. I I am common law. I am I It is not a privilege. It's a right. It's a God-given right for me to be able to travel. >> Do you have your registration? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. So, you have no registration, no driver. >> I have it. I just don't have it on me. I don't have to carry it. So, go ahead and call your supervisor. >> In the event, you know, you get into an accident with somebody or somebody. >> I have insurance. >> I have insurance and I've also got a bond. >> So, I have there's no injured party here, honey. >> It doesn't matter if there's no >> Absolutely it does. That's when a crime is committed. That's the only time you can pull me. >> No, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> There's an injured party. >> No, >> you're offering You're offering the contract is not accepted. >> Okay, ma'am. I need you to turn your vehicle off for me. >> What's the purpose? >> Cuz your driver's license is actually expired, ma'am. You don't have to turn my my freedom to travel freely into a >> What I need you to do right now is turn your car off for me so we can get this situated. >> What What are we getting situated? >> I'm trying to help you. What are you trying to help me with? No, I don't understand. What are you trying to help me with? >> I've explained everything to you. I've been very kind and helpful to you. >> I can't go forward without my attorney. >> Okay, that's fine. I need >> call your Call your supervisor. >> My partner is here with me right now. >> Call your supervisor. Call your supervisor. >> We can do that, too. >> What is your badge number, please? >> Ma'am, I'm trying to help you in the best way that I can. >> You have to disclose your badge number. >> And I have no problem doing that. >> You have to disclose your badge number right now. according to Shapiro versus Thompson. >> Okay, that's no problem. >> These are these are constitutional laws that have been put in place, ma'am. That's what I follow, the constitution. The state of Florida has taken my right to travel freely in my private vehicle and turned it into a privilege, which is against my constitutional rights. I am not I am not contracting with you. >> Okay? >> I understand. >> So, listen, hear me out for a second. Okay? Just I heard what you had to say. At this point, she has asked you to turn the vehicle off and step out of the vehicle. >> Listen to me. You are going to step out of the vehicle. >> Why would I do that? >> Because I asked you to. >> You don't have any authority over me. >> I do. >> No, you don't. You both are criminals. >> No. You're going to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to make you get out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to church. >> No. You're going to get out of the vehicle right now. >> Nope. Don't. >> Oh my god. No. No. >> Stop. Leave me alone. >> Listen. >> Oh my god. I'm going to church. >> Stop it. Leave me alone. Please stop. >> Oh my god. Are you crazy? >> No. You're going to step out of the vehicle. >> Oh my god. Wait. >> Let me turn my vehicle off. >> Do not grab me. No. >> Stop. >> Do not >> stop it. >> Grab this. >> I'm going to put I'm going to lock up my car. >> No. >> I'm going to lock up my car. >> No. >> We tried to help. >> Oh my god. Burn. Hold on. Get your Get your supervisor. >> Step out. Step out. >> Oh my god. Let me put my car in park. >> Step out. Step out. Put my car in now. >> Step out. >> My car. >> Step out. >> Please lock my car. >> No. >> I want to lock up my car. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of it in a second. >> I got to get my purse. I want to get my purse. Please. >> Can you p down, please? >> If you just call Judge Cone, he'll tell you. Can you loosen these up? They hurt. >> Oh my god. Will you please loosen the cuffs up? One in custody. You can 33 there. Clear 33. >> Don't tow my car. >> Million pound my car. >> Ow. You've got to un loose these. Please hurt. >> Step out. I'll take a look at them. >> Please. Please. Ow. Please >> take a look. I'll take a look. >> Oh my god. >> Step over two steps >> to your left. >> Please. Please. They hurt me. Please. They hurt. Please take them off. Please, sir. >> On the same floor. >> Oh, >> you have bracelets. Man, it's only because your bracelets are rubbing against >> Please. Please. I'll I'll pay you anything. Please tell me. >> Dang. >> Please. >> I'll pay you anything. >> Please take them off. >> I won't fight you. >> Ma'am, I need you to twist your arm. >> Twist your arm inward. >> You got it. >> Please. I was just going to turn. >> Ma'am, they're not on that side. >> They're not on that side. I can see there's space. >> My finger. >> Please stop that. >> Oh, please don't. Please don't. Don't tighten them again. You don't have to tighten them that much, sir. >> There. And they are loose. >> Ow. You don't have to tighten it, sir. >> Not tight. >> You are. You're tightening. >> They have to be clamped on. They're handcuffs. >> Are you the supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> Okay. I need you to please get my purse and call my attorney. >> Ma'am, I'm not calling your attorney. I will. We will take care of your property. going to have a seat right now. >> Don't handle me like that. >> You're going to sit down, please. >> Stop it. >> Sit down and put your legs in. >> Don't tell my car. Call my brother to come down. >> Thank you. >> Please don't tell my car. >> Watch your legs. >> Sir, you're you're stealing my car if you impound it. Sir, can I please secure my vehicle? >> Sir. Sir, I've got money in that purse. Please don't do that to me. >> What kind of money do you I have over $2,000 in that purse, please. >> Okay. Uh, I can check with the supervisor and ask you to >> Please let me have my purse so I can post bail. >> Kristen. >> Yeah. >> How are you? >> Hi. >> My name is Sergeant Fox. >> Hey. >> Okay. I don't know what happened on the road. >> Okay. >> We're just here to get you processed in. You are under arrest, which I'm sure you know. >> Okay. >> But I just don't want to have any issues. >> Okay. >> Okay. Sure. >> If you comply with us, >> we'll get the job done and >> not a problem. >> Try to swing around here. >> Okay. >> It's just a matter of getting your footing down there. The suspect faces charges for driving without a license, driving without insurance, resisting arrest, and obstructing [music] justice. >> Okay, y'all. I'm going to say this much. >> Mhm. >> I I promise you I'm not trying to be funny. I know we made fun the I I I heard it, but I was still so stuck on her voice. >> Yeah. >> Until I'm trying to figure out, is that a man? I just assumed it was by the voice, but when I see the picture >> like a woman. >> Yeah, it clearly looks like a woman. But even right there, I couldn't even tell. I'm be honest. >> I I think about Whezzy Jefferson. She got she got a voice similar to Weezy Jefferson. Weezy was a woman. >> Mhm. >> But she just got that raspberry. So in my mind, it's like >> I'm still stuck out. What are you looking at in my mind? >> Not to be funny. It just kept on dwelling on my mind. Yeah. >> Or something like that. But you know on these videos right here, I'm very quiet because I'm going to tell you why I'm quiet. It's like I'm half on half about the situation. >> It's like I understand where they coming from. They're talking about the sovereign people and stuff like that. So in my mind I was like, "Yeah, I I get what you're saying, but then I'm on I'm also on the law side of well, you still living here. >> You need to you driving this car. You need to you need to be following these rules." But then I get what they saying about our constitutional right and all that. But it's it's it's almost like in a way it's it's like a catch 22 >> in my mind because >> it's like when I when I see okay not everybody when I see people who try to do the sovereign life it's almost like they just want to live how they want to live >> in their way like I can drive fast if I want to. I can do what I want to and nobody can't stop me. Like for instance they got a point. Uh some people take it in their head that they can do they want to do. Some people really actually follow their their their rules. >> Some people feel like I I can speed, you know, I don't care what the cop gonna do to me, >> right? >> Everybody don't everybody don't take >> things logically. Some people they run with it. Oh, they ain't what cop go do? I'mma smoke if I want to. What the cop going to do? >> You know, >> and some people they actually just say, "Hey, I ain't still trying to break no rules or no crime even though I got this this form of freedom." So in my mind it's like are you doing it because you want to do what you want to do or are you doing it because you really and concerned about your rights as a person, >> right? >> You know what I'm saying? And to me it seemed like most of them just want to do what they want to do. Yeah. Not not [clears throat] all of them, >> but I'm just saying. >> Yeah. >> So it's hard for me to really talk on it because I'm like, dang, I'm feeling what they saying. >> But then at the same time, I'm like, well, the law, >> you do need to still obey the law. What you got to say? >> Yeah, I agree. Um, I feel like when it comes to a national, whatever she said she was, or a sovereign citizen, I think now that social media has been here, it has shed more light on how we've been violated, how the rules apply, how the um all the constitution is being misused or misrepresented. like it's it's a lot of things. >> Mhm. >> It's so awkwardly written on purpose so the average person does not understand the rights >> or does not take the time to know when they've been violated. So they hope that we ignore all of that >> and won't know. Now I kind of agree with you. I think some of them take advantage of trying to be a sovereign citizen or national or independent. I heard them use a million different names. Even though they are learning and knowing the laws, they they when it benefits them, they can use it against, you know, the um police officers or the the the law or whatever they want to call it because they get to say, "Well, I don't have I don't follow your rules, so I don't go." You know, you follow the rules cuz you're actually getting in a car. you're actually at one point you had your driver's license and all of that. Even if you again say I don't follow these rules and stuff like that, you still have to get insurance and stuff like that on your car and all of that. It's crazy. So it's like it's like like you're saying they're playing into it and then trying to tap out of it. If that's the case, if you really were traveling, you'll get a horse and buggy like I made a joke the last time and that will be your means of travel. And that way, you will be following the I'm not in this type of thing thing. >> So, by you having a modern-day vehicle that takes gas, that takes insurance, and all of that, you probably are in it more than you're out of it. But I guess that's why they get y'all at for whatever. Yeah. >> But um I this is this is the thing that I have come to realize. >> Crime and criminal are two different things. >> Mhm. >> I don't think she is a criminal. >> Mhm. >> Just because she may have been um you know a a you know what I'm saying on the side of Huh? Oh, you saying you don't think she's a criminal just because she did a crime? >> Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes Sometimes you break a rule. >> Break a law. >> Yeah. A rule or law. There you go. >> It's not necessarily criminal. And I feel like there should be a in between when you get put in handcuffs because she is not a criminal just because you don't follow the law the way that they say. That's what I'm saying. Mhm. >> You know, most of your people are probably going to say, "Oh, she but she didn't. She didn't say that." >> I already know. I already know. Most people comment. Yeah. They're going to think if you sneeze at a cop, you broke the damn law. So, I already know that. If you don't listen to what they say, oh sh we already know. >> But what I'm saying is there's a fine line between, like I said, following the rules of the law and actually doing criminal acts. I that feel like you should be um placed in handcuffs and be treated like a hardened criminal who has done a unthinkable, unspeakable like you know crime. I think there needs to be a means in between like but I know why they do it so these idiots don't try to run away cuz for some reason when people when people get scared they just try to run away I don't care what they did but I I just think that there needs to be a medium like if you call I'm sorry I mean to cut you off like if you call a different kind of a a car >> and they get in a um like a car where there's no way for them to get out. You know what I'm trying to say? like there's no way. And then it just doesn't seem so so bad when they get arrested. I think there needs to be an in between. But that's just me cuz I I like I said, I I love humans more than anything. And I think about our rights um as a human first before the laws of this country. >> I do agree with you, but I know some I know it's going to be a lot that take a lot of work. >> Oh, yeah. I don't care. >> Yeah. No, I'm saying I'm just making a joke. That take a lot of work that you don't know who you're getting into. >> Yeah, that's true. >> Yeah. When you when you park. But but the human side of me, I do agree with you. Like for instance, like >> I I think that that petty crime people or or white collar crimes or or even drug crime like small stuff like weed or something like that. I don't think they should be in the prison with the hard um >> No, I don't think on the lovers and and violent. >> I don't think so. >> They should not. They should have their own prison for that. They shouldn't be in the mix of that. especially some white collar or fraud or something like that. They did it 10 years. You got to be in there with some hardened criminal. That's just that's just my opinion. But I know everybody see things different. >> Yeah. >> But y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this situation right here. >> Um I still say y'all got to follow if y'all want to you got to follow the laws and the rules. You still live in America. >> It is what it is until you one of those what they call them Quaker old peoples who they are. >> I still haven't figured out the thing. >> And you got you doing your own thing. You got your own doctors. You got your own buggies, got your own carriage, you got your own house, and you got to do nothing with the law. You still a citizen. >> Yep. >> Simple as that. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
