Can I talk to you just for a second, though? >> I just want to talk to you if that's okay. Is that your uh child in the back? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Someone just said that it looked like maybe you needed assistance. >> I just was wondering if everything's okay. >> I need assistance. Yeah, you were walking down the side. So, I just want to make sure everything's okay. >> Pick me up at work. So, yeah, there might be places like if you ever >> Oh, got it. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just one kid's in the back. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. Someone just said that you were outside the car, so that's why I just wanted to make sure. And >> cuz he just came. >> Oh. So, were you walking then home? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Who's that in regards to you? Who's driving? >> My kid father. >> Okay. I'm just going to go over there. Hello. Does your window go down any farther? Oh, okay. Okay. So, yeah, I just want to make sure everything's okay. So, were you late picking her up or? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. So, every everything's okay? >> Yes. >> Do you mind if I just have your ID just to say, you know, everything's okay? >> All right. And then that's Andrea. >> She was just walking. He picked her up. That's all it was. Can you just give me a second? I'll be right back. Okay. I'm just going to verify status. Driver suspended. Passenger has no license issue. You have a status of suspended. Was it because of maybe a citation you didn't pay? Okay. Do you have someone that is a valid driver close by? >> No. Nobody not close by. So I can't drive home. >> Well, yeah, cuz does anyone you know have a valid license? >> What you say? I can't drive home. >> Well, because No, I got my baby. I'm not about to be sitting on here on this rock. >> No, no, no. Just No. I can't drive. >> Just Hold on. Hold on. Ma'am, just calm down. I'm just trying. Oh, just listen to her. >> Can you just Can you listen? I GOT TO CALL SOMEBODY TO COME PICK UP MY CAR. >> NO, NO. I'M NOT trying to say that. >> That's what I'm trying to say is a valid driver. I just don't want you to be in the roadway, though. Okay, ma'am. I understand it was a difficult situation. I'm not trying to make it worse. So, can you just please stand out of the roadway for me? I just don't want anything to happen to you. Okay. No, cuz these dumb assing white people out here want to call the mother police that can't never see nobody just walking. >> She was CONCERNED FOR YOU. THEY >> ALWAYS BEING NOSY. >> But it's not nosy, ma'am. They want to make sure that YOU'RE OKAY. >> OKAY. I SEE SOMEBODY BEATING my mother ass. >> Yeah, that's something that she was concerned about. She thought that you didn't want to go in the car. >> No, she thought that she was concerned for your welfare. So, isn't that a good thing though of people that care about each other? >> Not that you got another whole spot. That's because it's their protocol because there is no valid driver that I can go and try to >> I GOT TO CALL SOMEBODY. HOW ABOUT EVERYBODY OF THAT WORK? Who going to come and GET MY CAR? I GOT MY WHOLE BABY IN THIS CAR. >> MA'AM, I I >> NO, CUZ I'M GO TO JAIL TONIGHT. >> WHY WOULD YOU GO TO JAIL? >> BECAUSE LET ME TAKE MY CAR AND GO TO HOME. >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE DOING RIGHT NOW. >> NO. NO. I'M NOT. NO. OKAY. NO. NO. >> YES. YES. your initial feel. I >> I'm confused. Did they say she have a issue or um driving issue or she doesn't? Like >> she she don't got a license. She don't got a license and his [clears throat] license suspended. >> Oh. >> And and somebody was just being concerned about her walking on the highway. >> Yeah. No. Yeah. I wasn't confused about that part, but >> Oh, okay. >> Ain't nobody about to come all the way out here. >> Okay. Okay. I'm going to talk with him for a second. Okay. the like I just said. >> So, you found SOMEONE POSSIBLY? >> NO, nobody can't call nobody. Don't >> He's on the phone with someone. So, >> can I uh just see what the VIN is here? >> No, you don't need to see no machine. If I was in this car, pull off on you ass mother. >> Okay. Step over here. Out of the road, man. >> Step out of the road. >> Come over here. >> Leave me alone. >> Can I just open the door? The vin is hard to read. Sorry. I think the venue on the inside the door. It's right here. Thank you. >> No, bro. Get the out my mother safe. >> If she had someone maybe from her work cuz I know it is so close. Maybe maybe that could work. I don't know. >> No, NOBODY EVERYBODY'S AT WORK. NOBODY CAN'T COME. Y'ALL KEEP ASKING THE SAME DAMN QUESTION. I DRIVE OUT HERE EVERY DAY. >> OKAY, I understand where you're COMING FROM. >> THAT'S WHERE I'M COMING FROM. I SEE Y'ALL SITTING RIGHT HERE EVERY DAY. EVERY DAY. I DRIVE PARAS EVERY DAY. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> NO. >> SO, I guess I'll call a toa then. I'm going to go get this vin here. >> No. I got my home baby pull up. Pull up on ass. >> Come here. Go. >> I'm going to pull off on ass. >> Yes, I am. I'm pull off on your mother. >> Yeah. Please talk to that >> cuz they call cuz the white mother >> dumb ass car. >> Yeah. >> So she's mad. >> You don't say how old's the kid. I didn't even get to that because, you know, she was angry because he was late picking her up from the hospital. So, she walked on Highland and I think that's what the reporting person didn't get her information saw. And it looked to her though it was a DV situation that she didn't want to really get into the car. She thinks that people are nosy here, that they should not call anything in. I don't really agree with that, but I called the toe. So, GearX is in route. So, we're going to want to get her out of there before the toe gets here. >> I know. She have a coworker that could just come move the car. >> No, my mom's on her way station. >> Your mom's on the way. >> She has a second person with her. There's a second person with her. >> You know how long it should take him to get here? >> Claims that her mom's on the way from Lucky. >> I mean, if the toe gets here or what? Should I not call >> before her mom? For sure. either make a decision. You're letting her mom take it or you're making the toe take it cuz she's going to lose it when the toe gets here. >> No. No. The mother is in route. If you could call Gerax, I'll call them back if they're needed. >> Officers now find out that the male has an active no contact order with the female due to a previous domestic violence incident, meaning he needs to be taken into custody for violating it. Officers have a sneaking suspicion the female won't react kindly to this. As the officers get ready to take the male into custody, the female's mother arrives at the scene. >> Hello. Are you Andrea's mom? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, are you able to take her and the kid with you? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. >> Is your ID back, Sam? >> She's uh been screaming at us the entire time. It's super uncooperative, so I'm just trying to keep her. >> Yeah, she she >> I'll get your ID back in just a minute. Okay. If >> you just want I'll block them if you just want to walk across. So, they're free to go up this time. >> Excellent. >> Is everyone gone out of this car? All right. So, you're still here? >> Um11. >> Is that window go down at all? >> No. >> No, you're good. So, the keys are still in the car and everything, right? >> Okay. >> Is there a no contact order in place with her? Andrea, >> cuz I saw they're on probation though, armed robbery. Yeah. So, >> there you go. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Go back to my car. >> You cannot go back to your car right now, though. >> Why? >> Because we do not need you by the car right now. >> So, this car will then have to get towed. I mean, I don't know how else anyone's going to pick it up if um I think they're she's going up the street and coming back to get the car. >> Got it. So, yeah. if you guys want to step out with me. As soon as you can I I have to talk about these tickets and everything with him. So that's why I'm talking to him about the citations obviously because he's operating after suspension. So that's what that's for. And this is going to be a citation for for operating while suspended. You do not have to go to court on this. That's that. So >> So what do you you need to go and get get here or >> say it again? Your mom's going to drive that car. Okay. I do just have to talk with you a little bit more if you come back to my squad. This doesn't have anything to do with you, though. So, if you come here, Jonathan. Yes. So, >> so probation said that they do want to place a hold because you're not supposed to be in contact with >> Does that seem fun? I don't know. Unusual or weird? >> Yeah. So, what would be happening? I don't want this to be a big thing. I do have to place cops on you and take you up to a county jail on that and so you then you can see your probation agent. They wanted you to be there, right? So is that do you understand that? >> So I I told them that you're very polite cooperative throughout the whole encounter which makes it >> I'm gone, babe. >> So you know what I mean? Okay. >> I'm gone. Stay over here. >> Why? Why? No. Can I No. Can I ask you CAN I ASK YOU WHY, PLEASE? >> You can't. >> Can I ask y'all why, please? No. He's not allowed to have contact with you. >> No way. Oh my god. No. No. No. No. No. No. Please. >> It's part of your fault. [screaming] >> He's crying. >> Please. We got a baby. Please. Please. Please. I think you need to. >> Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Can I talk to her? Please. You can talk to her through the window. >> Please, please, please, please not talk. Please. >> You can talk to her, but this is the whole problem. There should be no contact. >> We got a whole baby. >> No. >> Would you calm down for a minute? >> No. Please. >> Would you calm down? >> I can tell you why. No. No. No, he he's not going anywhere. >> Damn, I am going there. You going to take me to jail, man. >> It won't be for long. It'll be over the weekend. They have to go and pick you up cuz it is the weekend. But >> man, they doing something to me that I don't even know about. >> There was a open case for DV. >> You go to jail. YOU GO TO JAIL. WHERE YOUR BABY going to go? >> Do you understand that? >> Where your baby going to go? >> Understand that. Damn, Andrea. >> All right. So, if you could just step out for a minute. >> Could you Could you give her mom my uh >> Yes, I'll give her all that information. If you just put your feet in, >> my um my phone and everything. >> Yeah, I will. I will. I will. I will. Just put your feet in. You got to put your feet in. All right. >> Mom, come talk to me, please. >> I'll give him all the stuff. All right. >> Please. HE SAID about >> Okay, so he said he wants to have everything. >> Hold on. I got to pause real quick, man. I got to go back to the grandma. I had to go back to that part. She said, "If you go to jail, where the baby go?" To me, that's the Okay, that is an important concern. >> But you would think she'd be trying to tell her to calm down in a different way. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I guess she wanted to use the baby for that. >> Yeah, I guess so. >> Yeah, I guess what she's saying. Yeah. But it's like you're the grandma. >> Yeah. It's just how she phrased it. >> How she phrased it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Go with you. Okay. >> Is that okay? his phone about take you back to jail. >> It's a probation violation. Can't have contact with Andrew without the agent's permission. >> You knew that. You already knew this [ __ ] >> Do all that. It's pointless. >> It's pointless. >> No. No. It's >> okay. Well, you go ahead and keep acting stupid. >> Okay. You want to act stupid or you want to leave? You going calm down? >> They not going TO LET YOU CALM DOWN. I MEAN, THEY NOT GOING TO LET YOU GO LIKE THAT. >> SO, what you going to do? You want to go to jail, too? >> Let me go right by you want to go to jail, too, >> bro. Get out my baby. >> WHAT YOU MEAN? GET OUT YOUR BAG. >> CUZ RIGHT NOW YOU ACTING LIKE A DUMB ASS OVER here like you do this. >> You knew it. Okay, just check your pocket so I can get her out of here. >> I'm just going to take the car keys. >> So now they throw your [ __ ] Now you going to be your baby going to be wet. >> Where? >> Where? >> There you go. >> WHERE THAT DUMB ASS? NOW YOUR CAR WANT TO GET CAN I AT LEAST TAKE HER CAR? CAN I AT LEAST do that, please? Can I leave my van right here for a minute? >> Can you move it onto this little road here? Just go move over there back over. >> [crying] >> Don't let go OF MY ARM. WATCH IT FOR REAL. Don't let them away from me. Get away from me. >> Why they always just single out one cop? >> No, I'm not getting [laughter] broke. >> We're just double checking. They always do that. We're done. >> Stand up, Andrea. >> Let me go. That's crazy, >> BRO. Get him off. >> Andrea. Andrea. Andrea. >> I need you to sit down. >> Sit back and >> get him AWAY FROM ME. >> OKAY. ANDREA. ANDREA. >> Get him away from me. >> We'll switch spots. Get him away from me. DON'T LIKE MOVE. >> ANDREA. ANDREA. JUST SIT DOWN. >> Get him. I promise y'all better get away from me cuz I don't give a about going to jail. So, please get him with him. >> Get him away from me. We're just trying to get you in the car. >> I'm trying to get MYSELF IN THE CAR. GET HIM AWAY FROM ME. I'm not getting in his car. This his car. >> Yeah, there's something wrong with that. >> I'm not getting in his car. I'm not getting in his car. >> You are getting in the car. >> We need you to sit back. >> It's not an option. >> I don't want to get in the car with you. Y'all want to play dumb with somebody? Move. Let me go. >> Get back in the car. >> We have to make sure you're not running away. >> I'm not getting the car. Y'all look, I'm not driving my car. GET YOUR ASS UP IN A NUMBER. OKAY. I GOT YOUR MOTHER, BABY. DING BACK. >> You ding back. I GOT THIS BABY. YOU KNOW I GOT TO DO TOO. >> OKAY. All right. All right. >> Acting stupid. >> Hey, baby. Hi, baby. >> Dang it. >> All right. >> Her foot's getting caught under the door. just purposely putting it there. >> No, bro. Let me go. >> I know the cops said that was Jesus. >> So, he knew he was going to go back to jail if they had any kind of contact. When they arrested him, she started acting stupid and doing the most because he got arrested, but she not even thinking about her damn baby. Can you please check him again? I didn't get the front very well. >> Let me talk to him. >> All right, man. You understand? >> You understand why you're getting arrested? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I just want to give my daughter a kiss and talk. >> Absolutely. I have you do step out of the car. >> How old you kid? >> How are the nights? >> Open the door. No, >> this is our new >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry that this happened. >> It's not your fault, man. If she hadn't been going on like that, we never would have looked into anything further. >> Damn, man. Y'all could at least let me finish smoking my cigarette. >> Damn, she just yes. >> How long she been? >> Uh, it's up to the judge. You have to see a judge on Monday. >> She going to be down for the whole weekend. Yeah. >> Are you serious? >> Well, you can't be punching and kicking me. >> Could you tell her I'm sorry that this situation happened? >> Good, bro. Yeah. >> Okay, I'm going to close the door. >> Yeah. >> According to court records, the male, Jonathan, was charged with bail jumping. He pleaded guilty and was subsequently sentenced to 80 days in the local jail. The female, Andrea, was charged with felony battery to a law enforcement officer, felony resisting causing substantial bodily harm for kicking the male officer, resisting obstructing, and disorderly conduct. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to the battery on law enforcement charge while the other charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to three years of probation and was released back into the public. >> Yeah. >> Woo woo woo woo woo. God, man. You know, like I said, we've been doing these videos for over almost two years now, and I always say it ain't gonna be nothing worse. >> There ain't gonna be nothing I ain't never seen. There always seems to be something a little worse and some more stuff that I ain't ever see. [laughter] I'm like I'm like what more can you do? We didn't seen the best of them. >> Yeah. >> This she's having a mental breakdown. Yeah. Something. I don't even I don't even think she's she could be. >> I don't even think it's drugs. If it is drugs, I think it's legal drugs. She probably take meds. >> What did you think? >> I don't know. I'm starting to think she might be under the influence of some kind of drugs because she does work at a hospital. >> And so you right, you might be right about the legal drugs. She might be abusing some kind of drugs >> allegedly. >> Allegedly >> um stealing them from the hospital >> or she just has a mental issue. Like it just seems like >> somebody with a mental issue. >> Yeah. Um cuz she seems like she can't handle trauma or things like that's a that's a telltale sign of somebody who can't handle any kind of like anything >> like that's that's like what you were saying about the mental breakdown like >> that's like the number one sign of it. You can't handle any kind of mental issue. I mean issu mental issues. you can't handle any kind of like anxiety or stressful issues, something then that shows like a breakdown somewhere. Something's not clicking. >> Yeah, I'm I'm 30% like that. >> I tap out when stuff gets stressful and I get anxiety real bad. >> Yeah. >> I don't react like that. >> Yeah. >> But I react like I just be quiet like >> I don't want to deal with it no more. >> I think we all have our little things. Some people just act erratic with theirs and I can't handle that erratic stuff. I had to put you in asylum and jug that thing up in you. Make you be quiet. >> Jig it up in there. >> Yeah. To jug it up in you, man. Be quiet. I ain't got time for all that noise. >> Yeah. >> But um how do you feel about mom? Like the way she came at her like >> mama. Mama mama. >> I know what you going to say. >> First of all, I believe now after hearing her mom, you can see how people grow up in a household where they end up having mental issues. Come on now. >> This is where it comes from. Mhm. >> Her mom up here calling her you dumb ass. You ding back. >> You ding back. Yeah. >> Duh. Like this is where it comes from. You get raised in a house where you get called every name up under the sun. >> Mhm. >> I don't understand this. Let me hold on. Let me get a f on this cover. I need to say something. Go ahead. >> I need to say something. >> This this this has nothing to do with color. This has nothing to do with location. This has nothing to do with Americans or none of that. >> I see it in every family. How do we call each other family, >> loved ones when we hurt the people closest to us? Verbally talking to children any kind of way. Cursing, arguing, fighting in the home in any kind of way is not making a safe place for your children. It's not an emotional safe place for your children. This is why kids grow up with mental issues. This is why they grow up not knowing how to handle trauma because they have it in their life all the time. And there was never an out. They don't have a a um a outlet to not be stressful. They don't know how to go and handle situations cuz they see arguing and fighting all the time. That's all they know. >> That's right. Right. >> And and I know it's um I know it's vice versa. Sometimes it's not always that the trauma begins at home. Sometime it it happens, you know, somewhere else. Maybe the the kid has some bullying at school or something like that. But if you can't come back home safe to your parent and say, "Hey, man, something's going on with me. Mama, daddy, I'm having a bad day. Grandma, granddaddy, you're going to get where your ass should like >> kids need a safe place to come back home to, man." And I just feel like >> I'm starting to see now that most parents, they don't [ __ ] their kids up. Let's just be honest. Y >> I mean, I know we do the best we can do with jobs and money, trying to work hard. The average parent does do a good job providing for their kids, but the mental state, oh yeah, you don't [ __ ] them kids up. And it this is a I feel like a prime example. If you could talk to her, she going to say, "Yeah, my mom used to cuss me out. Me and my cous me and my brothers and sisters out, right?" >> I don't know why people think that that's not a part of >> they just It's so It's so normal. >> It's almost learned behavior. >> Yeah. like they like when you see them people act up and act it's like I told you the cycle never stops when I was telling you how uh the cycle of a parent being poor >> like in the ghetto in the hood >> the daughter be poor ghetto in the hood until somebody break that cycle say hey I'm not going to act like this I'm not going to talk like this I'm not going to do this like I broke the cycle to me >> y >> uh of smoking and drinking >> right >> not to criticize nobody that does that do that I was raised in hood. >> Mhm. >> But I watched so many people around me smoke, drink. >> I didn't like that. I like I don't want to look like that. So I say, I'mma be different. So you have to say, I want to be different. I don't want to be like my mom. I'm not going to be cussing people out. I'm not going to be ratchet. I'm not going to be this. I'm not going to be that. And that goes for any race. You got to you got to rise above what you see >> what you grow up around. And I know it's hard. >> Part of the part of the issues is she probably been mentally abused by her mom allegedly. You don't know. >> Yeah. >> You don't know what you experience being home. >> And then, you know, I heard like sometime having kids, when y'all have kids, it do something to y'all mentally, too. >> Mhm. >> And it's something going on with her. You know, it's mental. I know that's that's super super serious. >> And also on the flip side, women, I want y'all I want y'all to stop taking up for men >> because you love them. Sometime women put the men before they kids. >> Yes. >> They don't even care about the kid. >> Yes. Yes. And and and was it him or her that say I got a whole kid. I think she said that. >> Mhm. >> She was I think she be would be worried about more of him. >> Yes, she is. >> Than the child. >> She's worried more about about the man. >> The mama was worried about she said I got your baby. Your what your baby go do? She worried about him. No. >> Yes. >> Don't do that to him. No. >> Yes. >> You worry about the man more than your child. >> Yep. I see. We see it every time. We see girls fist fighting with their kids. Now the kids be in the car. Remember that >> that video we saw? >> Yeah. >> The kids were in the car. >> The girl chased the other girl to the gas station. >> Yeah. >> And they out there with a with a pew pew. >> Yeah. Pie pie. Yeah. >> Yeah. [clears throat] And she's like, "Get out the car, be like, "Hello. You just said you had your kids in the car." >> Yeah. >> Shouldn't your kids be more important than the [ __ ] you trying to chase down? >> That's right. A bad word. >> Sorry about that. [laughter] And the the fact that y'all arguing over the same dude that's going back and forth between both of y'all. >> Yeah. >> Miss Lady, Miss Lady, this this dude don't he he he got a restraining order. >> Y'all got you against him. Obviously, he done beat your behind or something one time, but you maybe you beat his. From the looks of it, he might he probably you probably beat his behind. But y'all got a restraining order against one another. Like >> she got strain on him. >> Yeah. No contact. >> Yeah, no contact. Well, that's what I meant. Thank you. >> Like, come on. >> This is for a reason. >> You could have just got in the car and said, "You know what? I'm having a bad effed up day. Police officer man, can u the woman stopped her? I'm having a bad day." >> Uhhuh. >> We don't need no help. And if she would have calmed down, they probably wouldn't have went through all that getting his license and checking. You already ain't had no plate on the back of your car. Why would you even make all this drama? >> It's crazy. And then and the bad thing about it is she knew too. >> She said she said, "Can I can I can you tell me what's going on?" And the mom was right. She said she said, "It's your fault. You the one who did it >> cuz the incident." >> Yes. >> This whole situation was crazy. I ain't got no more to say about it. It is what it is. >> Um I just wanted to say lastly when she was talking about the grandma. Grandma did not want to tell that baby. She missing that thing two or three times. >> She I got your baby. Where your baby go? I got things to do. >> Mama Grand Mama said, "Oh, shoot. I still got I got my man at my house. I don't need no kids." >> I know, right? I don't need to take care of them kids. That's what grandma say. >> Me and my friend supposed to be going out this weekend. Now I got to get these damn babies, you know, cuz if I It's like the It's a joke. >> Uhhuh. >> But you can see the dynamic that probably would go on in the house. I guarantee she probably saying something >> similar to that when that was happening. Now I got to keep these damn grandkids. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I can see that happen too. [laughter] >> Uh I know uh I was about to say something but >> you can't say that's a culture thing. >> No, >> no, because I've seen some other cultures. >> It doesn't matter. That's why I was saying none of this stuff has to do with race in particular cuz I see I've seen >> I see other culture. Yeah, there some southern women. Yeah, they be like that. But hey, y'all come to the comments. Let us know what y'all think about this situation right here. Do y'all think she got some mental problems or do you think the mom was right? Tell about the whole situation. Y'all come to the comments. Yeah. And thank you Midwest Safety for this video. And thank you for the ones that's riding with us. >> Yes. >> This whole Man, I remember we had 4,000 subscribers now. We're almost at 9,000. It's coming slow. >> Yeah. >> Well, we thank y'all for just being here with us. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera. [music] >> Hit that like. sky.
