going on. >> Parents won't let me go upstairs because they want to go through my bags. I told them they can't. They're mine. I just got home from New York City and I want to [ __ ] take a nap. >> Okay. Do you pay rent? >> No. >> Unfortunately, if you're not paying rent, you don't have any tenant rights. >> So wasted >> at the train station and she won't pull down her pants in front of all the cameras. She just came home from New York and we just thought I let her in the house without alcohol. >> She showed up to a doctor's appointment on Monday and Tuesday totally wasted. >> Mhm. >> There was a violent smell as you saw. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And we're just not going to let her in the house with alcohol. So we said >> I offered to Uber myself to a hotel, but they wouldn't let me leave. October 6th, 2023 around 4:58 p.m. Colts Neck, New Jersey. 22-year-old girl named Elizabeth Callahan called the police on her own parents. Her complaint, they're going through my bags without permission. This is a violation of my privacy, but the story doesn't begin here. Elizabeth Callahan has been arrested multiple times in the past. >> I only let her in. >> I am getting into here. into me. Here, here. Here. Scratch me here. Here. All over. Here. Here. The >> mom. I'm getting arrested. >> Come on. >> I'm getting arrested. >> Stop touching me. Stop. >> Mom. Mom. I'm supposed to go on vac. Put the pants on. Let's go. Here. Come on. That's all I asked for help for. So, thank you. I guess >> have to go with therapy in the morning. >> Mom, you only know where mom's going back to the hospital. >> If you want to watch all of Elizabeth's past arrest videos, you'll find the full playlist linked in the description below. Now, I have one question for you. Do parents have the right to search their adult daughter's bags when she still lives under their roof? Because her parents claim we can't trust her anymore. She might be sneaking in alcohol. So, now the real questions begin. Who's right? What does the law say? And what really happened that night? Let's dive into the full story. >> What's going on? I'm patrolman Santa Fonte. Col. Just aware. Body cameras. Audio video recording. What seems to be the issue today? My parents won't let me go upstairs cuz they want to go through my bags. I told them they can't. They're mine. I just got home from New York City and I want to [ __ ] take a nap. >> Okay. Do you pay rent? >> No. >> Okay, then. >> This is my childhood house. No [ __ ] family. >> I mean, I know tons of people who pay rent in the house that they grew up in. >> My sister is 25. Well, >> unfortunately, if you're not paying rent, you don't have any tenant rights. So, they can go in your room. >> Oh, they do. >> Well, they they can. >> Yeah, I know. They never said they can't go in my room. I told them they can't go through my stuff. >> And then I saw something. >> I saw something else about car keys. >> Oh, yeah. But that >> Well, who's the registered owner of the vehicle? >> Okay. Then they own the vehicle. I >> haven't had access to the car in months. >> Gotcha. >> Well, it's not my concern. My concern is I'm going through my [ __ ] >> It's their house. They can. >> But they don't own this. >> They're not taking it. They can go through it since it's within their residence. >> And I told them I would leave the residence. So, >> and you're more than welcome to do so. >> Yeah. Well, I tried that. I was lucky enough to get outside like 5 minutes ago. >> Okay. Just >> give me two seconds. I'm going to run in there with him and see and speak with your parents. All right. >> Laredo, New Jersey, X-ray golf drive. gone through her stuff and she doesn't like it. >> She doesn't like it, but it's their house. She doesn't have She doesn't pay rent. She doesn't have any tenant. >> She doesn't have any tenant rights. >> Yeah. >> Doesn't matter that it's her stuff. It's still within their house. >> Hello. >> Hi there. >> We were in the garage. >> Oh, okay. Gotcha. >> Do you want us to meet you over there? That's fine. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Gotcha. [Applause] But we can see We can go inside, but I guess, >> you know, it's fine. We We can talk out here. >> What's going on? >> How are you? >> Well, I don't know if you knew anything about my daughter, but >> I was here the last time. >> That's what I was going to say. So, you're from Were you here the night of September 15 or were you here a week ago? My husband? That's what I thought. But >> Okay. Yeah, I was here a week. >> Okay. Sophie's. >> Anyway, so she, you know, she's been like on a bender for the last uh week after that, actually after that episode, and she just came home from New York, and we're just not going to let her in the house with alcohol. So, we said, "You know what? You can open up your bags and show us you don't have any alcohol. >> Go through it." >> And >> take it out, make sure there's no alcohol in it. >> We don't care about anything else. >> She showed up to a doctor's appointment on Monday and Tuesday, totally wasted. Mhm. >> There's violence now as you saw. >> Yeah. >> So to me, >> well doctors are telling her she can't drink and get her in treatment and so >> Right. So every sing her pediatrician and the gynecologist and countless others have said she has to go in for treatment. >> Mhm. But and to take away the alcohol. So, when she came home, where she's been since, by the way, Tuesday night, I actually had to have uh I begged a male friend um male person, whatever on Tuesday. She was so wasted. >> Mhm. >> At the train station and she pulled down her pants in front of all the cameras and everything where she has done a Jersey freeze with her other daughter. This has been going on for >> anyway. So, but >> I mean it's just just the bottom line is she needs help and the alcohol is not coming in her. We asked her if my husband is >> So there's nothing wrong with you guys going through her bags to when she's coming in your house. I mean there's nothing wrong with that. >> No, that's what we feel like. Yeah. >> I mean, well, the thing is >> she won't. So just >> the thing is is that >> if she wants to leave, >> no, >> she has every right to. She's an adult. So, here's here's the thing that you might be forgetting because you didn't know about it from the week and a half before. >> Mhm. >> The only friend >> practically left other than some new guys. >> This was who? >> Olivia Deandria. >> Okay. I'm not familiar. >> She doubt she was in Howell. That's where you guys where police officers took her September 15th. >> Okay. >> And my mother whose 91st birthday it was actually said cuz I said, "Mom, you have to come in here." though you have to know about this. It is common knowledge in fact that this young lady, not Elizabeth, this person, they were actually not very good friends in high school because she did the other girl, Miss Olivia, did do drugs in high school. The perians, she was a dealer. The parents are extremely heavy drinkers. >> You don't bring an alcoholic >> to a home >> where the parents play alcohol games and they think it's cute and the parents go clubbing on a regular basis. I understand you're going to tell me that it's not, but it's uh so the bottom line is maybe she will allow you guys to go through the bag since she won't us so that the alcohol can be locked. >> We can ask, but the second she says no, >> you know, we we we can't get her to see maybe she would be willing to go to a crisis. Uh >> well, we can't we can't do that. We can't just call crisis. >> No, I'm No, I'm I'm not asking you to call. said maybe you can have her right because she I don't know >> I I mean at at this point in time she I mean she's not intoxicated or anything like that so we can't even like communicate >> this is the first day because you can see that she's yawning exhausted she was completely and totally hammered as you deal with right now >> I can't go off of what happened >> no I know it's incredible well the bottom line is it didn't matter that she was drunk because she went down drunk when you were here >> last week more than drunk. Drunk and violent. And it was, you know, number one who spent 2 hours at the emergency room. We heard >> what's that? >> One of you one of your >> one of one of the three of you. >> Yeah. >> Two hours down. >> Two hours in the emergency room. >> I don't remember exactly how long uh he was down there, but I mean he was he was there for a little bit. >> He was there. Well, that's called my husband. >> She she wasn't under arrest. She was there to detox and I I believe speak to somebody >> and they released her almost immediately and just said that she was drunk. >> Drunk. >> Um >> they didn't have the fact of they shockingly it seemed did not have all the facts of >> Okay. I wasn't the officer that took her there. >> No, it's okay. So anyway, as far as you can concerned, right, the res resolution right now, you can do you could ask her about checking the alcohol, right? And you can ask her if she wants to go for uh treatment and that's the limit, right? So >> that's pretty much it. And we we or you cannot prevent her from leaving. So she calls an Uber. >> So I I just want to make sure >> trying to prevent her from leaving. >> No, I know. >> Trying to prevent the alcohol from coming in. >> No, I got you. Um, she said something about holding on to the keys, but that was a a long time issue. >> Keys to her vehicle or something. >> She doesn't have >> She doesn't have a vehicle. >> Well, that's what came through on the call. >> Two of her vehicles. >> That's what came through on the call is that >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> When? Today? >> Today? Right. Right. Today. That she's not allowed to have the keys to the vehicle or something. >> Two cars. She's driven. >> Okay. Yeah. No, that just makes sense. I'm just saying people's lives in jeopardy. I I understand all I 100% agree. >> But none of the vehicles are registered in her name. Correct. >> Perfect. Then they're not her vehicles. >> By the way, we are the ones paying the insurance to be on my head. >> No, no. I I agree. I just want to make sure that that's the case because if >> whether you pay the insurance on a vehicle, since none of them are owned by her, it doesn't matter. But if her name was on the registration of the vehicle, go inside. >> Who is that? >> Nothing. >> Um, but if >> since her name's not on any of the vehicles, it doesn't matter. You guys can hold on to the keys the old live long day and she ain't got nothing to say about it. Um, yeah, we'll ask her uh both of those if she's willing to go to the hospital and if she's willing to >> and we welcome her into the home since there's it's obvious that she needs sleep. We'll add that she's sober, which is the first time that she's been this entire way over a week. >> Um, but the alcohol isn't coming in. So, >> we also gave the option if we lock it in the trunk of the car and she can go up to bed, but the alcohol is the alcohol is not coming. >> Yeah, we actually said that. I said we can lock it up and address it tomorrow or later tonight or >> Okay. Well, I mean, we we can see if she's willing to let us search the bags. Um, but both of them if if she says no, >> it's game over. I understand too. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> So, >> just make sure you that you know that she's involved with the property. >> What's that? Oh, no. I'm familiar with the property and it seemed I don't know how the message did not get abundantly clear to the hospital. Again, >> multiple >> we just got to figure out how to >> There were many others which has resulted in obviously heavy drinking to try to mask the horror. >> Mhm. >> So >> yeah, >> I'm just saying I had said that very confident or I mean very privately >> Mhm. >> on September 15 and I am pretty positive that I said it again that night. I'm just saying >> I mean I was not part of a lot of the incident because she was not a fan of me. Um, so I was I was >> No, she wasn't a fan of anybody, but one of the officers she was actually communicating with me and she wouldn't talk to. So So we'll see. So, here's the deal. They they want to check your bags to see if there's any alcohol in them. Is that correct? Do you do you mind if we do that instead or no? >> I don't need to. I'm just asking you if we can. What they told us is they're happy you're home. >> Yeah, I'm not. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um >> wish it was right now. >> Yeah, we get it. But um that that's just one thing they ask us asked us to do and then hopefully everything will be good and you go guys to go inside and have a good rest of your night. It's up to you and I'm going to have to cuz that's one of the best resolutions we came through now. I'm just laying it out on the table. You know, it's up to you. I mean, I'm sure you don't want us here, you know. >> It's never a good time when anybody calls us. We get it, you know, but you know, but we're trying to come to a resolution. There's nothing that we can make you do at this point in time. So, you realistically, you can tell us to kick rocks, but at the same time, >> rocks. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. kick rocks. >> I was like, I don't think I was telling you to kick rocks. >> Um, but >> how you doing? Um, but at the end of the day, I I guess one of your neighbors, I don't know if she wants to speak to me or something. >> Oh, no. Give me one second. All right. >> Um, so yeah, usually um so if you if you're willing to let us take a look, again, like he said, you don't have to let us. You can say no and cool, fine by me. Um, but you know, they they don't they said they don't want alcohol in the house or anything like that. We just we just want to keep everything peaceful now. Like if you have somewhere else to go, we take you there. >> Yeah, I did that before. >> Was that not a good solution or I wasn't here before, so I don't know. Um I wasn't here before, so I'm just asking. It was like a good one night solution. I wouldn't really call it a solution. It was like an emergency plan. >> Okay. >> So, you don't want to go anywhere else? >> Oh, I offered to Uber myself to a hotel, but they wouldn't let me leave. >> Oh, well, there's there's nothing they can do about that. You're an adult. So, if you want to call an Uber right now, >> if you want to call an Uber right now, go ahead. >> 849 and they were like, "Well, we can't take your bag." >> Well, Unfortunately, those are your possessions and they can't do that either. >> That's what I was told before, >> which is why I didn't want to let them go through them because they're mine and I told them that. >> But now, so the thing is is that once they enter the house, even for them to enter the house, if that's their stipulation, it's their it's their house. Their names on the deed, their name's on everything in relation to the house. So, if that's their stipulation upon entry, same thing as like going going like to the airport or something like that. You know, the airport's got to check all your stuff. That's their rule. You don't get on the plane until they check all your stuff. It's a much more drastic scenario, but >> but I'm just trying to use as an as an example that, you know, even if that is their stipulation that unfortunately it's their house, their rules. It's one thing for them to take stuff from you. It's another thing Yeah, firmware temple. It's another thing for them to, you know, >> request to search through your bags. >> Um, but in this instance, if you want to call an Uber and leave, you're more than welcome to. They can't stop you. They can't stop you from taking your property. Um, and and we'll explain that to them. But like like like we told them, you're an adult. You're you're 22. Is that correct? >> If you want to go somewhere, they can't stop you. So, like I said, if you want to call an Uber, more than welcome to. Um, I was starting to look at hotels and then they tried to steal my phone too, which they made me pay for that. You pay for your cell phone? >> Yeah, I do pay for it. Wow. >> Okay. We're not we're not here to dispute anyone's property. And if they gave to you as a gift as a gift or if you change those numbers, that's on for us to decide. You have it now. So, but again, the stipulation upon them letting you in is to go through the bags, either us or them. Um, what's that? >> Sorry. the the stipulation upon you going back into the house is them checking the bags for any items that they don't wish to have within their residence, which is their right. Um, and it's either we look through them or they look through them. And again, there's it's it's Colts neck. They see cop cars and everybody's got a rubber neck and stick their nose in the business. know. Um, so again, I mean that unfortunately those are options, you know. I mean, I know you don't want to sit out here all night. Um, but that that is an option until they say that they don't want you sitting out here anymore, at which point I don't think that'll occur. But I'm just, you know, kind of laying out all the directions. So, do you have money for a hotel? Yes, >> we can take you to one of our old hotels, too. >> We can take you to the cold snack in or or the village in. >> Like I said, what >> cold snack in or the village in? >> I literally thought you said the cold snack in or jail and I was like, >> "No." >> What? >> No, the village in. >> Nope. We don't take No, that's not on the cards. We just don't want anything to escalate further and then we're coming back in an hour. We're trying to keep the peace. >> Well, I don't want you to come back. >> I'm just trying to give you more options, you know. >> Yeah. I was thinking about this whole snack in >> Well, none of the none of the around here are too nice. >> Yeah, villaging is not >> I mean, I don't care if it's nice. I just know that like there's a lot of drug. >> So, I was like Well, that's not a problem right now. >> So, if you want to look around, I mean, there was one other thing they asked you to wanted us to ask you if you'd be willing to go to the hospital. I don't see any reason for you to go to the hospital right now, but that's the hospital. >> Perfect. Again, that's not coming from me. >> Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. >> But, you know, just figured I'd throw that out there. >> Yeah, I'm not talking to you. >> You're good. It's all good. But if you want to go somewhere local, either myself or I'll take um I'll throw all your bags in the back of the car. We can sit you in the back and we'll take you there. Again, I know Colt Snackham and Villigan are not the most appealing places to stay. I >> actually don't even know what's >> Oh boy. Well, uh you Well, >> is it worse than Cold Snack? >> Debate. Yeah, probably >> not the 10 times worse. >> Where is it? >> You know, we're heading towards Naval uh Weapons Base Earl. >> Yeah. >> You know where a pub is? The new pub that opened up? >> Oh, the new one. >> Yeah, it's a little past the O. Yeah, >> it's like right next to it. >> It's like got a little >> Oh, >> yeah. Yeah. I think the picture's starting to sink in. I don't think you want to go there. Yeah, I think go to cold. >> Um, but yeah, as it stands, those are our options at the moment. >> You know how much a room is? >> I don't, unfortunately. >> They pay credit cards, though. >> I have both. >> You want to do that? >> Oh, >> yeah. Yeah, we don't really have a lot of good uh solutions here, but >> and again, if you want to look something up online and and see what your options are there, we can do that, too. >> I'll just look up the price. So, if it's not far off of a hotel, >> I don't know that they're the most technologically advanced. I don't know if they'll have something on on the internet, but they might. >> Yeah. We're going to we're going to have our county dispatch see if they can reach out to them and see what it's going to be for vehicle. Go away. So, she doesn't want us to go through the bags. And >> I mean, my husband picked it up. It's heavy. when he put it on the ground as the last thing. I mean, we know about whatever's in the, you know, >> Mhm. I mean, >> should we be letting her in the house and just letting her drink and uh since she's exhausted, at least she can drink and sleep and >> I mean, at this point, she she wants to go to the Colts. >> That's what she That's the number one. That's the number one. You can do it for everywhere from a 20 minute thing to hours. I've lived here a long time in this town. So >> Mhm. I mean the villaging is I mean 10 times worse. Um >> Oh yeah. I was going to >> Well, unfortunately like like I said earlier, she's an adult if she wants to go somewhere. >> No, I know. I would No, I came out and motioned you because since I know that she's exhausted and at this point probably starving. >> Mhm. So, should we just allow her to have her bags, her alcohol? >> I can't make that call. I can't make that call. >> No, I was asking you to ask her cuz I know she doesn't want >> I don't want to approach her and have a violent streak. >> But I'm telling you that if she would like to eat and go to bed and drink whatever she's going to drink that I'm putting that as an option since I can only imagine that she's exhausted and the fact >> I mean I can I can present that to her. >> Think that she's sober? Sir, you want me in the garage? >> Yeah, just hang out in the garage. >> Keep going. Keep going. >> Okay, I just started [ __ ] driving by. >> That's fine. >> It's better than It's none of their business. They don't need to know. >> No, literally. >> Um, but so now we have your mother put another option on the table. >> Oh my god. >> If you just want to go inside with your bags and everything like that. >> Yeah, I'm sure. >> Now, I don't know where you're at. If you're if you just want to go to the cold >> snake. >> I'm sure. >> So, well, no, that's what that's what she said. If you want to take the bags inside. >> Well, yeah. Well, I mean, I don't I'm just I'm just regurgitating what she told me. Are you set on the cold snack in? Okay, fair enough. So, she's sat on the colt neck again. >> No, that's fine because she doesn't trust cuz she thinks Well, just like I have to demonstrate how she can't just That's why I said that you could go to her room with her bags. That's f I was just cuz she thinks that we're going to, you know, go try to get her to open them. her her again her thought processes the second we leave >> and that I and I did say to you right out in the driveway I said I can open the front door and you can go with Elizabeth to her room with her bags >> and I mean that's that's >> food No I'm saying I will put food that way at least she can go to bed >> and that way she'll have her alcohol but at least she can get sleep >> in a bed in a safe spot. I'm just saying I will open the front door sir in case >> again her concern is is that we leave when doesn't matter if we bring it up if I go up there with her the second I leave and my my other officer over there leaves it's going to be an issue >> but she has the phone she would know that's not true I mean if she call 911 again >> you can tell her I can see that I can actually see that for Sunday she is sober and she is exhausted and I'm concerned about her needing food. >> Absolutely. >> And so that's I mean you have on my word she knows I spent over 10 years as an officer in the Air Force. My word should be something. >> I mean again I can present that to her again but >> I know I'll put it I mean whatever it is there's nothing I can do about it now >> other than so I will shut the door and uh I mean I guess I'll shut the door when you tell me to. >> I mean whenever you want to is more acceptable. if if you want to hang outside, you know, wait to see if there's any developments, you're more than welcome to. Or if you want to go have a seat and >> No, I'll just I'm just gonna sit here. But I I'm perfectly happy, like I said, to open the door. I mean, she knows I actually my husband and I discussed it if you would like to hear from him as well, >> so that at least we know that she's in a bed and sleeping and that she has food. >> Mhm. >> I don't know when the last time that she ate now. >> Okay. Yeah. I mean >> I mean I get it. She's Yeah. Go ahead. Yeah. >> Sorry. >> No, you're you're good. >> Cold snack pharmacy 42034 for suspicious mail in the parking lot. Not really much of a description except for a brown shirt and he was talking to himself. There's a transfer call on the caller connected. I mean, you want me to present the same offer that you can go up in your room, all one of us follows you up in there. I'm not saying you have to take it. Um, I think at this point you're kind of set on elsewhere. Okay, fine. I'm just being the neutral party here. So, if that's what you want, that's fine. I'm gonna I'm gonna hang out over here until we get your situation situated. I'm not going to be going back and forth because >> No, I'm ready to go. >> I got you. >> The in is completely booked. They're trying to find a race for 94. Sir, >> I'm going to call um >> if they don't mind. >> They said they they said the the in's booked. >> So, I'm going to try another hotel in T Falls. >> Yeah, we'll reach out to somewhere in Tent Falls. See if we can cuz we try not we're kind of low on guys right now. We're on minimums so it's difficult for us to leave. No, don't be sorry. That's fine. We're here. you call, we show up, we show up to help. So, that's what we're going to do. Um, we try not to leave town, but we will. We will. Don't worry about it. >> Yeah, Brian how >> it would be different if we had an extra guy. So, normally our squads have an extra officer. So, something happens while we're out of town. There's another officer to cover the road. Um, we're not busy right now. We're not busy right now. >> So, we'll figure it out. >> What's that? >> Said, "I'm sorry. Sorry. >> Yeah, >> you were here. >> It makes fun of your mustache. >> It's all right. I heard all about it. Just the running joke. >> It was good. >> His mustache does suck. >> It's fine. >> He was like, "Should I grow one?" And I was like, "No, it's okay." >> Not a big deal. Trust me. I've heard I've worked in a lot of places. Park address. >> Let's try and avoid doing that. We don't want I know you're upset. I get it. >> But I'm just trying to maintain some sense of civility. Um, >> you can try, >> but uh, you can make fun of my mustache all you want. I know it looks ridiculous. >> No, it's actually pretty well. >> Yeah, we'll call it well trimmed. >> Here are your options. Uh, Hawthorne Suites and Tent Falls 181. That's >> $181. >> Yeah. Um, Sinesta Select. Never heard about that one. 127. >> That's a lot better. >> Yeah, that's Do you want me to call them? See if they have the room >> and uh some velcro fell off. >> Well, they're supposed to have fancy magnets and clips and stuff to keep them on. >> That should be the second to you. I'm surprised when I'm walking around anywhere and I got it on, people aren't calling thinking there's something wrong with the officer cuz you'll see me punching the punching the thing to keep it on. It just doesn't clip. I think there's something wrong with your officer. He's punching his chest in the middle of the parking lot. Yeah, I wish I could have one. >> Not home enough. I'm here for 12 hours. Can't It's not fair to the dog. You know what I mean? >> I'd love to have one, but you play. Well, we we would prefer not to be coming back here. We would prefer the time to see people is in passing. We don't ever want to go to somebody's house. We don't ever want to go cuz usually when we go somewhere, it's usually not something good happening. >> So, >> they don't call police to throw party. >> Yeah. No, nobody calls the police to say hi. So, we like to see people in passing, you know, or, you know, maybe stopping them for something small, maybe, you know, turn signal or something like that and saying, "Hey, what's up? Have a good day." Something small, you know, using a dirty stuff. This is super gross. >> I mean, I don't know. >> I don't think so. >> I uh I've experienced many things in my life. I grew up going to racetracks and stuff like that. So, I've come into contact with some pretty pretty gross stuff. Your buddy hits the ground real hard and now his bones sticking out of his arm or his neck or something. So, I've seen and touched some pretty gross stuff, so it's kind of hard to gross me out. Now, if you started eating them, maybe >> you're like, "Okay, maybe we are taking somewhere else." >> There's nothing wrong with that. I think it might be a little little strange, but you know, who knows? There's probably some article on the internet that says it's good for you. >> I'm sure you can really find whatever the hell you want to support yourself with. >> You don't have to cover that one. >> Yeah. I don't know. I don't get it. I guess >> it's kind of covered mostly by my arm. >> I mean, >> it's not like I'm walking around like this everywhere. >> Hey. >> So, but yeah, I guess this one's covered enough uh according to the policy. >> That's good. >> I mean, I wish I didn't have to wear this cuz >> I don't get it. >> I don't get it either. >> I mean, like, unless it's like saying like something >> Yeah. No, it's not >> crazy. >> It's a guitar. It's a guitar. >> Well, it's clear medicine. >> Mhm. >> It really offends a lot of >> Yep. So, I don't get it. I mean, it's it's a policy from an older time. It just hasn't been changed yet. I think I think it's going to change soon. >> I was going to say is it like only in certain places? >> I mean, every every local municipality. I mean, even all the state police. I mean the state police are pretty rigid in their stuff but um like brick Tom's River Tinton Falls Homeell places like that they don't make their own rules they have to be within a certain set of bounds for you know all the ones involving law enforcement activity but like uniform stuff that can vary drastically from agency to agency. I know in like Asbury like they can >> I was going to say if they need like cops to wear those Yeah, I mean the summer times here with this on is pretty my this arm will be soaked in sweat and this one's I mean if there was an Olympic gold medal for sweating I'd win but um there's uh like Asbury they're they're street cop guys they wear sweatshirts >> seriously >> believe so yeah nice >> um so it just depends on where you're I mean, you know, some some departments your hair has to be certain length. >> Oh, yeah. >> My hair right now it's all over the place. I need a haircut, but it's cool enough that I can be like, "No, I'll wear a hat. said yoga for my Lyme disease today. >> Mhm. >> And they made me mad and blocks and stuff. >> What's that block for? >> It's for like this one one pose. It's actually I showed my dad while he was waiting to go through my stuff. So, it's supposed cuz I have like back problems from a car accident and just pain from my Lyme disease, but so this is supposed to like relieve back pain. It's like you arch up and you put this under and then you do this really weird thing with your shoulders. You tuck them under you and then you push your chest to your chin. Not your chin to your chest. That's what he said. And like laying on this block is lowkey so nice >> cuz it just like >> I mean I don't do yoga. I did it twice. I just don't bend like that. >> Oh you he was like in um downward dog. He was like oh you have to like push your hips up further. And I was like if I do that I'm pulling both of my calf muscles. >> Yeah. No, this was only the second time I ever done it. The first time I wouldn't say I really did it, did it like a 15 minute session. Again, I didn't I didn't do it. I didn't do actual yoga the first two times I did yoga. I just tried to survive. Um maybe if I was 50 lbs lighter. What's up? Right back. Tell her tell her the best rate I got was 135. >> 135 for the what was the place? >> Um, Sinesta Sweets. >> Sesta Sweets in Titan Falls. >> Yeah, it's technically east town, but >> Okay. So, you just got off the phone with them. >> That looks like a hazard over. >> Well, right now our concern is this. Um the best rate that they can do is 135 for >> Sesta Sinesta Suites. >> Does that include tax? Probably not. >> No, >> no, it doesn't include tax. Um but that's what we can do. And uh we can take you there. >> Save you the money for you. >> That's the best I can find. >> That's the best you can find. >> Thank you. >> So if that's what you want to do, we can do that. Okay, perfect. Um, >> she's going to be herself. >> All right. Um, I'm I'm probably going to be the one taking you. So, let me give you >> Yep. >> We're taking it, >> huh? >> We're taking it. >> Yeah. >> All right. Cool. >> I'll send you the address here. Perfect. Yep. >> What's that? >> Do they know she's going or >> I told her that I told them that she's pretty dead set on going to the Colts neck and they don't know that she's going to this other place. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm Well, I want to get her in the car so the mom can't run out and start. >> Okay. Yes. >> All right. I'm going to pop my trunk. Um I can I can carry one of these two of these for you. Um, do you want me to tell your parents where you're going? Nope. >> You don't? Okay. I'm just going to let them go. >> Yeah. I just want to I just want to make it clear. You don't want them to know. >> You know how you could get a dog? You get a police dog. >> Yeah. Those are expensive. >> Really? >> The car alone. You wouldn't have to pay for them, right? >> The air conditioning unit alone for the for the dog is like over $100,000. Very expensive. And we're very It's going to fit. Don't No, you don't need to push on nothing to make it >> okay. >> Make it dangerous. I don't want to damage anything that's in there. >> Okay. So again, 100% you don't want them to know where you're going. >> Absolutely not. >> Your crazy ass didn't even show up there. >> Okay. Um, right. Let me just I got to talk to my supervisor and see what he wants to do. What I am going to do is I am going to tell them that you're choosing to go to a hotel at the bare minimum. Um, but I want to do you mind just having a seat in the car and just waiting for me to drive? Just so when I do tell uh your mother at least I don't want uh her running out here and then it becoming a conflict. So >> okay, >> just so this way she can't I can't open the door. >> The comfiness back here. >> What's that? >> The comfiness back here. >> Oh yeah. No. Well, unfortunately, normally, you know, when we're putting people back here, it's not designed for that. You want me to turn the heat off? Are you cold? >> Um, >> cuz I have the air conditioning on right now. I can turn the heat up. >> The car's on? >> Car's on. >> Wow. Nice. >> Yeah. So, we're getting that information right now and we'll figure it out. All right. Same thing. So, she doesn't want her parents to know what she's done with. So, >> I'm just going to say, "Hey, if she wants to stay in a hotel, want you to leave town, but that's as far as I'm going." >> I don't even have to go. Yeah, I know. This this area is the worst. So, what they're double checking the pricing on on it now. They're uh they're checking uh other rates, other hotels, even though it's on here >> for Friday night.
