So then she gets to the gate and she's expressing how mad she is cuz she didn't get a wheelchair. >> Now she wants one at the gate. But I'm like, "Well, listen. You about to board the plane. She said, "Did did y'all did you >> did y'all talk [clears throat] to her? Did you know she was they let her know that she was going to be arrested in Spanish?" She said, "Well, we need to wait till somebody come here." >> Mhm. >> Because he got a bad chip on his shoulder like he just he must don't like women or something or he got a Spanish woman at home and he ain't like cuz he was going, "Oh, man." Like, "Get your ass down. You ain't going." He was mad. [laughter] >> That's crazy. >> Oh gosh. >> What? Hey, call for a backup. like somebody back up >> that >> can speak fluid um Spanish and English so there won't be a translation barrier. >> Mhm. >> Um to me as a police officer I would have done that. That's the first thing I would have done. >> Yeah. >> Um when he found out that she needed the wheelchair, he could have went back to the lady and said, "Hey, you know, is there a reason why? Can you translate? Is there a reason why she needed the wheelchair?" I know he they said the surgery, but it doesn't like I'm like him. Like you it don't seem like you need one now cuz you walk like you walk all the way from A to B. I >> and then you want one from go to to C to D. Like it it doesn't make sense. >> So if I I'm all about remedying a situation so somebody does not have to go to jail >> if cuz you said a criminal. I don't look at her as a criminal. >> Yeah. So, I want to try to remedy the situation and say, "Hey, Miss Lady, I know that, you know, she be she's being a little bit belligerent, but let's see whether or not, you know, we can get this um remedy. Let's see whether or not she's on drugs." I don't know if they're able to do that. I don't know if they're able to, which I feel like they should. They should be able to if if it's in question and you have time, they should make you do some kind of quick testing or whatever >> to test you before you can get on the plane. I don't know why you can get inebriated and get on the damn plane. I just don't get that. >> But after if she was able to calm herself down, >> the the uh older lady, she speaks Spanish. >> Mhm. >> She could have said, "Hey lady, I'm sorry we didn't get you the freaking chair, but if you calm down, we will try to accommodate you so you can get on the flight." The woman just said, "Oh, no. We're not going to let her get on the flight." Yeah. >> And I think the reason why they didn't let her get on the flight is because they believe she's under something. >> Yep. That's what Yeah. That's what she said in the beginning. And then the cop said, "I don't like that B word." He said, "I'd be on something." >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And I kind of sensed it a little bit, too. Like she's either drunk or on something extra. >> She was slurring her words. So, she probably is a little maybe a little drunk. >> No. No. No. She's on something, man. >> Yeah, she is. >> But at the same time, I felt like the cop, this my opinion now. M I feel the cop uh he he did some wrong things. >> Oh yes. >> Yeah. Look how he she That's why that that lady cop came at the end and said, "Did anybody speak to her Spanish and tell her that she was going to be arrested?" >> Yeah. >> Because in my mind, she didn't think it when she walked out that door. She said, "Gracious like she was going to take her somewhere." >> And >> that's what he should have gotten clear to her through either one of them. That's what I was trying to Yeah. They should have. And then dude, you going get her to go down these steps. >> Yeah. She acted a dang fool about to run away, but y'all should have told her she was getting arrested. >> Yeah. Then you're going to push her. >> You're going to push her. >> He pushed her, too. >> She would have tripped and busted her face. You would have lost your job. Would have been a lawsuit. She could have sued the airport and the police. That would have been a multibillion dollar lawsuit. >> And then, let me tell you something. They have now >> people people watch these videos, they know them all better than me. M she probably would have had a case because he didn't really tell her that she was going to be going to be arrested. Well, >> right. >> No, he said, "We taking you back to spirit." >> Yeah. Yeah. He said, "We take you back to Spirit." Yeah. He wasn't arresting her at first. I I had [laughter] to think about that. >> He wasn't arresting her, but she was thinking that she was being arrested. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> She Somebody should have told him >> and told her in Spanish that we're not arresting you. We take you back to spirit, >> right? >> Like, you know. Yeah. >> Yeah.
