You don't order steak and lobster and drink wine and then walk out saying you don't have any money. Okay? That that that is not allowed here in Palm Beach County. Okay? That's specially there. They would They would have given you free food if you just told me you're homeless, but not steak and lobster. You can't do that, sheriff. Take your bag off. Put that there. All right. Stand up. No, I'm not going to make it tight. All right? As long as you're good with me, I'm going to be good with you, okay? It's just unfortunately they want to prosecute and that's what I got to do, okay? I'm going to I'm going to put two handcuffs on so it's not so bad on your shoulders, okay? But, don't misbehave, okay? I'm going to I'm going to be nice to you, but you unfortunately going to the jail. Come on. >> I got to go to the same jail, right? >> Yeah, you're going to go back to Palm Beach County. Okay, there we go. >> Crazy man. >> Here we go, okay? Come on over here. Three alpha two one. Show me the black female 10-15. Come on. >> I don't want this [ __ ] I'm going to sue. You just wanted to read me my rights. All right. You got my stuff? >> You all got anything on you? Yeah, I'm going to get it. I just need you to get your hand first. >> Okay. Oh, wait a minute. I can't even get it pushed up there. >> It's okay. Go ahead. >> I can't. >> You want me to help you with your leg? >> Yeah, I can't lift it. >> You want me to help you with your leg? Come on, Derek. Not the legs? Okay. >> The arms, then I can help you. >> Okay. Come on, you ready? >> Oh. >> There we go, okay? Get your foot in there. There you go. I got you, okay? >> Slide me over a little >> Slide you over where you got it? Okay. You good? >> Yeah. >> I'm not going to buckle you. I'm just going to let you hang in there for a minute, okay? >> Okay. >> She was charged with defrauding an innkeeper and sentenced to 12 days in jail. >> Wow. Now, you know, I had this two sides to every story when it comes to certain things. And the human side of me like really feels bad for her because you know, I'm thinking about like things that's going on out here these days with rent $1,500 or more, $2,500 or more or in some places uh just to live. And and if for some reason we we look at homeless people as just lazy. Everybody will say, "Oh, they lazy as hell. They don't want to get out and do nothing." And blah blah blah. Not not all of them. Some of them have like mental issues. And I can tell she has some kind of mental issues. That's the human side of me uh coming out right now. And uh also uh there are homeless people who are working. We We all one job loss away from being homeless with how the economy is in this day and time. Everything is expensive. Food is expensive. Uh gas expensive. Uh the the TV we watch is expensive, man. Oh, HBO keep on going up. Amazon keep on going up. Netflix keep on going up. All the stuff that we um want in life for just to live for our pleasure, everything is expensive. So, I I get it. So, we need to stop looking down at homeless people say they don't want no jobs. It's people out here working two jobs and still homeless. Because everything is so expensive. And then some people got mental issues. Now, I can understand the ones who just don't want to do nothing at all. Yes, those are the ones you say, "Yeah, you lazy." But you can't even make no excuse for that no more now. This for being homeless now because you can make it you can make it $2,000 a month and still be homeless. Cuz everything is expensive. So, I'm I'm a little empathetic with her. Um about her situation when she said have a heart. But the thing about it is you there are rules in life and laws that you have to follow. She shouldn't have came in the spot and just say, "I'm a I'm a today I want some steak and lobster and some wine." You know knowing that you ain't got the money for it and talking about, "Oh, I'm her mind." Let me tell Let me tell you something, too. Even when some people have mental issues, they still smart. Well, I don't want to talk about She'll never see this video. My mom has a friend. She has some mental issues. She's kind of off a little bit. But she's smart. She know how to manipulate. She's smart enough to know to try to scheme you. And don't don't just cuz they like this and they homeless and they got might have some mental issues, they smart enough to know when something's right or wrong. And she knew that she was wrong for doing that. You going to You going up in the restaurant and got an expensive meal. All the All you have to do sometime is just ask. You hear what the people said? They said, "Hey, we would have gave her a meal." Or she could have said, "Look, I'm homeless." Excuse me, y'all. Choking on my own words. All she had to do was say, "Hey, I'm homeless. Can y'all just give me a fries fries or do something?" And I believe those people really would have looked out for Just sometimes you just have to get off your high horse and say, "Hey, I'm homeless. Can you just please give me something?" They probably would have gave her a burger. And that would have end up uh even better and she just went on her merry little way. And the cops already said, "We told you to go and you still wanted to be around here." But it makes me feel sad to see this because maybe she don't have family. She don't have money. Maybe she can't comprehend how to do certain things. Those are the ones I have empathy for because they just living in a world they don't know how to survive in. [ __ ] I'm normal and living in a world and I don't know how to survive this thing. So, I can imagine people who got who got some mental issues and they just don't know what to do. So, my heart goes out to her a little bit. Um but at the same times, we living a world where you got to know the laws and rules. And I don't care how many issues you got, there's right and wrong. And I'm moving on. I'm saying this as another big person to another big person. You don't look like you miss no meals. You eating somewhere, sister. You ain't miss no meals over here now. >> [laughter] >> Goodness, man. Hey, I can say that. I'm a big guy. And do I look like I'm missing meals? It don't look like she missing meals, so she eating somewhere. But y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this situation. And thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. We really appreciate it. Sometimes uh I get a little discouraged because YouTube's algorithm is so crazy. Like they push you out enough to get you some views. And then you put another video out. Like I got one video on this channel got 94K. And when we did the other body cam channel, one of our videos went to 15K. There's some videos that go down. I don't know how they work and what they push out. Sometimes you get a little discouraged. A lot I see a lot of content creators out there getting discouraged about the algorithm that uh YouTube um just put you in. But I'm here to say, man, we are living proof that, man, if you keep working, keep going at it, you will have some great viewers and you will have a great channel. So I appreciate the ones that really stick here and listen to the things that we have to say. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera. >> Hit that [music] like, press subscribe, keep the energy right. Cuz you know [music] we [singing] back again with the body cam vibes.
