Like, shout out to that that man that was holding her. >> You know what I'm saying? Other ones aren't even recording. And to the cop, man. He like they talking to like calm down. Breathe. Breathe, man. Shout out to that cop for that. And that man right there holding up. >> You see the other one >> took us somewhere to sit down and be calm like in a car or something. >> You see the other one? He run everybody recording. They they a consulting the old woman, >> right? >> Come on, man. >> He just got out. His mom was >> I said my but we'll wait till we get to the precinct. We'll make all the phone calls. >> 83. >> Yeah, he's 83. >> They'll take them. They're definitely going to take them. >> He did two years at Metro YDC. >> Hey, watch out. She's going to take a picture real quick. >> Hey, what case number yall want me to use? I'm going I'm going draw I'm going to do >> We're going to do the zone. Uh, no. We're going to do a whole new case number. >> Oh, new for the >> Yeah, because we have new charges. >> I'm supposed to use for the 41 though. >> Oh, just use uh this one. Use We're going to use >> everything. >> You just got out. I watched you celebrate with your mom at Metro YDC. Come on, man. I thought you weren't going to be back. [Music] I literally watched you celebrate with your mom. >> You seen me in the back seat. You seen me at no place. >> Okay. No talking. >> Literally watched him celebrate. He did two years in Metro. >> He did? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Agass >> robbery. Oh, we don't [ __ ] learn, >> man. >> Officers searched the vehicle but were unable to find a gun inside. >> I want to say it was part of the >> Did they steal it? >> Shortly after, officers located a gun inside the damaged building >> right here. >> Yeah. It's loaded right there. >> What's a 40? >> Slow that in the car for them. >> I think we have the bullet hole. >> Yeah. Um, this should help you get your uh email address and uh shoot your email let you know when uh [Music] confirmed. >> Yeah, just rip just >> Yeah, I don't think we can hurt. >> Just rip it. >> You think so? >> Yeah. Yeah. Let me let me take them bolts out real quick and then we can pull off. >> That's what I'm talking about. >> Yeah, >> right here. Hold on. Let her take a picture first. >> It's right here. >> Oh, there it is. [Music] >> Bigger than what was the gun? >> Yeah, the owner. They already made contact with the owner. I didn't know if y'all were able to get >> from the gas station out there. See, we have two in custody. >> Yeah. You want to take? >> Yeah. Let's look and see if we can find a shelter. >> Both suspects were taken to Atlanta police headquarters where one of the suspects mothers came to speak with her son. All right. You want to tell your mom why you're here? >> Would you like to tell your mama why you're here? >> So when they when they came and woke you up out the bed and I said >> I said where you going? You just you just just got off Zoom on court. I said you can't wait one more day to get your decision in school. What I asked? I said that car hot. >> What? I say I ain't know. They told me. >> So why would you get your dumb ass in it? You just got out. You've been locked up 3 years. >> I was just going through the store. >> I was just going through the store. >> It ain't no It ain't no science knowing the people you hang out with are hot. >> Listen, before you just said that, I was just about to say the judge said this today. People, places, and things. Be careful of the people you hang with, the places you go to, and the things that get you in trouble. That's the last thing she said. >> That was the last thing. >> You had court today. >> Yeah. >> You don't learn. >> He had court today. >> Being hot like that like he had court today. Went in the back room, laid down. >> I started. >> How can you say you don't be in a hot box and you were in one? >> Well, I didn't know that truck was hot. >> Come on, man. talking nice ass truck. You mean to tell me >> we don't know like mom like >> never make nobody. >> Let your mom finish talking. >> So I mean he he laid down. >> I thought he was sleep and then came in. >> Then I seen him put his [ __ ] cup on. I said, "Where the hell you going?" He said, "I'll be right back." I said, "You just got out of court. Remember what she said?" And I didn't look, but I knew it was two of them. So y'all wasn't going to walk no goddamn store. So I said, "I know y'all ain't got no hot." Hell no. No hot box in front of your house. >> Why you let him go? >> Okay. But like you did all that this time you've been out going to them classes, going to this, doing that. >> I did not know that. You know, >> guys, so tell mom what happened. Like >> tell her that that's only the one story she knows. She don't know what else happened. >> We had got into a rip down the street. A big rip before that. >> All right. So this is what happened. Okay. >> So car was taken from zone three at a gas station, right? Four males inside a car. >> Jump out from White Hall and uh north side. There's a gas station right there. >> They break the window. They jump in it. Okay. One of the guys end up getting in it and end up coming down here to the auto zone. Well, lucky enough, the owner was tracking it. So, when we pulled up, them two seen us, they take off. Your son had a gun and ended up shooting out the window, which ended up shooting through the whole window. I did not shoot no gun, >> which ended up you gonna let me talk. I'm >> sorry, man. >> Okay. So, my partner seen you with the gun. >> He didn't see me. >> There's a bullet hole in the door. And the same bullet matches the gun y'all thrown inside. >> Babe, who first >> they ended up they ended up >> quiet. >> I'm sorry. >> They ended up taking off down the street. They smacked into an old lady coming through the intersection and you know right where Cascade Beacher is that there's a like a big brick establishment. They just missed the brick and went right through the doors and crashed. >> Oh wow. I mean, what do you want me to do at this point? >> I've been I've been I've been backing you. >> I've been supporting I mean, but when I when I questioned you like you know what I'm going to do, you should have turned your ugly ass around and went back in the room. >> Fighting temptations. That's what we've been talking about. That's what those classes are about. I don't know what I went wrong with this, >> but I do my best. >> Hey, you got to >> I do my best. >> Your mom cares about you. Look at him. >> She do. >> Look what his Look what his mom did. >> Thank you. >> You should feel bad. >> I don't go like that. >> It doesn't matter. It's the fact that you are. You were just in jail, man. >> Yes. >> You were just in jail for what? For what? What were you in jail for? >> For what? >> For what? >> Armed robbery. >> Arms robbery. >> I love you. >> Pray and I'mma keep praying. >> I wish they would listen. >> 689 Autozone >> 804 Cascade. >> Yeah. >> 689. Thank you. You you how many brothers and sisters you got? >> He's number five of 11. >> Five of 11. >> You got younger ones, right? >> And they at home crying like hell >> and they probably look up to you. >> Love them. That's all I know for him to come home. This is a stepping stone, a learning experience. This is not the end. So don't >> How we learn from this? >> Cuz you know if I see you again, I ain't going to have to talk with you. >> Hell, I mean you you ain't no one, right? So you going to take the cake. >> Okay. >> You want the case? >> No. No. It's perfect. All right. Anything else for mom? No. Mom. Okay. >> You got her phone number. So >> I have all her info right there. >> Mom. >> Mom don't want to come. >> I'm not going to lie to her. >> She don't want to come down here. Mom crime scene. The driver was charged with obstruction, aggravated assault, possession of tools to commit a crime, secondderee criminal damage to property, >> interference with government property, theft by receiving stolen property, improper lane change, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a red light, hit and run, reckless driving, and fleeing police. The passenger was charged with obstruction, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and theft by receiving stolen property. Both suspects were booked at the Fulton County Jail. >> Hey, who found the gun? >> Uh, glasses. >> Where at? >> It was in behind the freezer. >> All right, man. Man, I'mma be dead up honest with you. >> Mhm. When I started seeing her mama cry, it got me a little teary eyed, man. She got she got 11 kids. >> Yes. >> And first off, I don't know if she I don't know if she's in a single parent home. She probably I don't know if she got a husband, whatever. >> Yeah. >> That's rough having 11 kids and trying to deal with all their personalities and raise them and >> Yep. >> some it it just when I saw her get teeyed cuz she know she she's like she wiped her hand. and she watch that. She said, "I can't do nothing with him." >> Yep. >> He just going to have to go. >> Y At what point though do we start um stop blaming the youth and stop blaming like us as a people? Where did we go wrong? >> Um we we need to start paying attention that school is not what it used to be. It does not give kids the real life um expectancy as back in the day. Back in the day, they always used to ask, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" You remember that? Every like after school special and all these movies and television shows we had back in the 70s and 80s, >> that's what they were um telling kids to aspire to. What do you want to be when we grow up? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> School does not do that anymore. School does not give you practical ways of staying out of trouble. It gives you paperwork to read. It doesn't give you time to develop who you are. At some point, we're going to have to be um be able to say, we're going to have to stop blaming each individual parent because no parent is immune to having a child who do who's doing something wrong. >> Yep. That's true. For all the racist people who ready to get in the comment and say whatever dumb ass [ __ ] y'all got to say, >> stop lying to yourselves. We are a community of people, black, white, all different colors, who go through the exact same thing with our children. >> Yes. >> Without proper attention to each child or individual children, we lose them along the way. It just so happens that poor and minority people are affected the most because our schools have less, we do less, and we care less because we have to work harder and do more. We're away from home less. >> So, our kids have more free time to run them up and do whatever the hell they do. >> You mean home more? >> No. >> Yeah. >> The um the poorest people work the most. >> No, you said you away from home less. I meant to say we're we're away from home more. Yeah. We we don't have time to watch our children. So, they get to run them up while you're at work, while you're doing whatever. >> And then, yeah, we have our instances where >> some parents just don't give a damn and their kids out doing whatever, >> right? >> Yeah. So, it is what it is. But I'm just I'm just so tired of seeing it. And I'm tired of um one community getting blamed for everything when honestly it's bigger than just the community because like I said, school does not give you the tools anymore to see yourself as somebody >> worth, you know, staying out of trouble for. Like it does not allow you to see who you are. It doesn't get you to see who you're supposed to be becoming. It's all about get this paperwork done when half the half the stuff you're doing in school is fake. Like the science part of it is changing. So it's not going to ever be the same. The history we're learn we've learned is fake. English I don't know it once you learn it by middle school like what else is there? I don't know. I just feel like we should be taking time in schools to like nurture their, you know, their minds, get them excited about learning who they are. I ain't saying learning books, learning who they are so they don't have to >> go to the streets. They have no extracurricular activities anymore. There's nothing with within the inner schools except for basketball. Yeah. >> Baseball. Some of them not mo most schools like that don't even have any um other stuff except for basketball. And if you can't play, then what do you do, >> right? >> Where are the other people? Where are the other kids' minds? There's nothing to be, you know, >> inspired by. >> And yeah, there's nothing for them to do. >> Well, first off, we don't have no true leaders no more, >> right? >> I'm I'm taking it way back. >> We don't have enough. >> The the internet music is a big influence. >> Oh, yes. >> Rap music. Most definitely >> is a big influence on these kids' minds. >> It makes them feel like they're above the law. >> It It makes them say, "I can be me a rapper and be a dumb rapper saying stupid stuff." Yeah. It's the lyrics, the music, it's social media, it's everything. You know what? Bump education. They should show these kids these body cam videos in school to say, "Look, this is what happened to this person right here when he acted up and went to jail. Look how many years he got. I will show them that." >> Yep. We we A's and B's, birds and B's. >> They need to see the inside of the jail. >> They need to see inside of jail. Young, they need to see what it's all about. >> The real uh >> not beyond not the what's that >> what they call it? Um >> exactly. >> They need to see the real >> the real stuff that goes on behind like what you going to get violated as soon as you get up in there. You going to get beat up soon as you get in there. Be somebody's girlfriend. >> You got to scare this generation up. They made us something different. Y >> that that BS in jail need to be harder. I'm just being honest. that two hot three hots in the cot. >> Yeah. >> They can get they can get fed, effed, >> internet, everything in jail now. Yeah. >> It got to be harsher. It got to you got to scare these kids up. You got to take something for them or something. >> Yeah. >> They so coldarted and their minds is different. So that that BS, the old way of policing and the old way of schooling ain't working. >> Yep. >> And parents got to work like you said. They at work all day. >> Yep. rent thousand $2,000 a month or more mortgage high they can be gone all day so the kids can do what they want to do and they being fed by the internet and social media and music >> and they think that like and Grand Theft Auto I know everybody love Grand Theft Auto one day but >> people out here playing real life Grand Theft Auto and they think it's real >> right I'm not acknowledging that parents shouldn't do stuff yeah >> like you you have to be there you need to be more attentive >> that's right >> but when you have all these other things like he You have the internet, you have radio, television, um social media, you have all all these things, video games and stuff clogging up their brains and then they go to school, learn absolutely nothing in school. There's no >> there's nobody um inspiring them to do better. There's nothing. So they their brain is not filled with anything >> right >> that gives them the power >> to see themselves like they don't have they don't have nothing >> they have nothing no more man >> so this is why we have a bunch of young thugs walking around >> with weapons doing whatever because they they can't see themselves anymore they they don't see their future there's no future in them anymore >> and I'mma say this because this right here the moment got kind of emotional seeing her cry cuz I imagine having a kid. You like, damn, I can't do nothing no more. >> But let me say this too, going back to something you said to all the racist people that come on this comments. Let me tell y'all something. I'm going to say this how I want to say it because this is my channel. Becky Sue can get in trouble, too. >> You can raise your kids up right and there's going to always be one rebellious team. Yep. >> That's gonna be wild and gonna be crazy. There's always a Becky Sue that you raised right that she just want to be wild and crazy or you or you got a a John >> that he just want to go shoot up schools and do what he want to do, right? >> So stop always saying it's y'all blacks, it's y'all blacks, it's y'all blacks and stuff like that. It's everybody. It's all races. They just show blacks more. >> And I'm not saying it because I'm black. I'm saying it because of what I see. We do these body cam videos. I see these videos. It's a lot of other races out there they don't show, right? Because they show the blacks because it's engagement. >> Yeah. >> They gonna say, "Oh, they Oh, lord. That's gonna get my my channel popping." >> So, I'm trying to tell you, all of us are in it. All of our kids >> Yeah. >> are wow. You think you know your child, right? >> They out here doing some wild stuff. So, stop being racist and putting everything that we act like monkeys and all that stuff like that. Everybody don't be around here acting like monkeys. So, that's a lie. Just like if y'all don't want us to say certain things about y'all and you say that we're not like that. Stop putting us all in the same category. Just because you see what Michael Jackson said. He said just because you see it in the magazine or read it in a >> He said just because you read it in a magazine or see it on the TV screen don't mean don't mean it's factual. >> Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? They show you what they want you to see that create a narrative. >> Even though I do see a lot of videos like that. >> It's all of us in hole. We Everybody got some bad apples. So stop being stop being like that being racist for no reason, right? >> Just because you see that all this fatigue [ __ ] >> Oh, that's fatigue. That's fatigue. I'm fatigued everybody. >> Everybody act up now. >> The whole world fatigued crazy as hell now. >> So just start with that, man. We all We all got our own problems. That's all I got to say about that. >> Yeah, >> that's it. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support. I hope he get his life together. Whatever he do when he get out, man. because I'm tired of seeing that. >> Yeah, >> man. Especially with our people. It It really makes me sad. And our mama, they crying and stuff. It It gets It could be any one of us. >> Yeah. >> That's all I got to say. And And also, where they getting these power powers from >> Everybody got one now. >> Yep. >> I ain't gonna get into that, boy. Cuz if you say something about that, that's a whole another conversation. >> Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love, support. Thank y'all for building us up. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
