tipped over he picked it up as she was

he ched it at her and threw it and then
it hit on the left side of her head and
opened up and bust on her you saw him

circumstances you may um qualify for an

your criminal history and see if you
doubt qualify for it I doubt it you
doubt what do you qualify for an adult

into it but if you're talking to
somebody that has a charge that he could
have gone to prison for for the rest of
his life I highly doubt I qualify for an
adversion okay well this is the crime
that he was charged with and it's
impossible that it happened when he was
a minor if that was the case the statute
would not apply it's Capital sexual
battery in some states it is punishable
by life imprisonment without Parole in

this offense in Florida but capital
sexual battery carries a life sentence
now for what this crime actually is it's
too gruesome to say out loud to be
honest it's very disgusting and I don't
want to speak those words but for those
who are curious it is up there on the
screen right now you can pause it one
thing's for sure is that this guy is a
very very disturbed individual but let's
keep watching well then if it sounds
like it might be a good idea for you to
call to see if you get another employee
in here so that they can work here cuz
if uh
if I can't give you an adult diversion
or anything he's not he's not going to
do anything until I know for a fact so

sexual battery charge less than 12 years
of age he's as as an adult as an adult

right so he plad guilty to felony
battery a couple months later and he was
sentenced to 6 months in jail he could
have done the full 5 years because of
his criminal history but I guess he got
lucky when it comes to the judge and he
only has to do 6 months previously for
his very serious felony that we talked
about before he did 7 years in prison so
yeah definitely some anger issues and
some under lying problems there to say
