Um, before I get into this video, I just want to say, man, we need to love and care for each other these days because all these body cam videos that I be seeing, it be a lot of people with mental illness problems and people being on drugs. And I do not know what's going on. It seems that after C19, it's like everybody just on drugs, on fentanyl, doing something or just high, just crazy. It's it always been here, always been a problem, but it seem like it's getting worse. And I just I don't know what to say about it, man. But sometime it gets to me a little bit. So, I skimmed through this video, but I hadn't watched the whole thing. So, we got to get into it, see what's going on. 2023 officers responded to a residence following a report of a paranoid woman with two children who were not in her custody after concerns that she was not in the right state of mind to care for them. They they feel fine to me and the medics who are medical. They feel fine to you. You haven't even touched them. Okay. So, how should they feel? Are you okay? If you're a a normal police officer, then you can take us to to the hospital. I'm a normal police officer. Those are normal medics. We are all real. I don't believe it. I don't believe I don't believe it. Take us to the hospital. You can go with me to make sure my kids are okay. This doesn't make any sense why you're you're not taking them to the hospital. I know we all need to go to the hospital. So why can't they take us? They're not going. Grandma can decide ambulance. Grandma can decide who has custody of the children if they can go to go to the hospital right now. All right. You can check anything with me staying right here with my kids. The woman was charged with simple assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, child endangerment, assault on a family member, failure to appear, and violating bail conditions. I want to be empathetic and sympathetic to uh people on drugs. And I know sometime people have mental ill mental issues, mental illness issues, excuse me. But when I went to the original video, I was looking at some of the comments and somebody said something that to me is I I think it but I try not to talk it because I want to be empathetic. But this guy said, "We have been preaching say no to drugs over 40 years. Are we ever going to get it? How many how many people we have to see be unal alive or die? How many celebrities we got to see have overdoses? How many people in our family we got to see have overdoses? What makes people want to be on drugs? The outcome is always bad. And I I'm trying to be empathetic, but it's like everybody just want to be high, want to be on something. The proof is in the pudding, as they say. We see all these celebrity deaths, all these overdoses. You go you go watch those videos of people in Philadelphia, they like zombies up there walking around because they on something. And it never fails, man. I just I'm tired of seeing this. What are we going to do about this problem, man? I'm tired of seeing it. And and it hurts me because I have seen people close to me pass away because of drugs. And then don't be don't have mental illness with it. Don't be off with it. That makes it worse. I'm just I'm just tired of seeing it, man. And it makes me mad. It makes me sad all in one. We It's like we never going to correct the problem. I don't I don't understand, man. Is when I was younger. I'm telling a little story. When I was younger, I grew up in the hood and all I did was see people get drunk every weekend. Everybody drunk, acting like a fool, smoking weed, getting high. And I said I didn't want to be like that. Not judging nobody, but I said I didn't want to look like that. I would I lived my life illegal drug free. Now I done popped some Tylenol oil and stuff and had headaches. But I just I promised myself I I'm not going to be no drunk. I'm not going to be high. I don't want to look like that. I seen the outcome. I don't know how many examples that we have to see for people just to not do drugs or do anything. I know it's hard. Life is hard. I struggle every day, too. But I wake my ass up and I live life and I face it without drugs or alcohol or anything. I just live and I'm not trying to put down nobody. I'm not I'm just saying, man. It just this is the outcome of what you get. And then her kids got to see this. She put her kids in danger and oh my goodness, man. I don't even know what to say. I'm I'm seeing more and more of these videos the more I do these uh reaction videos, but I ain't really got more to say about But I want to hear what y'all got to say about it at the end.
