February 20123 the court determined he was incompetent to make decisions related to his case and assist with his defense however the court deemed he was a likely candidate to regain competency in his at the time of posting this video the case remains pending additionally Israel currently faces separate unrelated charges for stalking and violating a restraining order in relation to domestic abuse let me say this right here I'm going to say this all all he had to do was call the family or report to the uh the authorities that this woman had died he didn't hurt her or nothing like that that was so simple but I think he never wanted to leave that house I feel like he didn't have anywhere to go or his family didn't want to deal with him and he just didn't want to leave live in that house leave that house he was rather sit in that house with a dead body then to leave that house what was so what was so hard about that I'm thinking that he got some mental issues that's my thing about that but let me say this it kind of uh what's the word I'm looking for it's kind of strange that they uh refunded his bail and dropped the charges then recharged him again that's kind of suspect to me I I want y'all to let me know what y'all think about in the comments did do they feel like they made a mistake and something happened they oh Lord let's let's give his bail money back then they go to recharge him over again that sounds crazy to me but y'all let me know what y'all think about the story in the comments man listen we going to keep these videos coming thank y'all for the love we almost at
