complainant used a tracking app to
locate their stolen $2,000 phone
initially taken from a Dollar General
store at a nearby residence the officers
proceeded to the residence where they
spoke with several

the hospital for further evaluation she
was subsequently charged with theft and
resisting arrest by a law enforcement
officer the phone was eventually
recovered and returned to its owner
