That's what we got to figure out. >> Hey, man, my flip-flops going to make somebody help me, man. >> You want Do you want >> So, you got to wait to figure out who you are cuz you don't have any identification on you to tell us if you are who you say you are. So, when we get this that's what we're going to get. >> I'm mistreated. I feel like I'm being racially profiled. >> No. You shoplifted. You shoplifted, ma'am. >> No, I wasn't shoplifting. This woman got my money. >> You're right. But, you were scanning stuff and then putting other stuff in the bag. So, that's shoplifting. Okay? Okay, well, that's why we haven't gone to talk to her. We're talking to you. He's going down there talking to her to figure out what she said. All All So, you have to wait. We treat everybody the same way with all this stuff. >> Right. This one got to go loose and she got all that stuff in this store. I ain't leave out the store with nothing. And then I got she got my money. >> Right. So, it's still So, it's still attempted shoplifting on your end. >> attempted to shoplift and she got my money. And I left everything in the store. >> Even if you laugh at what you were stealing. >> But I didn't. The lady The other lady came over to the counter. She came over to the register. >> If you would stop talking and let me explain to you what attempted shoplifting means or attempted crime means altogether. It means that you tried to do something, but somebody caught you and stopped you. So, you didn't actually commit the crime. You attempted to commit a crime. >> Mhm. >> So, there you go. So, that's why we're here. >> that's then that's not what then that's not what happened then in that case. >> Okay, then that's why if you do get charged with something with this, you will have a day in court. >> Mhm. >> We're not doing court right here in the freaking parking lot of Walmart. >> What What then in that case she needs She needs to give me my money. She done robbed me. >> We're going to get on there, but she said she'll give you money. You got to go to the office. >> All these people, I swear to god. >> I know I'm not going in that office. I said just to do a refund. Yeah, because she was trying to give me my money. >> All these people, I swear to god. >> You should have refunded [snorts] at the register. She could have did it right there at the register. Why she didn't go to the register? >> What? >> Wall. That's not my That's not my name. >> Okay. >> My name is Latoya Wall. >> What is that from? >> It's That's his phone. >> I got I got >> Man, my name is Blassingame. My name is not Blassingame. >> You're being detained right now. I'm going to I'm going to search this right here because >> It's Wall. >> Right now, that's what it's coming back to you, okay? >> But it's Wall. My last name is Wall, not Who in hell is Latoya? >> You? >> No, I'm not. My last name is Wall. >> Man, Jesus. Yep. >> I said she needs to give me >> Huh? >> My daddy is sick. I was just telling my kids something to go home. They didn't know I did >> Okay. Well, listen to >> My name is Laquon Mary. I am Mary. >> Okay. Well, that's not what your license says. So, that's not what the ID says. >> old license. My name is >> Okay. So, listen. >> And I didn't even know that license was in there. >> So, listen. You're going to get charged with shoplifting. >> I didn't shoplift nothing. How you shoplift and you ain't >> You're also going to get charged with giving false name, date of birth, and obstruction. >> I did not give no false name. My name is Laquon Mary. >> Okay. >> You can check and see if I'm Mary. >> come back when I run your license number. It comes back to the blasting game >> But I'm Mary. >> And so, listen. This is what's going to happen. You're going to go for obstruction, false name, date of birth, and shoplifting here depending upon if you've been convicted three times of shoplifting before would be whether whether or not it's a felony or misdemeanor. So, I have to wait on that back. >> I did not man, that's all I did. >> Also, also, once you are done being processed here, you will go to Gwinnett County for your warrant for prostitution. Mhm. All right. >> The woman was charged with obstruction, failure to identify, and shoplifting, as well as booked for an existing warrant. Thanks for watching. >> Lord, the these I just I just be sitting here, man. I just be shaking my head. That these people be just whole just be on camera just lying. Just lying about everything. She said, "My name is Monica Faust." I heard that. Then she said, "No, I didn't say that." We heard you. See, I seen you say it, Moonfly. You said Monica false. Then they go This is my This is my great right here. Just take accountability for what you was doing. Just do that. You know what I'm saying? But they give false names because they had them warrants. She know she had them warrants. She keep on changing her name. My name Alicia, whatever they call her name. She said I didn't even know about that. I didn't even know it. This just be lie after lie after lie after lie. Own up to your [ __ ] That's That's a great motto. I'm I'm writing a book. People need to own up to their [ __ ] I'm a honest person. I said, "Man, yeah, you know, yeah, I got some warrants. Yeah, this is my name." Because sometimes, man, you don't know how the courts and the cops would be because you be corruptive and you you comply. Do you hear that? People comply. Sometimes they they will drop charges. I got I had a friend back in the day, man, he had a long list of things that he did. And it was like white-collar crime. It wasn't nothing like big or or like on the live and nothing like that. And he came to talk to me before he got arrested. And he said He said, "Man, what what should I do, man?" Like I said, "You know, just be honest." He said, "Man, this guy got about 20 charges on me." I said, "Just be honest about what you did. And tell the truth. Don't lie about nothing." That was my advice to him. Came back. He told me he said, "Man, he said they dropped 15 of the 20 charges I had because I just told them everything." And he ended up just getting like 10 years of probation for those crimes. I said, "If you would have sit there and lied about No, that wasn't me. No, I wasn't that." They would have You would have done them You would have done some years. The thing is, we got to be honest. Honesty is the best policy. Stop lying. You going in a store where cameras are everywhere and try to play and manipulate the store and the cameras. The overheads camera watch everything that you do. They can see you when you not scanning something. You know what I'm saying? What you lying for? And then the thing to get me, too. A lot of them do all this stuff in the store. They steal, but they have the money in their pocket. They soon as they Oh, I can pay for it. Um the stuff I stole. Why you pay for it the first time? It's a bunch of damn thieves for no reason. It just don't make no sense. When I looked at her face, I said, she she on drugs or she do something. I could just tell. It's a vibe that I get. It's just I could just tell about people. Like, I was raised in the hood, so I can tell uh somebody a crackhead. I can tell if somebody a uh prostitutes. I I was raised around that stuff. But, I'm not a product of my environment. But, I I've seen it. So, I said, yeah, she she she's something and she lying. We sit here and heard the girl say, Monica false. And you tell me, I didn't say that. I was talking to somebody else. Cameras don't lie. I know cameras can be manipulated, but this is a It ain't going to lie. Come on. These people just People just stupid, man. But, it's to the future criminals out here. Stop going to stores where many cameras at trying to steal something and try to manipulate the system. Just tell the damn truth. Just come on, man. Just I don't even know what to say, man. These people right here make me embarrassed. Y'all embarrass me. I I really do. But, I want I want to talk about I hope the person see this uh this video.
