Because I'm stopping you because you're going 51 miles an hour or 35. What is the probable cause? That's my probable cause. 51 and a 35. What is the proof of that? You was behind. Um, I'm not going to lie, the human side of me I don't like to see when a woman's panicky, especially when her kids around. I'm kind of kind of touchy on it a little bit. And when when she said, "Don't let the old lady touch my kid and stuff like that." You know, I put myself in the parents shoes. You probably would feel the same way. You're kind of scared at the same time and then somebody talking to your child and blah blah blah. That's the human side of it. But the thing about it is if you know you in the wrong and the cops see you doing something, why would you sit there and lie and say you didn't do it? You made it hard on yourself. It's so simple. I just I don't I don't understand. He saw when you was speeding. He was behind you. All you had to do is pull over to the side. He said, "I'm stopping you." It could have been just just could have been so simple. That's it. Stop moving, [ __ ] Yo, y'all got to be all right. Lawuit lawsuit. Lawsuit. Okay, ma'am. I was at a red light and this guy just came and bang on my dad's window for nothing. I'm like, "What? What the are you doing?" He's like, "Oh, get out the car. Get out the car." I'm like, "For what?" He's like, "Oh, well, I didn't even hear what he said." I'm like, "You don't have jurisdiction that me. I don't I didn't do anything. He just tried to get me to um I don't know what the hell happened." Well, then I just kept going cuz I was I don't know you buns. I don't know you. Get in the car. Get in the car. This is a boss. This is a boss. I just dealt with y'all, bro. Yo, what the This is a lawsuit, bro. This is a lawsuit, bro. Everything is a lawsuit. I think I'm here. I think I think it's yours. Yeah, it's yours. Okay. God damn. Just give us a minute cuz we're going to search it. All right. I swear to God that this guy I'm at a red light. This guy right here just came out of nowhere banging on the door telling me to get out. Okay. Um cuz she's he's grandfather taking grandfather uh take custody. Yeah. Okay. I got to go to that crunch. So I'll be out of This is a lawsuit. I can't believe y'all doing this to me again. You just came out of nowhere banging on my dad caring me to get out for nothing. Like what did I even do? I don't even know you. Like y'all don't have no jurisdiction over me. I'm not even from here. I'm from a whole different state. Y'all done up. I hope you got to do anything. Chirp my sirens. Nothing. So I put my sirens fully on. I'm following her going down the road with my sirens on. Yeah. almost to the point where I'm following too closely. There's no way that she couldn't not hear my sirens, my beeping to my air horn, as well as the changing of the tone of my sirens. Yeah, Dad. I've been giving warnings all day. Yeah. What would have been a warning for sitting in that same area? Do you have ID just so I can say? Yes. Who who the child is and everything? Do you want me to try to speak with her? Um, me and Dian 13 have a bit of rapport with her from an incident a couple months back. I'd be happy to. Oh, wow. I never and I never gave him consent to search my stuff. I promise y'all this a lawsuit. No, but I want to hear I'm about to tell you. Yeah, I was about to ask y'all that. Like I said, we watch these body cam videos and I know a little bit of the law, but I don't know everything. So, somebody can tell me in the comments. Why are they searching her car, though? Um, I don't understand. I don't understand why they searching her car. I was about to say the same thing when she said it. Um, it's supposed to be a stop. Why they in the car searching and stuff like that? I want to know in the comments. They may say it in the video. I don't know. But I may be talking too soon, but that was kind of like suspect to me right there. Exactly what happened. I'm coming from Easter, but don't yell. I'm I'm upset. He came out. I'm driving. Okay. And dad's house is here. Yeah, you know that. I I just got to double check. It's been a minute. So, um So, at that point, I'm scared. And he don't got no jurisdiction over me. I'm not from here. I come here every here and now to visit my in Georgia. Yes. I stay in Georgia. Yes. My daughter stays here with my dad while I'm in Georgia and I come back and forth to be a mom. Yes. So um so he just came out of nowhere. He bang. Like what do you think he pulled you over for? You think you're I didn't care to know because I didn't do anything. Okay. He He just now said, "Oh, you was going 51 and a 35." Listen, I ask you these questions cuz I wasn't there. A 51 and a 35. Okay. So, and then what happened? Do you know how that looks? That would look like real life speeding. Like that's speeding. Yeah. Especially in a whatever zone you with the child in the car. So, I'm like I was not just going 51 in 35. I I saw him right there. The lady let me over. I signaled for her so I can get over. I got over and I drove. Is this you and the baby in the car? Yes. He came out of nowhere banging on the on the car. I'm scared for my life cuz I had situation which I just recently Did you Did you hear the siren in the No, I'm not thinking that he's I'm not thinking that he has anything to do with me cuz I did not do anything. I got you. I didn't do anything. I just want to know from your point of view what happened cuz like I said, I wasn't there. It was just him and you and y'all have no right to do this. You have no probable cause. You have no proof of anything. I just picked up my daughter. How am I doing a a 53 and a 35 or whatever he said? How with the child in the car? How? I wasn't. Do you have a a a speeding radar gun that you shot up and then because he does he he is speed that is that does that show that I did that? Cuz I wasn't the only car driving. So, just so you know, when you when you get pulled over and you leave, that's fleeing, right? What? What you did today? I didn't get pulled over, though. He came to the stoplight and banged on my dad's car. I didn't He activated his lights and sirens. He didn't say pull over. We don't have to say pull over. He didn't activate awful traffic stop. I'm pretty sure he did. And he could probably prove that to you with body camera and incar. Pull your car over. Right. You want to pull over? No, I'm talking about where it's where it says I was going 51 when you right there on my laser. No, I want to see where it was that I was the car. Where's where does it show that I was the car that was point and shoot type of thing. Exactly. So, how do you just go to say that it was me if it was more more than one car driving ticket in court, but you're going to have to get through your suspended driver's license hearing first with the state of Georgia? What? Your driver's license is suspended. State of Georgia suspending your driver's license. You shouldn't be behind the wheel of car. What does it show that I was going 51 miles? I just showed it to you, man. You closing the door? Why? Cuz I I'm not speaking. This the last time I let y'all put your hands on me, bro. This the last time. Yeah. Yo, this is crazy, bro. Yeah, this the last time. I'm I'm going to make an example out of y'all. That's like the last time she did the hit and run, she ran cuz she thought her license suspended, right? Her license was even suspended from now. Well, I think nowadays now suspend it because well she thought it was suspended for they must have never suspended it yet, right? I take two steps forward and always get pushed 10 steps back though. Okay. Uh on this one right here, uh there's a lot of things um in my mind that I I want to say, but I'm going to try not to say too much of it. Uh it's obvious that she has ran runins with the cops cuz she said she got a previous charge with them, a run in with them. And she says this the last time they go touch on me like this. So, something happened before, but I do see I hate to say it in most of my videos, I do see a little mental illness in her just just a tad bit. Um, because it's the way she just keep on going on and saying stuff and lying like she told the dude, "My hands were sweaty, so the cuffs came off." And the video show when she popped out the cuffs and then you saw the police behind you. Why wouldn't you just stop? I could I could tell what she's saying in the car. She was driving. She like, "I ain't stopping." She [ __ ] "I ain't did nothing." You know what I'm saying? She said, "I'mma keep on going." You know what I'm saying? Because she know she already had that little charge that she was dealing with every time she come back down there. And the police said, "Get her." He said, "Roll your windows down." He said, "Put the car in park." And I think he said he said, "Yeah, put the car in park and stop." She go drive off. So that's a charge right there. I in my mind I just think people be so delusional, man, and lawless. They just feel like I can just do what I want to do. Um I do I do have a human side. I um I think the human side of me is seeing her go through that in front of the kids. That's that's what kind of touched me a little bit. Seeing her being emotional because the kids don't really know what's going on. That makes them emotional. And if she was crying, don't do this to my mommy. And stuff like that. And when they see the cops jump on the women and do stuff, that's that's kind of like kind of touched me a little bit. I think they should have said, "Hey, take the kid way over there so she won't see nothing before they kind of like put on the ground and stuff like that cuz that traumatized kids." That's the only part that really kind of got to me. I am human and you don't know what's going on fully and that scares a child. But other than that, if you see the police behind you, just stop. I just don't understand these people, man. Like I guess I'm a I'm a person that if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. If I'm wrong, I'm like, "Yeah, y'all caught me. Um, let me just take this charge. Let me do what it is." I have had incidences, man, that I've known people who've been instances just by them cooperating, the cops was leaning on them and they charges got dropped. But because you want to be a jackass, that makes them mad. I don't know.
