Where'd you get hit at? Just in like an area here like right so I stopped grabbed it don't leave don't leave stop now stop now guy took my purse threw us out because our friend moved a chair and he grabbed him by the back of the car we're leaving step out for me real quick I got to talk to you step out for me I don't have an ID you don't have to touch her she's going to jail do not touch Get out of the car now. Going to jail. Go. Someone help me get out of the car, please. You're under arrest at this point in time. Okay. You got to tell her why. For what? You got to tell her why. The battery. So, put the car in park right now. Shut it off. Okay. Shut it off. You tell her why. I will tell her why, but shut the car off. She can go out of the car. I'm going to help you out. Okay. Come outside. No, I'm not getting out of the car. You're going to have a fun time. Call her to get out of the car. Call Doug. All right. Ready? What did I do? When a deputy sheriff gives you a lawful order to get out of the car, you get out of the car. I'm sorry. I'm so bad. This guy was so rude. Wait, wait, wait. Stop. We're not going to stop. No. No. I need to listen. I need to listen. Charlie, we're 104. I'm not going. We have an adult female. 10:15. I want my He took my purse. Okay. And then told us to leave because we moved a chair for our child. So when he tells you to get out of the car so we can talk to you about what happened and try and pull like that's not cool. I did. I'm still so mad. I was wrong. Unfortunately, a business can kick you out for any reason. We left. They can kick you off for any reason. We left after he he pulled the guy by the shirt. My daughter's here, my granddaughter. He There's a party of 11. We moved a chair. That's up to the business if they want to ask you to leave and we left. So when we show up and tell you to do something, you have to do it. We're investigating. We're being told he threw something at someone, too. I threw something. No, I want my purse. He won't let me go back in. And I want my purse. And he said, "We can't go back in." I want my purse. Did she have the purse? No, it was hanging on the back of my chair. They went back in to get it cuz he refused to let me in. Somebody grabbed it like one of the employees. Okay, we'll make sure it's gone. It's taken care of. So, no one threw anything at him. Stay with him for a second. Did he say anything about the purse? purse. My purse go. He said I could not go back in because whatever. The kid initiated it like Dave initiated it and then my mom probably was rude and like trying to call him names and stuff. This came out as a assault and battery in progress. I was just about to pause the video. You know, I always do my little midway pause. I was just about to pause the video. I feel like Trump when I do this. You ever know when Trump talk, he do like this and do his hands like this. You know, American people. You know they do that. So when I do that, I feel like Trump. But anyway, I was just about to pause and ask y'all, do y'all believe her? Because it's something like when people get caught up in stuff, they never want to admit that they did something. They always like, "No, I didn't do nothing. You took my purse." They say they side of the story, but they never tell what they fully do. And I think the daughter said, "Yeah, my mom probably just u went off on him or did something or being rude." So yeah, let's get back into it. So everything happened over here. U basically was in the bar area. They're waiting for a table. Um I asked just the sons, "Hey, are you guys using these chairs? I have a pregnant woman and a guy that want to sit at the bar." Okay. He flipped out on me, started screaming at me, cutting stuff. There's no reason to come asking you. So I gave the woman my chair instead. Okay. And then he decided to go outside and try to fight me. Took the shoes off. So I just locked the door. And then she comes over to me and starts screaming at me. I said, "Ban, why are you screaming at me?" Right? And she just sc I'm screaming. So we're walking through here and I get probably right about here. Just takes it. Boom. Chucks it right at me. Okay. In front of everybody, too. Everybody the plastic thing. And I threw it down on the ground. You threw it on the ground? Yeah, I did that. That was me. Not Not the boy. He was aggravating. I was trying I was trying to like distract them because I know the boy he grabbed would have fought back. Okay. So, you threw an insert with the specials on the ground. Yeah, it was like a plastic thing on the table. I threw it on the ground. I screamed at him. Okay. Sorry. I shouldn't have resisted. But I'm like, what? Like just being truthful. Let's just I shouldn't have resisted. Listen, we're I know, but I'm like, "Oh my god, you The only reason we're still here, so he told us to leave. The only reason we're still here cuz he wouldn't let me go back in and get my purse." And so two of the guys were going back in to get my purse and then they weren't coming out and so I'm like like we were worried so we didn't want to leave them. Okay. Excuse me guys. Is this anyone's purse? It's mine. This is your purse. Okay. You guys know if you picked up a purse from the people who were No. Uh the one guy came by, but I haven't seen anything at all. Excuse me, guys. Is this your purse behind you here? Did you guys see a purse that was left behind? Okay. Thank you. I'm sorry. coming. We're still looking for your purse. Okay. I was told Okay. Apologize. I apologize. And that's the thing. Obviously, I'm in Kelsey for it. You grabbed my arm and I got you. I didn't feel well. I I got you. And at the same time, you have to see where we're coming from. We show up to this. You see me coming, you jump in the car, and you started flipping me off and laughing. No, I was I was like it happened. But regardless, and then when we tell you to stop and get out of the car and then you just want to say, "No, I'm not." And then even the corporate got here and it was just and she was here and she's telling you to get out of the car and you're not getting out of the car. You know what I mean? I know. It's so hard. Abuse. I gotcha. What happened inside? Other than I know there was trying to move a chair and Yeah. We're all se and the girls were all sitting at the bar at like the big bar inside and then there we have 11 people. So then the guys were going to sit at the table like in the bar. So they moved the chair from the bar bar. The big I saw the big chairs in there. to the table thing. You guys were saying to the table bar. Okay. And I And then I'm just And then I don't know like why or what. Two other people came up and that the guy in the orange shirt comes over and he's saying [ __ ] and then to the guys. I don't know what he said or whatever. And then the one young guy in our crowd, he grabbed him by the back of the shirt or whatever. And then he's mouththing off to him and and so I jumped up because he's a young kid and I knew he would like fight or get you were like sticking up. So I just thought be mouththing off. Okay. So I jumped up, mouthed off or whatever. And then he like told us to leave. So as we're like, you know, leaving, I'm like mouththing on to him. And then when I came back over and my where the ta the bar where we were sitting and my purse wasn't there and I picked up the plastic thing and I like the it has the specials. Yeah, it's got the little it's a little page with the menu and the drinks and stuff. Like threw it across on the table. I'm like you they have they did find the purse. I said somebody from the party they thought grabbed it and came back in. Yeah. And then and so then Yeah. So then when we came out everybody's like let's leave. let's leave or whatever. The guy was being ridiculous. And I'm like, I'm not leaving without my purse. Like, and um so then when that's when he's pulling it up. I was going to grab that and then we'll be good. He's right there. He might have it. Okay. So, but your purse, they did. Someone here in the car has the purse. Yeah. It's hard to see. Make sure she was at the main bar of the bar. But so, she comes over here. You can see her. I'm right here. I'm asking to leave. She throws it at me. I'm sorry. I know. Totally reacted when you were in trouble before. Never. Okay, I'm going to go talk to them real quick again. I was We were teasing earlier today. I have a speeding ticket for going 38 and a 30. Whoever pulled you over for that. It was on the military base. Like I told y'all, it's always more to the story. And I'm glad that she fessed up. I don't know if it is worse than what she's saying, but like I always say, I know it's always more to the story. They always lie in the beginning. I just don't understand. Just tell the truth. You get caught. I mouth off. I do run my mouth. But I was I was so afraid that Dave was going to get in a fight with the guy and get in trouble. And I asked the son cuz they took all the chairs from the bar. I said, "Hey, you guys going to use these chairs or you waiting for a table?" Because there were two guests that walked up and they took the chairs away. So this and the son goes, "Well, we're going to we're waiting for a table." I said, "Okay, that's cool. Thank you. I was just these people like a seat. So he got up and started cussing at me. He starts getting mad. I said, "Girl, why you cussing at me?" I'm going to put $100. I said, "It's cool. That's not my problem." I was just asking if you could give these people his chair. So I got up and gave him my chair. He's sad. So then he flipped out. Then the son was like, "You I said problem. Get out of here." He said, "I'm not leaving." And I said, "You're going to leave right now." So then he keeps going, keeps going. Then he decides to go out the side door. I'm going to fight you right now. I said, "Okay, let's go outside." So he runs out the side door. That's why I just lock the side door. She comes over to me and starts screaming in my face in front of the entire restaurant, screaming at me for no reason, telling me I'm a dick. I'm an [ __ ] So then when we were sitting out here waiting like and the guys were going back in, look, it came from my purse or whatever. My daughter was just laying on the horn. Oh yeah. I heard So I heard the 911 call. Uhhuh. They were just being obnoxious. Yeah. And they're laughing on their way out. They're like, "Oh, nothing's going to happen." They're just like you. And I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to call the cop." So that And again, I know we talked about it. Pressing charges. Yeah. I will I'm going to teach the lesson. can't act like that. I'm going to go with the obstruction. I was going to do disorderly, but I'm just going to do the battery. And li of a disorderly, I'm not going to hit three things. Um, so if you want to tell her that she's no longer welcome here. Um, I'll never know. Like you said, the battery and then we've got another charge on her and then I'll do I'll pull a separate number for the trust. So, will I get in trouble if I put on the reviews? No, that's speechless. You can do whatever the hell you want with that. After everything said down, I'm going to go ahead and just let you know you're no longer welcome to a restaurant. Okay. Oh, don't you worry. And you're not the owner, so quit calling yourself the owner. Yeah. Quit your false pretense. Sounds good. I appreciate that. So, this is a trespass warrant. Um well, because of So one, there is the charge of obstruction, which is for you not listening to our commands without the vehicle that threw him did hit him directly in the chest. Oh, no, I didn't. My car here in the night. So, um yeah. Do you mind Do you have pockets or anything? Um I can't even I don't have any pockets. No, she's going. I'm not going to do this. [Music] So, what do y'all think about this one right here, man? Uh, I want to go back to something. I'm going to go back when they was grabbing her in the car. How do y'all feel about that? Uh, do y'all feel like, uh, I know by law they can't do that, but how do y'all feel about that as a human? Do y'all feel like it's right that they grab somebody like that? Especially an older person, they grab on their body and stuff like that. Um, sometime that kind of bothers me. I'm not going to lie. When I see them grab like a older woman or something like that, if it's a man, I'm like, uh, when it's a woman, I'm like, why you touching her like that? Why you grabbing on her so hard like that? Um, that kind of gets them because I think about my mom and I don't want nobody grabbing her like that and hurting her like that even though she they telling her to get out of the car. Sometimes people be sometimes sometimes they be scared. That's the only thing that I don't like when I see them arrest women. Well, older women, the way they grab on them and hurt them and stuff like that. I know they doing their job, but it do kind of bother me as a human. So, what do y'all think? Do y'all think uh do y'all think they gave her the right charges? Uh, and I like how how she just start telling the truth at the end. Uh, let me tell you something, though. It was funny to me. Older women, especially older white women, are real feisty. For the ones that I know, they are super feisty and they speak their mind. They be in there, man. They they'll tear you off with the quickness. I'm telling you, man, they are super feisty women period. But I notic that them older white women, they will speak their mind. They don't hold back nothing when they get older. And I like that she admit that she's mouthy. So, what do y'all think about this one right here? I just wanted to share this one. I think this was just this a little simple. I think they I think she probably got off. They didn't do she probably a did no time for this. She probably just did uh maybe maybe probation or something like that and she got off or they probably dismissed it. I'm not sure.
