Can you show up about that? >> Oh, I'm positive. That's my thing. >> Cuz the way you drive is isn't >> honestly even sober. I would drive like that because I was so [ __ ] terrified on on her issues. >> Why Why not just call an ambulance? So, call us. if you would have Elizabeth's not exactly close. I mean, >> but it's also not like something that you want to be like bring her from all the way to [ __ ] Elizabeth. No offense to use curse words or anything, but like it's also nothing that you want to be like, oh, let's call Elizabeth or Hoken PD or Hoken Ambulance to bring her all the way to Elizabeth. You know, you want to take care of your sisters as much as you can. We're on the sorority and I'm like, let me get her to where I need to get her to. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, I'm going to ask you to step out just to look at your eyes. Okay. I know you said you didn't drink anything, >> but I need to make sure with the way you were driving like that. Okay. >> I'm sorry. Just I I'll call you Miss Flores for now. >> Can I Can I ask for a lawyer at this point? because I can't ask for a lawyer at this point and I'm going to because at this point I'm I'm terrified of what's going on and >> I'm a minority in the situation. >> Okay. >> Do you realize that this is being recorded? >> I'm not saying that any 106. You said you had 34 coming. Thank you for reaching out. >> Right. Uh we need a V here cuz uh like I said Harley 10 to 9 female. She's passed out. All right. I'll start in the vehicle. Okay. So, what do you mean ask for more? This is a motor vehicle stop. >> I know that it is vehicle stop, but like I said, I'm feeling a little intimidated by you. >> Okay. Okay. So, I'm just confused. That's actually a first for me. No one's ever asked me for a lawyer on a on a motor vehicle stop before. So, that's why. So, you're refusing to get out and do a field body test is what you're saying. >> It's not that I'm refusing. No, I did not say that. I just said that I'm intimidated by you guys. >> Like someone else present here. >> Would you like my supervisor to come here? Is that was is that what you're saying? Or you can't have a we can't have a there's no on call lawyer to come roadside to talk to you. I know that there's no on call warrior, but I mean also >> again, like I said, I'm intimidated by you guys. Like I don't I don't >> Well, I could I could show you like we both have cameras on us. >> If he's on their way, we're still reaching out. >> She's okay, right? Nick, >> she's good over it. She's at least breathing and stuff. >> Yeah, you know, she's sworn. She's like she's not passation. You're supposed to be at home like the rest of us. >> Okay. Well, um, so I'm asking you just to step out to do field test. >> I can't get a lawyer. I can't There's no lawyer I'm calling and you can't call a lawyer right now either. Okay. So, it's >> you need to make a decision. How old are you, man? If you're intimidated, nothing's going to happen. I don't know what you're trying to say in terms of you're not going to get hurt by one of us. Nothing like that. I don't know if that's what you mean or not, but you have to I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle. >> I say I'm too nervous to do anything. >> I have a question. Yes. I'm sorry. >> Absolutely. >> Katie, >> I have a question. >> What is it that we got pulled over for? Well, she was driving very fast. Went to a stop sign. Almost went went down a a oneway street. >> Made a right turn. When she made the left on Observer Highway, she was going way above the speed limit. It took me a little bit to catch up. >> And that's why I pull her over. >> And so what is it that you want her to do right now? >> I smell, you could say it's coming from her, coming from you. I smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. >> Okay, I can tell you. She just admitted to me that she just told me that she was a little tipsy. >> I did not. >> You said you did not. >> Like 30 seconds ago, you said you might be anything to you said that. But >> okay, let me speak one second. >> You said you might be feeling a little tipsy. >> No, I did not. >> You didn't say that like 30 seconds ago. >> Oh my god. Can you talk to me? >> Well, she's a driver, but I talk to you. >> Satie, please. >> She's drunk. >> I got that. She's our sorority sister, >> right? >> She normally works during the weekends and she came out for one of our sorority sisters birthday >> and she just had too much to drink. >> I got that. We actually have an animal was coming to look at her. >> A name? >> An ambulance. >> An ambulance. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> We're just trying to take her to our sorority sister's house so she can stay the night >> which is in Elizabeth. That's that's 25 minutes 20 minutes from here. You know, she'll be okay. >> I don't know. Which is why I call an ambulance. I'm not a nurse, doctor, EMT. So, >> so personally, I know she'll be okay. >> What's Are you a nurse or something? A doctor? >> No. >> Okay, then I can't I can't trust you with that. I'm sorry. >> I know. Okay. >> She's doing up on herself. She's not >> She's not giving up on herself. >> She's sleeping because >> she's just intoxicated. >> Okay, man. That's fine. >> But you're not letting me finish. >> Man, I'm going to ask you one more time. I'm going to ask you to step out of the vehicle to perform a field to body test. Okay? I'm not going to hurt you. I'm not Nothing's going to happen like that. >> If you didn't drink, then you should have nothing to worry about. >> Honestly, >> yes. >> I don't trust you. >> Uh why don't you trust me? Well, what in what way? Tell me. What do you think I'm going to do? >> I don't know what you're going to do. >> It's cold. I know. I trust me. I understand it. >> Okay. Well, there's going to be consequences if you don't >> because I don't trust you. >> No, because if you don't perform what I'm asking you to do. >> Yeah. >> So, to not trust the police officer, it is perfectly okay. >> I could No, I could call my supervisor if you want to talk to him. I don't know. I could call I don't know who like why you feel uncomfortable. If you give me a certain reason, I could maybe get someone else here to talk to you. >> I don't I don't honestly trust you. You are not someone that is like me. I don't trust you >> like you. I don't know what that means. You need to uh explain a person. >> You're not a person of color. >> I don't trust you. I >> Well, I could I could absolutely get a if you feel better with a police officer of >> of of color speaking to you, I could get one here. Who's which side? MC4 >> 106 to Huggin. >> Yeah. Ty, any chance are you in the area of observer wash? >> I can be. >> I received that. No vice. Can you make your way over here, please? She's claiming to uh cuz we're white cops. She doesn't feel comfortable. So, just to get that out of the way, I'm having Tyone come here to talk to her. I keep asking her to step out to do Phili and she's saying I don't talk to her. So, I have Tyone here. So, that's not not an excuse. You get what I'm saying? >> At some point, she doesn't look out. But no, that's she's she's well, she's going to be a >> she she's going to be a 25, I believe, my wife, >> but I'm just trying to get things out of the way. >> Why have you >> I guess because there was no for her cuz there was no V available. >> What are they going to do? >> I don't know. Okay, ma'am. What's going to happen is >> I called another officer to the scene who was a little bit more I guess of color like you just you just like you just got your um badge. >> Sure. That's my badge. That's my badge number. My last name. Okay. I'm going to like I said I called an officer of color here to speak speak with you being to make you feel a little bit more comfortable and then uh we're going to go from there. So, just know that there's going to be consequences if if you don't step out and perform the test. Uh, and what I mean by that is, >> hey, how's it going? What's your name? >> I have to I'm going to assume that you're intoxicated if you don't allow me to perform the test. >> That's what that's that's what that means. >> She doesn't drink usually. pressure. >> They They need to know. They're not We're not She's not going to be locked up. Let's see what happens if Taiwan gets here. But I think she's 450. That's why she's saying she ain't drink nothing. >> Exactly. That's what I'm trying That's what I'm trying to explain to her. But if she refuses to do the test, I'm going to assume that she's intoxicated and then uh to fly up from there. Should we call the boss here? So what he says or not? >> I mean I'm comfortable with uh the thing is I saw the alcohol but I can't tell if it's coming from >> her or the question. >> But the way she was driving like I thought the car was stolen. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Two stop signs almost went down the one way on the down river highway. her her excuse was she was trying to get the French home back, but I think she was getting nervous because of the state she was at. She was they were just coming from Manhattan. Let me just give a phone call. Let him know who it cranes on the street. >> Yeah, it's cran.
