witness who reported seeing Terren
repeatedly spe in his vehicle perfect so
a second ago you were just telling me

specifically or no it just clear lights

speeds right by here so more than once
regular basis comes through here Sirens
going and stuff or at least something

definitely prosecute to the full extent
of the law on our end and try to make
sure this doesn't continue to happen
where it's going to endanger us so
people thinking an unmarked vehicle
might not be a cop that's that's what we

discovered an electronic control box
that operated the illegal lights on the
vehicle they also tested the window tint
finding it in violation of Florida
Statutes the rear windows had a tint of
5% and the front windows were tinted at
6% both well below the legal limit
Terren remained just as agitated and
argumentative at the station as he had
been during the
arrest be nice to
them y stay with people I just came from
