If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. Anything you say may be used against you in court of law. All right? So, that's your rights here. It just says, "I read this statement of my rights and I understand my rights are. I'm willing to make statements and answer questions. I do not want a lawyer understand what I'm doing." No promises or threats have been made to me. No pressure or coercion of any kind has been used against you. >> I love you guys. Please don't stop ever giving up on us. >> Okay. It's too safe in >> um Michelle, I just got some general questions." >> Sure. >> And they're just pretty kind of basic. Or does this have to be read first? >> Um, no, that's that's for um who's going to come pick up. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, you're right. >> The only thing I have to read is this for myself to get a >> It was so crazy. You could do a million things, right? and then just do the one thing wrong. >> It's just a mistake. Mistakes happen. That's all. >> I can assure you. >> Oh my god, I'm [ __ ] >> You're never a first person in this position. You're not going to be the last person in this position. >> I make like six figures. Like I really have two kids in college. I am sucked. Don't give a [ __ ] about me. It's like I have two kids in college. One in Texas, one in New York. >> What college does they go to? >> He's at underwater and diaper and he's in Texas. Josh is at um L. [ __ ] I'm >> I don't think you are. I honestly this is this is something that happens all the time. All right, mistakes happen. Any electronics up there sounds electronic. I'm like, "Okay, I'll fly you home. I have no business being down here." Yeah. Not many people come this this time of the year. I should say in my own town my own I would never with anything. So, we're trying to figure out how to convert that money over to where he could use the money. Like, it's not that easy. >> No, nothing's ever easy. Nothing >> [ __ ] easy. So, like he came at me this week and that's where I feel like I [ __ ] up this week. Like, here I am [ __ ] over the Eagles game. I'm [ __ ] sitting on a jail [ __ ] stupid where I should be. Where to go? You know >> you're not in one of these cells. You're being really cool with us. We don't have no reason to put you in one of those cells. >> If anybody ever [ __ ] with you guys, I would [ __ ] murder them. >> Then you shouldn't come around here in the summer. >> Yeah. Do you understand what my brother did? Like my brother is Jarp. He went down to the train tracks and pulled out a [ __ ] person like who was like he's badass and I he's on the Betsy Ross bridge and like he thinks like nothing's a big deal and I'm like no you still have to wear your vest. He was on the Ben Franklin Deliver. I'm like dude so boring like no you wear your vest. You never know what's going to happen on there. So my brother's DP the cop. So like I'm just like I don't give a [ __ ] Like if you walk out your house and you put on a jacketed vest and you're going to protect me, my children, my life, my family, I got nothing but respect for you. Don't [ __ ] with my military or my police. It's just how we are. I [ __ ] up tonight. And trust me, you guys did everything you should have done. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for testing. If you do not answer or answer with anything other than I should just say yes. >> I can read this last paragraph because we're already at that. >> I love you. >> Listen, let me just read this last paragraph and then you can make your decision. You just prevented getting additional charge by providing the samples just like the statement said. I'm going to lose my job. >> You don't know that. >> Oh, I'm going to lose. >> You don't reach out to them. >> You're going to lose my job. >> Your job would only know this if So, I'm going to try 300 [ __ ] [ __ ] I dropped into I just came to watch the game two seconds. >> Michelle, you being cooperative only helps you when you go to court. We just need someone to come and uh take responsibility for you. Okay. So, you can follow. >> No, don't apologize. It's okay. It's okay. >> And it it happens. Just mistakes. Here you go. Here's your phone. I just got to close that. Actually, would you mind just sitting over there on the bench just cuz I got all confidential stuff. I don't want to get in trouble. Turn this sitting. >> She's calling. All right. I'm going to go fill up some pieces. >> All right. I'm gonna get over there. I got to make a copy of that. >> Sorry, guys. >> No, it's okay. >> Ain't nothing to be sorry about. >> No, I feel bad. I wish you guys didn't have to deal with me. >> Trust me, you were plenty more pleasant than anybody we deal with. >> I know. Sounds good. I'm getting this filled out and I'm assuming I just have the bottom. Do I fill that out online, too? >> Um, >> cuz I could just fill this out later and then just have this on the signed form. >> Yeah, we'll get it one. >> Okay. Is it okay if we use the leaves room? >> Um, yeah. Yeah, of course. Here, I'll show you. >> Yeah. Yeah, you're fine. You're fine. >> Oh, no worries. It's just going to be right through here. All right. So, I just have to just cuz we have you. I'm not going to look, but we have to just leave the door open. God forbid anything happens. But you could shut it just like >> But can I do like that? >> You can literally go like this. That's fine. I promise you I'm looking the other way. We just have to It's It's more of a safety thing. Michelle, are you all right in there? >> No, no, no. No rush or anything. I'm just making sure. Okay. >> All righty. might be a little murder. >> Who are you? Who are you calling? >> I'm trying to get to like my car. Um, so just due to law in New Jersey, your car has to be impounded. So it gets sent to the Southshore towing lot in Stafford Township. My car wasn't even there. >> I'm sorry. >> The Toyota 4. >> Yeah, that's the one you were pulled over in. >> I was and you guys didn't found my car. >> So we have to just because it's um >> You guys are so cute. It's funny. I think it's the name. I can't even remember the name of the law, but it's because someone got back into a car and ended up hitting someone. >> It's what it is. So, like what happens? How do I What's next >> for this? Um, we get you someone to pick you up and then you're you're done. Um, my sergeant over there, he's going to give you just the tickets. The summons are called. Um, and then that is about it as much as we know. I think and I'll verify it with him. I think there's a 12-hour recovery on uh >> but I can walk to his house. >> So, we just have to release you to somebody. I believe I and we'll double check with him too. Um cuz he did say you were on Marine Street, correct? >> Marine? >> Yeah. Okay. And Marine Street's like four blocks that way. We could even drop you off there, but I got to make sure because we might need someone just to sign the potential liability form. That's the only reason. I feel bad. He's probably sleeping now cuz like I already said >> then I'll talk to my sergeant so we can kind of do to try and help you out a little bit. All right. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> No, don't don't apologize. >> Talk to my brother like he's just like he doesn't even know what to do anymore. But I'm definitely like repucking. I'm definitely like I teach my kids like my the my boys went through this like stage is like like oh great you guys are kicking the the lawn signs over about cops of the blue. Like what are you going to do when someone's trying to steal your car? >> I think everyone goes through that phase. I've even been through that phase of it. So >> my son had like what are you going to do if someone tries to steal your car? What are you gonna do when someone tries to do this? And they're like, they kind of like got into the fact like that. They realized that like there has to be law. Law is law. This is the way it's supposed to be whether we like it or not. Like I'm wrong tonight. Like I can't sit back and tell you guys, "Oh, you guys are wrong." No, I'm wrong. Like, >> and it's just a mistake. It happens. >> I made a mistake. I made a mistake. But at the same time, like it's not like, oh, I'm gonna beat this guy up because I I'm wrong. I [ __ ] up. I was out. I was drinking. I didn't do the right thing. You know, it's not your fault, his fault. And people like I'm wrong. Like, and I turned down my kids. Like you guys like have to come to a decision where like you have to make decision like okay am I right or am I wrong? I >> mean it happens sometimes. We're wrong. It happens. So, >> well, I mean, what do you guys do and like you're like what? At a point in your life where like like you've you might have a wife, your kids, like but you wake up in the morning, you put your vest on, you go out like and you're leaving your wife, your kids, your life, your mom, your dad, your family, like to protect us. So, like if you're wrong, it's a different kind of wrong. >> Yeah. us being wrong. It's It's unfortunate that it's we're held to that higher standard, which we should be. >> But I know it's like there's bad doctors, there's bad teachers, there's bad all of that. No matter what we come down to, any occupation or what we do, >> there's no occupation that's perfect across the board. people like there is but like if you are waking up in the morning you're leaving your children you're leaving your wife you're leaving your family to protect us like who care what like okay green [ __ ] this sounds really bad [ __ ] cares he's a druggie that was [ __ ] a criminal what was he doing like these men and women were was [ __ ] our >> Yeah, that one's going to >> go get lost in that. >> That one's a little too political for me to even speak on. >> It's just like every day like you wake up, you wake up, take a shower, brush your teeth, put your uniform on. My brother, my baby brother, he does it too. this bulletproof dog with a computer from mine. Can you go down your work? Like that is a different [ __ ] job. Anything anyone does. >> Yeah, that's why some people like it. That's why I like it. I couldn't sit and do office stuff. I get too much ADD. >> Like if I was to tell you like, "Oh, this is your fault." No, this is my fault. I should have never been drinking and driving. I messed up. I didn't do the right thing. Like, this isn't your fault. This is my fault. So, like, because you guys did your job. No, it's my fault. And I could call my brother and my brother call people, but this is my fault. I [ __ ] up. >> Ain't it happens? It's just a mess up. It's not, you know, life alter. So, I'm not going to like call my brother and be like, "Is my brother going to be million?" Like, I don't [ __ ] my brother's night and all this [ __ ] Like, I [ __ ] up tired. I shouldn't be driving. I should stay home. Here I am. can't lose my job. >> Like I said earlier and like my sergeant said, we don't notify him. That that is completely >> Yeah. >> You guys have to stay safe. This [ __ ] world [Music] >> take care of yourself. check your family like like it's different like you can't be like in this mindset of like I'm gonna like you can't be in this mindset of like I'm going to take care of my family be no to protect your family rights life they don't [ __ ] care. >> Um, I got a question for you. You're staying with your boyfriend down here. Is that what you said? >> Yes. >> Do you know what his name is by chance? >> It's um, his name is Jeff Roma. >> Jeff Roma. Okay. Can't say. I do know that. >> And he's on Marine Street. >> Marine Street. >> Is that now? Is he like near the beach? He's like two blocks off the beach. >> Okay. Is he closer to the field or closer to the beach? >> Closer to the beach. >> Okay. All right. I'm just trying to figure out where we might need to head out to. >> Kind of getting pissed cuz it's not answering. >> Yeah. And it's not that late. I felt like if it was like a 3:00 then maybe. But >> they are answering. >> Oh, there you go. He's like the super duper sweetest Can you please pick me up? But where do you think I am? Yes. [ __ ] Jeff. Can you just please take me up? Marine Street about three blocks. >> Yeah. But they can't let me go. They let me go, too. And they're the best. They're the sweetest guys ever. >> Jack, what would you like me to do? I'm going to [ __ ] murder you. You have to walk here and we have to walk back. And these guys are [ __ ] awesome. And they're so cool. >> If he walks here, we'll give you ride home. I know it's cold out. >> Yeah, they are. If he They said they If you walk here, they'll give us right now. But he looks like he's riding the That looks like >> You got three tickets >> instead of six. I only wrote you three because you're being very polite and courteous. >> Instead of six, he wrote three.
