He got everything he need. >> Step out the car. >> Like I just said, he got everything he need. He got the marijuana. He got my license. Tell him to go write the ticket and let go. >> She won't step out. She's smoking blunt driving. She got weed. She just blinked out the window. But uh now she's going after something and she won't step out. >> Me over for some [ __ ] Give me my ticket so I can go. >> Call Sergeant. Let her know if he wants to break the window. She's going to take off. >> She really did take off. >> Take off. >> Oh my god. >> Get it on. Get it on camera. >> Are you serious? >> Just ridiculously dumb. I can't believe she did. >> She said she said, "Tell your sergeant." >> Y'all know I don't do a lot of pauses, but it's a long video. She said, "Tell your sergeant to come meet me at my How dumb can you be? You hire something. You must be hired more than me." >> Yeah, she she smoked that weed in that car cuz that is that this is the poster child for when you hide while you driving. >> That must be [laughter] God, man. [ __ ] her ass up. >> That's crazy. >> She defiant boy. [laughter] Let's get back into it, man. Mm. >> What's up? >> She drove home. >> What seems to be the problem? >> Come on. >> She said what seems to be the problem. >> No, I know. You want to come talk to me real quick? >> No, you can come talk to me. I don't need all of them, though. >> You guys on a stop? Is that her? Is that her? >> That's got to be her, right? I don't know what she look I wasn't on the stop. So >> Oh, so that's the door to the outside of the park. >> You want to come talk to me real quick? >> I said I can talk to one person. If you want to talk to me, you can talk to me. >> Was anyone on the stop or No, >> no one else is coming around. >> I just want someone to dear so I can just 95 her. >> I don't know what she looks like. It wasn't on the stop. >> Yeah. Oh, okay. I got you. Tony was here because he >> Yeah, assuming he obviously has to be here, but I don't >> know. >> That's crazy. >> You obviously know something because it's >> over there. >> What seems to be the problem? >> You the problem. >> What's that? >> What seems to be the problem? >> I don't need all five of y'all walking over here. I'm talking to one person. >> Okay. Yeah, it's just me. >> Cuz he just walked over here trying to get me to come out. I just came out asking him what's the problem. >> Okay. >> You act like you don't want to talk to me. Is that your car? The Jeep? >> That is my car. >> The Jeep. Okay. Are you Tishonda? >> I am. What's the problem? >> I think you know what the problem is. >> I don't because due to the fact that I just pulled off from my house and all of a sudden a car just come speeding behind me talking about insurance. I gave him everything that he wanted. He He wanted the weed out of my car. I gave it to him. He has my license. I asked him for my ticket. >> So what is what else is the problem? He got everything out of my car that he wanted. >> Okay. So why' you why' you run? I pulled out due to the fact that he was trying to bust my windows. What are you busting my windows for? If you wanted me to let my windows down >> to to see who's in the car? You should have said that. >> Okay. >> Right. >> So, that is your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Simple. What's the problem? >> Okay. There's no problem. Is that the key for the car? >> Why >> can I see it real quick? >> No. >> Okay. Why not? >> Cuz you can't. >> Why would I give you my keys? >> Cuz I just want to make sure that the key works for the car. >> Yes, it does. Huh? >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> What y'all talking about, man? >> Hey guys, 95. >> I didn't see her, so I don't know if it's her. >> Yeah, you was too late. >> [ __ ] that. >> Molasses that window. >> Watch out the window. >> Huh? What happened? I thought they were already in. Oh, the door lock behind me. [screaming] >> Get off of my Get off of me. >> I got my hand. That's my >> Oh, she bit me. >> Get off of me. >> Oh my goodness. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> YES. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> You got this hand. >> Can I call my husband and tell him to come get me? Stop fighting. >> Stop resisting. >> You mean it's a lot worse than it had to be. >> Yeah, >> it's not a lot worse because he got everything he needs. You're You're pulling my hair. >> Tell she smoke. She got to rest in your voice. >> Who got that? >> Wait. You're pulling my hair some type of way. >> It's caught in your hand. >> That's what I'm saying. No, it's not caught in my hands. >> In your handcuff. In the handcuff. >> Can you stop, please? You're pulling my hair. The hair is >> It is not fine because you're hurting me. >> Yeah, I wasn't there so I didn't know if it was her. I figured it was >> Can I get up? >> One second. >> No, it's okay. It's okay. I just pulled down. It's okay. That's what I'm telling you. >> Yes, it's mine. >> Can you Can you open my phone up so I can call my husband? No, >> you can't make a phone call. >> I just want I want her to do it so my property could go. >> I don't know anyone numbers by >> We're going to roll this way. We're going [laughter] to roll this way. >> Roll this way over. >> I can get up. >> This way. We're going to pull your knees up. >> I can get up. That's what I'm telling you. Go ahead. I can get up. >> It's no problem. Go ahead and sit up. >> I'm doing all this for anything. Can you pull my stuff up on my feet, please? >> One, two, three, up. Right. Wait, where's the one more you want to wear? >> Yeah, I guess. Don't even matter. >> No, I don't want this to be. That's the whole thing. >> Okay. So, let me close my door. >> Door's locked. >> Nobody's in my house. >> Nobody's in your house. The door's locked. >> I need to make sure everybody came out. >> Girl, get your ass in that damn car. >> I got the keys. >> Wait, no. That's not the key. >> No, those not my keys. key. >> The door is locked. So >> that's not my house key. Wait, no, you have them. Okay, that's what I was just trying to make sure. Why you doing all of that? You don't have to do too much. You stepping on my feet, all of that. You mad because I didn't want to give you no weed and stuff. You got my ID and stuff, man. >> I don't even know who you're talking about. >> Like, come on. Be real. >> You got my ID. You got the weed out the car and everything. >> Black girl. Black girl. >> Women. I mean, want to do all of this for nothing. There we go. There we go again, man. >> There we go. >> But I just want to I I do want to ask a question. I'm going ask you. You You're driving me? >> Yeah. I'm going to go. >> Okay. I'mma ask you when when we get here away from >> due to the fact that you just took someone else's keys out the house. Those aren't even mine. >> That's the least of your >> You said what? >> She know, right? baby sweat. >> All right. Can you turn a little bit? I'm I'm all right. >> I got a question. >> Just be quiet, please. >> Woman and woman. Okay. Due to the fact that I I just want to know. >> Yeah. Can you get all of those things, please? >> I will do that. >> And all the house keys. Can you make sure it's No. Do you have two pair keys? >> Yep. >> These two. [snorts] >> Yeah. Okay. So, now my question is what are they what are they going to do? Are they going to try to tow my car? >> Mhm. >> For what though? When he got everything out of there? >> Oh my god. What are they doing with my car? >> I don't think so. I don't think she had insurance. >> Can you tell me? >> That's why they were trying to get her out the car. >> Yeah. >> You can't tell me if they're going to tow my car or not? But what are they touring it for? >> Towing? >> Huh? >> Towing it? >> Yeah. What are they touring it for? >> What do you think? >> Huh? >> What do you think they're telling him for? I >> I don't know. That's my whole thing. I'm trying to find out. Okay. Look, this truck right here, that's my husband. Can you stop and give him his house keys? >> Uh, no. >> Please. Or can you flag him down? At least tell him where we're going. >> Yeah, but I don't That's my He's going back to get the house keys from under the rug. But I thought, you know, I thought we were here on the same page. I'm I'm being very corruptal right now due to the fact that I gave this man everything that I had in my car. I was not speeding at all. I had just came out of my house. >> Here, I want to explain something. >> My whole thing is he lied. He He pulled me over and said something about insurance and then turned around and said I was doing 45. Which one is it? It's either insurance. No, I I No, that's what that's what I was going to ask you. Do you guys have meters? All cars have meters on their on their trucks. Correct. >> For something about insurance or something >> radar right here on the >> Okay. So, he said he pulled me over because his radar said I didn't have insurance. >> You can sit here and plead your case all you want. I'm not a judge. >> No, I'm not pleading. >> Doesn't change anything. >> I'm not pleading anything, honey. I'm asking. He said, "You y'all y'all thing have a radar on there that pops up and says >> that thing right there?" >> Yes, I see that. >> Yeah, that's the radar. >> So, for insurance or for speeding? >> So, so are your plates suspended for >> that? I don't know. See, that that's what I'm saying. >> So, is that what he told you? Your plates are >> No, he said it was insurance. >> Yeah. So, what happens? They can tell when you ain't got no insurance in the car. >> In the state of Illinois, when you are not a responsible adult and you forget to put insurance on your car or renew it or you just don't put insurance on your car, >> you're not a responsible adult. >> The Secretary of State will suspend your plates >> cuz I I know I wasn't speeding though. I was doing every bit of 35 cuz I just came out of my house. Like I said, Oakland Oak Oklahoma police doesn't like me. I'm I'm just get I just wanted the woman's perspective because these men over here as as as I know as my experience, they don't like me here. You have to understand if you close your car up from being in the car on later on at night or whatever, it's still going to be smoky in your car. Right or wrong, if you don't let the windows down, right? >> Shut the hell, >> man. Just shut the hell up, man. Let me go to the end. >> The woman was arrested and charged with attempting to elude a peace officer and resisting arrest. >> Drop your >> Oh, Lord Jesus Christ. [laughter] I don't know what to say. I never understand. I I can't I This what I can't get this I say all the time in these videos. got me choking. >> Did you smoke? Just kidding. >> I know, right? >> That's good, though. Oh, you pass. >> Let me tell you, man. >> I never understand people when they are guilty. It's like they got this they trying to I don't They try to like get out of a situation that they guilty of. >> Mhm. >> She keep talking. I want to ask you as a woman. She a cop. [laughter] So, you know, she go she go, first off, she go take up for the law and she go take up for her her cop buddies. She ain't trying to take up for you. Now, the only time I see cops be a little more like female cops be sensitive when they got a domestic situation, right? They'll talk to them. You know, you know there's counseling. You can do this, you do that, but they ain't going to take up for you when you know you're in the wrong, >> right? >> You know, you didn't have insurance on the car. >> You know, you had weed. You know, you're not supposed to be smoking and driving and smoking and driving. You know these things. Then they get mad cuz they get caught. >> Yeah. >> Just stupid. >> Yeah. Just stupid. [laughter] >> Mhm. >> I don't I don't even know what to say. Like just take your L. You said, "Oh yeah, I I smoke. I'm sorry." >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You're right. I ain't got no insurance on my car. Yeah. Okay. Here you go. Here go the roach. >> Mhm. >> You know what I'm saying? Because she probably got a long list of being arrested. And she say they don't like me. >> Mhm. >> You don't like yourself. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you keep getting in trouble. Listen, we live a life every day. No cop is after us. You know why? Because we follow the law. We don't do nothing to get in trouble. People that do stuff are scared of the law. >> Right? >> People who don't do stuff not afraid of the law. Cuz you know why? We don't do [ __ ] >> to get in trouble, >> right? >> You get what I'm saying? Yeah. Exactly. >> Like we don't do nothing. The only time you see us afraid of the law is when we do something. >> They tell they don't like me. They just don't like me. Why they don't like you? >> Do you get what I'm saying? And I ain't talking about no racist stuff right now. Bump the racist stuff. I'm talking about why would a cop not like you >> if you ain't getting in trouble. >> Mhm. >> Right. >> That's what I'm That's what I'm saying. Yeah. You keep on getting in trouble and say they don't like you. You getting in trouble. >> Mhm. [laughter] >> I get tired, man. They always after me. Are you doing something for them to be after you with >> If you don't do nothing like the cop say, I don't know you. I I'm going to go by the cop said the at the um stop. I never seen your day in my life. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. Y'all y'all know me. Y'all know who I am. Every cop don't know you. >> It's just crazy, man. I just I don't know to go. >> And then she did something that I knew she was going to do. >> Mhm. She pulled a race car. >> Yeah, she she tried it. She did a little She went there. She Yeah, she didn't fully say it, >> but that's what she really want to say. Yeah, that's why they don't like me. I know that's what she want to say. She tried to sneak it in there a little bit. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> What you got to say, baby? >> Uh, you pretty much said everything like, you know, your license wasn't uh up to par. You know, your tag was probably expired. Um, you had insurance thankfully. So, I guess what had happened was >> they didn't say nothing about the insurance though. >> No, they said um he said um when they checked he said, "Oh, good. Your your insurance is up to up to date." So, that was just one thing, but her uh tags and stuff was the problem. >> Right. Right. >> Then, you know, she hesitated to to give the uh Smoky Smoke over. Mhm. >> Then she, you know, started fussing about the ID. Now, on that alone, I kind of understand her frustration. Now, she in the wrong and she was going to go to jail anyway. She was going to get arrested, her car was going to get towed, all those, right? >> But I kind of agree with her as to >> it escalated because dude said, "Get I want your your thing out of the car." You were going to tow the car. It doesn't matter. >> You You told You basically told her to remove the evidence from the car that you were going to use against her when you could have just left it in the car if it was getting towed. >> Right. >> So, I don't I don't understand why police >> kind of I don't know. It's like you throwing out a reel instead of just reeling it back in. You you want to dangle the fish in I mean dangle the the uh the bait >> the bait in front of the just reel the [ __ ] in. What you doing all this for? Just say hey get your ass out. You're going to break your window and you're going to jail. I mean >> simple as that. >> Why you got to go through all the give me the weird one. Give me this. Give me that. And then when you get it >> you still didn't you know. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It was crazy on me that part. I was thinking that too. That's why I said law. I said it sound like two little babies. Give me the roach. No. Yeah. >> Give me the roach. No. Like it was like come on. Like two little kids or something like fighting over something. I get what you're saying. >> Um >> it's all frustrating. But I I I learned something man. I learned something watching these videos. >> And now not saying every situation. Some situations are different. >> Some situations they got bad cops out there. I'm not talking about that. But 90% of the situations that from doing doing these body cam videos, 90% of them go left because people do not want to comply. >> Yes. >> There's that 10% with people. They got some bad cops. >> Yeah. And this guy was nice. >> He was He was very nice. He was patient. Even the other police officer that came up behind him allowed him to do his stop without any interference. You know, I guess he was just like, "Hey, everything good?" But then he was just like, "Hey, I'm going to let you handle this." >> So he was just he was knocking on her window, giving her every chance to just get out the car. So maybe maybe her car wouldn't have gotten towed. She could have said, "Oh, well, my husband on his way now. Can you just leave the car right here?" or whatever. I don't know what. But she made it worse. >> Yeah. That's that's that's point, Blake, man. Just >> just I know people don't like to hear that word. Just comply. Yeah. >> If you feel like something bad, go in court and handle that thing in court, man. Just simple as that, man. It's so simple. It's >> simple. >> Even when you even when you write, >> you say, "You know what? Okay, go and do what you got to do. >> I'm going to court from this thing. I'm going to win this. I'm give me a good lawyer. They going to see the evidence." Blah blah blah blah. >> I I just >> I don't know what to say no more, man. >> Yeah. Let's just end it. Let's >> Yeah, let's end it. I know, right? >> That they ain't going to change. We'll be back here tomorrow with another one. That's right. We talking about it. Yep. They ain't going to change. They always going to be the same the way it is. >> I want to say something though in a nonjudgmental way. >> Mhm. >> I'm saying I'm not saying in a picking way. I like damn do everybody smoke. >> Pretty much. You don't want to go down that road. >> I don't want to go down that road. It made me feel like, damn, I must be a square. [laughter] >> You are my square and I love it. >> I like God, man. But anyway, thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. We really appreciate it. Until next time, don't get caught slipping arguing with a cop about a roach [laughter] on
