I said yeah I I gotta we got to touch on this video right here but let me say this I am a a very nice person and but my patience was thin for ignorance my patience wear thin for entitled people and my patience were thin for foolishness I don't know why I have a low tolerance to that stuff and I remember at my old job my manager used to say y'all don't know how hard it is to be a manager and deal with crazy people and their personalities so let's get into the story right here and let's see what's going on like that so then she came and she was like come what El and you you'll see you know what I'm saying I'm not nothing to play with officers were called to a local McDonald's after a heated workplace dispute escalated into violence according to reports an enraged employee grabbed a fire extinguisher and hurled it at their manager here's what happened when officers arrived hey where are they where are they stay in the backed are they still throwing stuff huh are they still throwing stuff no all right I'll come what's going on come here I need to speak with you come here you not with [ __ ] leave me alone leave me alone stop go let me go let me go bro let me go let me go bro get the [Music] I had to pause a minute cuz all that screaming getting on my nerve man acting like a goddamn effing [Music] baby stop stop listen you're going to go right to the ground if you keep doing this [ __ ] stop is that me I'm on your ass she go put what this girl I'mma put voodoo on your ass in the car for now let me let me go let me go let me go come on you got to I didn't do nothing why you doing this to me I didn't do nothing why are you guys doing this to me I don't even know the whole story I roll up and she went AP [ __ ] and then when I went to try to then she tries to run out they're just yelling at each other like it wasn't anything crazy I was like what happened and she was I don't want to talk to you even tries running out this door now let's hear this story still going through it so confirm on the fire exure yeah it's back right now can I ask y a question who was the one out well I tried talking to her and then she ran out that was me okay so if I said I want to press charges I know she I said I don't want press Char she still go are you guys are you guys related she related to related anyway your daughter you just coworkers yeah then no then she won't go to jail how old is she man let me tell you something you can tell it's something like something because how she go you know what I'm saying and the thing is about it she wasn't thinking about my well CU I'm in the open I don't I don't know anything only thing I've heard I ass right now and as I I'm at the computer sending them the deposit and stuff like that and then she was like some about her hours and I'm like I ain't got nothing to do with her hours or anything like that so then she came and she was like come whatever see the thing is about it I'm the thing is about it I a real discreet life and if you look me up you'll see you know what I'm saying I'm not nothing to play with but you got to change somewhere in your life before it be too late so you're the manager lady what the f are you talking about the man ask you how old the woman was and you going on another tangent about the street life are you a little tipsy and drunk yourself I'm a manager and he's a manager from one when she when she did it from words that go he could have stopped it you see what I'm saying so that's why I'm contemplate should I set an example like if you would have stopped it when she first start cussing me out and call me bees and stuff like that and go ahead and put her in jail because you should have did something as a manager you should have her home or should I just said okay I'm going give her a pack but you know what I'm saying and on telling some it got to stop somewhere cuz it keep going on own and I'm to just ask I got so maybe this Deputy ask you already but walk through what happen so you guys were she starts yelling at you about hours no and then what at first right this what happened the boss all the bosses was here okay so when they left see him he got an influence on her this right here got on her life he making her feel like she could talk to the customers so they can do this or they'll run out the door try to fight the customers together and stuff like that so everything was calm and cool so soon as he walk in the door the little one right here she starts oh I don't want work kitchen with me this that whatever so I was like what I'm Miss I'm a manager I'm I'm your boss you can't tell me where you want me to work and where you not want to work there so then he jump immediately start jumping and taking her side so I said you know I'mma cut this short right here y'all just don't s to me long as it concern work that's fine that's it right so she back there she bust out oh you old [ __ ] that whatever so I called my boss and my boss said Belinda s home but I already know if I go back there and tell her to clock out to go home I'm going have to fight you feel what I'm saying and see and then both of us lose our job so somewhere or another my boss test her or something and that's that's another thing I feel like that was my safety cuz I got my bite turned in the office it's my safety I don't know what's going on I don't have a clue what's going on okay right has she been confrontational with you in the past you said earlier that you seem like something's off so is this her normal behavior she she she do it with everybody everybody a fire thing and throw it at me did it hit you you missed it okay no the other guy stopped it he gra before she threw it you know what um I'm press Char reason why I say that because reason why I'm say that then I'm put it like this reason why I'm go ahead reason why I'm go ahead and do it because it have to stop and it have to somewhere and by me saying okay just let it go it'll keepad she fire you know you know how old she is she like 2 okay do you have any identification for her from your employe record I'll get your information too I'll go back no but thank you though in the end the McDonald's employee didn't just face consequences for the fire extinguisher attack she was also arrested for resisting arrest and assault with a deadly weapon a simple dispute over work hours turned into a serious legal situation but what do you think should the manager have given her a second chance or was pressing charges the right move to teach a lesson about entitlement let us know your thoughts in the com and I when the uh manager said that she's confrontational with everybody she does it to the to the customers and everything man sit your ass in jail but we also got to think about something sometimes these people have mental illness and they be kind of like off the woman said she got some kind of offness about her that's why she gets so fired up so quick they be really they be they really be mentally ill people in a stable trying to be in a stable environment and it's crazy man but I I I couldn't handle that the the the manager is way better than me because I couldn't handle that man I just as a man that' be hard for me to handle all that in my face like that I'm just being honest but I do want to say this though McDonald's customer service is the worst I have to say man you go to Chick-fil-A everybody's just smooth everybody nice but you go to McDonald's anywhere around the United States not all the McDonald's places but seem like a most of them the the the people working there are just this ratchet ghetto want to fight all the time I'm not trying to down nobody but that's what it seem like but you go to some place like Chick-fil-A everybody how you doing sir everything's good it just when I saw McDonald's I already knew it was gonna be some kind of drama y'all but y'all I know I know I went left with that but anyway y'all let me know what y'all think about this in the
