Back with another body cam video I'm going to discuss today. Shout out to Body Cam Ninja for this video. The original title of this video is Wow. And I got to do this video right here. So, let's not waste no time. Let's get into it. Hey, stop right now. Stop. Stop. Relax. >> He just jumped. Did >> you just jump on the banister again? >> Relax. >> What the hell? >> Why are you jumping like that? >> Are you hurt? What's What's your name? What's your name? >> I'm Nick. >> Take over. I'm not going to say anything. >> What's your name? >> There may be a back office. >> Yeah. >> What's wrong? >> Why don't you take a seat for me? He must have got some problems, y'all. What's your name? Do you want to talk outside? What's going on? Are you heard? You not talking to me is not going to solve it. We have to figure out what's going on. That's not normal. >> Do you want to talk to me or are you just going to stand there? >> What's his name? >> Adish. >> A N I S H. >> Okay. Can [snorts] you not step towards me, please? Use back up. Yes. >> Hey, relax. Relax. I'm not trying to fight you or anything. Okay. I got to make sure you're okay. >> All right. What happened today? Don't do this. Don't do this. >> It's not worth it. >> It's not. [clears throat] >> What in the hell, man? >> Does he take any medication? Uh, no. >> Okay. >> He needs to. >> No, >> he's squaring up with me. >> Okay. >> No, I'm not. He has a body cam. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Not squaring up with you. >> Okay. So, why why are you just acting all quiet and staring me dead in my eyes? >> What happened? What What is that? Something happened today? >> [snorts] >> Okay. Well, we're going to have the medics talk with you cuz that obviously was a normal what I just saw. >> Yeah, he he jumped three times in the space of last half an hour. >> Okay. Are you are you injured at all? >> From the initial from the from the jump, what do y'all think is going on with him? mental issues or he's on drugs. Y'all let me know in the comments. >> You can show me off and he just rolled up. >> You just jumping to jump. >> He heard his uh left shoulder. >> Okay. >> Card I took him to emergency. They checked him out. He's fine. But uh that didn't stop him from jumping again. He also jumped outside from the >> Can you just >> few times the leg is like 7 8 ft down. Uh, you know, land is 7 8 ft down. >> She got caught in the back. >> Jump that and then he started jumping here. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything in your pockets right now? >> Can you take your hands out of your pockets for a sec? Okay. There's nothing in there. Okay. All right. So, do you do you want to go to the hospital? Are you hurt? Hey, over here. What's that? >> No, you don't got to touch. >> You don't have to touch. I'm I'm in my space. >> That's fine. Anish, what's going on? >> Do you want to talk somewhere else? >> Got nothing to say? >> Okay. All right. We're going to ask that you just talk to the paramedics >> to make sure that you're okay. It sounds like you got a fault. That's what we're concerned about. Is that something you're okay doing? >> I just didn't. >> Okay. Do you want to talk to them and not the police? >> I don't want to talk to anyone. >> Can you do this for me? Sit on the step. I will bring >> I can stand here. >> I will bring a paramedic in. >> We're not going to do this with you standing up like this. You want >> you want to You're taking a very aggressive posture. >> I'm being I'm not touching anyone. >> I'm not saying I'm not saying that you it is in here. You had a conversation. >> This dude got some problems, y'all. >> They are not going to do it with you doing this right now. Okay. So, this is just going to take a heck of a lot. So, all I'm asking you to do is just sit on that step. I will have your parents walk into the other room. I don't whatever is the most comfortable for you. But I need to have them come in here, talk to you real quick, and then you can figure out what you want to do. You're not a criminal. You didn't do anything wrong. You're not under arrest. >> We just want to make sure that you're okay. Tell them that. >> And we'll get out. Okay. I'm just going to sit here and ask you questions until I don't care if it takes an hour. I don't care if it takes two hours. Parents are concerned. The paramedics are here. There's four police officers here. We are not going anywhere. This isn't safe for you. It's not safe for your parents. >> Tell me how you would like to do this. >> They're all waiting outside [clears throat] for you. But from what I saw when I first walked in and you jumping, that's not normal. Could really hurt yourself. And what's to say that you're not going to do something more when we leave? So therefore, we're obligated to make sure that you get the right attention. We can't just get up and leave. Okay? We got to make sure you're okay. We can either step outside or you can sit down and they can come talk to you. You can call the shots, but we just need to find a route to go down so we can help you. That's it. Nobody's in trouble or anything. The fact that you keep moving and shuffling towards me like you're about to like swing on me or something is disturbing for me. >> Yes, >> I see what you're doing. You're trying to get into some type of position to try and flank me or whatever you're trying to do >> and we're not going to go down this route. Okay? Or you're going to try and run. You're not going anywhere right now. Okay? You're being detained for your own safety and for your parents safety. So, stop trying to walk up on me, stay all quiet, and act like you're going to try and hurt me or whatever you're trying to do or be intimidating. cuz I'm not going anywhere. I'm not scared by you of you. Okay? So, you can either talk to Sergeant Jump here or me, Officer Nelson, or you can talk to the fire department. We're not leaving. Okay. Stay right there. Stop moving like that. He would be at my house. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you keep doing it. >> I'm going to tell you this much. I will place you under arrest for assault. Okay? We have every that we are in fear of physical contact with you with what you're doing. You're balling your hand like you're ready to punch someone. You're coming within inches of other people. >> Not worth it. >> So, do not push this into a criminal matter >> because you will be arrested and taken to jail. Don't step on >> step. You're under arrest. You are under arrest. >> Get in head position. >> Hands. Hands now. >> I got this hand. Good. All right, stop fighting. Just relax. Okay, >> that wasn't smart. >> You little dumb ninja. Let's Let's get back into it, man. >> Tony. >> Yeah, my kid does worse to me. >> Okay, >> John, you mark one in custody. All right, >> let's just double check. What's up? All right. Not smart, dude. Can you breathe? >> Tuck your knees in >> that way. >> What in the world, man? >> Are we going to the hospital or we going to jail? >> I feel jail would probably be good. Seeing they just punched me in the face. >> Yes. Exactly. >> Good thing for you to be quiet right now. >> Yeah, you'll go to jail after the hospital. It doesn't matter. You You're going to jail. >> I'm going to jail. >> Okay. You're not going to You don't want to go to the hospital. >> All right. Sounds good. We'll just have you sign a release. You don't want to go. >> Can't wait to see these are new body cameras you guys. Can't wait to watch that one. Right. >> This will be the first time he >> That's enough. >> Yeah. He keeps he keeps trying to uh grab me really hard. You're being polite, but he's not. >> You know what I'm saying? >> We've been polite this entire time. >> Yes, they have. >> Yeah. >> Would you knock it off? >> Knock it off. >> Now he's trying to trip me. >> Stop. >> Stop it. Get in the car and we could be done. Got it. >> Got it. >> Yeah, I will. Teeth first. >> Hey, dude. I'm all good. I just had to walk you off a little. >> Yeah, >> just you need to sign. >> Okay. >> Sorry. Are you okay? >> Are you good? >> The suspect was charged with aggravated assault on an officer and multiple counts of resisting arrest. >> Yes. >> Drop a comment below and subscribe to the channel for more videos. >> Man, let me tell y'all something. I was just see I I I pay attention to everything. I pay attention to surroundings. I pay attention to mannerisms. I pay attention to just everything when I watch these videos. So, if y'all start seeing me talk about uh different things, it's because I like to just uh rant about certain things that uh that I just watch and pay attention to. I was watching I was looking at the fact that okay, maybe he's on drugs or maybe he got a mental issue. I don't know. If he doesn't have a mental issue, he was on drugs or something. Something made him act erratic because in the beginning y'all saw he w when he came when he open the door. Check this out y'all. I got to see it again. This is crazy. >> Yep. >> Oh my god. [laughter] >> When I saw I was like what in the hell is wrong with this dude? So he he got to be on some kind of drug or something that day. Uh they say he's not on medication, but he if he if he doesn't if he's not on drugs and he hasn't been um mentally what they call it, evaluated, then he need to be on something because something is wrong with that dude right there. And I can tell if the video title never would have gave it away. I could tell that he was screwing up and those cops felt that. They was like, "Oh my god." He said, "No, back away from me. You got your hand." We said, "We can't see his hands." But they saw it and they said they could tell cuz they've been doing this for a long time. They know that he was about to do something. These people are people these days, man, are crazy. Even though this 2023, that was only 3 years ago. People are crazy as hell. But I was just looking at something. I was looking at a I was looking at their house in their neighborhood. As a person who grew up poor and who wanted to live like that, who wanted to live middle class or or even like rich when I was younger. It it really makes me mad when I see spoiled brats. Now, I'm not I'm just saying. I'm just assuming that he's he doesn't have a mental issue and maybe he's just on drugs, a regular. And I just sit here and I think about how his parents they look I think they Indian. How they come over here and make a a a better way of life and their kids end up being like this either on drugs or being a sport brat. when I was raised in the hood and one of the things that they got and they want to act they want to act wild and bad and crazy and I wanted what they got and wanted to act good. Do you get what I'm saying? Like it proves to me that no matter how hard you work, no matter what you do to make things better for your kids, they some eight times, seven time out of 10, some of them are going to act like effing jackasses. No matter what, there's always going to be a a bad kid in the bunch. Like he living he living a good life. He probably don't want for anything. His parents probably take care of everything, but he want to act like this and acting crazy. I probably end up getting on drugs. And I and I and I struggled growing up and wanted what they want, wanting what they got and just wanted to be away from the hood and just wanted to be away from everything. But it's like they like that lifestyle. I'm going to tell you a quick story. Like I said, I like to rant y'all. It might not have nothing to do with the situation. But I had a friend and it made me think about him. I had a friend. Hope he'll never see this video. He was he was Oh, he was upper middle class. His stepdad had money and they lived in a nice neighborhood. I lived in the hood and I would come to I would want to come to his house because it was quiet. It was peaceful, man. He had a a TV in the kitchen. They had Miracle Whip back in the 90s. Miracle Whip to me was the ish the Miracle Whip mayonnaise. We used to eat Dukes. And I wanted Miracle Whip. My mom would never buy Miracle Whip. He'll let you make any kind of how much sandwiches you want cuz I was a big dude. I was a big kid. I wanted to eat. And I would come to this house and I would feel so relaxed. But guess where he wanted to go? He wanted to go where I live. He said, "Man, I want to go out there in the hood where you at." I said, "Why you want to go to my house?" He like, "Man, it's fun over there. Everybody outside, everybody doing something." I said, "Well, if you live over there, you would want to be over there." I said, "I I like the togetherness, but I want I want to be where he was at. I wanted to have the TV. I wanted to have cable. I wanted to be relaxed and calm, but he wanted to go to the hood." And and you can never keep him away from the hood. He always wanted to go to the hood. And I'm like, I'm trying to get away from that. And it's like his parents worked hard to get him away from that. He still wasn't satisfied. And I never understood that. I wanted to be where he at and he wanted to be where I was at. That's just crazy to me. But what do y'all think about this situation right here? I think he's spoiled. And I I I love what that cop said talking about, um, do you want to go to the hospital? He said no, he going to the hospital. He need to go to jail based on he trying to hit me. And they still was linear to me. I I'm telling you, bro. I'm telling y'all right now, I could not be a cop. I will be fired on spot because I will not take half the stuff that they take. So, shout out to the good cops who have patience to deal with people like this because I would have been yanked his ass up and he would have been in cuffs just for looking at me the wrong way. You want you want to punch me, don't you? Come on, let's get your ass in the back of this car. You going in. My patience too bad for that. But shout out to the good cops out there that have the patience. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for um the love and support on this channel. Shout out to Body Cam Ninja for this video. Uh this kind of like a old one, so I know a lot of people probably seen it before, but I had to do it. I had to talk about it because it's wild and crazy. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
