Y'all been here long enough to know that I'm a human first before I'm a reactor of these criminal acts. So, I'm a human first. Um, I guess I guess the I guess this is the black in me because I don't I didn't like that either. When he grabbed when she was trying to grab the thing out her ear. And the cop just just hey, don't touch her. You know what I'm saying? I'm like I could see I could see if uh the the girl was grabbing something out of her pocket and giving it to her mom. Yeah, of course. But she was trying to just get the ear pod out. He said, "Don't don't touch her." I'm like, "It is still her body even though she's under arrest." That's just my two cents on that part. I know some of y'all don't Y'all come to comment and say, "Oh, she ain't have no right touching this." La la la blah blah blah. It is what it is. We just think different on some things. But here is the thing that I got to say about this case right here. You know what I can't stand, y'all? I can't stand when they know they guilty and they still act like the cops are in the wrong. Like they they give this attitude, they give this talk back, and they coming in and they're doing something bad. I don't I don't I don't get that. You guilty, just I I I'm You can call me lame, you can call me sellout, whatever you want to call me. If I'm guilty, I'm like, "Yeah, you right, sir. You got me. Yeah, this this is not her car. I'm wrong." That's me. When when I used to get in trouble when I was younger, my mom always said, "You always be honest." She said, "That's one thing I like about you." She said, "When you get caught, you always just say, 'Man, you know, yeah, I did it, Mom.'" That's me. That's how That's who I am. If I'm caught, ain't no need to lie. You know what I'm saying? Just just tell the truth. And I'm telling you it will help you in the long run. They have attitudes and stuff because they doing something wrong. They never want to be held accountable and say, "You know, I effed up. Yeah, I got this woman called." The court can even go more lenient for you if you be honest. And you say, "I I was just dumb, Your Honor. I I I some stupid stuff, and I don't even know why I do it. That that that court that you the judge she look at you and say you know what yeah you made a mistake and you go you go be you got to be punished for it but he said I might just give you probation or I might just give you this community service or something like that all because you being honest and remorseful. We hate No no I ain't say we cuz I don't I don't mind it. Some people hate to comply and just feel like uh they have to be held accountable for something. And that that's that's just crazy to me. I got a little story for y'all. And it is it's not pertaining to this case but it's kind of question I want to ask kind of kind of venting out and I want to know y'all opinion. When I was younger and when I first got it was my second job I was working at a truck stop. And somebody stole my RS state check. It was only $124. And they contacted me and they told me they said hey we found the person who stole your check do you want to press charges? And I said I said no. And they kept on persuading me they said you sure you don't want to press charges this person stole your check? Blah blah blah they found out that it was a woman. I don't know how in the hell she cash my check with my name on it but she did it. So anyway they said it was a woman. I don't understand how she did that to this day. And she lived in the apartment complex next to my mom apartment apartment complex. And it was like a we got the tape and the blah blah blah they said they said you sure you don't want to press charges this person stole your your your money. And I said no. I said I'm good. I said I said but first let me ask you this RS could give me my money back right? They said your money's going to be refunded because it was stolen. I said well I'm good then. And and I remember the the the cop talking to me and he was saying he said, "Well, the state's going to take it anyway because she did it." And I said uh I said, "Well, I can't I can't I can't argue with that." And they said, "Well, why you don't why you don't want to press charges?" I said, "First off, I said it's $126 and I got my money back. And I feel And I said, "I feel like life karma will be worse than her punishment." They probably won't get her a long time like that for $126. I feel like something's going to happen in the future where she is going to uh experience the same thing or similar. I feel like life karma will teach you a lesson more than sometimes criminal law can. Cuz they can do a year and get out and still do the same thing. But that life karma, something's going to be taken for her one day. And sometime it will match up be worse. So, I ain't got to do that. And they gave my money back. And I remember the cop laughing at me. And I want to know y'all opinion. It still It still just floated in my mind when I was thinking about it cuz I asked other people's opinion. I want to know should I have pressed charges or did I do the right thing? Y'all let me know in the comments. I just want to add on something to this video cuz it was short.
